  1. Street Racing Epidemic In El Burro Heights February 25, 2023 19:12 Written by Robert Gray El Burro Heights, Los Santos - Residents of El Burro Heights have raised concerns over the recent influx in illegal street racing taking place in their city. Large crowds of people are gathering late at night to participate in drag racing on the empty and wide-lane industrial roads. According to reports, the illegal street racing is happening on a regular basis, and the crowds are getting bigger every week. Local residents have reported loud engines, screeching tires, and honking horns, disturbing the peace and causing safety concerns. The Los Santos Sheriff's Department has acknowledged the issue and has stepped up patrols in the area. They have also called on the community to report any suspicious activity they may witness. "We take illegal street racing seriously, and we want to make sure that our community is safe," said a Los Santos Sherriff's Deputy. "We have increased patrols in the area and have been working closely with neighboring law enforcement agencies to address the issue." In addition to the noise and safety concerns, the illegal street racing is also damaging the roads and causing environmental issues. Burnouts and other reckless driving behaviors are causing damage to the asphalt, which is costly to repair. The Los Santos City Council has also expressed their concern over the issue and is considering implementing new measures to combat the problem. Possible solutions include installing speed bumps or rumble strips on the affected roads, increasing fines for illegal street racing, and using technology such as license plate readers to identify and track offenders. "We are committed to finding a solution to this issue," said El Burro Heights Community Representative Mike Gramby. "We will continue to work with the Sherriff's department and the community to ensure that our city remains a safe and peaceful place to live." Residents of El Burro Heights, Cypress Flats and Murrieta Heights are urged to report any suspicious activity related to illegal street racing to the police department. Anyone caught participating in illegal street racing could face fines, vehicle impoundment, and even criminal charges. 2. Yavina Araiza is a 24-year-old living in the Hillside Trece neighborhood. This thread follows the tales of Yavina growing up in East Los in the El Burro Heights neighborhood showcasing her story on how she becomes a product of her own environment.
  3. Maracella Alvarez on the left and Yavina Araiza on the right. This thread follows life of Maracella Alvarez that is a product of her environment. Maracella spend most of her younger age watching the older girls from the living room window, watching them reacting how they act as she played outside with other kids in El Burro Heights. She looks up to the two known females in the neighborhood Yavina "Teardrop" Araiza and Tejana "Shady Eyez" Cepeda as she watched the two the most. Maracella watched Yavina and Tejana get snatched up by the police before they send their long sentence in San Andreas Youth Aurthority as soon as the duo came out she stopped watching them from the window and started watching them from the porch of her Aunts house. Maracella's parents struggle back and forth with bills living paycheck to paycheck so Maracella is seen out late when her parents are working staying at her aunts house while they work.

  7. ((Shawn Lazcano)) Shawn appears to be ~18 years old Puerto-Mexican, he stands at an average height. Shawn born n raised in El Burro Heights, grew up only with his mom, she didn't let Shawn to hang out with homies back then, so Shawn would play video games all day everyday, hanging outside rarely. After Shawn's mother passed, they lost their flat, and he had no place to live. Everything they had was because his mom had a lot of loans. Shawn moved to live into Fudge Lanes, with his uncle, at age 15, he's been living with his uncle since. After a long time of being depressed, Shawn started to hang out in the streets on the Hillside. He was attracted into their system and wanted to do criminal activities in order to gain more money and power. He was pushed into the criminal underworld by being shown all the merits of it: money, drugs, careless life, girls, parties, fancy cars and etc. Shawn is really curious, he wants to go out and experience things, and won't hesitate to step out of his comfort zones to do so. He believes that there are no irrelevant actions, that every shift in sentiment, every move and every idea is part of something bigger. Shawn enjoys both small talk and deep, meaningful conversations, and is adept at steering conversations towards their desired subjects in ways that feel completely natural and unforced.
  8. Kamsters 13 The Krazy Ass Mexikans or "KAM" also called the "Kamsters" for short street gang started out as a tagging crew from El Burro (East Los Santos). You could find their taggings almost everywhere throughout Los Santos as they did it for fun at a point. Krazy Ass Mexikans was a small group of taggers that met daily, people would call them taggers, they weren't a street gang out to steal and rob or kill anybody originally. Just a group of teenagers who loved art and loved to tag walls. The graffiti they tagged was to mark their territory they even had murals to mark their territory as well. The group suffered gang bullying from gangs like Big Hazard which turned them dangerous to a point. They're now one of the most aggressive Hispanic street gangs with over 300 members throughout Los Santos and them controlling a huge portion of it since the early 2000s. The KAM gang holds the "13" due to their affiliation with the Mexican Mafia which makes their gang also controlled by them and they've forced orders that they must listen to from them. Currently, KAM continues to expand out of East Los Santos as some of their sets also appeared in West Los Santos. There was a time when the Mexican Mafia placed a green light on all tagging crews in the 80s-90s which also led to them becoming a part of the Mexican Mafia. The gang still are known for their taggings and their name gives fear to the locals in the area. Lowrider Movement The Krazy Ass Mexikans recently started getting into the lowrider business, having the best ride in the hood is the "thing" in the area. Ralph "Reaper" Suarez started to get the rest of the street gang to start buying and modifying old cars supping them up to the fullest. The street gang uses these vehicles and drive them around as a general hobby and can be seen pulling up to car shows in a low rider in the modern times, unlike other gangs that got vehicle like Buffalo STX's at shows and more expensive vehicles. These vehicles that the KAM street gang buy to start off at around twenty-thousand dollars in price, and get fixed up to be worth in the hundred thousands. Some KAM members even started buying garages to stash their rides and bring them out to show them off to the locals of Los Santos, videos on Facebrowser can be also found with them driving lowriders around Los Santos and making their vehicles jump while they flick the switches on their vehicles. Lowriders originated from Latino men in Los Santos, and is something that's popular and acknowledged when seen, but not as active as in the '90s and early 2000s, while the KAM street gang makes an attempt to keep it popular in the city.
