One night, the streets were alive with the sound of gunfire up in Morningwood, echoing through the streets. I found myself caught up in the middle of it, running from the flashing lights and wailing sirens. A damn shooting went down, and I was in the wrong place at the wrong damn time. The cops were hot on my tail, and in that moment, I had to make a choice - fight or flight. 𝘐 𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘧𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵, 𝘢𝘪𝘯'𝘵 𝘯𝘰 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯. Daily his morality is tested and slowly DeMarcus finds himself crossing every moral line, but a very recent conversation with a mechanic named Johnny has given him hope by suggesting he stick to an outlaws' moral code since that's the life sucking DeMarcus in. 𝕻𝖗𝖔𝖑𝖔𝖌𝖚𝖊 DeMarcus Tāufaʻāhau Davis Jr.’s story starts 3 Generations back . . . 1941, Tongan natives Kelekolio and Laaka Nukuʻalofa—husband and wife—legally immigrate from Nukuʻalofa, Tongatapu, Tonga to Idlewood, Los Santos, San Andreas, The United States of America—thanks to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints’ assist in the process. Kailao Nuku‘alofa was born on April 4th, 1943, at the Central Los Santos Medical Center; he was raised by two Mormon-convert Pacific Islander parents. Kailao grew up facing discrimination—socially and systemically—on the basis of his skin color in an era of high racial tensions, in spite of being a Pacific Islander and not of African American descent; racism pushed Kailao toward activism, inspiring him to pursue a degree in political science at the University of Los Santos, San Andreas (ULSA). October 15th, 1966, The Black Panther Party for self-defense (BPP) was founded by Huey P. Newton and Bobby Seale in Oakland, San Fierro, San Andreas—the BPP was a revolutionary organization with an ideology of Black nationalism, socialism, and armed self-defense, specifically against police brutality. The BPP formed in the midst of the Black Power movement and in response to failures of the Civil Rights Movement, turning it toward militancy. 1967, Kailao joined the BPP at age 23 early in the organization’s lifespan when numbers were low. Kailao increasingly involved\himself in political activism avidly that year, particularly for Black rights. Kailao legally changed his name to “DeMarcus” to both Americanize himself more and to identify himself synonymously with the Black Power movement. May 2nd, 1967, 26 panthers led by Seale from Oakland traveled to the Sacramento State House to protest the Mulford Act—a bill prohibiting the closed or open carry of loaded firearms. This event rapidly spread awareness of the BPP. The BPP pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of disrupting a legislative session. Kailao/DeMarcus was among the 26 armed men charged, putting him on the Federals’ radar. Kailao/DeMarcus rose to prominence within the BPP overtime. Following a complex history of interactions, Kailao/DeMarcus—a Malcolm X follower—met, fell in love with, started dating, and eventually married fellow activist—devout Martin Luther King Jr. follower—Malika Davis, a muslim African American female. They adopted Malika’s surname as the family name since it was more American than Kailao’s/DeMarcus’s. Multiple street gangs formed and rose to power to combat intimidation from white supremacy gangs. 1980s–1990s, an event known as the “Crack Epidemic” where cocaine flooded major Urban Centers across The Nation transpired. Early-1980s, Kailao/DeMarcus and Malika Davis purchased a house on Grove Street, Davis. Kailao/DeMarcus and Malika continued activism years into the Crack Epidemic . . . Kailao’s/DeMarcus’s parents Kelekolio and Laaka passed away at ages 71 and 77 due to old age. Divers socioeconomic factors—the Crack Epidemic, high racial tensions, a rising hate crime rate—pressured violence in inner-City neighborhoods, consequently skyrocketing the crime rate. Anti-crime legislation passed through congress and red taping policies negatively affected African American communities, which Kailao/DeMarcus and Malika duly protested against. Multiple street gangs rose to Power out of competition over resources. Particularly, The Crips were founded in 1969 by Raymond Washington and Stanley Williams at Fremont and Washington High School and they led the East and West Side Crips respectively. Williams reflected in his 2004 memoir Blue Rage, Black Redemption: A Memoir The Crips “depicted a fighting alliance against street gangs—nothing more, nothing less.” 1972,\ The Bloods federation formed out of numerous gangs’ collective bitter rivalries with The Crips. The Bloods. Innumerable Crip and Blood sets established themselves all over Los Santos, San Andreas. Bloods were outnumbered by Crips 3–1. Davis slowly transformed into one of America’s most notorious and dangerous hoods. 1970s–1980s, The Tongan Crip Gang (TCG) formed in Idlewood, Los Santos, San Andreas. Early-July 2002, Malika was announced pregnant. On February 8th, 2002, Felecia Davis was born. Early-July 2003, Malika was announced pregnant. On January 13th, 2003, Malik Azikiwe Davis, named after his mother, middle-name derived from Nnamdi Benjamin Azikiwe’s last name (the “Father of Nigerian Nationalism,” a Nigerian statesman and political leader considered a driving force behind the Nation’s Independence who served as the first President of Nigeria from 1963–1966). July 13th, 1988, Kailao/DeMarcus was found dead riddled with lead in the middle of Grove Street. Some suspect a white supremacy gang or FBI/CIA assassinated him. Malika slipped into a severe depression; Malika quit activism and took to an unhealthy degree of comfort eating fast and sugary foods. As if things could not get worse, on October 19th 1987, Black Monday—a financial crisis—triggered a wave of deleveraging with significant macroeconomic consequences; by February, the market lost 60% of its value and Malika fell below the poverty line, becoming eligible for the food stamp program. Malika got addicted to PCP to cope. DeMarcus Tāufaʻāhau Davis Jr. was born on March 7th, 2010 at Central Los Santos Medical Center, bordered by Capital Boulevard, Crusade Road, Davis Avenue, and Innocence Boulevard within Los Santos, San Andreas. He was named after and in honor of his father. “Tāufaʻāhau”—DeMarcus Jr.'s middle-name—references a young Tongan warrior, strategist, and orator named Tāufaʻāhau who united Tonga into a kingdom in 1845. DeMarcus Davis Jr.’s last name is adopted from his widowed mother’s birth-name. DeMarcus Davis Jr. grew up in The Projects—the poverty-plunged Hellhole of The CIty of Davis—the Murder Capitol of Los Santos, trapped in a perpetual cycle of violence—flooded with narcotics and populated by gang-affiliated ballers and poser-bustas. DeMarcus Jr.’s father was raised Mormon and converted Malika to religion, so DeMarcus Jr. was born, raised, and still is a devout Mormon; while devout, DeMarcus Jr. is a “Mormon” by name only practically, besides how it affects his budding moral compass and his occasional prayers. In 2016, DeMarcus Davis Jr’s older brother Malik began banging with the TCG, around when DeMarcus was merely age 6. Malik earned the alias “Cane,” after proving to be a demon-child. Malik became the black sheep of the Davis family from a young age. However, in 2020 Cane ditched the gang after disagreement over the TCG’s future and direction with the O.G.s. Malik moved to New York City, New York with ambitions of becoming an East-side player. 2017, Cane joined the Murderous Mad Dogs Blood-affiliated street gang set based in New York, Brooklyn. DeMarcus Jr. loathed Malik for his betrayal of his hood and turning his back on his own family. To DeMarcus Jr., Malik is dead. 6. Hayden, age 17. Hayden, age 19. Backstory Hayden was born to a loving couple of a Tongan male and an African-American female. Hayden's early years were not different from most of the Davis ghetto residents. Troubled parents - mother had a drug problem, father was a hard working but refused to leave Hayden's mother, regardless of her problems. Hayden had a strong father figure from the early days, since his father worked hard to provide for his family and keep Halatanu family happy. When Hayden was 7 years old, his mother gave birth to his sister that had developed ADHD due to mother's drug abuse. Hayden usually did good in school, where it is all technical and science like, however, things such as literature are a hard nut for him to crack. When Hayden was 11 years old, his mother died from heroin overdose. Hayden had to mature even faster to help his father support the family - take care of his young sister, help his father at his workplace - a scrapyard near their house on Roy Lowenstein Blvd. Since the age of 11 Hayden helped his father out by working together with him in a local scrapyard. After Hayden's mother's death, not much has changed, except for Hayden's father's crippling depression and mid age crisis. Ironically enough, Hayden did not feel the emotion of losing someone close, someone like a mother. Mostly because she was dependent on drugs, fiending, not paying attention, care or love to her children. It was only Hayden's father, Hayden and his little sister left and only person - his father - could've made income, just as it has been. As the time went on, Hayden started to learn to disassemble various things - from laundry machines to whole cars. Hayden usually spends his time after school there, where he also picked up a few mechanical skills and so on. He also has a knack for technology, IT and mechanics - a potential engineer in the future but with a troubled past and even more troubled environment. Chapter I Knowledge acquired by assisting his father in a local scrapyard helped Hayden get a better paid "job" at the age of 14 - his father's acquaintance and local Kaelo that had a high ranking position in a local Tongan Crip Gang, offered Hayden better means of earning money. Hayden got help from Kaelo and learned how to pick locks and break into newer model cars, including software to hack the keyless entry systems and keyless starts via relay attacking the vehicle security systems and ignitions. This led to his involvement in a car theft ring, which helped him to substantially more wealth to make a change in his family's life than he would have made by simply helping his father in a local scrapyard. However, being young and careless Hayden got incarcerated at the age of 15 for Grand Theft Auto and evading. Hayden's incarceration revealed the details of the car theft ring to his father. Hayden's father being a strict Christian and a very family oriented man, started looking at Hayden with disrespect, even with hints of disownment. Soon after Hayden's release, he got back to his old ways - simply because it paid off and once more, Halatanu family really needed the money. This time he was already expelled from a local school because of the felony convictions. Shortly before Hayden's second incarceration, he stole a neighboring gang's high ranking member's sedan. Word quickly went around the hood and one of the Tongan community leaders that was also involved with the Tongan Crip Gang, reached out to Hayden and taxed him and his friends that were involved, for $35,000. Being a fifteen year old that had barely a thousand, Hayden had to do anything to survive and pay off his debt. His calm demeanor and self-focus helped Hayden come up with one time gigs and organize a clique of friends, that had grown later on. This led to more organization of Hayden's and his friends clique and involvement to other crimes, such as distribution of drugs, which they thought, would be a one time thing. Chapter II After his second incarceration ended, Hayden got recognized for his quick means to acquire money and was put in place of a drug distribution operation that involved local kids against his own will. He kicked back a needed amount of money and was left with a little portion of profits to keep to himself. Not much time it took for Hayden to realize that drug money - is not the way to make a living as a simple pusher. Hayden had to make do and distribute substantially large portions of drugs around the neighborhood within a short span of time, hence why he dragged his friends into it onto false promises of good money and protection from the local gang members. This also led to the formation of Hayden's and his friends semi-official clique - Tongan Riverside Boys. TRB specialized in car theft and drug distribution which led the original group of TRB kids to acquire a fair share of income over time. At the age of 16 Hayden was officially able to find a part time job, however, it was pretty hard for an ex-convict so he got employed through local community leaders at the same chop shop that got him busted two times. While the relationship between his father and Hayden himself were going even more sour, Hayden's father experienced a serious injury at the scrapyard where he was working and was unable to work anymore, leaving Halatanu family without majority of their legal income. Chapter III Just as Hayden thought everything was going fine, he had to focus on his family needs satisfaction, taking care of his little sister, paying father's hospital bills and his medication. While Hayden's father was hospitalized, he and Hayden had to get close together once more, however, this did not happen. In biggest times of Hayden's father's need, he was not there and was on the verge of losing his father entirely. Hayden's excuse is poor - he had to make money in order to keep Halatanu family going on and his father's medical bills paid. The work accident that happened to Hayden's father left him wheel chair bound, unable to work for the rest of his life unless he starts training and is completely determined to get back on his feet. After Hayden's father came back home for good, Hayden had to introduce his father to how he is making the ends meet. Even though Hayden's father still despised Hayden's ways, he had to bear with it because he was dependent on his care and money. That did not make their relationship become better at all and even made it worse. Cherry on top, during his father's hospitalization, Hayden picked up another illegal activity - removing weapon serial numbers which was he forced into by the notorious local gang leaders as he was known for having a good mechanical skill set, but it resulted in a good payout for Hayden and building connections. At the age of 17, Hayden was matured as a real family head - building connections, trying to keep lower profile, keeping certain people satisfied, parading his clique of friends that had became his second (even primary) family. During his growing involvement with the Tongan Crip Gang and his own friend clique, Tongan Riverside Boyz - Hayden's position grew and he often had to remind some of his clique members how they should behave around certain people, especially the local community leaders that provide for majority of the residents. One of the major Hayden's good traits were that he was not keen to violence, as opposed to majority of gang members in general. This is mostly due to his calm and self-composed behavior. Chapter IV As Hayden grew to to adulthood - age of 18, local gang politics were of interest to him. Local beefs around with neighboring gangs was a part of his life, whether he wanted it or not. Due to constant involvement to trouble - brawls and vandalism mostly, also, bringing money to the set by dealing around with drugs and car theft, he became a valuable asset to the Tongan Crip Gang. Months later after hitting adulthood, he was jumped in and became an official member of the TCG. After earning his rag, Hayden didn't change much. He was still doing the same old - dealing in drugs and in car theft. However, some of the old notorious locals made re-appearances that made him hide his drug business away from them. With the major cut of Hayden's side income, Hayden started to grow distrust towards older and different generation gangbangers that were seen around. This made him focus more around his own age gang members, dealing between them more as he found similar opinions regarding the old-school locals. With some locals moving out, him and his childhood friends stumbled across a great opportunity - running a pawnshop. While Hayden was not directly involved on the papers, he lends his hand from time to time to young and inexperienced managers and provides them with merchandise that comes directly from car theft ring. At the age of 19, Hayden's responsibilities kept on growing. He was not a kid on the block no more. He had to step his game up at least a notch, hence why he started grabbing local kids and teaching them about cars and vehicles from little age. Due to active and never going down involvement with the local gang, Hayden's and his father's relationship went from cold, to freezing cold mainly because of mismatching personal values, which led Hayden forcibly moving his wheelchair bound father to other relatives. Currently Hayden is living with his 4 years younger sister on Roy Lowenstein. Chapter V As the time went on, Hayden grew more and more prominent within the gang. As one of the leader's of his own clique of friends, he carried on with scheming, hustling and other activities, still resorting to the drug trade a little, off the eyes from older gang members that did not want him pushing drugs of his own. While that was brewing and going on, last street captain of the TCG went missing after his downfall took place. Spot was vacant and Hayden was chosen to replace him. After that major leap forward, he had to focus entirely on the whole gang, not only his clique, but also the community that surrounds him. Hayden already had earned respect from before, which only helped him and propelled him forwards among other members. While dealing with day to day inner gang politics, Hayden was also presented with problems how to solve disputes between the members. One of those disputes potentially led to the dissolution of two cliques under the set. Differences between the gang members always led to heated conflicts due to the environment-shaped people that didn't behave overly properly. All it took was one mindless and heated conflict, that later led to whole dissolution of cliques. Just like that, Hayden had to take his childhood friend out, for the sake of gang solidarity, sense of protection and mutual respect. Plagued with dwindling numbers, numerous conflicts but with inner peace, Tongan Crips were led on the street by Hayden. There's only one way to recovery after the weeds have been rooted out, however, Hayden caught a second-degree murder charge. After a robbery took place in the middle of a street of one community members, Hayden took after the robber, gunning him down in the process, just behind the clothing store on Carson Ave. Unfortunately, SD cruiser that was moving down the block noticed Hayden, deputy disembarked and took after Hayden. Outcome was a deputy down, Hayden shot and a ghetto bird up above. That was all it took for Hayden to start reconsidering his lifestyle on his way to Twin Towers Correctional Facility. He's currently serving time for a single count of second-degree murder and a possession of prohibited firearm. disclaimer some parts of the development are missed out on and not documented, however, I'll try to describe the events shortly for more car stuff, check this out @Symka also thanks for the Hayden's picture above! 7. “Life is so fragile and unpredictable, especially when you are in a gang or in a life of crime. It’s like playing poker; you think to yourself that you have a good hand. However, it is only when you reveal your hand do you sometimes discover to your horror that someone else’s hand is better.” -Risa, 16 years old, Davis- https://face.gta.world/Risa
  8. This thread will follow the development of a sixteen years old Trevon Malemo. Trevon Malemo was born and raised in Davis, he was born on 10/17/2004 at Pillbox Hill Medical Center. Trevon is a real scammer and he's the best one to convince you the deal is going alright and suddenly all goes south. Trevon used to tell kids at his school he'll bring them, sweets, for their toys and he ends up taking their stuff and they never get it back, although it sounds fun but Trevon had a bad childhood. He was living with his parents, his father was an alcoholic and a drug addict, and his mother was no better than his father, the couple abused drugs and alcohol together which had a very big effect on Trevon as he grew up. One night, both of his parents were arrested for hitting a guy with their car who died, they were driving while drunk and they possessed illegal substances. They were sentenced to 10 years of jail. Trevon was only 10 when his parents were arrested. Trevon's parents didn't leave much for him and his brother after they got arrested, most of the money was spent on buying drugs and liquor. Trevon was the older brother and he had to take matters into his own hands to ensure both he and his brother are alright and not starving while his parents are jailed. A guy in his neighborhood heard about what happened to his parents so he took him under him. This guy was known for his drug-dealing but Trevon didn't have a lot of choices. He started selling small quantities of drugs now and then, working under the guy from his neighborhood. Trevon had been doing bad in school ever since he started making cash from being on the street and soon considered to drop out of school and focus on keeping himself and his brother safe. This idea came from one of the boys he met in his school called Timoteo who was stacking a lot of ideas in Trevon's head, inspiring him to try out different things with him, from drinking alcohol to smoking weed in their free time. The duo roams around Davis, trying to always earn cash even if it comes with little trouble, and more importantly have fun.

Nako Pulefaasisina is a 16-year-old teenager who was born in Pillbox Medical center, along with his twin brother Niko. Nako is a Bikelifer, he enjoys riding his BMX bike and has been hitting the local BMX park daily since he was a kid. He also enjoys video games and hanging around with his friends. He's brave and smart but also he's violent and unstable which isn't out of the ordinary for someone with his unsettling past. He was born and raised in a poor family in a criminal community, He never lived free of trouble. His father divorced his mother when he was 4. He was still united with his twin brother who is completely different than him, personality wise, They're both a lot different in their actions and they fought more than usual but still they had to survive in a criminal world and they had each others back no matter what. They managed to fight what they were going through and this has turned them into the men they are today. His mother did not work so he had to drop school and work when he was 10 in order to live and not to starve to death. He started to work in a clothes shop where he only mopped the floor and cleaned the place daily. He was not satisfied at all with the money behind the job so he had to find another. Legal jobs didn't work out so well so he had to do it the other way. He got himself into a small criminal gang and started to sell drugs for living when he was 11, making a lot of money his mother was not satisfied with his work at all but he was still a kid who did not understand what's right and wrong, blinded by the money he made so he continued. He was never a drug user or was involved in any gang-activity. His mother died when he was 16, so him and his brother had to move to another place. Nako was always looking for respect and a family to be with. They both agreed on moving down to Grove where most of their homies hang around perhaps they can hook them up with work to do.

  12. “On the girl's brown legs there were many small white scars. I was thinking, Do those scars cover the whole of you, like the stars and the moons on your dress? I thought that would be pretty too, and I ask you right here please to agree with me that a scar is never ugly. That is what the scar makers want us to think. But you and I, we must make an agreement to defy them. We must see all scars as beauty. Okay? This will be our secret. Because take it from me, a scar does not form on the dying. A scar means, I survived.”― Chris Cleave
