GTAW - Purchasable Vehicles Guide I've been meaning to work on this for a while, but after some recent discussions with others I've finally found the time to get this working. There's an existing dealership guide posted, but this doesn't get updated often enough, in my view. I've tried to figure out what the best solution was, and came up with the following. Search List These two allow you to find vehicles based on the information I collected about them, such as; Model name (and all its variations) Brand Dealership (where to buy them) Vehicle Class Beyond this, you can get additional information about these vehicles such as Price The number of functional seats Cargo capacity Fuel If its a convertible (and what type) If it has taxi features Insurance costs Lease costs Maintenance costs In the future, I'll be adding more information such as; Drivetrain (FWD, RWD, AWD) Performance (maybe) Special functionality such a ELS light systems, trailer capabilities, towing capabilities, etc Approximate year of release (based on the real world inspirations) Options for modifications If you have any questions, please post them here. If you have any comments on data accuracy, please post them here. If you wish to help out with improving the data, please contact me on Discord (mj2002) If you are experiencing problems with the spreadsheets, please contact me on Discord (mj2002)

Hello all, I'd like to start this topic and get various opinions, because I'm aware there's a huge community of car lovers (both OOC and IC) here so I'd like to exchange opinions here. I believe there are 3 types of players of GTA overall, and GTAW 1. Vehicle aspect of the game 2. Shooting aspect of the game 3. Role-play aspect of the game Personally, I fall into 1st category and I could role-play around cars for months without getting bored at all. So I'd like to hear (read I guess) opinions on some things that you'd like to RP and it's vehicle-related, but we still don't have on the server. For me personally, I'd like to be able to see these things in the future : Mileage lowering scam - you buy a car that has 3k miles, and lower it to 700, and sell. (Yes, I'm Balkan, sorry.) Vehicle restoration - We had some aspects of this, but it doesn't provide you feeling that you've accomplished something (I'm aware this is very limited by the script, but just a wish) Vehicle damages - Again, aware of script limitations, but it would be fun to buy damaged vehicles fix them and, sell. More engine troubles - This would just be something I'd wish to see more often, imagine cops chasing you and their vehicle malfunctions if it was not serviced on time, etc Older (junker cars) having issue more frequently I know I probably made it sound like mechanic simulator, but those are some of my wishes to do on GTAW, and I'd love to hear yours.

It’s pretty simple, car people (or any even if you don’t know much about cars). Just upload the name of your favorite car(s) In-Game and the mods you have or would like to have. plus question: what is the fastest car and best car in game? 1 with no mods and 2 with mods.

Feel free to upvote if you think this suggestion should be changed or offer a opinion/ why it would be such a bad idea I recently asked in a /helpme if i'd be wrong for breaking into cars since the lockpick timer is only 10 min (if this is the case just make the lockpick timers longer cause it's not in the rules and i've been banned for this unlisted rule) and the helpme responded with "Because it is unrealistic to break into more than 3 or 4 cars per 24-48 hours" He claimed that breaking into more than 4 cars is unrealistic when it really isn't unless your stealing the car that would be outrages but if your doing it for strictly loot this should be bumped up in real situations in a smash and grab or even better with a lockpick (less noise) it is a very low risk of getting caught. Even breaking into cars in game for loot or stealing it trust me it's very very low you'll get caught and even if someone sees you they just stand there every time I've been breaking into cars IN THE GAME for years on this server and only been in a shootout once cause the owner came out and upped a gun. In real life if you search up car break-ins in FL/Cali they literally walk around in a big ass group and break into cars and get like 2-3 guns a night from UNLOCKED cars in suburban neighborhoods and still don't get caught. So as I'm saying I find it very unrealistic to only be allowed to break into 3-4 cars per 1-2 days without getting in trouble. It's insane that illegal rp'rs are limited to 3-4 cars it takes hours to even get lucky with finding something now I'm not saying its very hard to get a gun a day but those cars are usually in riskier areas and still takes a very long time to find. Also I don't know if cops just ignore the little masked up dude breaking into a car or don't see us but i've never been caught by a cop doing this even when I got into a shootout with the owner of a car and killed her.(she came out with a gun and if I died I would have ck'd already had mines in my hand that I got from a truck) -What I mean by "unlisted rule" is it doesn't say a specific number and I take my character's life into consideration when breaking into car's from cops and owners or captain. save a hoe Now I get how this could be annoying for legal rp'rs but if legal rp'ers would take some time to park somewhere they car is less likely to get broken into before logging or entering a interior this wouldn't be a issue especially if you think we give any fucks about a camera being there unless the criminal breaking in is just a crash out it still happens in real life a masked up group in a car will come by and smash the window with a bipper take a bag or something in sight and drive off it get's worse if there in a group cause they won't give a flying fuck your looking or recording. Fuck it just make every car have a default alarm like in real life and remove the limit since we don't even have bippers or limit players to 3-4 per hour (for max /vbreakin which is actually very realistic Real life clip on people in CALI doing this with zero fucks to give Real life clips of this happening just in FL btw

- Please note that this is not server sided! Only client sided. Have you ever felt like the sound of your car just didn't fit, but you drive a different car and and it feels like it'd be perfect for your car? Well that's basically what I did, I spent some time figuring out how to convert car sounds and I did just that. How to convert vehicle sounds: Text Installation: First, you must need: Open IV: http://openiv.com/ ArchiveFix: Notepad++: https://notepad-plus-plus.org/ (this is to make things easier, it's optional.) Launch Open IV then browse through: Update >> update.rpf >> Common >> data >> levels >> gta5 >> vehicles.meta (Before editing make sure to always have a backup file!) Drag and drop "vehicles.meta" Wherever you like, but please make sure to have a vanilla copy. From then, you open the file with notepad ++ and press CTRL + F and search for "VehicleNameHere" (Without the quotes) that you want to replace the sounds with. (Before pressing CTRL + F I suggest you to scroll to the top because notepad ++ Only searches for keywords at its current location and below) After you find the vehicle you want to modify, you then want to scroll down until you see "<audioNameHash />" Replace that line of code with: "<audioNameHash>VehicleNameHere</audioNameHash>" From then you go to here to find true Vehicle Model Names and you can start looking for the vehicle sound that you want to replace it with: https://wiki.gtanet.work/index.php?title=Vehicle_Models For better search, you can look up things like "Gta 5 (VehichleNameHere) car sound" and figure out which one fits you. Here is a playlist of some car sounds: You then copy the Name of the vehicle that you want to convert sounds with and replace the "VehicleNameHere" within the audioNameHash code line. Save the file, replace it in the Open IV Editor, then open your folder where ArchiveFix is located. And Open your GTA V Directory and go to here: \Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\update Drag and drop the update.rpf located inside ontop of the ArchiveFix.exe to encrypt it (this make sure your GTA doesn't force close and say it's corrupted) Do not move the update.rpf to the ArchiveFix Folder! If done right, it should still be in the update folder in your GTA V Directory. and you should be good to go! Any complications, feel free to DM me.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The Devil Dog Car Club is a prominent group of car enthusiasts that originated in Japan but has established a presence in America. Founded by a passionate group of Japanese automobile aficionados, the club quickly gained popularity for their unique approach to car culture, blending Japanese automotive traditions with American and European influences. The origins of the Devil Dog Car Club can be traced back to a small community of car enthusiasts in Japan who shared a deep admiration for Kaido racers and Bosozoku-esc rides. Inspired by the aesthetics, power, and the spirit of freedom associated with this subculture, they sought to create a club that would bring forth more like-minded people. A Kaido Racer, also known as a "Kaido Zoku," is a style of modified car that emerged in Japan during the 1980s and 1990s. The term "kaido" refers to Japan's highways or expressways, and "racer" represents the high-performance nature of these modified vehicles. Kaido Racers are heavily influenced by Japanese street racing culture and draw inspiration from the country's rich automotive heritage. Bosozoku is a Japanese subculture that emerged in the 1970s and 1980s. It is associated with motorcycle and car gangs known for their distinctive style, rebellious behavior, and flamboyant modifications. The term "bosozoku" roughly translates to "violent speed tribes" or "reckless driving tribes." In the early 2000s, a handful of founding members decided to expand their horizons and bring the Devil Dog Car Club to the United States. They believed that America's vibrant car scene, rich with diverse automotive cultures and enthusiasts, would be the ideal place to introduce their unique take on Japanese Car Culture. The logo of the Devil Dog’s is known from a fireworks company based in Japan, renowned for their spectacular and innovative displays. With a rich history dating back several decades, the company has earned a prestigious reputation for creating awe-inspiring pyrotechnic experiences that captivate audiences across the country. Setting up a base in Southern Los Santos, the club quickly gained attention for their distinctive style and meticulous attention to detail. Members of the Devil Dog Car Club are known for their insanely customized cars, often featuring a fusion of vibrant colors, enlarged modifications and lots of noise. Their vehicles are a visual feast, showcasing a mix of bold colors, intricate bodywork, lowered suspensions, and high-performance engines. Beyond their eye-catching rides, the Devil Dog Car Club has built a strong reputation for their unwavering commitment to the automotive community. The club actively participates in car shows, rallies, and track events, where they showcase their unique creations and engage with fellow car enthusiasts. They have become renowned for their expertise in tuning, engine modifications, and their willingness to share their knowledge and passion with others. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The Devil Dog Car Club faction on GTA:W is a dedicated group of car enthusiasts who bring their passion for automobiles to the virtual world. Recruitment is always open to those who wish to be a part of a smaller community inside of this really big one. My discord is ANGELS4EVER70#0831 if you wish to message me furthermore on the idea or if you yourself have any ideas to further progress this small bit of culture-shock I am bringing to the server.
