Youngest In Charge is a modern day group of teens/clique that is interested in having power and into the fast life of getting money. The members are mostly child hood friends and family willing to protect one another and make money with each other while having fun. Even though they get into crime a lot they mainly want to just get their family and friends out the ghetto and that's their main focus. The clique is always seen with one of each other and goes by a code to not leave a brother behind. They can usually be found around Tub Street area or at parties where they can earn money from product they sell.

HALLERAN THEFT RING The organized crimes beginnings in San Andreas may be traced back to late-nineteenth-century urban ghettos, where Irish, Italian, and Eastern European Jewish immigrants battled to make ends meet amid poverty, congestion, and prejudice. Only the most hazardous and low-paying employment were available to these immigrants. Some of the newcomers sought shortcuts to the American dream by joining street gangs and crime syndicates and engaging in robbery, extortion, counterfeiting, and other illegal activities. The growth of organized crime pushed law enforcement organizations to improve their investigation tactics and become more professional. Witnesses were frequently helped by police lineups in identifying alleged criminals. Thomas and Frank Halleran were the founders of a small theft crew that was operating in New York for a while. The Hallerans, on the other hand, were a disorganized gang of robbers. But, because they were in New York, it was only a matter of time until they ran across another crew. The Hallerans were primarily robbers who stole from the trucks that delivered goods to Red Hook Terminal and the warehouses where they were stored. Thomas was found guilty of labor racketeering in 1990 and sentenced to 32 years in prison, 13 of which he served. He stated that he murdered his brother Frank for unclear reasons shortly before his death in 2013. Two years later, a nephew of Thomas Halleran gathered a crew in New York with the intention of continuing Hallerans legacy. In late 2021, reports came out about the group's relocation in the city of Los Santos. OOC The Halleran Theft Ring is a fictional concept. This faction is going to be a multi-national criminal organization, despite the fact that the core members are third generation Irish-Americans. The recruitment will be done exclusively in character. The faction leadership reserves the right to Character Kill (CK) any individual who joins the Halleran Theft Ring, as long as the roleplay leads to it. Character Kills are considered to be a last resort, and will rarely be done. We strongly encourage everyone who's aspiring to join our faction to have a realistic character background. Think about the struggles that you character may have, and make sure to include them in your roleplay. You should also know that we expect all members to be able to create their own roleplay, and to provide roleplay for others as well when necessary. While prior experience in organized crime groups is not needed, you will have to do some basic research on this before attempting to join. We expect everyone to know the server rules and to abide by them. Serious, or repeated violations can lead to a faction removal. If you have any questions, feel free to PM: @Armolis & @Banks
