DIEGO REYES circa 2021. Born into the back street projects of Magellan Avenue to Mexican American parents, Diego Reyes has always called Vespucci home. As a child Diego was quite bright and attentive, however this changed when his father left after an affair with a co-worker. His focus and general demeaner shifted after this traumatic event which left him without a male role model in his life. He was raised by single mother Maria, who in time, he would become very protective of. Maria, a nurse at Hope Health Medical Centre, always encouraged him to do well in school. However, from a young age, Diego showed signs of learning difficulties and issues with attention. This caused him to disconnect from his learning and subsequently perform poorly in his schooling. In 2017, mother Maria was involved in a violent car accident after working back-to-back overtime night shifts without proper rest. She fell asleep at the wheel and swerved into oncoming traffic where she was struck by another vehicle. Fortunately, the other party didn’t sustain major injuries, however Maria was left critically injured, and with long-lasting spinal nerve damage to her back, which to date causes her chronic pain. She also received a suspended sentence for dangerous driving and was put on a child services watch list for the wellbeing of Diego. Maria was prescribed Oxycodone medication to deal with her chronic pain. Fast forward 12 months and Maria had become addicted to the medication, abusing it on a daily basis. She was fired from Hope Health after being found stealing inventory to support her drug habit. She was later forced to take up welfare, and move out of her Magellan home with Diego as she was unable to make rent. The family of 2 then moved into the Vespucci Ghettotel, securing an ongoing room for cheap thanks to a personal friend in the complex’s management. Diego was forced to step up and provide for him and his mother. Maria received basic welfare cover for her and Diego each week, but much of this was used to support her Oxy addiction. Diego attempted to find after school work, however when that failed, began stealing from nearby convenience stores and scamming people on Vespucci beach with a friend from the neighbourhood. He then graduated to selling small amounts of marijuana and breaking into cars and personal property to scrape by. Today, Diego is a 16 year old hustler and aspiring street artist. He is enrolled in Vespucci High School, but has a poor attendance record – mostly only showing up for art classes and P.E. Diego spends the rest of his time running low level scams around the bayside area, and hustling for what little money he can to survive. Operating under the moniker DCYHPR, Diego also spends a large amount of time vandalizing local property with graffiti art. He uses the painting as a form of expression, and a creative outlet. It is his one true passion in life, and the only thing he has which brings him joy. Diego is ultra-protective of his mother, despite her now crippling addiction and general neglect for her child. He is determined to continue providing for them, irrespective of the means as she is all he has. He has a survivalist attitude, low attention span and can become aggressive if cornered, or made to feel insecure. He also has problems with authority, stemming from numerous police and child services encounters. Locals describe him as a delinquent with a silver tongue, a reference to his charisma and ability to smooth talk. He is also easily persuaded and often succumbs to peer pressure. This thread will follow the story of Diego Reyes.

Mateo Banderas • Mateo Banderas was born in Los Santos and he was raised around gang violence, all his uncles, everyone he knew was in prison. Mateo had a bad childhood since his father went to prison when he was 10, and a lot of his uncles got locked up, for gang related crimes. Mateo was looking up to to be like his father until he was 10, and momma died at young age, so she was never in his life, Mateo was living with his uncle until he was 14, but now his uncle is serving a 25-year prison sentence for first-degree murder. Mateo's parents didn't leave much for him, most of the money was spent on buying drugs and booze. Mateo started selling small quantities of drugs now and then, working under one of the guys from his neighborhood. Mateo dropped school when his uncle got locked up, he was 15, he started making cash from being on the street, trying to always make cash even if it comes with troubles. Mateo spends most of his time outside, he doesn't really know what it means to love and have a family because he was raised between gang members, he always woke up on banging on the table into his family house, with a bunch of people dealing drugs and passing cash for his father. Due to his father being in the world dealing drugs while he was young he knows how to respect older people around the street and when to keep his mouth shut. Why Trigger? One day, Mateo was selling marijuana and coke when suddenly some random people pulled up with their guns at one of the gang members, Mateo made a run towards the backdoor and grabbed a handgun off the table. Young local kids watching through the windows witnessed Mateo shooting wildly and blindly at the individuals, not hitting a single person but causing a big gap between him and the random. It's evident that this person is fueled by adrenaline, and they like it so they do whatever they can to keep themselves riled up. Crash dummies are more than likely going to end up dead or prison at a young age and are one of those types of people you wouldn't wanna always hang with because of the danger level. Robber, This character steals things. He's breaking into homes or robbing others at gunpoint. You can recruit others to help you with your schemes, or do these missions solo. The items are probably sold online, or to others in the neighborhood. All Talk, This character has a very loud mouth. This character is talking the talk, and may or may not be able to walk the walk. This character probably utilizes social media to the fullest, going on Instagram Live, posting pictures on Facebook, etc. They want to be seen and wanna talk their shit to any and everybody. ROSA TABARES Background Story Rosa Tabares is a 16 years old Hispanic who was born in pillbox medical center on the 14th of August, 2004. Rosa used to live with her parents in a small apartment at Vespucci, Los Santos where was near her Aunt's apartment. She used to face some issues in her life because of her parents, her mother was addicted to drugs and her father was always drunk. but that didn't affect her greatly, she decided to focus on her life instead as she always loved to study and make her way and dream in the future as she always dreamed of becoming in a big position in Los Santos Rosa's Dream began to deteriorate slowly because her parents had no enough money to keep her in school but they used to buy alcoholic drinks and drugs to satisfy their desires only And this made the girl hate them and go into depression. She decided to not go to school anymore and to not even hang out with her friends but staying in her room and cry. Rosa's Parents Death Scene At the age of 10 Rosa's parents tried to change Rosa's mood and take her out for a trip around the city she was vehemently refusing that but she accepted in the end and decided to go for a trip around Los Santos. They started the journey in the morning and went to more than one place just to make her happy and they finally succeed to make her happy but this was not the cause of a change of destiny as Rosa's father was driving while he's drunk and that caused a terrible accident, none of them survived except Rosa with some bruises and scratches over her body Rosa went to the hospital for around 6 months to get treated, after that she didn't leave any choice to the police but to go to her aunt and live with her.

Diego and Cesar Garza were born on the 1st of January, 2003. The duo were born and raised in Vespucci, Los Santos. Diego and Cesar are Latino-Americans. Twin’s father is an original Latino and their mother is Latin-American. Diego and Cesar were grown up in a violent family environment, their father and mother never stopped arguing and fighting, their father always beat them violently. Diego has been acting strange and violent since he was born, the little kid used to hurt his brother in numerous ways and his violence would grow day by day. Their father believed their mother was /Cursed/ and called her that in front of the kids. The twins grew up and entered schools, they had no friends, everyone was afraid of how mischief Diego was and no one talked to Cesar just because he’s Diego’s brother. Cesar managed to do a couple of friendships because of his good nature but his friendships would later be ruined by his brother. Along the years Diego and his parents managed to affect Cesar until Cesar was just like his brother, brothers bonded by violence and mischief. On the 6th grade the twins beat a kid almost to death because the kid ruined a prank they were pulling on another kid. The rest of the kids’ parents were concerned about their kids who would go back home bruised or beaten or “The evil twins” so they were called took their stuff until the school decided to call for the twins’ parents. Why “Demon” nickname? Demons are angels who rebelled against God as mentioned in all the religious books. They are pure spirits who have never been human before. Ghosts are spirits of human beings who have died. Ghosts generally experienced some sort of trauma in their life. On 2014, their parents argued again while they were in the kitchen, their father attacked their mother and started beating her non-stop until the mother grabbed a knife and shoved it right into their father’s neck, their father died right in front of their eyes. The twins were in shock not because of their father's death but because they knew their mother “The only one they love and care about” is in deep trouble now. Judges later concluded the mother to be released as she’s been facing violence and she was protecting herself and her kids. The twins dropped school to work since their father “The source of income” died. The Twins were introduced to the gang life and found themselves the life that suits them which requires nothing but violence to make money. Bay City Peckerwoods is a white street gang that derived directly from the since defunct set [or remnants of] Crazy White Boys [C-W-B]. The Bay City Peckerwoods [BCP] formed after a violent coup over the since deceased set leader of [CWB] Joel Smith, AKA - Basher. Supposedly, Shawn 'Crow' Corvus planned with fellow peckerwoods on the fifth of December to strike due to Joel's addiction to money, and the constant chains he gripped over everyone under him. After the fall of Joel Smith and his supporters, the former high command of [CWB] formed the Bay City Peckerwoods, a highly dangerous and organized Peckerwood gang. The gang is affiliated with other white-based criminal groups, and is suspected in being directly linked with the Aryan Brotherhood in one way or another. The [CWB] clique, also known as Dubbs or D-Boys, was widely know from their sub sets such as Insane White Boys [IWB] or Vicious White Boys [VWB]. Both sets are known for drug dealing and murdering others, which can be seen throughout the various reports on both gangs collected by the LSPD. Crazy White Boys was formally known as Beach White Boys, or [BWB], the group was a punk gang that formed sometime during the mid eighties by Ronald Wiscer, or Ronny. Ronny owned a piece of the Pier, a local bar called the "Shake and Surf", which acted as the headquarters of the gang. The group started as a group of punk music listeners and enthusiasts, banding together for their love of anti conformity and freedom, only becoming more criminally orientated somewhere between 1987 and 1988, which is around the time the group grew into more of a street gang we're accustomed to seeing today. The gang gained the "Crazy" moniker as they turned into a race-based organization that stood against blacks in the late eighties, when there was a massive rise in all black Hispanic and Latino gangs. Because they were outnumbered, the members of [CWB] had to express extreme violence and hate to scare off the much larger gangs by acting "crazy". The new-era Bay City Peckerwoods are listed as the direct predecessor of [CWB], which is expected since they broke away and effectively killed their former set in short, yet violent, civil war. Los Santos, Vespucci, is where you'd find the gang, frequenting the neighborhoods along the coast. The gang itself is based around many of the same values, and even has the same members as their former clique, however, under the leadership of the newly appointed peckerwoods, they aim to reclaim the Beach, continue growth and development of the Beach, and protect the wellbeing of Vespucci. The faction's intention is to realistically portray a white street gang, keeping our roleplay quality high in the process. The Silent Ones MC is a 1%er White-Hispanic, Vagos MC Support Club that started in Southside, Berkley, and grew to a large club prevalent throughout many states. The exact time of the founding is not public information. Their logo is of a bandito-skull wearing a green bandana and sombrero. The Silent Ones are heavily influenced by Sureño, Peckerwood, and Skinhead cultures; this can be demonstrated by how the current Mother Charter refer to themselves as the "Southside Scumbags". Their creation, as opposed to clubs like the Vagos, Outlaws, and Mongols, is not rooted in the Vietnam War. Instead they relate to and draw inspiration from their local, often times gang influenced, communities. The club should be understood chiefly as support for the Vagos MC, often times serving a feeder club as well. The Silent Ones MC will often times patch in a member, and then the Vagos MC may like that member and encourage them to prospect for the Vagos. The Silent Ones MC accepts and understands this role. The Silent Ones MC may often times be in the company of other Vagos. The two tend to intermingle, obviously due to the nature of the relationship between the clubs. Any patched member of the Silent Ones MC will fly a "Green Nation" side rocker that establishes them as a support club. Being a support club does not preclude its members from engaging in criminal activity, however, and often times its members do commit crime. There is an unspoken expectation within the club for members to use illicit drugs, and meth is one of the favorite choices within the club. A member of the Silent Ones MC is furthermore expected to be willing to commit violence for the group, and those who might be looking to become members find themselves rewarded for such violence as well. Members and prospective members are also encouraged to associate themselves with hate symbols to draw them further into the culture, and to make it harder for those who act on that encouragement to leave the culture. The Silent Ones MC has a rank structure parallel to every other Outlaw Motorcycle Club. A Silent Ones' Charter must have at least a 5 members before starting as is customary with most large 1%er clubs. The Silent Ones MC has been known to target local gang members for recruitment. As an organization it is unknown what illegal activities they commonly partake in, however members have been arrested due to everything under the sun. From meth production and unlicensed gun sales. The Silent Ones MC often expects significantly less in dues from their members as the Vagos MC. While members may also be an active participant in a gang they are expected to remain chiefly loyal to the MC, but often times there are issues with this. To display their patches they typically wear black denim cuts. As a support club the Silent Ones are expected to attend any club events organized by the Vagos. It is common for members to drift between the two clubs as they grow older and their financial situation changes. The Silent Ones MC prides itself on being a filthy, no good set of degenerates. Cut from a different cloth of the modern day 1%er club that more focused on having a presentable clubhouse instead of taking back their freedom and dignity as they should be. Members are encouraged to look dangerous. OOC Note: The Silent Ones MC aims to portray a modern day West-Coast support club. Because of limited information on the real life Silent Ones, we often base out ideal on other prominent and similar clubs such as the Green Machine and Vagos MC. This does not make the Silent Ones MC the same as those MC's. We intend to focus on portraying a gang influenced, grimey, group of dangerous drug users. They don't have to be as concerned about bad press as the Vagos, and thus do not. While Vagos might not expect someone to engage in criminal activity, the Silent Ones certainly do. These are not a group of rowdy Vietnam vets drinking and partying all night in Blaine County. They aren't a massive LS club like the Vagos, or the Mongols. These are active and former gang members, meth cooks, ex-convicts, and felons. Members are encouraged to look and be dangerous, and are expected to be violent if necessary. Members are venerated for stealing the kuttes of MCs that rival the Green Nation, whether through battery or homicide, though the later of which is rare and regulated. The Silent Ones MC is not the Vagos MC, and they are not a generic support club, they are a particularly unique, grimey, and gang-adjacent Vagos Support Club. Crazy White Boys was originally formed as a punk gang in California during the late 1980s, due to the high rise in black street gangs, rioting and white people being attacked and victimized in the streets of Southern California the gang was formed together in order to protect their members from the larger and very well known black street gangs that frequent in the same areas.Territory - The gang is well known for showing and representing themselves as well as committing various crimes around the streets of Vespucci Beach which is where the gang seems to primarily operate out of, however the Crazy White Boys Gang is also known to frequent throughout the county and is linked to various crimes in the county of Los Santos. The gang is known to be in very large groups of white men whose affiliations vary and are also known to be armed at all times.Criminal Activity - Crazy White Boys are involved in an extremely wide variety of criminal activity such as being engaged in drug trafficking, vehicle theft, armed robberies, burglaries, identity theft, home invasion, murder, credit card fraud and many other crimes to provide for themselves and their lifestyle, According to the CGTF (California Gang Task Force) the gang has ties to white supremacist prison groups who operate in facilities across the West Coast of the United Sates. The gang is known for dealing in large amounts of various drugs and carrying firearms. There are many rumors of Crazy White Boys being connected with underground fights and being involved in some of the most notorious drug trafficking operations. THE LATE 2019-EARLY 2020 ERA The death of a well known rapper by the name of Philthy P, also known as Pierre Jackson sparked headlines after he was found dead behind a huge Hotel on Alta Street and Adams Apple Boulevard due to a shooting that happened in broad daylight, there were three victims on scene, two of which were deceased upon the emergency services arriving. The rapper could barely be identified with the wounds he was inflicted with, people who saw the whole altercation go down said that the whole shooting was done in execution style, and that they've never heard that many shots go off in such a small amount of time. It was actually another victim who identified him for the Los Santos Police Department(LSPD), and after a thorough investigation led by Gang Unit(G.U) and the Robbery Homicide Division (RHD) the murderers were found and arrested for the crimes they've committed. Samuel Phala, and Cindy Pheakkley were both arrested on February 17th, and were both facing murder charges, Samuel was also facing many other charges for crimes that were attached to his murder weapon. Their trials were held on separately days, Samuel Phala took the charges to the neck and pleaded guilty due to him knowing all the proof there is against him. Although Cindy actually pinned all the charges on Samuel, and decided to give out information on what she knew about the Seaside Asian Boyz street gang for her freedom. Her cooperation led to her being introduced to the Witness Protection Program, where they moved her out of state for her own protection in threat of a retaliation from the Seaside ABZ street gang. This whole situation sparked a huge increase in patrols in the Vespucci area, and the gang injunction went down harder onto the Seaside Asian Boyz, which striked their gang related activity and membership. MODERN DAY The whole situation which sparked off of a famous rapper being killed led to the activity of the street gang to fall severely, they were also falling down when it came to competition against their enemies. Although in the current day, new affiliated members started to show their faces, although they've started to move way more careful than ever before. This new wave of gang-bangers know better than the last, and are trying to revive the whole Seaside ABZ street gang, and get back at their enemies.
