Should we remove auto-bail for felonies?

Even if they do crimes again and get caught while on bail you have to add a contempt of court charge, meaning they won't be eligible for auto-bail again, meaning they just wasted however much it cost them to bail out cause they still have to sit in jail until their case is finished.

 

EDIT: We shouldn't be basing systems on trolls/new players who might not understand RP entirely. Instead, add rules so that the trolls can be rid of, and the new players can read those rules to understand they shouldn't be doing something.

Yep. And they'll owe the entire $500,000 or whatever sum that they bailed out for. Horrible incentive for reoffending.

Being released literally minutes after the arrest is ridiculous irl it takes hours before people can walk free. Seeing same criminal on the street who's been arrested five minutes ago is highly unrealistic.

Bro is not even in the JSA discord and has never even been involved with the courts system but confidence is key I guess pop off king

so you saying everything is ran in a timely manner? People don't need to wait over 2 months for a case to be forwarded and posted on the forums?

And that people aren't waiting over 13 real life days for their not guilty cases to be looked at?
And when the issues are brought up in the JSA discord about it, they don't just say "It's development for them". That doesn't happen?
