This thread follows Jacob "Dog" Wíyaka, a member of the Oglala Lakota Sioux Nation. Born a bastard son, turned into a lawless criminal. (18+ RP) Jacob Wíyaka (1993- ) (STATUS: ALIVE) Height: 5'8" (173 cm) Weight: 218 lbs (99 kg) Ethnicity: Oglala Lakota Sioux Birthplace: Kyle, South Dakota, U.S. (Pine Ridge Reservation) Early Life Jacob Wíyaka, known as "Dog," grew up in Kyle, South Dakota, on the Pine Ridge Reservation, one of the poorest places in the U.S. His life was marked by high unemployment, alcohol and drug problems, gang violence, and being overlooked by society. Raised by his mother, who struggled with alcoholism, Jacob lived in crowded, run-down homes and often depended on government and tribal help. His father, once part of the American Indian Movement and later an outlaw biker, abandoned the family when Jacob was six, leaving only tales of rebellion. As a young teenager, Jacob was arrested several times for theft, trespassing, and assault. With few options, he quit school at 16 and turned to illegal hunting and selling animal skins to make a living. He became skilled at hunting on both federal and tribal lands, tracking and skinning animals, and selling the pelts to secret buyers in Rapid City. Criminal Evolution & Early Affiliations (2010–2015) In his late teens, Jacob got involved with a group of outlaw bikers who traveled between South Dakota and Nebraska. Attracted to their rebellious and nomadic way of life, he became a gun runner for a small but violent motorcycle gang that was involved in moving stolen firearms from the Midwest down to the Southwest. He spent a lot of time in places like Pine Ridge, Denver, and Albuquerque, working to transport weapons and illegal goods across state lines. In 2013, Jacob was arrested in Nebraska for having stolen firearms. However, he was released when the charges were dropped due to mistakes in the legal process. This arrest put him on law enforcement's radar, forcing him to go even deeper underground to avoid capture. He moved to Tucson, Arizona, where he expanded his operations to include illegal hunting, resource theft, and firearm smuggling. Jacob built connections with traffickers backed by cartels and with survivalists living off the grid. He learned how to smuggle goods across borders without getting caught. Southwest & Organized Crime (2016– ) By his mid-20s, Jacob lived as an outlaw, keeping off the radar while moving through reservation lands, border towns, and desert highways. He was known as a tough gun-runner, supplying weapons to criminal groups like biker gangs and small cartel cells. He also illegally hunted bighorn sheep, deer, and exotic animals, selling them to wealthy collectors and on the black market. Yet, his unpredictable nature and refusal to commit to any one group kept him independent, steering clear of deep involvement in politics. Jacob is successful but prefers to work alone because he doesn't trust criminal groups, the police, or society. People both fear and respect him for his sharp instincts, constant vigilance, and skill at navigating the criminal underworld's dangerous parts. The police try to track him, but his habit of moving around and his ability to hide in the wilderness make him hard to locate. Jacob has been arrested multiple times but has never faced long-term imprisonment, often due to lack of concrete evidence. His most notable offenses include: 2013: Arrested for possession of stolen firearms in Nebraska (charges dropped). 2016: Questioned by Arizona Game & Fish Department for illegal poaching (never convicted). 2018: Arrested for smuggling wildlife products in New Mexico (served 6 months).
