  1. This thread will follow the development of Jevonte Kapri, also known as Tkroubkle#2, a former member of the Rolling 90's Crips, now an organized crime affiliate assisting in operations led by The Black Car. BACKSTORY Jevonte Kapri is the oldest of three brothers, his mother and father Brianna Kapri & Derek Kapri were two high-school sweet-hearts who remain within an on and off relationship to this day, Brianna gave birth to Jevonte when she was only twenty one and just dropping out of college, Brianna constantly reminds Jevonte that he needs to be a role model to his younger brothers, and refuses to accept the fact that Jevonte is not a good role model for anybody whatsoever. Jevonte Kapri is a horrible role model to both of his younger brothers Javon Kapri & Jaylen Kapri, due to the fact that their father Derek Kapri is locked in the Twin Towers Correctional Facility on multiple drug and gun charges that came to haunt him from his past. Though he tries his hardest to be a role model to the duo, he fails miserably at this attempt and usually ends up getting them into more trouble then he needs to be. The trio are known around Davis Highschool along with Keshawn Wallace for being reckless, obnoxious and over all toxic as fuck to anyone they deem fit, though the three hold some respect in the school for their loyalty to those they be-friend and those that they seem in the right. With the trio growing up in one of the most violent areas of Los Santos and their role model being a young adult who doesn't have a clue what to do with his life, the trio often get themselves caught up in each others problem and fighting each others battles from time to time, though their reckless actions haven't gotten them into anything heavy or life threatening, the trio is starting to interact with more people from their neighborhood which is known to be heavily infested with gang bangers who represent W/S Rollin 90s Neighborhood Crips .
  2. History The West Side (W/S) Rollin' 90s Neighborhood Crips, due to their alliance with Neighborhood Crips are primarily, but not exclusively an African-American, deadly street gang who reside in South Central, Los Santos, more importantly the Strawberry Neighborhood of South Los Santos which is riddled with vicious gangbangers and criminals. This set's neighborhood is stretched from Capital Boulevard and Strawberry Avenue between 86th Street and 105th Street. The Rollin' 90s Neighborhood Crips are one of the most active Crip gangs in South Los Santos, and are actively seen on the internet flashing firearms, narcotics and boasting about criminal activity. The Rollin 90’s Neighborhood Crips are part of the Rollin O's Crips and fall under the Neighborhood Crips umbrella. The Rollin 90’s Neighborhood Crips is unified by common colors, hand signals, and symbols to identify members. The R90's main colors are sky blue and dark blue, also members are known to wear North Carolina caps with the letters "NC" which represents Ninety Crip. The members wear these colors, along with their use in graffiti, as a means of demonstrating power, marking territory, and intimidating non-gang members. Media Influence On social media, a popular local and Rollin 90's affiliate made his musical debut on multiple platforms which gained notice of the public, his name was Standrell Bowman, otherwise known in his later years as Cee Fkace, he was a Davis born and raised RNC affiliate who started his rap career at an early age and made his way up by posting freestyles on Facebrowser and other social media platforms. He soon was signed under the popular record label, The Music Life who later signed another RNC affiliate, Jevonte Kapri, who went under the stage and hood name, GketMoNeyTkae. Cee Fkace went to drop songs such as Mac Sounds, Naybkood, and Grimey. Cee Fkace had been made a hood trophy and role model by his own which got notice from rival gangs in the area. He was then gunned down by RNC rivals soon after his seventeenth birthday. His death was mourned heavily by Rollin 90's affiliates, some refusing to stand in the same spot he did, his death was especially mourned by affiliates in the 8BLOXC Capital clique of the gang. TTCF Presence Prison is notably one of the most dangerous places in America, but the gang has adapted to environment in the current years due to the incarceration of a infamous Rollin 90's affiliate named Allijah Lynwood, who goes under the name "KW Tanc" who was arrested in Los Santos in the late 1990s for multiple counts of armed robbery, felony evasion and possession of a prohibited firearm. Lynwood went on to make a name for himself in this deadly environment and has since gained a lot of respect in the prison, as of 2021, Lynwood is the keyholder of the 2X Crip Car , The Black Car is a system of street-gang cards, which have their own card-to-card politics and rivalries in the facility. Each card has its own shot caller which dictates to the street gangs under it, and upon incarceration, members of African-American street gangs typically align with one of these various cards. Rivals & Allies With the gang scene in Los Santos getting worse and worse by the day, The West Side (W/S) Rollin' 90s Neighborhood Crips are allies of street gangs under the Neighborhood Crips and the Rollin O's Crips and they are almost always seen working in alliance alongside these other violent street gangs, however this does not limit the set from having their fair share of rivalries, beefs and violent interactions with other gangs scattered throughout the South Central area in Los Santos, in the current years, Rollin O's Crips can most likely be seen beefing with W/S 83 Hoover Criminals Gang, Carson Mafia Gangster Bloods, Centinela Park Family Bloods, Harvard Park Brims, Denver Lane Bloods, and the Avenue Piru Gang. The Rolling 90's Neighborhood Crips are also known to be seen feuding with other local Gangster Crips & more importantly the 99 Mafia Crips. Territory Gang violence and beef in America is no small problem, and due to this street gangs have been known to take over certain parts of their respected city and claim it as turf, more specifically the members and affiliates of the Rollin 90’s Neighborhood Crips are most commonly seen posted up on Capital Boulevard in front of the local apartment complex most affiliates reside in, the gang can also be seen hanging out around the Xero Gas Station connected to the complex, and various other corners on the road. This is commonly known to be their gang's territory throughout South Central as it can be easily identified by the large amounts of R90's affiliated tagging scattered on walls throughout the area, and the constant amount of affiliates seen in the area posted up in the area. OOC INFORMATION: Our main goal while roleplaying within the group W/S Rollin 90’s Neighborhood Crips is to portray a realistic Crip set based which consists of properly portrayed members lingering around Capital Boulevard. Your character is growing up in one of the most dangerous parts of Los Santos in the midst of a gang violence crisis, we take character portrayal and development extremely serious, and will not hold back from removing you from the faction if it is deemed you are un-fit for the faction, all members must abide by the rules the server has set for us players and if broken punishment will be handed out by R90's leadership If you have any questions, concerns or regards to joining or about the faction, feel free to private-message @Top Shotta, @Reefer, @Cuete, @ZaE, or @MrGoGetta.
