 First generation Mexican-American gang member from a neighborhood in Vespucci labeled "La Cienega" or "The Swamp" (English translation). Pedro's fate was directed and orchestrated by the direct influence of the predominately black ghetto in which he was raised.

 24 year old, Pedro Luevano

•  An avid lean drinker known for being smooth and laid back with a reserved demeanor when high but can easily turn up and be out-going in the right situations.

• Lives with his non English speaking grandmother  who can be seen pushing a cart through the neighborhood from time to time smiling and waving at neighbors.

•  Has a 1 year old daughter (Destiny) with a non-affiliated girl from the neighborhood named Kayla a/k/a Kay Kay.

•  Can be seen going out sad behind his baby-mother Kayla. They constantly fight in public and/or social media; She has exposed him several times for domestic abuse, fucking bunk hoes, being "A bum” and constantly needing to use her car.

•  He is rumored to have shot into a high school backyard party that was said to have had members from the Venice Shoreline Crips coalition in 2016. He is also said to have been the perpetrator in a tragic revenge shooting that left 2 injured outside of Vespucci high school during dismissal in 2018. The intended targets were said to be School Yard Crip members.

•  Works a 9-5 doing construction & dock laboring at S.A.P.A. but also sells a few drugs (mainly weed) on the side. Pedro spends a lot of his earned money on either clothes for him and his daughter, tattoos, liquor, hoes, car parts, or lean.

25 year old, Pedro Luevano

 

• One of the older active members of the Tiny Locs generation. Although he is still active in the gang wars he’s been pushing to take the backseat and shift his mindset to be more money oriented for the sake of his 3 year old daughter Destiny.

 

• Militant, and observing in every environment.



• The mentor for many of the young residents. He’s taken many of the young members on their first hits, has taught many of them how to shoot guns, and is big on teaching the members how to avoid being a victim of casualty in the constant war zone known as the swamp. Pedro tends to stay out of petty internal conflicts but is quick to reprimand a member who he deems to be acting unethical to the code of conduct. 

 

• Distributes guns and a variety of drugs to the gang members such as Cocaine, crack, heroin, LSD with the more predominate drugs being Lean and Percs assisting the flow of money and security into the neighborhood. 

 

• The brains behind a prescription drug fraud project that allows him to receive prescription drugs with the use of fake ID’s and stolen prescription slips. Ultimately handing out free fake ID’s to all willing participants
