Need help resetting my password

i tried to log into world and i put the password i always do but it said its wrong and i cant reset it cause i guess im putting the wrong one. Im trying to change my password on the ucp

Hey,
if you're still logged in on your UCP, you won't be able to reset your password on the same browser.

to go around this without risking losing your password by logging off your UCP;
 

1. Open an incognito window of your browser.
2. go to https://ucp.gta.world/forgot-password
3. Enter your email.
4. Check your e-mail inbox (or spam folder) 
5. Reset your password
