Short description: The ability to drop your current phone, call from an anonymous number, use payphones and buy SIM cards at a 24/7

Detailed description: I'd like to see a feature, which gives us more room when it comes to the phone system. The ability to purchase a temporary sim that you can dispose of at a 24/7. For example, right now if you're trying to rob or scam someone from an /ad, there's no way you can get away with it, even though you could easily in reality. You can /turnoff phone, but law enforcement still has your phone number registered, and they'll be able to track at the very least your name and personal details from it. This would add payphones, and disposable phones for exactly that reason, anonymous and sketchy business. We could for example go into a 24/7, but a burner/new phone with a SIM and use that one. We could /dropphone it, to drop the phone. Now, with the 1.5 update where all items are unique, I personally think this fits amazingly in it. Because if you /dropphone (1,2) (depending on whether you only have 1 phone or 2), now since it's a unique phone with it's own ID number, Law Enforcement or civilians can see and pick that phone up, access the contacts, SMS and calls made unless they're deleted beforehand. The PD and forensics could lift fingerpints and other DNA from the phone unless wiped.

Commands to add: /payphone, /dropphone (1,2), /takephone, /wipephone (factory reset, could take up to a minute and shot % of the progress).

Items to add: adding Phone/SIM to the 24/7s.

How would your suggestion improve the server?: It would greatly improve realism, as the current system gives law enforcement so many ways to track you, yet you have no scriptwise way of getting away, making yourself anonymous or wiping evidence. It'd make criminal RP a lot easier and more realistic, giving us an actual chance to get away with crimes.

Additional information: It wouldn't cut into the profits made by custom phone numbers if allowed to hold two phones, plus it generates another random number, and the only reason people donate for a custom phone number is to have it custom/chosen/easy.
