  1. Dallas "Lycan" Quinton circa. 2023 Dallas Quinton had lived a life defined by adventure, danger, and a constant search for purpose. Born and raised in the sunny landscapes of Southern California, his early years were marked by a restless spirit and a desire to find his place in the world. At the age of 20, he enlisted in the military, seeking both structure and a sense of belonging. During his tour, Dallas found himself deployed to a war-torn region of Iran, facing the harsh realities of combat. It was there, in a fierce battle, that a bullet pierced his abdomen, leaving a permanent reminder of his sacrifice. The injury forced him to leave the military prematurely, and he returned home a changed man, grappling with the physical and emotional scars that marked his body and soul. Desperate to regain a sense of purpose and filled with a thirst for excitement, Dallas fell into a world of crime. Through connections he made during his military service, he became entwined with the Vagos Motorcycle Club, a notorious group involved in illegal activities. Drawn to their recklessness and camaraderie, he found himself embroiled in a life of danger, transporting illicit contraband across state lines. For six long years, Dallas rode with the Vagos MC, forging bonds with his fellow outlaws and becoming intimately familiar with the underbelly of the criminal world. However, tensions and internal strife began to plague the Vagos MC, leading to its eventual disbandment. Dallas, unwilling to let go of the lifestyle he had grown accustomed to, decided to strike out on his own as a Vagos Nomad. His travels brought him to the sprawling metropolis of Los Santos, a city teeming with opportunity and danger in equal measure. Dallas sought out the Green Machine MC, a local motorcycle club known for its dominance in the criminal underworld. He hoped to find a new home, a new family, and a chance to make a name for himself.
  2. EXCLUSIVE: Leyla Kasteel, CEO of AdmireMe, Admits Murder, Human Trafficking Charges And More! Written by Gabriel Stone - 10th February 2023 Above: Leyla Kasteel At 3:26AM on the 10th of February I was contacted privately by Leyla Kasteel, the CEO of AdmireMe. To those unfamiliar, AdmireMe was closed down late last night on the 9th of February due to an active search warrant. This included the freezing of all AdmireMe assets, their website and the closure and search of their headquarters. "...Meyer's playing a dangerous game" I was blindfolded and transported to an unknown location for the interview. The first question I had for Kasteel, of course, was her response to the events of just a few hours prior. "I knew it was coming" she said, implying that many of her partners also expected the shutdown. She ended her statement, saying that Harper Meyer, the District Attorney behind the closure itself was "...playing a dangerous game." When asked to expand upon the threatening statement, Kasteel stated that Meyer was coming after her because she had exposed the DA's personal spending with AdmireMe. She also believed that Meyer had tried to stage a coup against her "...she was rigged with wires. I pulled away, refused." She claims that her security and aides had allegedly been conducting surveillance on the situation and found Meyer to be lying. "...I am a criminal" The gloves came off as Kasteel proceeded to admit to most of the crimes that are set to be listed against her name tomorrow at the press conference, saying "There is absolutely no doubt I am a criminal. I don't even deny it. The crimes they list tomorrow. Most of them? I've done" but was keen to add "Meyer is also a criminal, in her own way" The Murders and Attempted Murder "...I did indeed shoot the woman, several times" Kasteel expected to be charged with Human Trafficking and Murder, to which she admitted, stating "I do not deny any of them. Honestly. I have no shame in what I've done." At first I asked her what her motivation for the murders had been. It is Kasteel's belief that some people simply deserve to die "Honestly? Some people are there to cause issues and trouble in life and have nothing positive to contribute to society." This was followed by an open admission that she had in fact shot her ex-partner Elise Reyna several times rather than the previously declared "warning shots" that had been mentioned, however she had survived the attack. That wasn't the end of Kasteel's attacks, however, "After that, I conducted several other attacks against individuals who posed a direct threat to me and my associates, and this is where Meyer has majorly miscalculated the extent of this." The Human Trafficking "...The trafficking sounds a lot worse than it is." Kasteel implied that the trafficking hadn't been as bad as it sounded, claiming she had kept desperate people off the streets "We had a woman, specifically, who wanted and begged me to help her whore herself out. Sounds dumb, I know. I ain't gonna stop somebody from doing something, y'know?" However she admitted that she had exploited them for her own monetary gain, wherein lay the charge of trafficking. The Crime Leader "...If they'd like to wager a war, they've got one." There had been previous claims discussed in a previous interview that Kasteel herself was a crime leader, which she didn't deny in this interview. She claims that her associates are made up of multiple groups "I lead a group, I still do a very active group. I'm not at all concerned by what SD have threatened. Nor the DA" She then threatened "...If they'd like to wager a war, they've got one." She repeatedly claimed that she was not afraid whatsoever regarding the growing attention of the LSSD and DA Office. The group itself has "No specific name" they're simply a combination of groups working together "Some are part of street gangs, some are part of what I would consider more organised crime. But, we share similar interests and beliefs. Combined? We're a pretty powerful force." "I will make it my mission to end these miserable f**ks. Meyer? She's done." Kasteel seemed unwilling to go down without a fight, but expected to be captured in the end. She's simply content to make the lives of those opposing her as miserable as possible before she's killed or captured. When asked how many her group was, she stated at least fifty were on her side and that "As we speak, I've got at least twenty people without any criminal records, out. I don't need to lift a finger to bring things crashing down." I was keen to understand what Kasteel wanted to convey with this interview and so I asked if it was intended as a declaration of war which she denied and seemed to claim she wanted to unearth the corruption present in the LSSD and DA office. She made claims that Sergeant Colby Boone takes bribes to fund his son's college fund and that 'Ed' would take drugs as a bribe. Kasteel claims that the LSSD's alleged corruption is why Meyer chose their support instead of the LSPD. She continued to urge me to dig deeper and ended the interview stating that Meyer "...thinks because of her position, she's safe. But we all know, deep down. We've had mayors before who get captured. She's no different. She will be found out, she'll get smacked." Top: The warrant posted on the door of AdmireMe HQ. Bottom: What AdmireMe HQ's door looks like now. A list of locations have been posted as part of the warrant on the front door of AdmireMe Headquarters. Kasteel says she's unafraid and that nothing would have been found in the AdmireMe HQ or the vault her Board Director was asked to open, perhaps as many had seen this coming ahead of time. The Future of AdmireMe When asked what Kasteel felt the future of AdmireMe was, she explained that there were other shareholders other than herself, and that the DA and LSSD were after her and not the business itself. I was led to believe that once the situation has resolved, so too will the business continue as normal. Harper Meyer said last night at the closure of AdmireMe's HQ that some claims would be addressed in the press conference later today on the 10th of February. Either way the conference itself seems set to raise some difficult questions and yield some interesting answers to shed further light on this ever complicated situation. 4. Sex Trafficking - When an adult engages in a commercial sex act, such as prostitution, as the result of force, threats of force, fraud, coercion or any combination of such means, that person is a victim of trafficking. Carmen "Coco" Ortega is a Jamestown local resident who, under extreme circumstances, is forced into prostitution and subject to almost daily humiliation. Carmen "Coco" Ortega, a former street hooker, has recently been freed from her former life by her newfound lover, William Iovino, a member of the mob and a man more than twice her age. Her hustle, however, never stops. This thread will follow her development. Viewer discretion is advised. DISCLAIMER While no overly explicit screenshots (nudity, detailed sexual RP) will be posted, certain scenes may include innuendos or suggestive lines. Therefore, it's best for individuals under 18 to stay away from this thread. The identities of anyone who does any kind of explicit RP with Carmen will be strictly kept confidential OOC. If certain explicit scenes are crucial to Carmen's development, I will ask for your permission to reveal your identity in the screens. If not, I may simply use "XX" as your identity. There is no pressure for you to ERP either. A fade-to-black is sufficient to further your character's development (and mine) and can be requested. Thank you and I look forward to roleplaying with you!
  5. DO NOT DISTRIBUTE OR MODIFY IN ANY WAY ATF & DEA's introduction and background to the 'South-East Mob' to present day including an insight into documented illegal activities and events through time The is a group that for the most part is comprised of American-born individuals, often hailing from the lower and lower-middle class neighbourhoods but not limited too. The group was established within Los Santos' Murietta Heights district in the late eighties, as a response to a number of state policy changes that would see the once prolific industrial zone lose it's hold over many of the previously supplied local, and out-of-city businesses. focused namely on upholding the reputations within the sectors they still had support from, though it was soon evident that there was no more strength in numbers, and the group moved in the direction of activism as well as supporting parties that favoured particular policies, namely relating to the imports and exports as well as any tariffs imposed from government officials when referring to the supply of particular goods. These measures, however did not prove worthwhile in the long term due to constant shifts and changes made by the state of San Andreas, along with the loss of loyalty among unions and major stake holders within the Murietta Heights, and Cypress Flats zones alike. It was these changes that had the most drastic affects for local business owners, large-scale suppliers and manufacturers within the city's industrial areas, and pushed some to greater lengths to protect the livelihood of their businesses and the future development of their companies. A few of the influential figures that remained apart of unions, or tied to the moved their efforts away from preserving current ideals in terms of policy, instead opting to impose their own regulations among themselves in support of existing industrial lots and supply chains within Los Santos. Many of these support networks were created off the back of black market deals and illicit funding, which was made possible by the removal of less serious members the previously had, who in their eyes were dead weight and had served their purpose. These factors combined would see the group begin to move their dealings off the books, or 'underground' as their involvement in blatant racketeering and illegal trades were amplified. The exploited those under it's umbrella, be it established companies or individuals, or those within their own ranks. This came by way of the illegal exports and the trafficking of particular goods out of the previously mentioned industrial zones, typically involving but not limited to alcohol, firearms, bonds and counterfeit goods. These dealings are often masked by the guise of legitimate business, and image of the hard-working American men, who abides the law and upholds a moral code. The Group are still known to have a hold over, and hand in many legal and illegal operations Los Santos' industrial zones have become to hotbed for. Their hierarchy is based off of the purpose and dedication an active member can show, as well as their will and wits to achieve highly, no matter their background or where they come from. Gun trafficking has always and will always be the main source of income for many organized crime groups, since the fall of the Soviet Union in the 90's, the access to firearms increased two fold. Resulting in most atrocities we see today. Los Santos has been a breeding grounds for gun trafficking and now with increase in demand, many organisations have stepped their game up to meet this demand. Recent reports states that since 2019, the city of Los Santos has seen a 34% increase in gun related crimes, most directly involving most well known organisations that exist in the city till this day. Picture seen above of a recent sting in connection to a known organisation, believed to be associated to OPG In 2001, with the support of a grant from the National Institute of Justice (NIJ), RAND initiated a research and program-development effort to understand the nature of illegal gun markets operating in the city of Los Santos, San Andreas. The primary goal of this project was to determine whether a data-driven, problem-solving approach could yield new interventions aimed at disrupting the workings of local illegal gun markets serving criminals, gang members, and juveniles in Los Santos. There were three key components of this research and development project. First, we developed a software tool designed to support strategic analyses of firearm-information resources, such as Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) firearm-trace data, San Andreas state handgun-purchase and -sale data, and local Los Santos Police Department (LS PD) gun-crime data by identifying key illicit pathways through which criminals acquire guns. Second, these data-analysis techniques and illegal gun– market research findings were incorporated into an inter-agency working-group process that developed a community-based intervention intended to reduce the illegal flow of guns to Los Santos–area criminals. Key participants in the working-group process included ATF, LS PD, the U.S. Attorney’s Office, state and city prosecutors, academics, and other criminal-justice agencies. Third, we conducted an analysis of ammunition purchases in the target area of Los Santos to highlight the possibility of additional analyses and interventions. By studying applicable firearm laws, making good use of available data sources, soliciting input from several law-enforcement agencies, developing and implementing strategies, and evaluating their results, we demonstrate that this approach can result in effective interventions that have the potential to reduce the supply of illegal firearms. After sharp falls from the peaks in 2011, Los Santos’ violent-crime rates began to worsen in 2018. In 2018, the city registered a 27-percent increase in homicides, and, when we proposed this study in 2001, Los Santos was on track to show a 12-percent increase over 2000 (LS PD, undated). Other crime categories, including robbery, aggravated assault, and rape, were showing similar increases. As a consequence, Los Santos’ violent-crime rate (922.3 per 100,000 residents) was higher than the rates in Blaine County. Only Liberty City had a higher total violent-crime rate. Los Santos’ homicide rate (9.3 per 100,000 residents), however, substantially exceeded Vice City’s (7.3 per 100,000 residents). Much of the crime, particularly homicide, was, and continues to be, gun-related. The group's primary focus will revolve around facilitating the supply of firearms from sources inside and out of the city, as well as the 'restoration' of legal guns for criminal use. We intend to have a general involvement in racketeering as well, by the way of fraud, money laundering and illicit taxation. OOC This faction aims to realistically portray an American crime group based out of Los Santos' industrial zones, and around the establishments within. Recruitment is done strictly in character, with a heavy focus on your initial approach and how your character fits within the network thereafter. We encourage those interested in roleplaying with the faction to focus on their own character, his/her desires, needs and flaws before focusing on being a member, as solo-roleplay and how you conduct yourself around those who aren't apart of the faction is just as important. We're not race-recruiting, anybody with the IC potential and drive to climb within the organisation will be considered from that standpoint. OOCly we ask that you follow all server rules, remain cordial to the staff and other players, and message myself or @Bandolero should there be any questions regarding the faction or joining. CK rights are to be sent to the leadership of the faction upon becoming a member.
