Bank Transfers to Offline Players

Short description:  Simply allows /transfer at banks to Name_Surname even if the player is offline.

Detailed description: This command will allow people to send money to offline players. I.E. if somebody buys something online, they could send the seller a screenshot of /transfer. Seller, when comes IG, will receive a /notification(s). I believe it already exists.

How would your suggestion improve the server? Like mentioned above, it will ease things with online sales, promoting that kind of businesses.
