Brian Tufele and Peter Maulalo are both American-Samoan males born in Los Santos, SA. They reside in Vespucci beach and both work at a take-out called, "Taste of Samoa". Both Brian and Peter are defunct Sons of Samoa second generation gangsters within Cambodia Town of Vespucci beach. Both people have lost friends due to on going gang violence between the past Sons of Samoa (Vespucci Beach clique) and Mexican-American street gangs, police and prison. With both Brian and Peter on the verge of their set going defunt, both Brian and Peter decided to lay low on the banging and become more productive and organized whether legally or illegally in their daily lives. (OOC NOTE: This is not a faction, this is simply just the character development of two American-Samoans. Map will be updated shortly with business names along with a deeper character story for both characters.)
