  2. The Youth of the Capital Boulevard Housing Projects The North Side of South Central, Los Santos is known to be a melting pot for poverty, gangs, drugs, prostitution and violence, many young teens grow up in Section 8 housing, without a real perspective for their future. The people growing up in these types of neighborhoods tend to go through a lot of stress and more often than not suffer from serious mental problems. A survey by the ULSA showed that every third individual that resides in those low-income neighborhoods is confronted by the death of someone they know before the age of 16. Kids are more often than not looking for acceptance in their community, therefore they tend to join local gangs to feel accepted. Most kids come from a broken home, being raised by a single parent or other relatives, to having drug addicted or abusive parents. Peer pressure can also be a factor to why people join gangs, as well as the lavish lifestyle gang members often portray, gang members might have nice cars, all the females, chains and guns from the outside it looks like the dream, but in reality they live in constant fear. The Avenue Piru Gang (APG) APG originated in the 1970s on Capital Boulevard, just on the outskirts of Innocence on the edge of Strawberry. Their housing projects on Capital BLVD is often referred to as 'The Avenues' or 'The Ave's' with Crusade Road and Strawberry Avenue acting as a border between them and their opposition. They are allied with the Innocence Neighborhood Pirus & Innocence Family Gangster Bloods. They have a deep history of beef with all NeighborHood Crips, especially the Rollin' 90's, 111 NeighborHood Crips, Rollin' 60's, and the Rollin' 100's. Other notable feuds are with 18th Street, 115 NeighborHood Crips, Tongan Crip Gang, Imperial Village Crip and the rest of the NeighborHood Crip card. The Avenue Piru Gang has historically always been primarily an African-American gang this in recent times has been changing due to the areas population having a heavy hispanic influence. The younger generation of APG represent a clique called the Baby Avenues, which originated as a small tagging crew on 108th street and since then has grown into a clique of it's own consisting of primarily the youth of Innocence. While APG is still primarily an African-American gang, it's growing more common to see hispanic members hanging around with the youth. CLIQUES INSIDE THE AVENUES 104th Street is the most notorious clique in the Avenue Piru Gang. They are known to sport apparel by the Los Angeles Angels, Philadelphia Phillies, and the Pittsburgh Pirates. The 104th Street clique is well respected and are known to be constantly terrorizing the surrounding gangs in the area. 104th Street have a stronghold in the Capital Boulevard Housing Projects, and are often seen hanging out at the community park in Innocence as well. They're notorious for being ruthless to all opposition, seeking to uphold their status as the face of APG. 108th & 109th are on the west side of Capital Boulevard, consisting of mainly the youth of APG. They are two smaller cliques that operate across the projects and are known for tagging up walls in the area. They're notorious net bangers and are seen online constantly sounding off on every post online and mocking the opposition whenever possible. Members from this clique are often seen hanging out and tagging up walls at the gas station, and all the alleyways in the area. The Rise of Gang-banging on Social Media Los Santos crime rate has risen substantially in recent years, the social media feuds are partially responsible for the high crime rate, sparking bloody rivalries with other gangs around the whole county. Taunting through the use of social media is very prevalent in today's day and age. It goes as far as getting clothing made to specifically taunt opposing gangs. Gang members like to show off on social media, taking shots at anyone that crosses their path. Disrespecting other gangs can be done in a plethora of ways, be it the use of derogatory terms for the opposition, which is mostly derived from the name a gang holds. Every gang identifies with a specific block or certain street. The section a person represents will get dragged through the dirt. The disrespect goes as far as to slandering the deceased rivals or kicking over memorials that have been set up to honor fallen gang members. People will often use the letter "K" to signify that they are whatever is put in front of the 'K' killers. e.g. 'NappsK' is put together with the derogatory term for all NeighborHood crips "Napps" and the letter "K". Rivals to the NeighborHood crip card will often use 'NappsK', 'nK', and 'CrabK' to show out on social media and spread their message. Napp Killa! - Crab Bashin! - Red Rags in the Ave's! The reason the Avenue Piru's whack out the letters S, N, and C, is from a heated two-sided beef with the NeighborHood crips. Mainly the Rollin' 90's and the Rollin 60's. Often refered to as "Napps" and "Sissies" by members of the Innocence Avenue Piru Gang, this happened after a wave of violence after a sequence of events where the Rollin' 90's were the instigators. The breaking point happened outside of a club, where a fist fight broke out over a female. A member of the Rollin' 90's ran back to his car in the parking lot before returning to the scene with a firearm. The individual then began to fire shots off into the crowd hitting two people, nobody died at the scene nor was anybody caught. The Avenue Piru Gang vs. The NeighborHood Crips Two weeks later, an APG member went out looking to get revenge for the shooting. He rode out with another member of APG, armed with a Springfield XD handgun when he caught a group of who they thought were Rollin' 90's members outside of Lucky Plucker and took his chance. The two hopped out of the car and ran up on the individual. They were heard shouting at eachother before shots began to ring out, leaving one dead and another in critical condition. The police later confirmed that the two individuals who were shot, were affiliated with the 111 NeighborHood crips. Nobody was taken into custody after the shooting, as the CCTV didn't cover the area of the shooting. This sparked a wave of violence between APG and the NeighborHood Crips. After this shooting, word got back to members of Rollin 90's who chose to retaliate quickly. Two individuals hopped into a vehicle armed with handguns and made their way to the Gas Station on Davis Avenue. The members of the Rollin 90's ran up on an individual and pressed him, trying to figure out where he was from. The individual they bounced out on was Y.G Knux from the Innocence Avenue Piru's, he reportedly said he didn't bang but that didn't stop them. An argument broke out and they pulled out a firearm and shot him in the mouth leaving him outside the store before taking off, both of the individuals involved were identified by CCTV and sentenced to life after being arrested for the shooting. The violence continued after this, the shootings becoming more and more often, as the beef continued to escalate. This turned into APG claiming "NappK", implying anybody from the NeighborHood crip card is an enemy of theirs. Both sides are often seen dissing eachother online, with each side trying to one-up the other constantly. OOC INFORMATION We are heavily based on the real-life Avenue Piru Gang (APG) in Inglewood, Los Angeles. While some aspects of the faction are fiction, our main goal is to portray APG as realistically as possible. Keep in mind that before making your character, the community is the key. We're portraying a street-gang within a community, however, if you are looking for something higher to tie it all together, this is where our emphasis on our community development and interaction comes into play. Our ultimate goal is to portray a realistic street gang with a community like atmosphere within the South Central neighborhood. It is imperative that you are active to stay up to date with the conversations and topics that are present revolving the faction within the Discord. If you're coming for guns and looking to start beef with other factions, you will be removed instantly without warning. We highly encourage you start off between the ages of 12-16 and focus purely on character development for an extended period of time. We try to roleplay everything to the smallest detail and keeping it as realistic as possible. We're keeping the faction invite only with strict guidelines, for any questions on how to join PM @Jaivon or @Buete on the forums or Jai#1045 & Buete#2020 on discord.
  3. Drug Abuse Resistance Education, or D.A.R.E, is an education program that seeks to prevent use of controlled drugs, membership in gangs, and violent behavior... A South Los Santos career criminal described as “insane” was sprung early from prison recently. Antonio Gamble, 31, served just 26 months of a 53-month sentence and was released back to the Davis community under parole supervision, L.S. Police Chief said this Thursday. Gamble is a known Neighborhood Piru. Law enforcement officials said the suspect was already in jail over a drug trafficking case when they connected him to a murder, adding that the career felon should have never been released early given his violent history. “This 31-year-old suspect is insane,” L.S. District Attorney Mauricio Aguilera said at a news conference. “We are seeing far too many violent repeat offenders being released way too early for either shortened sentences, or because of minimal bottom outs.” “The parolee in this case is just another example of how our current criminal justice system is failing to keep our community safe,” he added. Police said Gamble had 12 felony and 18 misdemeanor charges on his rap sheet and was cut loose in April 2023.
  4. W/S Campanella Park Piru - History - W/S Campanella Park Piru also known as the Nellas is a predominantly African-American street gang. The Nellas resided in the South Central District of Los Santos, specifically the surrounding Davis area. Their territory starts towards Brouge Ave and ends by North Rancho, also having their stronghold at Roy Campanella Park on Roy Lowenstein Blvd. When The Nellas was first founded they decided to name themselves after the park where they all grew up, giving them the name Park Boys or Campanella Park Boys. The group started off with very few members as they were young and just a couple of friends in school, as the years went on and they met more people and gained more members seeing themselves as more than just a group of friends, they were like family to each other. This later pushed the members to decide to be under the Piru Umbrella in Davis. The Nellaz started to strive for power within Los Santos with their main mission to protect their neighborhood against anyone who had problems with them, especially The Crips. - The death of LaTrell “Slixe” Collins - LaTrell Collins also known as Slixe was a well-loved and respected member of the W/S Campanella Park Piru gang. LaTrell was given the nickname Slixe due to him stabbing a rival of the Campanella Park Piru Gang. On July 13th, 2022 Slixe was celebrating his 21st birthday with family and friends on Roy Lowenstein, then suddenly an all-black car stopped in front of Slixe and the others, they then started letting off shots. Before Slixe could react he would get shot in his chest. LaTrell was the only one injured in the shooting, cops say he was the intended target and was a victim of a deadly gang beef. LaTrell's death caused a rift in his neighborhood, and many members of the gang would lash out and retaliate. After Latrell passed the W/S Campanella Park Piru Gang Dedicated a whole Block to Slixe. - Allies & Rivals - Campanella Park Piru is known to be allied with all the gangs under the Piru Umbrella in Los Santos, their closest relationship being with the West Side Piru street gang. They have also had feuds with the Crenshaw Mafia Gang and Denver Lane Bloods. Their rivals consist of Florencia 13, Compton Varrio 155, and all of the Hoover Criminal subsets. The Nellaz have the most tension with multiple Crip gangs including Original Swamps Compton Crip, Tragniew Park Compton Crips, and Twilight Zone Compton Crips.

  6. W/S Neighborhood Piru The Forum Dr Neighborhood Piru (NHP), also known as the Neighborhood Piru (NHP), are an active African-American street gang located on the West side of Forum Dr, Los Santos. Their neighborhood is centered around Chamberlain Hills, across Forum Dr, located in South Central, between All Swell apartment complexes and The Jungles (BPS). The Neighborhood Piru and the Campanella Park Piru are the only two gangs in South Central, to represent Piru. The Neighborhood Pirus, originally known as the Forum Money Boys, with history dating back as far as the 1970s. They fall under the Neighborhood/Piru brand, along with the Rollin' 20's Neighborhood Bloods and the Black P Stones, located in Forum. In 1969, the Pirus were created by teenagers and young black men based in South Central, Los Santos. The term originally refers to Piru Street, a residential street in Forum and neighboring Chamberlain Hills; it has been adapted as a backronym for Powerful Indestructible Revengeful United , or alternatively Powerful Indestructible Ruthless Untouchables. In 1969 the Crip alliance made by smaller gangs, the Pirus also joined, making a large "set" of the Crips. At that time, there were various sets throughout the region of Los Angeles, California. However, these sets were small groups of hustlers. In 1969, fifteen-year-old Raymond Washington started the Crips street gang with friends from his neighborhood on the East Side of South Central Los Angeles. The Crips began to attack hustler groups and cliques in order to create a larger organization Currently, the street gang known as West Side Neighborhood Piru are located in the projects of Forum Drive within Chamberlain Hills, engaging in drug selling, smuggling, use, and sales of weapons, among other illegal activities, in those regions. They currently carry out the same actions near Forum Dr (Chamberlain Hills). Officials assert that the leadership of this street gang is unknown, that there is scant information available about it, and that a new generation of neighborhood-piru youths are now in charge. The street gang refers to itself as "West Side Ps" and uses a number of other street terms that are still not widely known to the general public. Entertainment Big-Ru, Moki400 and BreezyP4, are American rappers, best known for being signed to 1Side Records, a music label started by Moki400 himself of the Neighborhood Piru. They are also known for being affiliated with the Forum Neighborhood Piru (NHP). Allies and Rivals Allies include: Rollin 20s Neighborhood Bloods, Campanella Park Piru, Black P Stones, Murda Park Families, Harvard Park Brims, Show No Mercy Boyz and the Black Buffalo Soldiers. Rivals include: 40 Avalon Gangster Crip, West Grove Hustler Crip, Rollin 90s Neighborhood Crips, Tree Top Piru, Eighteen Street Tiny Devils and the Krazy Ass Mexicans 13. The leadership of the W/S Neighborhood Piru faction places a heavy emphasis on character development, so if you're looking forward to joining the faction for the means to obtain firearms or narcotics, you're on the wrong track. Weak roleplayers will be weeded out in a split second, as we want to maintain a high standard for everyone involved in this project. To be rolled in our faction, you will need to provide a character background check as well as quality roleplay. 7. Pirus are a Los Santos street gang alliance based out of Carson, which spread from Carson, Innocence and Rancho. They make up most of the original blood gang alliances in Los Santos. The roots of this street alliance dates back to to the 60's. Eventually, after many disputes with the bloods, the Pirus dropped the "blood" label and formicated as the Pirus. In the current day, Pirus and Bloods are not classified as the same thing, although in modern day media, some say that they're not too different. Barson (Bompton) is the nickname for the Los Santos-area city of Carson. The term is widely used by blood gangs who reside in this area, by replacing the C with a B. It can also be described as a neighborhood consisting of several different blood gangs. Gangs that reside in this area include the Tree Top Pirus, N/S Neighborhood Pirus, E/S MOB Pirus, E/S Holly Hood Pirus, Lueders Park Pirus, Fruit Town Pirus, and the Campanella Park Pirus. The West Side Pirus are the original Piru street gang, founded on Piru Street on Carson. W/S Campanella Park Barson Pirus / 148th Street Nellaz The W/S Campanella Park Pirus (Also known as the Campanella Park Barson Pirus or CPBP / CPP for short), also alternatively known as "The Nellas", is an African-American Piru Street gang located on the west side of Carson. They are named after the residual park known as Roy Campanella Park, opposite the Los Santos Sheriffs Department on Davis Avenue. The 148th Street Nellaz are an active clique of the Campanella Park Pirus. Part of the younger side of the set, the clique indulges in numerous blue-collar crimes. Murder, theft and battery are amongst the most common crimes comitted by these individuals. The Campanella Park Pirus consider themselves allied with nearly all Piru sets in Carson, especially the West Side Piru. Their co-alliance is dubbed as the "Westside Nellaz". However, typically with Bompton Piru sets, they tend to embroil in feuds with other blood gangs. Notable rivals of the Campanella Park Pirus are Denver Lane Bloods and the Carson Mafia Gangster Bloods. Current active feuds include the Palmer Block Carson Crips, Florencia 13, all Hoover Criminals and Chamberlain Varrio Tortilla Flats 13 and any gang that falls under the Neighborhood Card (2x/Deuces). Kutz and No Kutz Around the mid 80's to 90's, an agenda was formed in the name of 'Kut or No Kutz'. In short, incarcerated gang members were given the given the choice to drop their gang affiliations and join the United Blood Nation (UBN), in hopes of targetting the greater enemy, being the Neighborhood Crips, which outnumber a lot of prison cards in jail. However, this move is very frowned upon on the outside rather than the inside. Dropping ones affiliation to the set is considered one of the biggest forms of disrespect on the streets, and these individuals paid the price for it severely. No Kutz on the other hand are blood-affiliates who do not align themselves within this unity, remaining true to their outside gang, continuing their rivalries with other sets in prison. In prison, gangs have different politics, such as being introduced into a car rather than a card, with them being the White Car, Black Car, and the Mexican Mafia. What occurs on the inside goes further to where you are from. Furthermore, after you arrive in the county jail, you will be assigned to your racial category; the White Car will oppose the Black Car, as they have for years, whilst La eMe will be considered as allies with the White Car opposing the Black Car. Movin and Suwoopin Some gangs base alliances on their hatred towards other gangs. In this instance, the Campanella Park Pirus are allied with the 83 Gangster Crips. This is because both Pirus and Gangster Crips (3x or Trays) have a well-founded hatred towards the Neighborhood Crip (2x or Deuces) and Denver Lane gangs. This alliance falls under the Movin and Suwoopin alliance. These two have families intertwined in them. There are alliances formed with the Carson and Rancho Crips known as the Hub and Dub alliance, with the Movin and Suwoopin mentioned as an unofficial alliance. This alliance was founded before the Movin and Suwoopin because they were still forming, whereas the Hub and Dub alliance was formed in the 1980s. Carson, also known as Hub City, and West Rancho, popularly known as Dub, are the sources of their moniker. Death of Speedy Ru Talik "Speedy Ru" Wells was a known affiliate of the Campanella Park Pirus and the 148th Street Nellaz clique. Talik was also known for his street activities against the Palmer Block Carson Crips. He had a lot of spotlight on FaceBrowser, in which he used to diss rival gangs, like PBCC, F13 and CVTF. On the 26th of March 2022, Talik was crossing the path way from Brogue Avenue to Carson Avenue, when he was shot four times, one in the head. He was pronounced dead on the scene. Eventually, the killers turned out to be a member of the Palmer Block Carson Crips, which lead to a feud between the two gangs. The beef continues to remain alive and ongoing. Both of the shooters who are involved in the tragic death of Speedy Ru were arrested and are looking to face murder charges, as seen in the picture.
  8. SSP E/S Segundo Samoan Piru is a fictional, predominantly Samoan and Polynesian street gang, located in Segundo Village, East Davis. With the influx of Samoan American immigrants during 1962, Polynesian youth gangs and cliques did not take long to form. These youth gangs made up of local Samoan Americans and other Polynesians occurred as a result of the racial division and targeting from law enforcement entities that were all so common for the poverty stricken neighborhoods at the time. Starting as a clique of local kids, "Little Uso's" was formed, it was only after the murder of respected member of the community and "Little Uso's" clique Aleki "Uso Lekki" Tuigamala that the Segundo Village youth decided to form SSP, E/S Segundo Samoan Piru. The group decided to take on the Piru name due to their close relations with Neighborhood Piru, located nearby on the East Side of Roy Lowenstein Boulevard. The street gang indulged in a variety of criminal activities, ranging from vandalism to violent home invasions. With the Segundo Samoan Piru's being primarily Samoan, they are often used by the API car in TTCF as a vessel for street politics, and a way for them to branch out into the outside world. Due to Polynesian's overwhelming sense of unity and familial connections, it is not uncommon to mistake a Samoan Piru member for a civillian, on account of their typically friendly nature, only changing upon provocation or intoxication. The Segundo Samoan Piru's, despite being extremely Americanized are still in-touch with their Polynesian heritage and underlying culture, heavily Christian and it is not uncommon for some members to speak Samoan, being taught by their parents and community members. Due to the gangs Piru affiliation, the Philadelphia Phillies are used as the main identification among the Segundo Samoan Piru's. It is extremely common to see members sporting the red 'P' on baseball caps, shirts and accessories. The Segundo Samoan Piru's are represented by a maroon flag, also typical of Piru sets. SPP Segundo Samoan Piru's allies include Neighborhood Piru, Jurassic Park Gangster Brims, and Avenue Piru Gang. As with any Samoan Piru street gang, Segundo Samoan Piru rivals include the Sons of Samoa Gangster Crip street gang and Tongan Crip Gang. OOC INFORMATION E/S Segundo Samoan Piru is a fictional street gang, loosely based on the W/S Carson Piru, a Samoan Piru street gang. We are aiming to portray realistic Samoan American gang-bangers and a accurate portrayal of a fictional Los Angeles street gang. Upon joining, it is expected of members to be well informed of LA gang politics, as well as a good understanding of the W/S Carson Piru street gang and Polynesian culture. 9. (W/S) Grace Avenue Piru: The Westside Grace Avenue Piru is a predominant, new generation street gang located on the western side of Los Santos, along the Vespucci Beach. Their name is derived from Grace Ave, a local neighborhood street which runs through the heart of their territory between Invention Courts and Imagination Street. The street gang is divided into further cliques, with respect to the streets they reside in, but their most active cliques consist of 213th Street and 214th Street. The Los Santos Police Department has been tracking the criminal activity of Grace Avenue Piru since the early 2000s. Younger generation, being more ambitious and ruthless, has led the poverty stricken neighborhood's streets to violence and drugs control. Several dozen homicides are reported on Grace Avenue, and Vespucci altogether throughout the year, making it one of the worst places to reside at. Younger members usually resort to the selling of narcotics through the corners and streets to meet the two ends. Alliances and Rivalry: The Grace Avenue Piru are on good terms with blood gangs in the area, especially the Center View Piru, Scotts Dale Piru, and Scotts Park Piru. Their main rivals are the 190 Del Amo Blocc East Coast Crip, one of the largest and oldest crip sets. Gang Insignia: The Grace Avenue Piru has burgundy as their primary color, which is also the color of all Piru sets. Their insignias include Red Sox, Philadelphia Phillies and Pittsburg Pirates' attires. All the piru gangs around the states are represented by the said insignias, though few sets have additions or are exempt from this. 213th Street, Grace Avenue, Carson Grace Avenue Piru Graffiti Any feedback, negative or positive can be directed toward the leadership; @Insane (MCLogg#9499) and/or @LilMere (LilMere#5642)

  11. 400 Block Fudge Lane Piru The Fudge Lane Piru (FLP) are a primarily African-American street gang based in South Central Los Santos, San Andreas. They are also known as Fudge Town Pirus and 400 Block Fudge Lane Piru. The Fudge Lane Pirus have been around since the 1970s, and by the 1980s, they had developed a reputation for aggression and violence. The gang is internationally known throughout the United States and primarily San Andreas simply because of its reputation. The Fudge Lane Piru neighborhood is located in the Rancho area of South Central, Los Santos on Roy Lowenstein and Carson. The Fudge Lane Piru gang consists of several cliques, the most noticed ones are 400 Block and BJ Block both located in the same housing projects. Origin: In the early 1970s, what was originally called the 400 Block Fudge Lane Neighborhood Pirus was formed at the beginning of the South Central's wave of gang violence and poverty by a group of both African American and Hispanic teenagers claiming the Jamestown Street houses as their own along with W/S 554 Cedar Block Piru. The gang was originally formed to provide protection for the teenagers who lived in the same neighborhood from nearby predominately white gangs. However, about a year into operating the street set, poverty struck the South Central neighborhood harder than ever before. Generally driving the leaders of the gang to begin to generate a source of income for all members in the gang. This is where the gang began to take part in the drug trade. After finding illegal drug dealers from Blaine County, importing the drugs into Los Santos was relatively easier than said. However, not even three months into the trade, a racial war began between the Hispanic members of the gang and African-American members over who should get more money than the other. This war caused the Hispanic members of the gang to ultimately depart from the gang causing the "Neighborhood" in the name to be dropped showing division of the neighborhood. At this point, the gang was at its peak. It now held a reputation of brutal violence. This is when it began to pop up on the Los Santos Police Department's radar. Shortly after years of being under investigation, a raid on the housing projects was conducted. More than thirty-two firearms were recovered from the projects along with two thousand three hundred rounds of ammunition, as well as six ounces of marijuana. A large percentage of the members were sentenced to jail ultimately causing the gang to discontinue. In the mid-90s, members of the gang fought to survive. They watched persons come and go. Eventually, they began the revival of the gang. Forcing a rename once again to "Twin Tower Pirus", they began to get up and running. This is what they considered a means for survival. However, as members of the gang were being released in the early 2000s, they took "Twin Tower Pirus", and turned it back into "Fudge Lane Pirus". Ultimately reattaching "400 Block" to the beginning of their name, to honor those who were still imprisoned, or who didn't make it to see their release date. As red flags now flooded the South Central streets, this marked an entirely new beginning for the 400 Block Fudge Lane Pirus. Their Clothing: Members of the Fudge Lane Pirus can often be spotted flaunting their bright red colors in the neighborhood they reside. To do this, they can usually be seen wearing sports merchandise with a symbol that supports their set along with a red colored bandana. These include red color hats related to sports teams or hats with logos that show affiliation to Pirus. Such as a hat with a "P" or a "B". Additionally, they use sporting jerseys, usually being red in color, or a number that shows affiliation with the set. News: 400 Block Fudge Lane Pirus, has been around for quite some time. They have managed to make headlines not only once, not twice, but quite more than that. Ranging from brutal and violent murders to armed robberies, they had it all going for themselves. For instance, June 2nd, 2006. Los Santos Police Department's call center received reports of an altercation on Jamestown Street. The caller stated that there were three African-American men dressed in red arguing with Hispanic men dressed in black and white. A short while later, the call center received another report from the same location stating that there were now shots fired. When LSPD interceptors arrived on the scene, they found the lifeless body of a 17-year-old, another male stabbed multiple times, and the other shot and trying to get help. Only one person was arrested in relation to this violent act. He was later identified as Tayshawn Bradley, a well-known affiliate with the FLP. Another instance where the street gang made headlines would have been in 2010. The Los Santos Police Department received reports of a stabbing shortly after a heated altercation between a group of African American teenagers. When officers arrived on the scene, they found a 15-year-old male fighting for his life surrounded by a group of concerned students. The male was transported to Davis Medical where he succumbed to his injuries. The LSPD arrested 16-year-old Sikari Adams in relation to this deadly altercation. Investigators stated that Sikari had direct ties with the Fudge Lane Pirus. Entertainment: In the music industry portion of things, the street gang gained recognition after DJ Quik's 1991 debut. Within the same year, another rapper by the name of Hi-C, who also associated himself with the Fudge Lane Pirus rose to fame after the release of his first album. This ultimately put the gang on to many opportunities to generate more income for the street gang. In 2008, they did it again. During the rise of YG 400, another rapper who was said to be a member of the Fudge Lane Piru, he released the single "Toot It and Boot It" which gained worldwide recognition. It featured another prominent rapper, who also associated himself with the street gang. 12. North Side Innocence Neighborhood Piru The North Side (N/S) Innocence Neighborhood Pirus, or NHP for short, are a active & primarily an African-American Blood street gang that's located in South Los Santos on Rancho & Innocence Boulevard with Dominguez Park being their common stomping grounds. Instead of representing the East Side or the West Side often like other street gangs in South Los Santos, they claim the North Side of Innocence and represent North Side. This gang in particular got its start from a Blood gang on the west side of South Los Santos called the Rollin 20's Strawberry Neighborhood Bloods which is why both gangs often use the same hand sign. Although Piru gangs in Los Santos are mainly in Davis, the Innocence Neighborhood Pirus are one of the few Piru sets that reside outside of Davis. The Innocence Neighborhood Pirus are not to be confused with the 145 Neighborhood Piru's in Davis and while they are different gangs they also fall under the Neighborhood Piru car along with the 151 Davis Original Block Pirus & the 145 Brouge Neighborhood Pirus. Cliques within the Innocence Neighborhood Pirus include 64th, 500 Block, 700 Block & 800 Block with 500 & 700 Block being the oldest cliques within the gang. The Innocence NHP's have a very close alliance with the Davis Family Gangster Bloods and often meet up with each other at Dominguez Park for gatherings (also known as "functions"). Even with the Innocence NHPs being mainly African-American, they're know to have Latino members as well as Asians in the gang. The gang has many different rappers such as Squeak Ru, 2-Eleven, Rucci, Ackrite, White John & the Innocence rap group Norfside Navy. Gang Hat Logos & Insignias: The NHP's are known to dress flashy and wear certain MLB sports teams to represent their gang. Each sports team and logo has its own distinct meaning depending on where in South Los Santos you're at. The NHP's have physically attacked civilians and gang members for wearing the wrong hat in their turf as documented by the LSPD. The Cleveland Indians (hat on the top left of the image on the right) is a sports team that every gang in Innocence are known to wear with the "I" in Indians representing Innocence. The New York Yankees (hat on the top right of the image on the right) "NY" logo is a logo seen worn by gangs that are under the Neighborhood Car, which in this case would be Neighborhood Piru due to the red base color of the hat. Gangs under the Neighborhood Crip car are also known to sport this logo in particular but they're know to wear the hat with a navy and/or black base color. Members of INHP often wear the team logo in red to symbolize that they're under the Neighborhood Piru car. The Philadelphia Phillies (hat on the bottom left of the image on the right) is a sports team widely known to worn by members of Piru gangs across South Los Santos and even nationwide. The "P" logo on the hat represents Piru and is worn in either a dark red or a bright red color. The Pittsburgh Pirates (hat on the bottom right of the image on the right) is another sports team that members of Piru gangs often wear due to the gold "P" logo on the hat and use it to represent the Piru gang. Innocence NHP's Gang Signs & Lingo: Like all street gangs in South Los Santos, each gang has hand signs they throw up to each other and at other gang members. Certain gang signs mean different things depending on where you're at as a lot of gangs share the same gang signs but mean differently in different places. The Innocence NHP's use common Blood/Piru gang signs all other Blood sets use such as throwing up the "P" hand sign and also throwing up the Damu horns (image on the left). Often, members will throw up various other gang signs to identify what set/clique they're from which is called "stacking". Gang signs can also be used to disrespect other hoods/gangs and antagonize rival gang members. Throwing the wrong gang signs in specific areas by the local gangs often cause problems and confrontations that could possibly lead to a shooting death of that individual. Suwoo/Suwoop/Whoop: A known international Blood call widely recognized by Damu gang members from all sets. The Innocence NHP's, along with other Piru/Blood gangs, use this call to announce their presence both on the streets and in the prison system. Crips or any other gang that are known to beef with Bloods get on high alert when this call is heard. Damu: Blood in Swahili. This is what all Bloods refer to each other as, regardless if they're Bloods, Piru's, Brims or Black P. Stones and is still used today. Bloods began referring to each other as "Damu's" since the formation of the Bloods in the 1970's by Sylvester Scott at Davis High where he pulled together several of his friends from his neighborhood and began to strike back against the Crips in Davis at the time. Soon after, more and more Blood gangs were spreading all over the city of Los Santos as different gangs went to join under the Blood umbrella instead of their neighborhoods conforming to the Crips. Allies & Enemies of the N/S Innocence Neighborhood Piru's: The North Side Innocence Neighborhood Piru's have various enemies throughout South Los Santos as well as alliances with other gangs. Majority of the feuds other gangs have with the N/S Innocence Neighborhood Piru's often turn very violent resulting in casualties claiming the lives of members from both sides as well as innocent bystanders. Allies of the N/S Innocence Neighborhood Piru's: W/S Davis Family Gangster Bloods Queen Street Innocence Bloods W/S Rollin 20's Strawberry Neighborhood Bloods 145 Davis Neighborhood Piru 151 Original Block Davis Piru Brouge Avenue Piru Gang Enemies of the N/S Innocence Neighborhood Piru's: Various Rollin & Neighborhood Crip gangs, including Rollin 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's (mainly) & 90's. Osage Legend Innocence Crips Tongan Crip Gang 102 Raymond Avenue Crips Innocence 13 (Sureno gang in Innocence) OOC Information: We are portraying the Inglewood set of the Neighborhood Piru's (Not to be mistaken for the 145 Neighborhood Piru's in Compton, California). 13. HISTORY The West Side Neighborhood Pirus are an infamous street gang based in Strawberry, Los Santos in the projects of Forum Drive, and some of the surrounding areas. Also known as Neighborhood Piru, this street gang was founded in the early 1990's after the infamous 1992's riots that took place in South Central, Los Santos due to police brutality. The gang started off with three teenagers Caleb Smith, Jeremiah Jarvis, and Maxine Price. All three of them decided to call themselves Roy Piru due to having older Piru family members surrounding them and living on Roy Lowenstein Boulevard while growing up. After the riots left South Central, Los Santos in ruins the teenagers decided to make their own "set" in the infamous Piru gang that was flooding their neighborhood in spite of having enemy rival neighborhoods surrounding them. Later in the years of constant violence in their neighborhood they got affiliated with the orginial Neighborhood Pirus, getting orders to represent their street in their street gang name which brought the name Roy Neighborhood Piru to be born. The street gang eventually moved to the West Side of South Central, Los Santos and started to represent the original name of West Side Neighborhood Piru dividing the street gang into two sets 145th Piru & 151 Piru. PRESENT DAY Now the street gang known as West Side Neighborhood Piru, used to represent Roy Lowenstein Boulevard and the surrounding areas with great force, indulging in drug distribution, drug smuggling, drug usage, weapon dealing, and a lot more in the neighborhoods that are undocumented. Now they do the same around the Strawberry area. Officials claim that the details of who is the leadership in this street gang is unconfirmed, very limited evidence on the street gang, and is now ran by a completely new generation on teenagers that live in the neighborhoods. The street gang considers themselves as "West Side Ps" and a lot of other street terms that are unknown to this day through the public. 145th Piru 145th Piru is a subset within West Side Neighborhood Piru, they are young, ruthless, and deranged due to their surroundings of gang violence and constant poverty in their neighborhood. They are still under command of West Side Neighborhood Piru and will do anything to protect their higher ups in the street gang. They indulge in a lot of illegal activities like distribute drugs, extort, home invasion, robbery, vandalism, and etc to make their presence known around the neighborhoods of Forum Drive & the surrounding areas. This subset is ran by three of the main higher ups in West Side Neighborhood Piru and decided to branch and make 145th Piru, following the foot steps of the previous members that have died in gang violence in the neighborhood. 151 Piru 151 Piru is another subset from West Side Neighborhood Piru. This set is mainly full of drug dealers, pimps, and hustlers. They do small crimes in the area of Forum Drive also like home invasion, robbery, vandalism, and a lot more crimes around the area. The Story of Big Gleeko 2001-2020 Nolan "Big Gleeko" Summers was born and raised in the western areas of Los Santos. His father was a big drug dealer around the Rancho area and barely came to visit Nolan. Him and his mother ended moving in with his father due to his mother losing her job and had to settle for something a lot cheaper. They lived in a one bedroom apartment in the Rancho area. As soon as Nolan turned sixteen he started to hang around with a big homie that goes by the name of Jacoby "Trigga Ru" Miller. Nolan got turned onto the drug game from that point forth and made a name for himself around the Rancho area. He got jumped in later that year by other big homies that were apart of a set called Roy Neighborhood Piru making him involved with "NHP" and the other local blood/piru sets around the area. At the age of nineteen, one day Nolan "Big Gleeko" Summers went on a hit by himself after getting robbed by some local Crips in the Davis area which made him go into a deranged state of mind. He went on a killing spree around Davis & Rancho looking for any Crip affiliates and ended up getting into a high speed chase with the police after getting spotted gunning down a person in the middle of the street. He took them on a thirty minute police chase and local law enforcement decided to disable his car with a couple road blocks, and rams. He was pinned down by the police and surrounded, he loaded up his pistol before hopping out of the car and shooting at every police he saw while he was pinned down. He was riddled with bullets that night by police. He is forever remembered and honored by his Piru affiliates. RIP BIG GLEEKO. 14. The Bloods street gang began at the Centennial High School in Compton, California and were originally known as the Piru gang - Piru meaning Piru Street in Compton, California. The Bloods street gang has become one of the most violent and notorious street gangs active in North America today. With active chapters stretching from the southern United States border into Canada’s larger cities such as Montreal and Toronto, the Bloods continue to further expand their influence by opening new chapters. Emerging Bloods subsets form per the influence of larger Bloods gangs with organizational hubs in cities including Los Santos, New York City, and Chicago. Originally a gang with membership exclusive to African-Americans, many Bloods gang sets today recruit Asian, Caucasian, and Latino members. The Bloods were initially formed in the City of Los Santos during the 1970s to protect neighborhoods from rival gangs and anti-civil rights protests. After the introduction of crack cocaine in the 1980s however, the Bloods along with other street gangs became central drug shops and middlemen for large-quantity suppliers. Throughout this time the Bloods rivaled many other gangs including other Bloods sets for drug territory. As Latino street gangs grew in membership and power, fighting amongst African-American street gangs fell in terms of priority. Many of the 78 identified Bloods gangs in South Los Santos during the 1990s unified in several gang networks to defend against Latino gangs, some even including long-time gang rival the Crips. Despite warring against Latino gangs in South Los Santos, Bloods gang sets continued to grow while new ones emerged. By 2000 six new major Bloods gang sets had been identified, three of which were reported to be based in East Los Santos. Most prominent of these three is the Money Made Mafia Bloods set. Comprised of two subsets, the Money Made Mafia Bloods are a Piru-affiliated street gang headquartered in the 300-unit Crystal Gardens housing project lot of Idlewood and is one of two Bloods gangs currently active in Idlewood. The Bloods present a significant threat to correctional administrators not only due to their predatory and violent behavior but more importantly due to their intense rivalry with the Crips. As do the Crips, the Bloods have a strong fascination with assault-type weapons. California Bloods sets are typically from South-Central Los Angeles; they have similar attitudes about group loyalty and violence. Like the Crips, the Bloods love to be in the limelight. They are especially arrogant and believe that acting naive about them conveys weakness. Bloods members will seize every opportunity to lie and portray the image that they respect only those who are “bigger and worse”. Traditionally, the Bloods Street gangs have always worn red colors, using red bandana's or red rags; similar graffiti and graphics styles, expressing their disrespect and resentment for Crips and Crips symbols. Recently, a new trend appears to have arisen. Bloods in some eastern states have reportedly been known to wear brown, tan and rust or burnt orange colors to represent "Dried" blood. ___________________________________________________________________________________
