They mainly assist in blood draws and other procedures like ultrasound imaging and mammography, but also surgical procedures. Of course, unlike Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses cannot work without constant supervision, nor can put treatment plans in place, or prescribe medicine. While they also hold a very important role in healthcare, their practice is very limited to only working with physicians. CNAs at our practice play a vital role as well, as in most situations serve our patients as moral support when getting bad news. They also do minimal procedures like drawing blood, helping during surgeries (although rare), and more. They may diagnose, treat, and prescribe, under the supervision of physicians. Their work usually consists of helping patients and doing lighter duties of assisting the physician. Intern Duties: Assisting patients, sterilizing and cleaning exam rooms after every patient, assisting the physician when need be, light administrative work, and assistance with house calls. Duration of the Program: 120 hours | 60 hours at Cattaneo OB/GYN and 60 hours in assisted living facilities. Open For: Every student of ULSA of any major. • Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing, Labor and Delivery Nursing Program OB/GYN and Labor and Delivery Nursing Program are about BSN-RN students specializing in so-called "specialty" after graduation. This program is not exempt from MSN or even DNP students, but those are specialized degrees usually. During this program, interns will learn the human anatomy of the female reproductive system, obstetrics, and obstetrics care, how to establish treatment plans, and so on... Daniel Abramsky, MD. (born 18 November 1976) is a Jewish-American psychiatrist and current manager of the Eclipse Pharmacy and Clinic. Daniel was born in Brooklyn, New York to lawyer parents. He is the oldest of three brothers. The Abramsky family had fled from Russia during the anti-jewish pogroms of 1881-84. Along with millions of other Russian born Jews, they settled in New York and quickly worked to prominence in business selling old world goods, as the Ashkenazi culture flourished in particular in the Brooklyn area. Following the success of their ancestors business prowess, the Abramsky family eventually ran into trouble with the law, with Daniel's uncle and grandfather on his father's side both being convicted of tax fraud and accused of other white collar crimes. While Daniel and his parents themselves have no major infractions on their record, and are still practicing lawyers, they have been publicly criticized for taking on clients with dubious reputations and not distancing themselves from their convicted relatives. Being from an upper class family, Daniel attended private schools his entire adolescence and was admitted to Columbia University in 1993, graduating with a B.Sc in psychology in 1997. Daniel attended medical school at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, from which he gained his MD in 2001. Daniel pursued his passion of psychiatry with a residency from Columbia Department of Psychiatry at the New York State Psychiatric Institute until 2006 when he received his U.S. Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) and board certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). Following this, Daniel took a fellowship at Columbia University to achieve a certification in forensic psychiatry. Allegedly motivated by his family's run-ins with the law, Daniel's interest in dealing with the state of mind and mental health of inmates in U.S correctional facilities grew massively during this time. Abramsky found work in the Five Points Correctional Facility, where he worked for 6 years from 2007-2013, treating and studying the inmates. The next five years until the end of 2018, Daniel worked on the other side of the country in Washington state at the Monroe Correctional Complex, with their max security inmates. During this period, Daniel's youngest brother was incarcerated in San Andreas on charges relating to financial crime. Following his brother's incarceration, Daniel has once again moved state to Los Santos where he found work managing the previously dormant Eclipse Pharmacy and Clinic. Daniel married his high school sweetheart, Hannah Epstein in the spring of 2009. The pair had two children during their marriage, before separating in 2013 and settling the divorce in 2014. Following the divorce, Daniel moved across the country to Washington state, where he lived for five years, before moving to Los Santos, San Andreas in 2019, the same city where his youngest brother is currently incarcerated for white collar crime. Daniel has also stated "a wish for more independent work" and a chance to work with the unusually high percentage of criminals in the state as reasons for moving.

Pillbox Hill Medical center is proud to showcase the most recent renovation to the facility, set to further enhance the service by improving operational efficiency within the Emergency Department. The changes will ensure that our patients continue to receive the best of the best medical care in the most efficient and caring way possible. With the completion of the renovations, the new ER can support more patients than ever, helping to bring the service to more members of the community at a more consistent level as we see huge improvements to the capacity and flexibility of the department. Our staff operate the ER 24/7 and their professionalism and dedication to the role speaks volumes for the medical field within Los Santos. Staffing levels vary based on patient volume however it can be assured that there is always a capable professional on hand. The grand opening of the new ER took place on Thursday 14th October 2021, and was nothing short of an overwhelming success as patients were treated with the newest equipment by our line of incredible staff. The hospital is now better prepared to meet the needs of it’s patients that rely on it’s services on a daily basis. The ER's entrance as shown above provides a welcoming feel for our patients or the family of patients, ensuring a comfortable wait whilst at the facility. With a modern touch, the hospital is brought into the 21st century and demonstrates the commitment to both the standards and expectations for the hospital. The seating area contains the necessary facilities for those waiting, providing an area for drinks and snacks as well as restrooms. The new ER also contains a small break room for our EMT's at the Los Santos Fire Department. Long shifts and stressful scenes take their toll on the best of us, so being able to prove somewhere for those so vital to the healthcare system to take a moment to collect themselves is something Pillbox is proud to bring. We also have a consultancy room just off from the waiting room where a professional can make an immediate call on the next best steps for treatment for their patient. The entry and nurses station for the ER has been completely re-designed with a new sleek and modern approach to healthcare. Our nurses have an area overlooking the ER where they can monitor patients efficiently and act with speed when urgent attention is required. The department also welcomes overhauled trauma bays where the team will attend to more serious emergencies requiring immediate medical intervention. Overhauling the areas for our patient's stay with us was at the forefront of the renovation. Not only can the team provide the best medical care in the State, however the overall customer experience has been improved dramatically, setting a high bar for any to follow. For the longest time, Pillbox has been dedicated to providing outstanding medical care to those in need, this project has been in the works for some time and now we are proud to unveil it. Short description: Make /damages persistent and in need of a doctor/EMT to fix. Have applications similar to supplier apps for "street docs" for under the table doctoring. Make doctors/medical professionals important. Also record melee injuries. Detailed description: So right now if you /changechar or relog or crash or anything all those nice GSW's you rack up on /damages magically vanish. This shouldn't be the case. These things should stay and should remain until appropriate RP is done by someone who can treat them and only then do they vanish. That means no magically clearing your damages list via a relog so you can avoid having to go to a hospital, no "self-treating" a GSW to the torso and avoiding the hospital inexplicably and so forth. To combat this make access to these commands a supplier style access job managed by IFM and LFM, so that people running clinics can get the commands, people working in hospitals/FD get them by default and people RP'ing "mob/street doc's" get them with some restrictions (No doing a damn bullet removal from the spinal column in your dining room, maybe make it so they can only treat x injury types/x location injury types, thus restricting truly damning injuries to people in hospitals). You can also go further and add in consequences for them not being removed, such as a lowered max health cap initially followed by slow and steady health drop if left unattended for more than an hour. Commands to add: /cleardamages /cleardamages [ID] for specific damages. Items to add: You could add medical items that can be applied to temporarily bring up the max health cap, and also slow down the health drop, so on. How would your suggestion improve the server? Well for one you'd make being a doctor a valuable asset on a script level, someone who can actually remove and heal things and force people to actually go to the people providing these services. You'd also create a whole subset of illegal RP around being an underground/ "mob" doctor. You'd also completely prevent the issue of people powergaming and breaking server rules by vanishing up into thin air and magically healing somehow after just bandaging their arm like that would actually fix a GSW. Additional information: I see this as an absolute win.

Short description: Opening up a hospital in town to be used as a 'walk in health clinic' Detailed description: The concept of this suggestion is to give GTAW an 'out of hours walk in' health clinic, similar to an emergency department in a hospital. For RP purposes, individuals could come in with the flu, a drug overdose, a gun shot wound or for items such as immunisations or tests. The purpose is more to offer health services, employment and rp opportunities for those who are in alternative timezones (ie. are playing during the day GTAW time) when there are less to no EMT around. Commands to add: Commands would be similar to EMT I'm assuming - the ability to restore full health being key. Items to add: With the system currently in place, we wouldn't need to add much as treatments would be roleplayed out. Positions such as Nurse and Doctor would have to be established as government occupations. How would your suggestion improve the server? I feel like hospital roleplay can be a lot of fun and add significant immersion for players who are in factions/gangs or are injured. Particularly during the day, there aren't many EMT around and it would provide employment and rp opportunities for those in alternative timezones, encouraging them to join the server and rp during those times. Hopefully if it proves popular, a whole hospital system could be implemented that brings a connection point for all EMT and Police staff when dealing with roleplaying emergencies and investigating crimes.
