Name: Dusty "Dirt" Miller Age: 23 Ethnicity: White (Caucasian) Hometown: Grapeseed, San Andreas Current Residence: Rundown spot in Grapeseed Backstory: Dustin grew up in a busted-up trailer on the outskirts of Grapeseed. His old man was a hard drinker with ties to prison crews, and his mom left when he was 10. By the time Dustin hit high school, he was already running with local wood heads shaking down kids, stealing cars, and fighting anyone who looked at him wrong. He got the nickname “Dirt” from always being in some grimy mess, covered in grease or blood, and never backing down. He did time in juvie for GTA and got a crash course in prison politics early. He learned fast—who to talk to, who to fight, and when to shut his mouth. Inside, he earned respect the only way you can behind bars: by staying solid, standing tall, and never snitching. When he got out, the streets hadn’t changed, but he had—more ink, more anger, and a deeper hunger to prove himself. Now 23 and back in Grapeseed, Dustin's crashing with his uncle—an ex-con who runs a small-time operation and clocks hours at the slaughterhouse. Dustin’s picking up shifts too, but the real money’s in the hustle. He’s slinging dope, running dirt bikes out into the desert, and trying to climb the ranks with the older woods. He talks less now, moves smarter, but still carries that wild spark in his eye that says he’ll do whatever it takes to get noticed. For Dustin, respect doesn’t come from words—it’s earned in scars, silence, and how many motherfuckers you’ve put in the dirt.

Name: Cody "Snake" Millers Race: White Age: 21 Hometown: Mission Row, Los Santos Sentence: Life without parole – String of Armed Robberies, Felony Murder. Backstory: Cody Millers a peckerwood came up outta Mission Row, where the sirens never sleep and the walls talk back. His moms was barely holdin’ it together—pill bottle always half-empty, boyfriends in and out, and rent barely paid. Cody ain’t have no guidance, just the streets and the high he could chase. He started with weed and lean in middle school, poppin' Xanax by ninth grade. By the time he was sixteen, Cody was full-blown strung out—smokin' glass, snortin’ whatever came his way. The drugs numbed it all: the empty home, the street violence, the feelin' of bein’ nothin’. But they also fed his hunger for chaos. He’d rob a man at gunpoint with glassy eyes and shaky hands—wired up, heart racin', thinkin' he was untouchable. He wasn’t. He got in deep with a couple older crash-outs who used him for the wild shit—home invasions, jack moves, anything dirty. He was their little pitbull, always ready to bite. One night, zooted out of his mind, Cody led a crew into a stash house. They tied up the dealer, flipped the spot, but a woman walked in. Screamin' turned to gunshots, and Cody watched the whole thing fall apart through the haze of meth and panic. They caught him with a burner and stolen goods two days later. Charged him under felony murder. Between his drug priors, the robbery string, and the body on the scene, the DA hit him with the hammer. At 21, he was buried in a life sentence. No parole. Now Cody Millers walks that Level 4 yard with twitchy eyes and a deep hunger—still fightin’ demons, still fiendin’ for somethin’. The drugs fried part of his soul, but he still moves with purpose. Ain’t no high left but violence and respect now—and he’ll chase both like his next fix.

((GALLERY )) Los Santos County has been the birthplace of many white-supremacist, Neo-nazi and skinhead gangs for a long time; many of which bred from the 1980s counter-culture punk movement. One of the hot spots for these gangs has been Vespucci Beach, where many different gangs grew. Many of these gangs hold a dominating presence within the state's prison systems, according to numerous sources such as the Anti Defamation League's and the US Department of Justice's websites, however their presence extends beyond these confines and onto the streets. On June the 5th, starting approximately at 7pm, a large scale operation by the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department commenced against these gangs where they raided the homes of alleged members. Supporting the operation were deputies from the Davis Sheriff's Station; the Special Enforcement Bureau - the tactical response arm of the LSSD; deputies from the Operation Safe Streets Bureau - the bureau responsible for Operation Maria, the task force that led to the arrests of two leaders within the Mexican Mafia, and responsible for identifying and arresting known gang affiliates; and a liaison from the Los Santos Police Department's K9 unit. "The Los Santos County Sheriff's department is conducting a large scale operation targeting a criminal group posing a public safety hazard to the La Puerta and Vespucci Beach communities." An officer on scene stated to the Daily News. "The goal is to hit as many known properties at once to preserve the integrity of any possible evidence. These groups are known to be extremely violent and are not beyond harming civilians or law enforcement personnel." Skin head and Neo-Nazi gangs hold a reputation for extreme violence across the United States with it's members often being charged for severe hate crimes including, but not limited to, kidnapping and murder. In 2002 a member of one of these gangs, the gang being named PEN1 or Public Enemy No. 1, was convicted of attempted murder after he sliced the neck of a Hispanic male in front of their family following a traffic altercation. The member, Chad Studebaker, reportedly sliced the father's neck after he exited his vehicle to talk about Studebaker's aggressive driving. He stole the victim's Star-of-David necklace and fled the scene. In 1995 two members of the Nazi Low Rider Neo-Nazi gang, Shaun Broderick and Christopher Crawford, murdered an African-American Walmart employee with hammers. The attack supposedly sparked due to the victim speaking with Broderick's girlfriend. As the two fled, they attempted to run over the victim's body using their vehicle. Following the six hour operation, where the LSSD raided many homes alleged to belong to local neo-nazi gangs, reports say that law enforcement seized a total number of 17 firearms and 1.3 kilograms (45.8 ounces) of narcotics. The results of the raids within Vespucci led to the arrests of two individuals. The LSSD have not disclosed their identities, nor possible gang affiliations, to the Los Santos Daily News. Editor's Note: 09/06/2022. 7:25pm This article, at the time of it publishing, claimed that the total amount seized from the raids in Vespucci was 13 guns and 975 grams of narcotics. After further fact checking and correspondence between the Los Santos Daily News, the Los Santos County Sheriff Department's Press Information officers, and the Operation Safe Streets Bureau within, this number was false. The number was noted down from an earlier point in the raid and given to us as a final total by mistake. The true number of weapons and narcotics seized was a total of 17 guns and 1.3 kilograms. The article has been changed in the following ways: The headline has been updated to reflect the more accurate total. All instances of the previous total, 13 guns and 975gs of drugs, has been changed to the more up-to-date total of 17 guns and 1.3kgs.
