  1. The Cedar Block Piru is a street gang that first appeared in the Roy Lowenstein, South Central in the early 1970s. The Cedar Block Piru Gang was established to address the social and economic problems that its members faced, such as poverty, a lack of opportunity, and prejudice. The Black Power movement and the advent of further street gangs in the South Central region had an impact on gangs as well. The Bloods, a more significant street gang that originated in Los Angeles in the 1960s, include the Cedar Block Piru gang. The Bloods operate on a "territorial" basis and are structured around a leadership hierarchy like other street gangs. This implies that gangs have the right to seize particular regions or "territories" as their own, and that they may use force to protect and consolidate their control over those regions. Red is a color that members of the Cedar Block Piru Gang frequently don to show that they are Bloods. As the first letter of "blood," the letter "B" is occasionally employed as a symbol of gang membership, along with the Cincinnati red cap. Gangs are known to engage in drug trafficking, robberies, extortion, and other criminal activities to make money and gain control. Over the years, the Cedar Block Piru gang has been associated with a number of violent occurrences, including assaults, stabbings, and shootings. The Crips, another significant street gang in the South Central area, and other gangs are known to engage in violent turf conflicts with them. In South Central, there has been a rise in crime and violence, which has had a terrible effect on nearby neighborhoods. In an effort to stop the illegal activities of the Cedar Block Piru gang, law enforcement authorities have been active, leading to the arrest and punishment of numerous members. Recent gang violence prevention measures and community engagement activities in the South Central area have been made in an effort to deter young people from joining gangs. 2. 64th Street Hustlaz (64SH) 64th Street Hustlaz (Also known as Capital Risktakers; 64th Capital Riskers) is an umbrella term for the gang - turned DTO - containing numerous, youthful, sub-cliques who reside within the 64th Street Capital Boulevard complex, on Capital Boulevard. The group beholds many like-minded, criminal individuals, and some of the younger affiliates still attend the local High School on Davis Avenue. The group consists of many Latin/Afro-American males, between the ages 13-25. While the group lacks experience of ‘gangbanging’, they have still been able to surface upon local news articles for being able to distribute quantities of drugs; such as Cannabis, Heroin, and Codeine, and other forms of contraband. Individuals from the group have varying backgrounds, however, the common objective they all share is to thrive within their community, and hustle to the top of the respective food chain, by any means possible. The group consists of travelling outcasts, similar to gypsies, which only strings the teenagers closer together through loyalty and respect. Some of the individuals have become known in the local area for producing music independently, and being in contact with rappers within the Los Santos Community. Operations: The 64th Street Hustlaz have many means of gaining money, which include selling small quantities of illicit substances to the addicts who flood the streets of South-Central. The group also contains many talented individuals, who are motivated to earn money legally, they do this by producing beats on various softwares, and selling them for use. The group are known to be armed and dangerous, and most certainly not a force to be reckoned with. Members from the gang have gained attention in the local news recently, for allegedly being involved in a shooting in the Rancho area, where two victims were announced deceased, and one remains in critical care. Although 64th Street Hustlaz are not a tagging crew, they often cover their territorial areas in graffiti, as a way to assert power/dominance over potential rivals who may have intentions to supply and gang-bang in the area. Some of the phrases tagged up by the group include the following: ‘64 RISK TAKERZ’, ‘64TH STREET HUSTLAZ’, ‘RISKY HUSTLAZ’, and more. In February of 2023, a 17 year-old african-american male - Melvin Wright - was stabbed 9 times in the chest and neck. This was following an altercation with many affiliates of the gang, in which Wright tried to jump Sonny "Nino" Torres, and attempted to rob his bike. This resulted in the death of Wright, after Torres' younger associates caught Wright on his way home from school. After Torres arrived, a heated verbal altercation escalated quickly, and the group of Torres' associates stabbed Wright to death, shortly before fleeing the scene. The group was never caught for the killing, and the case was closed unsolved. Krazy Kase Openers: Krazy Kase Openers (KKO; pronounced Kay-Kay-Owe), is the main sub-clique within 64SH, it was formed by Sonny "Nino" Torres, when the street gang started to develop and expand after a period of high financial benefit, and become known as more of a DTO in the city. All of the known affiliates of the clique are known to be armed and dangerous. Affiliates of 64SH are only initiated into KKO after months of proving themselves trustworthy to the higher-ups within the gang through means such as tagging, selling small quantities of illicit drugs, and providing a service to the gang itself. The group has amassed unwanted attention from local authorities, due to them conducting criminal activities, including; manufacturing contraband, and distributing drugs on a large scale, and many of the affiliates are known to the police after many interactions. (Commonly seen wearing merchandise of Baltimore Oriales; "O's" standing for "Openers"). History: While the group has only been active for the previous few years, they have been able to establish sources of income (both legally and illegally) without attracting masses of rival attention, keeping neutral relations with a lot of the surrounding gangs in the Davis and other regions. Place of residence: The crew currently resides within the Capital Boulevard Complex, on 64th street. This area is known for gang violence, and lower-class properties: (Capital Boulevard Complex) The Capital Boulevard Complex is often referred to as 'The Capital' by affiliates of the street gang. Insignia: Many members of the gang are seen wearing fitted hats, associated with the Major League Baseball team named the Colorado Rockies. The meaning behind this relates to the gang also being affiliated with the name ‘Capital Risk Takers’ (CR). OOC Info: This is a realistic depiction of Hispanic-American and Afro-American characters, We will not be roleplaying old-time 90's gangsters/cholos. Instead, a modern adaptation of the street crime industry, including more modern generations of gangsters, inspired by older ones. Our goal is to provide a slightly different approach into the modern crime industry, role-playing individuals who are unwanted at home, and exiled to live with other family members/friends at a local complex, which may vary due to the conditions, where we also explore how lives in the hood may differ. If you wish to join you are able to approach us IN-CHARACTER, there is the ability to approach us OUT-OF-CHARACTER as well through OOC planning. You are able to contact any of the original members to help get you started. I would be delighted to answer any queries OOCly via discord este#7236 or my PM! @realsteele @madsr1255 Thread still subject to minor changes!
  3. PREHISTORIC ERA (1970-2000) Palomino Avenue was once known to be a primarily Filipino-American dominated area, Satanas was a clique from Temple Street since the 1920s that went off solo in the 1970s. In 1972, a car club group started in the Los Santos area by some Filipino Americans who had formed a cultural bond where they were a minority. At first the club was exclusively for Filipinos. Other Filipinos came to socialize with this club. Satanas (STS or Ese Te Ese) is a predominantly Filipino American street gang with a minority of Hispanic, Korean American and even Caucasian members. The street gang started in the 70's as a Filipino click of the Temple Street 13 (TST) in Los Santos, San Andreas. The first ever Satanas set (broken off TST) to hit the streets of Los Santos was Menaces STS (MSTS/STSM). Many of the original STS members from East Beach had family ties in TST which led to Satanas often kicking back with Temple St members from both West and East side of town. Some TST flipped over to STS after they became a gang (most often youngens). The gang gained alot in numbers through the 80's during the wars with with Pinoy Real (PRG) Bahala Na Gang (East Beach BNG) and Crazys (CYS). In the late 90's, the gang's numbers started to drop heavly due to members being deported/jailed. This led to alot of the youngens and even riders dropping the Saints flag and moving on in life - as nobody wanted to be deported. In the early 2000s, Satanas experienced a dip in numbers, only the downest homeboys were still on the streets representing but they weren't banging as hard as back in the 80's. Satanas set all over Los Santos lost a lot of territory, they often got picked on by deeper and more active gangs without retaliating which led to a mass loss of the gang's reputation on the streets. Many small time Satanas sets all over Los Santos went inactive or dropped the Saints flag during this period. CIVIL WAR (2000-2014) The late 21st century was known to be the golden era of the Satanas , the small time sets scattered around Los Santos and well-known Satanas OG member, Ray Kanto, decided to gather all the small sets to create a very large gang which would be centralized around the areas of Koreatown and Mirror Park. There were two sets active, the E/S Krazy Mirror Park Satanas and the W/S Palomino Satanas Gang which was under the control of Ray Kanto, on the 9th of August, 2014, Ray Kanto and his homies were hanging around the areas of Mirror Park when a Black Chevy Impala drove up to them and shot Ray and his crew, which weakened the Satanas leadership, this resulted in the civil war between the E/S Krazy Mirror Park Satanas and the W/S Palomino Satanas. A lot of the senior members and original founders of the Satanas sets are either locked up or have been killed. The war between both Satanas sets was bloody, cousins up against cousins and brothers against brothers, the W/S Palomino Satanas Gang however went up on top during the war and the Krazy Mirror Park Satanas capitulated as a result of civil war and an unstable leadership, Palomino Satanas OG's Edgar Guzman, Roy Mercado, Louis Sok and Marlon Mercado set to rebuild the entire set from the ground up due to them losing much of their manpower and their resources during this time in history. MODERN SATANAS (2015-PRESENT) On the 8th of May, 2018, Satanas OGs Edgar Guzman, Roy Mercado, Louis Sok and Marlon Mercado were indicted on drug distribution charges, as of year 2020, the gang is no less than a small crew and it's members are composed of a mix of experienced gang members and young adolescents. Satanas members like to flaunt their set by wearing Saints related clothing and wearing the sports team called the Seattle Mariners' gear and wear. Francisco "Kapitan Pancho" Bartolome, a long time member of the set took the reigns when most of the leadership within the W/S Palomino Satanas Gang were arrested, Marlon "Looney" Mercado's charges were dropped and the duo reunited and set to rebuild what was once lost. Most tags and graffitis done by the set are seen around the areas of Palomino Avenue and Little Seoul. NOTABLE EVENTS (2021-2022) The Little Seoul Incident came to be when drug dealers under the set were dealing around the Little Seoul LTD, the locals who were living in Koreatown did not want the gang set operating in said territory and as a result, brawls occured between the Satanas Gang set and the Little Seoul Tigers, it escelated when a local named Isiah "Grim" Umali, took out a firearm and pointed it towards the locals, as a result he was shot and killed. It is said to believe that, Shotcaller Marlon "Looney" Mercado opted for peace between the communities of Palomino Avenue and Little Seoul, an alliance and a ceasefire was called after the incident and the drug dealers were ordered to move to a different spot to create their own market. One of the notable crimes, Louis Gamez was sleeping inside his house down in Mirror Park when gang set member Mateo Ibarra followed him all the way to his house and waited until he was inside. Ibarra then went inside and shot Gamez three times in the head. Palomino Set member Iker "Trouble" Barajas, who is yet to be identified was behind the killing of Gregory Contreras, long time Gang Detective in the Los Santos Sheriff's Department. It is believed that Trouble attempted to rob three off-duty cops and they returned fire in self-defense, resulting in the death of Contreras. Another notable event would be the death of Marlon "Looney" Mercado, who was shot and killed by an unknown assailant in the streets of Palomino Avenue. He was shot five times in the head. On September 12, 2021, a LSPD SWAT-team responded to gunshots being fired at the Little Seoul LTD. Upon arrival, the SWAT-team opened fire at Satanasero affiliates who were involved in a shootout. The SWAT-team was ambushed from behind however, by Jacob Gamboa, Francisco Bartolome, and Vincente Saez. They successfully killed 3 LSPD SWAT officers, before attempting to escape in a vehicle. They were later caught and arrested. The San Andreas District Attorney's Office demanded life imprisonment without parole for all three Satanasero members, on account of three times capital murder. With the help of an exceptional lawyer, Omar Ortiz, Gamboa and Bartolome managed to prove themselves ''innocent'' at court, while all blame was thrown at Vincente Saez, who in turn got locked up for life. After the SWAT incident, the W/S Palomino Satanas Gang decided to lay low due the heat of law enforcement. Not long after, nearly all gang activities ceased when prominent members of Satanas Gang moved out of Los Santos. A year followed with no sign of the Satanas to be found, until a sudden resurgence took place during the month of December in 2022. The Satanasero resurfaced in their home turf of Palomino Avenue, and their gang activities continued once more. The group carried on with a more careful approach this time around however, avoiding large shootouts with law enforcement as was done during the 2021 incidents. The new Satanasero also rebranded themselves as just the W/S Satanas Gang to officially split off from the older and extinct Palomino Gang and to avoid affiliation and previous heat. 4. V-Town Buffalos The Vespucci Buffalo Soldiers, is a Black nationalistic Street crew located within the La Puerta area of Vespucci stretching from low income apartments, and homes in the proximity of Bay City Avenue such as Tug Street, and Rub street, along within Melanoma Avenue as the remaining Black Majority of Vespucci would've been gentrified to either other regions within Los Santos or to low income enclaves such as Vista Del Mar where majority of the members of the Buffalo Soldiers would reside in. Ironically the Vista Del Mar would even compressed in with more affluent areas nearby. The group composes of mainly members with African American heritage but even others belonging to the category of “Black” as a category of race due to it’s rather nationalistic, and prideful roots of how it came to exist in the first place. However, it may even rarely hold members of other races under special circumstances due to the low income areas of Vespucci being rather a melting pot of different cultures. The group first started off as all young teenagers living within the same community of each other often hanging around and finding ways to make money through whichever hustle they can find, one thing they especially loved to do was carjacking, and joy riding when it was it's earliest stage of organisation until eventually the clique organised into that of an actual gang as more connections within the Black Car in jail and outside. More members would have also been joining and intiating into the Buffalos as the crew finally now has the manpower to operate like that of a gang. The gang would often be a rather tightly knit community often keeping top relations with the locals of La Puerta almost acting as the "robin hoods." Of the community, and the Vista Del Mar as the gang intends to keep top relations with the locals due to having been around each other and growing up for a long time seeing each other and having family that's all familiar with each other one way or another. The group eventually came to it's realisation of turning the clique into an actual crew banding together in order to escape from poverty within Vespucci Beach and doing whatever it takes to do so as long as it did not harm the community in La Puerta. One big reason for the formation of the Vespucci Buffalo Soldiers was due to the fact that white supremacist organisations, or other ethnic gangs in the vicinity may often come along and harass black residents living within the proximity of Vespucci whether getting robbed, beaten, or perhaps even killed as the juvenile locals eventually grew sick of that forming their own crew finding more power in unison operating as an organisation. Overall the reasoning for it’s prideful name to be known as the V-Town Buffalo Soldiers is due to their militant nature along with its sense of identity, with the older member’s drive to organize and band up to protect each other within an outnumbered %6'er yet tightly knit community in Vespucci with racism, and aggression received from other group using the name Buffalo Soldiers as reference to the actual regiment of African American soldiers in the US army due to one thing in common being Black, and militant. History of Black Population in Vespucci It could even be said that some of the locals or members of the crew would not describe them much as a “gang.” But, rather just soldiers with a common cause to defend their community against bigger threats within Vespucci and to support each other as a community with even the older influential members of the crew themselves not seeing this as a gang but rather a movement despite it very much operating like that of a gang in the end of the day with their financial gains mostly being from criminal activities, claiming a turf, and even bringing their sense of identity wherever they go tagging up spots in the La Puerta area especially around the apartments, and low income housing they reside in as a sense of pride and identity as members will usually wear Brown rags and even rocking Buffalo Bills merch as their sense of uniformity. They will also use other forms of uniformity such as tattoos relating to the Buffalos, or over all symbolism that is evident to being that of the Buffalo soldiers or even the neighbourhood they reside in. Although having hatred for white supremacist groups, along with other street gangs flaunting their power upon the black residents of Vespucci they usually appear to more focus on making money, along with gaining more power as a priority rather than constant clashes with other groups however do have no qualms engaging in conflict to those who trouble them but in the end of day their main motivation is money, and power in order to help them operate in respect of defending their community, along with bringing more profit towards the gang. While most gangs appear to make most of their profits from the sale of narcotics. This doesn't appear to be the case for the Buffalo Soldiers with members mainly having an affinity for grand theft auto with them being responsible for the increasing reports of missing vehicles, along with robberies being conducted on vehicles with members still yet to be caught in action from how covert their procedures area whenever engaging in vehicle theft. Eventually all that changed as the clique evolved into that of a gang with some form of organisation as nowadays they engage in other forms of criminal activities such as drug dealings, robberies, financial scams, as they grew more vast, and ambitious now adopting a policy of "hustle by any means." As the group grown larger they started facing away from their original affinity of grand theft auto, and joyriding from when the original founders of the group were often hardcore car thieves, and joyriders, as they now built more connections, and gained more manpower to operate like that of an actual gang rather than that of a clique. Members often have various ways of identifying themselves as stated they will usually flag themselves with Brown Rags, along with tattoos related to crew with abbreviations of “Buffalo Soldiers.” or overall symbolism related to the Buffalo soldiers or even the neighbourhood they reside in. Overall it could be easy to identify a member of the group if they appear to openly appear to flaunt their belonging to the gang or perhaps not if the member so chooses not to express their loyalty with tattoos but it can indeed be spotted out carefully from their choice of colours or their behaviour and members often having black nationalistic views in their choice of ideologies. They also appear to have an insignia team with that being of the Buffalo Bills as members will often wear merch or caps related to the Buffalo Bills even using tattoos related to the NFL team too in relation to the name "Buffalo Soldiers." OOC NOTE We are an open faction on request that qualité roleplay is provided along with following by the server rules, and overall providing an enjoyable and fun environment to create the community vibes! CK perms will automatically be applied to the those who can enforce CK perms once your character with those two being @AfroGxaiden and @Figenskar is roled associate+ we will not CK locals and will even allow locals of any age or background to roleplay with us, If they do not wish to take the path of a gang banger! We plan on aiming to make a fictional predominantly black street crew which will eventually this will evolve into a semi-organised street gang with black nationalistic roots taking some elements of real life criminal organisations into one big fictional idea. If you wish to be part of this concept feel free to join the discord so long you value quality roleplay, character development, along with character portrayal, along with having interest in roleplaying as a black teenager preferably 13-16 residing within Vespucci(If you wish to take the gang banging path of the faction) although token characters will be allowed it may need to be regulated at a low percentage of membership in the group. Overall the key things we are looking for is Quality roleplay, along with character development hence we won't tolerate trolls, or unserious roleplayers. However, if you're down to be part of this group feel free to join the discord and create a character and engage with the members hanging around the designated spots of the faction or even shoot me a pm about further questions. https://discord.gg/ceJNnWemFp
  5. History The Black P Stone Nation is a street gang that has its early roots within Chicago during the early 1960's, starting out a group of juvenile delinquents that were not really organized until they came into contact with an individual known as Reverend Fry, providing the gang with economic and social support that allowed it grow rapidly in numbers, causing the gang to expand all across Chicago. The gang was known as the Black Stone Rangers at that time, changing their name/direction numerous times throughout the years, being a Black Nationalist gang around the time the San Andreas/West Coast delegation started. There was a member of the gang known as T Rodgers, who moved out to Los Santos within Chamberlain Hills during 1969. He was granted approval from the main 21 (The main 21 being the 21 bricks (leaders) of the gang in Chicago) to create a west coast delegation of the Black P Stone Nation within Los Santos. T Rodgers brought over a more organized and community approach to a gang than that of the current gangs at the time. This is because Chicago street gangs often organized themselves after the Mob or Chicago Outfit, with Chicago gangs having literature that must be studied and known, along with some gangs having complex initiations, i.e, the Gangster Disciple's 7 Nights of Hell. This more organized approach to a gang helped the Black P Stones thrive in their community, growing rapidly in numbers across Chamberlain. In the local high school, there was a gang called the Jungle Boyz. Some of their members were already under the Black Stones, so they decided to merge the gang and created two sets under Black P Stone, the City and the Jungles. The City is known as the thinkers, while the Jungles are the strawmen. The Black P Stones in Los Santos are known to have an alliance with the Rolling 20s, with T Rodgers wanting to transform the set into the Black Stones, but he respected an OG within the gang, so they stayed as the Rolling 20s under an alliance with the Black Stones, the Rolling 20s later became known as the Rolling 20s Neighborhood Bloods. The Black Stones started off wearing blue rags as well as with other gangs at the time, along with sayings commonly referred to as Crip slang. The gang only started rocking red and saying Blood around 1971 during a meeting between the Brims, Black Stones, Gladiators and another gang. They discussed coming under one umbrella and thought of a word that they could use to respond with whenever Crip gang members would yell out violently the name of their gang within juvenile hall, with them settling on the word blood, making the Black P Stones one of the founding sets of the Bloods Alliance. The colors on a red bandanna have a meaning, with each color standing for something within the alliance, red standing for blood, white standing for the celestial stars and black standing for us. Present Day In the present day, the City and Jungles still exist, with the City commonly being referred to as the Bity. Though they are not as a active as they once were following two federal indictments that arrested over 50 members of the Black P Stones, dwindling their numbers on the street and forcing their members not arrested to lay low and go off the radar for a few years. In recent years though, the Black P Stones are starting to make a return in Chamberlain, with members being seen hanging outside of the apartment complex known as the Jungles along with tags appearing around the city of Davis and Chamberlain Hills. Rivalries/Alliances The Black P Stones were natural enemies of the Crips because of them falling under the Bloods umbrella, but that has changed moving forward into recent years as altercations and violence between the Black Stones and Crips are on the decline and members are seen interacting amongst each other. The main rivalries that have been shared into the current day are a deep rooted rivalry with gangs under the Neighborhood Crip alliance along with gangs under the Mexican Mafia. The gang's most notorious rivalry though is with 18th Street, with the rivalry being a vicious war between the two gangs with members of 18th street reported to come into the area of the Black P Stones Jungles and shoot any African American during the height of the rivalry. The rivalry has cooled down to an extent but there is still reports of brawls or fights breaking out between 18th and the Black Stones as well as graffiti disrespecting each other. NOTABLE EVENTS (2021) The Little Seoul Incident came to be when drug dealers under the set were dealing around the Little Seoul LTD, the locals who were living in Koreatown did not want the gang set operating in said territory and as a result, brawls occured between the Satanas Gang set and the Little Seoul Tigers, it escelated when a local named Isiah "Grim" Umali, took out a firearm and pointed it towards the locals, as a result he was shot and killed.
  9. Overview Fuk Ching (福青), meaning 'Fujianese Youth', is a Chinese-American Tong-affiliated street gang turned internationally active crime syndicate founded during the Golden Age of Chinese-American street gangs in the neighborhood of Little Fuzhou, a Fukien-American enclave in Manhattan's Chinatown in New York City, which later expanded to other Fukien-American enclaves in the turn of the century, specifically Los Santos following 2005 and the establishment of a regional Fukien-American Association office in Los Santos' Chinatown. Members of the Fuk Ching gang are primarily young men of the second generation or onward from the Fujian Province of China with a minority of other Chinese nationals from other provinces and other South-East Asian nationalities. Activities initially ranged from petty extortion or robbery to heroin trafficking in the inception of the gang, but later the gang mastered their role in global human smuggling operations to catapult themselves to prominence through wealth rather than manpower as opposed to other street gangs. History of the Fuk Ching The creation of the Fuk Ching gang was brought about by young Chinese immigrants from the Fujian province of China in 1985, much later than a majority of the Manhattan-based Chinese gangs, which had gotten their starts in the late 1960's or early 1970's, and operated like many others in the neighborhood, territorial petty criminals earning their money through extortion and protection rackets. The region many of the founding members hailed from is significant due to its capabilities as a hub for smuggling both narcotics, weapons as well as illegal aliens. The two original leaders of the gang were Paul Wong (Kin Fei Wong) and Kin Tai Chan, Wong leaving the gang in 1986 to form another Manhattan-based street gang, the Green Dragons, which quickly rivaled the Fuk Ching. This rivalry prompted Paul Wong to order the murder of Kin Tai Chan in 1989, apart of a series of territorial wars between the Fuk Ching, Green Dragons, Flying Dragons and the Tung On Boys, causing Guo Liang Qi (known as "Ah Kay"), a co-founder of the gang and previous debt collector to take the reigns of the gang from that point on, prompting the revisualization of the gang from a minor contender in the turf wars in Manhattan to a major international syndicate through a transition from heroin trafficking in the 1980s to early 1990s when they turned their focus on human smuggling operations, charging migrants thousands for a one-way trip into Chinatowns across the United States, enslaving those who couldn't afford to pay for their journey to work as restaurant workers or petty criminals alongside them, prompting enormous growth in wealth and size. Their human smuggling route typically focused on maritime or land-based smuggling through Ecuador and then the United State's Southern border with Mexico, eventually partnering with the well-established snakehead Cheng Chui Ping, who, up until that point, relied on methods of smuggling utilizing fake documentation and airline travels for aliens, abandoning it to focus on maritime smuggling and the assistance of the Fuk Ching as enforcers for debt collection from smuggling victims. Their collaboration brought success to both partners of the agreement, eventually Paul Wong's Green Dragons and the Fuk Ching reconnecting to make more money together, their first venture together a large collaboration of multiple gang's or organization's operations to smuggle 286 immigrants on a vessel named the Golden Venture. Its journey began in Bangkok, Thailand, and was destined for New York City. Ultimately, discontent flared at the worst time at the heeding of Dan Lin Xin, a Fuk Ching member who started a breakaway faction of the gang to wrestle for a larger cut of the multi-million dollar operation Ah Kay had curated. This defection caused a civil war between Xin Lin and Ah Kay's factions, starting with a failed hit on Dan Lin Xin in a beeper store which resulted in two other casualties, causing Guo Liang Qi to flee to China and leaving his two younger brothers to handle the gang and arrival of the Golden Venture whilst he was in hiding. Enraged by the attempt on his life, Dan Lin Xin, along with Yun Lin, Jeffery Zhu, Cho Chin Lee, Chao Lin Fang rallied two weeks before the Golden Venture was to arrive and made their way to a safehouse in Teaneck, New Jersey where Ah Kay's brothers were staying with a few other members of the gang, shooting and stabbing one of Ah Kay's brothers and two other gang members, promptly killing the other brother as he fled down the street. As they made their escape towards the George Washington Bridge, the five were stopped by police and apprehended at the sight of the blood of the recent murders. As a result, with Paul Wong and Ah Kay in China, Dan Lin Xin's faction in jail and the brothers dead, this left no one to tend to the arriving Golden Venture. The thirteen man crew was informed by Lee Peng Fei, a Taiwanese Snakehead, about the Teaneck incident and the fact that no one would be there for their arrival. The crew decided their next course of action to be running the ship ashore on Rockaway Beach near Fort Tilden in Queens, New York, slamming into a sandbar along the shore and being met by police along the shore. The resulting catastrophe of people scrambling to escape, some dying trying became known as the Golden Venture Tragedy of 1993. This tragedy resulted in 10 deaths, whether that be through hypothermia or drowning, many of the dreamers being deported back to China or other countries which offered refuge while only a few were allowed to stay. Following this tragedy, the ring leaders of this operation were rounded up, many extradited from China while still on the run. In 1994, Guo Liang Qi, or "Ah Kay" was arrested in Hong Kong, extradited and sentenced 20 years in prison on counts of murder and human trafficking, yet only ended up serving 12 years after testifying against Cheng Chui Ping, or "Sister Ping", a major investor into the vessel and business partner, who was on the run in China for many years before being apprehended, extradited and tried. In 2006, Ping was sentenced to 35 years in prison for human trafficking, hostage taking, money laundering, and trafficking ransom proceeds. Earlier, in 1994, Lee Peng Fei, the Taiwanese-based Snakehead was arrested in Bangkok, resisted extradition until 1997, and was sentenced to 20 years out of 80 potential years in prison for his crimes. Guo Liang Chi ended up serving as an informant for at least fifteen different federal criminal cases, including the prosecution of 35 Chinatown gang members, adding onto his light sentencing. Overall, as a direct result of this catastrophe, over fifty arrests were made, leaving a major dent in the Chinese underworld. The Fukien American Association Ostensibly, the Fukien American Association exists to serve fellow Fukien immigrants in America as a non-profit benevolent association through a variety of annual cultural festivals, community-held fundraisers, and financial assistance services for both family and business-owners, and English, Mandarin, and Fuzhou classes for their community. While this may have been true in the heyday of the Association in its establishment in 1942, it now exists as a legal façade for the sophisticated underbelly of nation-wide Fukien-Chinese American crime, with its headquarters in New York City, branches existing in nearby Middlesex, New Jersey and at the opposite coast in Los Santos, San Andreas. The Association serves as a 'tong' type organization to the Fuk Ching gang, being a legitimate protector and provider for the gang, controlling crime in the streets, using these gangs as the means to an end. During the gang's inception in the 60's, Alan Lau (Man Sin Lau), was the Association's president and the "ah kung" to the Fuk Ching gang, being replaced by Kenneth Cheng in the turn of the century and until the modern day. In the early 2000's, the expansion of the FAA went both nearby and cross country, namely in New Jersey in 2004, and San Andreas in 2005 to accommodate growing Fujianese communities in communities across the country. The man behind the push to San Andreas was William Meng (Chi Zhu Meng), former treasurer of the New York branch of the Fukien American Association and supposed organized crime figure in the region. The cross-nation jump initially ended in catastrophe, though, with the dissolution of Lee Wah Shew's New Chinatown in tangent with the economic downturn of 2008. During this time, the branch of the Association went into some form of stasis, existing out of the Fukien Merchants Group in the economic zone of Banning, Los Santos in the working up of a revival movement of the gentrified area that once was Chinatown. The revival movement came to be in the beginning of 2021 in times of uncertainty after the Chinese community as a whole faced racially-motivated attacks from other Asian communities across the city. As of the current day, the movement for a new Chinatown is currently spearheaded by the Fukien-American Association of the Greater Los Santos area, stimulating the revival of Chinese-owned businesses within the confines of the neighborhood, establishing a new Little Fuzhou on San Andreas Avenue and surrounding blocks, repopulating the area again with a redefined ethnic community, which, in turn allows for the revival of the areas Fuk Ching gang, despite many previous members being incarcerated, deceased, or retired. The Modern Fuk Ching While no longer in the limelight after its dismantling in the 90's and early 2000's, the Fuk Ching gang still operates covertly, shrouded in the disguise of the Fukien-American Association's operations. On the East Coast, their strength remains known in the political scandals of New York State Senator and mayoral candidate John Liu. The scandal was focused on Liu's linkage with the Fukien-American Association and supposed ties to the Fuk Ching gang along with the accusation of CCP front groups donating thousands to his mayoral campaign through straw donors, resulting in the arrest of Oliver Pan, vice chairman of both the Fukien American Association and the United Fujianese American Association and Jennifer Hou, treasurer for John Liu's 2013 mayoral campaign for fraud and withholding evidence from the FBI. A transcript from Oliver Pan directly names the Fukien American Association and their support to John Liu; "On July 27, 2011, Pan met with an undercover agent, John Chiue, who was posing as a Chinese businessman by the name of Richard Kong. Chiue said he was interested in starting a business in New York City, and told Pan he wanted to get a politician from City Hall in his pocket so he could make calls down the road and clear up any red tape. John Liu was elected comptroller in 2009. During the meeting, Pan told Chiue about a phone call he had with Liu. “Usually my first question will be ‘John, how much money you need?’” said Pan, in a transcript of a video Chiue took with a hidden camera. Liu said he would need 4 million or 5 million dollars, according to Pan. Pan told the undercover agent that Liu asked him, “Can you talk to Fukien Benevolent Association, bring fifty people donating eight hundred. Fifty people from the Fujianese Association donating eight hundred.” Pan said it may not be possible unless they came up with a strategy, before saying, “John, actually quite easy, people donate, we give something in return.”..." - Outside of political scandals, the existence of the gang is flourishing in the newly nexus of Fuzhou immigrants in Brooklyn's Chinatown, located in the Sunset Park neighborhood, a previously Cantonese dominated neighborhood due to the expense and overcrowding of Manhattan's Chinatown. The new settlement served as a satellite to Little Fuzhou and opened opportunities for both these new immigrants and the continuation of the Manhattan based gang. On the West Coast, the creation of a new Fuk Ching gang lies in the hands of a new generation of the Fukien-American Association as the roots of Chinatown are replaced under its watch. The gang, however, remains relatively quiet in its reincarnation, building itself to a point of comfortable strength as it's operations remain relatively small-time. Developments are made by the day under the watch of the main branch of the Association in New York City and the incumbent president of the Los Santos branch, William Meng's son, Raymond Meng. OOC Section As a faction, we reserve the right to character kill any individual who associates themselves with the gang, marked with either joining of the faction script or posting on the faction thread. Any questions or concerns can be directed to either @slick! (slick#4451) or @ChunkyFoeFoive (Asianz#8316) or @Monad (Monad#3340) via a forum PM or a discord message. For general questions about portrayal, our Discord contains various guides on how to accurately represent a character within our faction, for an invite, add either of us above and simply ask. As a faction, our main priority is to portray an accurate depiction of a tong-affiliated Snakehead gang based out of Los Santos. At its current state, the faction has a very loose hierarchy and is in an incredibly weak state due to a majority of the previous core members being incarcerated, deceased or retired, meaning there is a general instability within the gang. This means; a majority of the criminal roleplay done by the faction will be reliant to its mother organization and will consist of petty street crime, which will be expanded as the faction progress in its natural course of development. We aim to provide a unique experience to each member of the faction and allow all to shape it as they will. We demand a high quality of roleplay to be held at all times, with a clear line of character development, meaning the addition of flaws and strengths for character to fit into the faction. We expect coherence to the rules of the server, and those caught breaking these rules will receive fair warning before being kicked at management's discretion. This faction is a sub-faction to The Mèng Shétóu 孟蛇头 faction.

  11. NORTH EAST TOONERVILLE RIFA XIII BREAKDOWN Toonerville Rifa 13 (TVR) is a mixture of organized crime and reckless crime affiliation crew that hails out of Vespucci in Los Santos, the group has been around ever since the 1930's. This criminal gang started from when several individuals came together as a group, to face challenges of there new lifestyle in the United States coming from Mexico. As they first was known as the Lost Souls but disbanded from the name and came across there current name in the late 1940's. They are predominantly a Mexican-American posse and they honor the Mexican Mafia. Taking everything into account, it has come about after various racial episodes between Afro-Americans and Mexicans. The Afro-Americans, ruling the numbers in Vespucci, started to menace the Mexican young people of the space, whom stayed without insurance after the disband of Penner Projects Tokers 13 posse. As dark on earthy colored violations developed altogether, the Mexicans started to put together in groups and shield each other on the off chance that any racial question would happen. They are a strong tight Surenos an alliance for combined action The individuals usually sport the colors black, blue flags and other clothing to show off there strong pride magnitude of there affiliation with the gang. The politics in the gang are routed far down in a deep path as they have close alliances As the umbrella follows upon strong bonds with other gangs apart of the umbrella with the gangs Mexican Mafia, Sureno's. Their area is loaded with neediness, viciousness, and group movement which makes the road posse more fierce as there still a creating road pack upon themselves as a affiliation titled group. DRUG OPERATION CONSPIRACY Around the 1970's members of Toonerville came all together upon a plan to start making fast cash, as they were in a very low down situation. The affiliates came upon a plan that was organized and thought about for about almost a year entirely. Which afterwards they came across distributing narcotic's around Los Santos. The members decided to start off slow as they started the operation in there local territory to locals that lived in the projects. As most were buyers and fine with the distributing from members, as most had addictions. Some people didn't enjoy the operation as they caught there eyes on it, but didn't have a clear understanding. The individuals that didn't like the operation started to have a hate for it as it was going on where they lived at. Which the residents in the area decided to become informants about there conspiracy, as alerting the LSPD and others about it. Toonerville members became to get informed about the informants in the area, as they received names and photos of the informants. Affiliates of Toonerville was alerted all of this from there Upper Echelon status members, as they were told to get the informants gone. Which members understand and builted a plan quickly before the informants could figure out there operation they had going on fully. Toonerville affiliates continued to murder the informants after kidnapping them execution murder style, which the LSPD lost there informants and guidance to develop a case on Toonerville basically left stranded. After having the case attempted to be executed against Tooneville was left stranded, that didn't leave the LSPD not looking or still attempting from the small information that really lacked from informants that didn't know that much knowledge about the operation. The LSPD began to do crooked tatics and other things to attempt to bring down, develop more information about this supposed drug ring going on. Which the Los Santos Police Department began to pick up Toonerville members hanging around there turf for questioning, which basically forcing them without allowance. As to not cause more attention as Toonerville known they was in lately, some members agreed to not make things look as highly questionable as they thought. During the questioning with the LSPD highly questioning the members attempting to force information out of them. Most of the affiliates didn't fall victim as expected and didn't tell any information, as a couple members did as they only told a little information. Which the guidance of the Upper Echelon and members from Mexico was alerted of the informants lingering around the members and who told. Which they told members that was insiders to get rid of the informants. Toonerville affiliates took close account into the new information as they were told by higher-up affiliates, they all gathered together and planned hits on each one of the two informants. As afterwards all successful crimes without no trace back. Besides them getting rid of the informants, now with the little information the Los Santos Police Department received. The LSPD began to make warrants and search warrants of the affiliates that was informed about supposedly in the ring from the old informants, which the LSPD has successful conclusions after the warrants. Making successful arrests and finding narcotic's in some of the affiliates households they put out search warrants on. As they charged all with charges. Which members that didn't get indicted back in Toonerville caught on now closely about everything, which they proceeded to grow on there operation all around Vespucci other then there territory making things obvious. Which Toonerville affiliates began to move more smarter, which Los Santos Police Department still been watching over Toonerville keeping close eyes. But haven't had more information about it. Over the years Toonerville still rises into the thoughts as unknown about there supposedly drug distribution as no information has been developed yet, as some still believe it still going on but no evidence has followed. MYSTERIOUS TIMOTHY MCGHEE Apparently one of the vital figures throughout the entire existence of Toonerville Rifa 13, Timothy McGhee was brought into the world on April 27, 1973. In the last part of the 1980s, conflicts with different packs had incredibly diminished the measure of an area that the TVR could call their own. McGhee had been eventually enlisted into the striving posse. He would get one of it's initiative by the mid-1990s. That of McGhee criminal record could occupy a whole room. As ahead of schedule as 1989, a very youthful Timothy was blamed for assualting a watchman with a gun. Just five years after the fact, in 1994 the man was condemned to four years in jail for assaults' with a cop. He would just serve three however, ultimately recapturing his opportunity in 1997. From 1997 to the mid 2000s. McGhee gathered an amazing number of charges for both homicide and other brutal violations. In 2002, a team of in excess of sixty officials started looking for the culprit. A prize of $55,000 USD was even offered, yet no one offered enough clues guarantee the achievement of this activity. Ultimately, the police sorted out that McGhee was really running Toonerville Rifa from outside the state. The shot guest would just be captured in 2003, when a Bullhead City based group saw a man taking after Timothy leaving a structure that they saved control for some time. Proceeding, the TRV's chief would be gone after for the homicides and condemned to capital punishment. He is at present held at San Andreas, as he anticipates for his execution.

Those who are looking to join should portray young Hispanic teens from Amarillo Vista St. in El Burro as all recruitment will be done in character. We are open to any and all constructive criticism, as it is the best way for us to improve our roleplay, thread, and concept. Lastly, this is of our own creation and we do not aim to portray the real life Brown Pride Surenos. 13. DIRT GANG BREAKDOWN — The Rollin 30 Harlem Crips (R30) also known as “Dirt Gang” (DG) or Dirty Money Boys (DMB) / Dirt Money Girlz, or sometimes known as the Original Harlem Crips (OHC) reputable set resided in Los Santos, San Andreas. The 30s mostly consist of African American and Belizean Creole descent, although you will find quite a bit of Hispanics here and there. The OHC’s comprise of a few cliques like the Avenues, Denker Park, 35th Street, 37th Street, and 39th Street. They usually go by the blue flag but sometimes they can be seen with some brown flags here and there. Although the Rollin 30s are a street gang they dabble in Organized Crime and that’s what makes the 30s more versatile and different when it comes to other street gangs. The R30s fall under the Rollin 0's umbrella and unlike the 40’s - 100s they don’t claim Neighborhood and are strictly Rich Rollin, this makes them the ONLY Rollin Crip set that does not claim NHC, this doesn’t stop them from cliquing up with the Rollin 40s though. The Rollin' 30s Harlem Crips have had a long history with other sets who they have battled with and gotten cool with to prove themselves. They claim all of the NHCs as allies and as previously mentioned before they are cliqued up with the Rollin 40s Neighborhood Crips, they also have managed to expand their connections throughout Los Santos and solidify alliances with the Grape Street Crips, Four Tray Gangster Crips, Bacc Street Watts Crips, Holmes Street Watts Crips, Paramount Gundry Blocc Crips, East Coast Crips, and the Rollin 100s . For the contentions though, the Rollin' 30s Harlem Crips rival against The Rollin' 20s Neighborhood Bloods, Black P Stones, School Yard Crips, 53 Avalon Gangster Crips, All Hoover Criminals, All Brim Blood Sets, All Gangster Blood Sets (Heavily including Inglewood Family Gangster Bloods.) OPERATION THUMBS DOWN — In 2010, the Rollin 30 Harlem Crips were the reason for more than 1,000 robberies inside the Los Santos Province area. In 2013, almost 100 cops caught an immense bundle of the Harlem 30s in Operation Thumbs Down, a 30-month examination that zeroed in on people of the Rollin 30 Harlem Crips. The assessment was begun in 2011 to target people of the Rollin' 30s because of the viciousness and ruin they were unleashing inside the Los Santos district. They were known for a ton of viciousness inside the local area where they guarantee as to their domain. During the assessment, the law requirement discovered how much the gathering was remembered for drug appropriation all through Los Santos. As effectively communicated the group has various sets and coteries that different various pieces of the pack. Each set cases unmistakable domains all through the group's by and large guaranteed region and has its huge homies. During the Operation Thumbs Down examination, these huge homies are who law implementation followed. Around 21 individuals from the road group were arraigned governmentally in Los Santos and from that point forward more than 100 individuals from the posse were accused of weapon and opiate infringement regarding Operation Thumbs Down. BELIZEAN ANCESTRY — Since the 1960s, individuals have left Belize and advanced toward American shores. One of the significant center points of Belizean foreigners has been South Los Santos, all the more especially, the Western, Normandie, and Vermont hallways. Belizeans began joining South LA posses in the 1980s, mixing Black culture with their own local culture. Nowadays, essentially every pack from Venice to Florence among Vermont and Crenshaw is prevalently Belizean. Packs that brag hefty Belizean enrollment incorporate the Fruit Town Brims, Rollin 30s Crips, 52 Hoover Gangsters, Trouble Gangster Crips, Van Ness Gangsters, Rollin 20s Bloods, Rollin 40s Crips, and Black P Stones. HARLEM GANG DRILLAS — The Dirt Money Boyz / Dirt Money Girlz commit a large scale of crimes, from home invasions to burglary, robbery, murder, drug trafficking, and believe it or not despite them being a street gang the Rollin 30s dabble in organized crime and move as an organization in some instances. This is what makes the Rollin 30s unique and what helps them consist of more variety when it comes to other sets in Los Santos. Nowadays with petty scam methods and fraudulent crimes taking over the streets, you will often find the younger individuals participating in petty scams, carding, and just fraudulent activity in general. The Rollin 30s are more money-oriented and more focused on getting money and they are currently on the rise when it comes to rappers like ‘Johnny Rose’ ‘DMB Dai’ and other rappers. They are heavily known for their musical influence in Los Santos. After numerous more established individuals from the Rollin' 30 Harlem Crips who were there for direction got detained because of the prosecution set down on the group, the exercises eased back down briefly. The Rollin 30s Harlem Crips used to claim “DNA” which stands for Denker Parc, Thirty-Ninth Street, and Avenues. This is more of an older tradition and you won’t catch any of the younger ones claiming DNA anymore, the newer generation of the 30s claim Dirt Money Boyz (DMB), or for the HGs (Home-Girls) they claim Dirty Money Girlz (DMG). The name Dirt Gang originated from a diss to the Rollin 30s, rival gangs use the name ‘Dirties” to diss the Harlem Crips but the Rollin 30s figured out how to embrace the moniker. Unlike some Crip hoods in Los Santos, the Rollin 30s don’t groove with any Blood sets and often push the term ‘NSA’ which stands for ‘No Slobs Allowed’ (Diss to all Bloods) and often show strong hate for all Damu sets, especially the neighboring ones. Such as the Rollin 20s NHB, Fruit Town Brims, Van Ness Gangster Brims, and the Harvard Park Brims. The Rollin 30s often sport different kinds of logos and brands to represent where they are from. The Minnesota Twins is a logo that represents a TC (Thirty Crip), they also often wear Detroit Tigers gear which can stand for Denker Park, or Dirt Gang, Texas Rangers which can represent the Thirties, Los Angeles Angels or any ‘A’ hat can represent Avenues and Houston Rockets which can represent ‘Rollin’. Other hats and brands are also worn as well but these are just the basic brands that can be found around the area and are commonly worn.
