At the age of 16 she got jumped into the gang under the clique known as; Forum Drive Gangsters a night after her brother was shot dead by a rival gang member from Mara Salvatrucha 13 which lead to Kiara acting upon it and taking revenge the night of her jump in; reportedly there was two murdered and four injured at the shooting location in El Burro Heights. She eventually began to date another affiliate from Forum Drive Gangsters known as; Boomer, one night when out on a date with him she ran into a male teenager who was affiliated to Mara Salvatrucha 13 and ended up shooting him at point-blank range before running away from the scene. A couple of months later she was cruising with two other affiliates from the set and spotted a rival blood member and shot the ground beneath him; making him dance which earned her the nickname, Trouble.
