Jagermeister
HIT 'N' RUN CAFE & RESTAURANT HIT 'N' RUN CAFE had an old-fashioned design and was only suitable for serving coffee and dessert. However, the owner wanted a more modern and warm design. Our architects Koray Yildirim and Nil Sipahioglu worked together and designed a modern architectural approach for HIT 'N' RUN CAFE & RESTAURANT as requested. Black stone parquets were chosen for the flooring, while grey stone cladding was chosen for the walls to create a contrast inside. In order to break the monotony inside, composite cladding and plywood panels were used on the walls. In addition, brick panels were used here and there to separate corners suitable for decoration. Black marble and plywood were used for the kitchen countertops, while black stone was used for the walls. Yellow light was preferred for lighting, thus creating an atmosphere suitable for the fireplace and ambiance. The ventilation system was renewed and the circulation of fresh air inside was increased. A small storage area and a small office for the business owners were created at the back. Edited October 2 by Jagermeister 1 4 Link to comment

Jagermeister
SACRED HEART HOMELESS SHELTER | FIRST FLOOR RENOVATION The first floor of one of our previous projects, Sacred Heart Homeless Shelter, was in need of renovation where homeless people are sheltered in rooms. There was 15 beds at total but more than 15 people applied for being sheltered so that became a crysis for shelter management. We managed that crysis with bunk bed designes and added 19 beds and two extra rooms. Now the shelter has 34 beds for homeless people. We renovated the ceiling height for a better volume for rooms and moved laundry to opposite corner to use that area for extra rooms. We also renewed floor textiles and electrical - mechanic systems according to renovated janitor room. We are proud to design projects that suit the Los Santos Government and the needs of the city. 1 Link to comment
Jagermeister
PIPE DREAMS PIPE DREAMS was a tobacco shop project. Located in the Vespucci area, we approached the shop's design with great care, ensuring the use of materials that suited the surrounding environment. Wooden flooring was chosen, while beech beams were incorporated into the suspended ceiling for a combination of structural durability and decorative appeal. To maximize natural light, we kept the area in front of the windows as open as possible. Brick panel walls, harmonizing with the building's exterior, were used to create a seamless connection between the interior and exterior. 1 Link to comment
Jagermeister
TINSEL TOWERS | PENTHOUSE DESIGN The penthouse design we created for Tinsel Towers, located in West Vinewood, was highly satisfying. The design seamlessly integrated views of Vinewood Hills and Del Perro Beach, embracing a modern architectural approach. We used wooden flooring in the living room and hallways, while opting for granite flooring and marble finishes in the wet areas. To meet user needs, we included a partitioned section with a raised platform within the living room. In the entryway, we used foldable closet doors to create a more spacious area. For the kitchen, designed by Nil Sipahioglu, we incorporated panel drawers for a sleek and functional look. The laundry room was positioned along the corridor leading to the hot-tub room, optimizing usable space in the bathroom. The hot-tub room, overlooking the Vinewood Hills, was given a warm ambiance with a neo-classical fireplace design. In the GYM room we designed to meet user needs, one wall was entirely covered with mirrors. To minimize potential damage to the wooden floor from exercise equipment, the area where the equipment is placed was covered with carpet tiles. In the bedroom, we added depth to the space by installing a panel that connects the bed to the ceiling, incorporating lighting fixtures on top of this panel. Additionally, we designed a workspace and a walk-in closet connected to the corridor to cater to the user's needs. 1 Link to comment
