Louis Cascata (born August 1, 1984) is a former liquor thief and is believed to be loosely connected to the Martorano crime family through his cousin, Martin Pisano. Cascata is employed as a taxi driver in Los Santos. Cascata was born in East Flatbush, Brooklyn, New York City. Cascata was raised in a conservative Italian-American family. Cascata’s father, Peter, operated an afterhour club, Coco’s, on the corner of East 46th Street, and was known as a mob hangout for connected guys in the Bonanno and Colombo families. Cascata was subject to mob culture from an early age due to the strong mafia presence in East Flatbush. He served drinks in his father’s club in the afternoon, and was known to be a capable driver. At 16, Cascata became Nicholas Mosca’s driver. Mosca was a Colombo soldier whose operations were based out of Coco’s. In 2001, Cascata was indicted for aggravated battery after severely injuring a fellow patron at a bar in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Cascata battered the man with an ashtray after the man had repeatedly insulted Cascata’s date. He was sentenced to eight years in prison and served most of his time in Arizona State Prison, Perryville, and made connections with a number of career criminals based in San Andreas. Cascata was granted parole in December 2008, and moved to Los Santos, San Andreas. Cascata touched base with Connor Cunningham, his former cellmate, and went on a robbery spree targeting mostly breweries and other alcohol-based refineries. Blaine County’s local newspaper jokingly nicknamed the pair the Bourbon Thieves. In a bid to ease parole officers, Cascata was a taxi driver in the early hours. Sinking back into a criminal lifestyle, he rekindled ties with his cousin, Martin Pisano, who is believed to be connected to the Martorano crime family, and has since been seen affiliating with other mob connected figures like Jimmy Bazzoli, Robert Bonfiglio, and Gianni Gargano.
