S/S TINY GANGSTERS 13, or STG13 are a predominately Mexican-American clique. The clique was formed under Nelson "Cowboy" Ortiz and Tobias "Rhino" Palau after the Traviesos Gangsters 13 gang lost a lot of it's membership due to an on-going police investigation. Many of the gang's lead figures were targeted in the investigation, which caused some of them to flee out of the state. It was a dark time, as other gangs tried to set foot into Rancho, but were unsuccessful due to the still large amount of former TGS members there. Rancho wasn't quiet. Gang violence was still a major problem, as the former glory of the street gang was still show-casing in form of former members. As time went on, some of the former gang members had left the state and some had overdosed. A lot of now vacant properties meant that new families moved into Rancho, mainly the Jamestown Flats area. The influence of the former gang members was still present, but with no gang, recruiting new members for a gang wasn't necessarily an option. That was until the S/S Tiny Gangsters 13 clique was formed. Starting off with a small amount of members, the clique aimed to recruit locals to the gang in order to put them to work on the streets as drug dealers. The same path that the previous gang controlling the neighbourhood had implemented worked perfectly for the newly formed clique. One difference between the new gang and the old one was the fact that the leaders of the new generation clique had already developed connections and had the ability to provide for the neighbourhood from the get-go. Due to the generational hatred against African-American members, the newly formed clique has stood on the same path of not accepting African-American members. During the years of Traviesos Gangsters 13's dominance in Rancho, there were exceptions made for several African-Americans that were Rancho locals and were accepted into the gang. The new generation although pushes out for their own race, recruiting heavily from the Mexican-American population in the Southern parts of Los Santos.
