  1. I am seeking a lawyer to assist me in a lawsuit with an almost guaranteed win against the Los Santos County Sheriffs Department in regards to a violation of my Constitutional Rights. To sum the reasons for the lawsuit briefly; I was driving around the Davis area when I was pulled over by a Deputy for my tint. The deputy asked me out of the vehicle which I did so without issue. The deputy then decided he wanted to search me despite not having any probable cause nor reasonable suspicion, his reasons given were "because you're driving in a gang area". I defended my constitutional right to the Fourth Amendment and denied the search. The deputy then decided to arrest me for "Obstruction of public duty" for simply defending my rights. The arrest was made for the soul purpose of giving the deputy a "lawful" reason to search my person and my vehicle, to which he found nothing, as I had not broken any laws. After pleading not guilty in court, the charges were dropped almost immediately due to the obvious violations against my rights and the obvious unlawful detainment, search, and arrest. I am seeking compensation for the trauma that my unlawful arrest has caused, as well as the clear violations of my rights. I am asking any BAR Licensed attorney willing to assist with this lawsuit to e-mail me at [email protected] ((Forum PM PeopleKind)) to discuss further options. Thank you, Michael Owens
