  1. Linda Yim (Cantonese: 岑琳達) is a 23 year old Chinese-American from the district of Chinatown, in Downtown Los Santos, born to a hardworking family who owned a local noodle shop in Chinatown. Growing up; Linda had a relatively chill and natured childhood. She would goto school, come home and do her homework and then help out around the noodle shop owned by her parents. She was also seen as the quiet one in the bunch, never speaking for the most part but did often go out partying with her friends from school from time to time. Linda would often party until the early morning, sometimes abusing substances like alcohol, cocaine, marijuana, lean and xanax when she went out to party; this led to her having an unhealthy addiction to xanax as she abused it the most whilst at parties. Around the time Linda was 17 years old, her father passed away from a stroke at the age of 57. This brought more stress onto Linda's personal life, as she got more addicted to narcotics and stepped it up a notch, abusing cocaine. Due to the fact cocaine wasn't an easy to find cheap drug like heroin or crystal meth, this made her addiction extremely expensive more than others, which led to her stealing from her mother's personal moneybank in the noodle shop to feed her addiction as it got worse overtime. By the age of 22, Linda was a notorious drug addict for cocaine, and had a few nose bleeds prior due to her excessive over usage in the narcotic itself. One night at a party, Linda almost overdosed after take a shockingly huge surge amount of cocaine, measuring around 4.20 grams in her system. She almost died, and due to this, it had brought more stress onto her mother, which would eventually lead to her mother dying as Linda and her mother had an argument one night when her mother was on the way home; leading to her mother crashing and having severe injuries due to being hit by an 18 wheeler truck. After her mother dying, Linda inherited the family business but to her surprise it wasn't all it was made out to be, as it turned out her mother was paying off a debt to loan sharks ever since her father passed, with the bill suspiciously increasing yearly. It was around this time that Linda met Leo Fang, who at the time seemed to be a genuine helping hand to help her with her loan sharking issue and pay off the debts, but it wasn't all what it was made out to be as Linda would soon face a huge plot twist after getting help from Leo.

    Kenneth Maa

Kenneth Maa's background story goes as follows: Born in Tin Wan, Hong Kong to parents; Matthew Shao and An Maa (not married) which by HK law in the 1990s is why Kenneth has his mother's Lastname. When Kenneth was four years of age his father got a call about a position in a raising firm located in Los Santos. The firm was selling textiles out of Simmet Alley. Due to their low in-come for the first three years, the family of three was forced to living in the Rancho motel rooms on upper Roy Lowenstein. Shootings, gang-banging, and bullying were normal for then nine-year-old Kenneth who was beginning to struggle in school. Finally, his father had money enough to buy a small condo in what is now known as Chinatown (Mission Row, and Textile City) moving into the three-bedroom apartment was one of the better choices his father made. Stable living, not as many shootings, and moving into the heart of the Asian community in eastern LS. Two years pass by and Kenneth got ran up on by two Mexicans when walking home from school which was located in Davis his stolen, and nose broke he walked home via Strawberry people staring at him some of the elderly ladies asking if he needs any help, but Kenneth kept walking until he reached a store right before the bridge which cuts South LS from Central LS a familiar voice yelled out from the store. His father went into the store crying his eyes out before his dad and five other canto-Americans. Informing his dad that he got jumped by two bullies from school Matthew wouldn't hear of it and raised up before commanding two of the five others around the table to take Kenneth with them, and for him to point out the two people who jumped him the two older canto-American teenagers had CWD inked across their throats. When they finally found the two Mexicans standing at the taco stand across from The Tortilla Flat's eating the two older homies ran across the road with a 9MM flashing it at the Mexicans demanding all their money, phones, and the bag which was by their feet Kenneth was stunned, but happy that he got his belonging back. That's when Kenneth found out his father wasn't an ordinary working man, but something else. At the age of thirteen, Kenneth was hanging out with some friends at Chan's goods which is a pawnshop that goes by the name of Capital Pawnshop nowadays. Out of nowhere his friends turned on him and beat him up for 9 seconds. After doing so they helped him up, and his father stepped inside he placed his hand on Kenneth's shoulder with a gray rag in hand and informed him that he is now a formal member of the Capital White Dragons.
  3. The Capital White Dragons is a Canto-American and Vietnamese criminal organization and street gang that was formed in 1990's by Chinese immigrants in Strawberry. It was started by a group of young men who bounded together to protect themselves from Black and Latino gangs. The White Dragons has been operating in Los Santos for many years. At the gang's peak, it had over 100 core members. The gang preyed on the Canto-American communities as a source of income and is unique compared to other Asian crime groups as they were involved in both organized and street-level crime. The organized revenue mainly came from extorting local businesses, prostitution, money laundering, and counterfeiting merchandise. At street-level, the gang was involved in a wide range of crimes that included murder, robbery, home invasion, drug dealing and car theft. The White Dragons influence was strong in Strawberry, during the 2000s. The gang gained the attention of federal authorities because of their involvement in violent criminal activities. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) opened a case against the White Dragons in 1999. The FBI then created the White Dragon Task force and the three-year investigation dubbed "Operation White Door" which led to the convictions of multiple gang members, stemming from murder, attempted murder, armed robbery, extortion, illegal possession of firearms and Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) charges. The gang was taken down in one of the largest gang sweeps of 2002, as federal agents simultaneously raided and arrested 30 of its core members. Ten years after the crackdown a new generation of CWD has appeared in the northern Strawberry area trying to bring back order to their street. The gang is known to have loose ties with the local Triad due to this very powerful alley they have already found themselves in the midst of hood politics, and drug dealing. They can be seen wearing Detroit Tigers' merch as they identify with the 'D' for Dragons. We aim to portray an realistic a small Asian gang located in the South Central area.
