Following the incarceration of John Galkin and his 'associate' Justin Young on grand theft auto, resisting arrest, and the possession of a stolen firearm, police kept tabs on the two. The information they gathered was grim, from (ALLEGED) small-time robberies, to petty squabbles and drug dealing observed and linked to them they have identified individuals who they have placed to the core foundation for a gang they dubbed 'RENO'S CLIQUE'. Seen with them were one Benjamin Gaterud, and the youngest prospect Billy Boyton. The people that grew up at or hang around the Power Street slums hung around each other for protection against larger black and hispanic gangs around their schools. This, coupled with their anti-education anti-government mentality set and awful precedent for them. Most of them having dropped out from any sort of education program, or being on the verge of dropping out. The other activities such as drugs were a form of escapism or capital-oriented plays. (((OOC SECTION))) ANY AND ALL ACTIONS PORTRAYED BY ANY OF THE CHARACTERS THAT ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS FACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AT FACE-VALUE AND DO NOT REPRESENT THE ACTUAL OPINIONS OR POLITICAL BELIEFS OF ANY REAL PERSON PRESENT. The goal of this faction is to have an accurate a portrayal as possible of a gang of white teens banding together in order to survive a harsh city. We reserve the right to be selective in the recruitment of members who will partake in faction-rp and are granted membership as a high level of quality is EXPECTED from anyone choosing to portray a character affiliated with us.
