3 LINDSAY CIRCUS - APARTMENT FLAT DESIGN | LITTLE SEOUL
3 Linsday Circus Apartment Flat has designed to suit Mr.Rackham's taste. Modern architectural approach has used on the walls, floor and flooring. The monochrome walls has
aparted from monotony with different colored wood and brick wall panels. Granite ceramic tiles has used for both wet areas and extra insulation has provided. With an American
(or Open-Kitchen) Kitchen theme, a wide and useful area has created for Mr.Rackham which can be useful for parties and entertainment purposes.

Modern Architectural Approach has used in Mr.Rackham's bedroom aswell and Neo-Gothic Approach has preferred for Mrs.Rackham's bedroom in line with her taste. Limited space
has utilized in the most ideal way with the built-in wardrobe design. Both rooms have direct views of Little Seoul Park and Los Santos' stunning sunset.

KORAY YILDIRIM  Architecture & Design's Main Office has moved to Augury Office Complex in Rockford Hills. The complex plaza has a view of Rockford Plaza and Vinewood Hills
in East facade. Full-Glass profiles has been preserved for maximum usage of sunlight and view. Grayscale color palette has used for walls. Hornbeam wall panels has been used 
on office flooring and lobby walls. Yellow brick panels has used for lobby walls and brown marble panels used for suspended ceiling for a harmony between of walls, ceiling and
flooring.

JOHNNY BAGS JEWELRY - VIP ROOM | VINEWOOD BLVD.
Johnny Bags Jewelry - VIP Room has designed to suit Mr. Zhou's taste. Neo-Classic Architectural Approach has used for walls and furnishing and an elegant marble flooring
has preferred. Display cases has moved to front corner of the door for a better impact on customers. Wooden wall panels has used to indicate precious pieces in display case.
Brown marble has used for suspended ceiling panels and antique paintings has used on wall to connect Classic and Neo-Classic theme in room.

SHOOTERS ONLY CLUB - CLOTHING STORE | ROCKFORD PLAZA
Shooters Only Club has designed to suit Mr. Parker's taste as he desired a monochrome black and grayscale colors. Urban-Style Architectural Approach has used for flooring and gray-black theme has used for walls. Urban-Style wall arts such as graffitis has used for decorating walls and light panels added for shoe racks to indicate the layers. A chilling room has designed in a private area for employees with a small kitchen. Also a claw machine with prizes such as clothes, bags and hats has designed in Mr. Parker's request.

HEAVEN HOMES - YOUTH CARE
Heaven Homes is a youth care facility of Los Santos Government. While designing the facility, we planned a circulation where young people and employees can feel safe and peaceful. The aim was to give the warmth of a home to the offices, common areas and the floors where young people will stay. There are a total of forty beds, six offices, two meeting rooms and fourteen common areas. Apart from the libraries, each bedroom is designed so that young people can study and spend time. There are also television and entertainment areas where young people can socialize. Working with Los Santos Government was an exciting experience for us, we look forward to future projects.

SACRED HEART HOMELESS SHELTER
Sacred Heart is a homeless shelter facility of Los Santos Government. The most important factors in the shelter are security and capacity. Management offices, laundry, dormitories and computer room are located behind the security gate and on the second floor. In this way, the life and property security of the shelters has been increased as much as possible. The bedrooms have the warmth of a home and are available in double and single types. There is also a lobby area where residents can socialize. It is a pleasure for us to take part in such a project that takes care of the needs of homeless people on behalf of the Los Santos Government.

SHELL INTERIOR DESIGN - LEGION SQUARE APARTMENTS
Shell interior design is a flat design in Legion Square Apartments are allows to housing for one - four  person. The most important factor is the usage of maximum sunlight and wide angle for the view. It contains two bedrooms, one bathroom, a small but useful ante-room, an American-Style open kitchen area and a bright livingroom area with a useful niche for electronics, arts and others on the wall as panel. The wardrobes for the bedrooms are designed as built-in style to gain from the volume and having a useful design.
