Down In Action, also known as DIA, Down Into Action, Doing It All, 491, is a group of local street taggers, a group established in Northern Morningwood, filled by a high amount of new generation gangsters. Over the past year this group has gained notoriety on social media as they have been responsible for numerous murders and crimes around the Morningwood area, pushing the crime rate in the area over the past year. This criminal group has become a well known gang in the Northwest of Los Santos, after spending many years in the shadows, being recognized as a very underrated criminal group with a lot of potential, as they prove every day in the social media. Down In Action is composed by current members of (DIA) and other members of old Tagger Crews such as (MBK) âMoney Bag Killersâ, (KST) âKrazy Street Trooperzâ, (C4C) âCame 4 Cloutâ and many more... Their good relationship with other former tagger krews in the area shows their great influence in their area, proving on several times that no other group is able to organize against them and organize in their area. DIA are known for their simple tags and their great influence over the rest of the new generation kids in the area, the way they operate and the way they behave and perform make Down In Action unique among the usual tagger krews around Los Santos, mostly showing an extreme amount of violence and elevated criminality in their own area. DIA has been implicated in several home robberies, robberies against law enforcement officers, murders, armed robberies, weapons contraband, drug trafficking, extortion and many other illegal activities as shown by certain reports made against them. DIA is one of the Tag Banging krews that had to fight the hardest to get their territory. According to the opinion of users in social media, where they can watch the art/actions of this group, as in different accounts dedicated exclusively to the exhibition of these denominated krews. Users say; âThey are really underrated I used to live there in Morningwood, when they started to distance themselves from the rest of krews and even kept them at line for a while when they started to kill each other. It was a big deal when âKrazy Street Trooperzâ ended, killing many of their members in the alley where DIA members always hang out."

BLOODY OUTLAWZ The mass immigration of Cambodians into downtown Los Santos, mostly around the areas of Mission Row and what is colloquially known as Chinatown was an immediate cause for tension. Cambodian youth who were at the mercy of the already established Hispanic gangs in the area saw an immediate need to band together and coalesce into gangs of their own, meant to protect their population from extortion and violence. This gang became known as the Oriental Lazy Boyz and recruited exclusively ethnically Cambodian youth into their ranks. With the booming Cambodian population at the time, this gang quickly gained numbers and then this way the upper hand, establishing dominance in their prospective slice of the town, bolstered by migration from Cambodian families in South Central trying to flee gang violence as well as refugees seeking respite in the United States away from the political instability in Indochina in the aftermath of both the Khmer Rouge's brief reign of terror in Cambodia as well as the Vietnam War, which had created a refugee crisis of disastrous proportions. West Side Oriental Lazy Boyz (OLBZ or OLB) is a predominantly Cambodian street gang located between the Chinatown community in downtown Los Santos and the corner of Capital Boulevard cross Strawberry Avenue. They are one of the first gangs among the Oriental Family and the very few Asian gangs with a physical territory in the city of Los Santos. They also were among the only Asian gangs to have ties with a Blood set, this being an alliance with the Pueblo Bishop Bloods, which was the resolution of a beef between the two gangs. The first main conflict they had was with a Hispanic gang called the Osiri Boys located to their north across the 4 Olympic Freeway. Their conflict had been characterized as a war as they were initially targeted because of race. Hispanic gang members would often assault and rob younger innocent Asian youth because they were easy and vulnerable targets being new in Los Santos. Cambodian families were traumatized from witnessing violence and genocide in Cambodiaâs âKilling Fields,â and Cambodian youth who eventually formed into a street gang were not unfamiliar with violence and brutality. In due time they would respond to the Hispanic groups who had been harassing them, and retaliate against the Osiri Boys (OBS). This wave of gang violence in the mid-90s to early 2000s brought greater scrutiny to the Cambodian criminal element in the area, and as a result, the gang entered into a gradual and then steep decline. Many verified Oriental Lazy Boyz gang members found themselves caught between opposing gangs and the long arm of the law, resulting in many of the upper echelons of the gang ending up incarcerated after various law enforcement operations. With the structure of the gang practically destroyed, its youths fell into disarray and the gang eventually dissolved, leaving behind its wayward youths. Oriental Lazy Boys (OLB) hit up in OLB's neighborhood of Capital Boulevard. OLB's allegiance is to the Oriental Family. Despite the fact the gang element receded, the Cambodian community did not go along with it and continued to persist in the area. Much of the area's Khmer youth, now adrift and without the guidance of older members of the Oriental Lazy Boyz gang formed smaller crews of taggers and pickpockets, creating the grounds for a new generation of Cambodian criminals. In the current year, local youths have taken to calling themselves the Bloody Outlawz as a homage to the old defunct Oriental Lazy Boyz gang, of which many of their family members were affiliated with it (fathers, brothers, cousins). This group mainly engages in petty crimes such as theft, shoplifting, and vandalism but has shown a willingness to commit more violent crimes when given the opportunity. The area around Strawberry Avenue cross Capital Boulevard, already a deprived and impoverished area has found itself with something of a worse reputation with a recent string of car thefts and even muggings, one of which resulted in the violent beating and subsequent hospitalization of a Hispanic teenager attempting to make his way home from school. Unbeknownst to the general public, this attack was a result of a fight between a Cambodian-American and Mexican-American teenager at the local Davis High School. As a result of this willingness to commit violence, the youths who make up this self-proclaimed Bloody Outlawz often find themselves on the receiving end, being an Asian diaspora in a predominantly black and Hispanic area. This serves only to justify their decision to band together once more, ensuring that the cycle of violence continues to keep on turning. OUT-OF-CHARACTER INFORMATION We are portraying a group of young tagbangers trying to eventually develop into W/S Oriental Lazy Boyz. Although this concept is heavily focused on criminal activity and illicit acts, it is important to keep in mind that it is the community that makes it possible. As such you will be expected to make a character that can function within a community setting that isn't just a vehicle to commit mindless crimes. Character development is an important factor for progression within this concept. We require prospecting characters to start between a young age of no older than 16 and exclusively take in Cambodian-American characters from an impoverished, poor, or working-class background, though we may accept other Southeast Asian ethnicities (Filipino, Chinese, etc.) on a case-by-case basis. As a faction, we aim for quality over quantity and thus any prospective characters looking to join our concept are encouraged to reach out to faction leadership through forum PMs. Contact either @Sqreix or @Burger Shot for any inquiries.

Folks Gang The Barrio Folks 13 gang started in the early 1970s as a Marijuana gang known as Marijuana Folks primarily centered around the Laguna Place area. Starting off as a gang of Mexican immigrants who liked to smoke weed, their original purpose was to provide a sense of community to their neighborhood by acting as a sort of "community watch" for the rival gangs in the area breaking into houses and picking on street vendors. Influenced by larger street gangs and members going into prison and affiliating themselves with a prison gang, they would reform into the Barrio Folks 13 gang claiming the Southside banner. Around the 1980s the Crack Epidemic broke out in Los Santos which was a major power point and profit earner for the Barrio Folks 13 gang. Taking advantage of this they began to market a major Crack Cocaine distribution ring throughout North and North Eastern Los Santos. With this came police attention where the LSPDs corrupt CRASH unit began to crack down on them, arresting younger members in possession of the drugs and interrogating them. Another issue that came with the drug business was competition, where the Barrio Folks gang would get into a dangerous conflict with Gran Vista 13 and the Vinewood Locos MS-13 clique. Shootings would occur all over Vinewood with gang members and innocent civilians being caught in the fire. Laguna Place & Spanish Avenue Although they aren't the biggest gang in Vinewood, they make up for it with the violent behavior they are known to carry with the younger members. When driving or walking through Laguna Place and Spanish Avenue in West Vinewood you'll begin to know the neighborhood because of the graffiti. LSPD and LSSD were able to document the Barrio Folks gang and their clique of younger members "Little Chicos" were responsible for over 75k in vandalism fines in the area of Laguna Place. Some of this graffiti in the area was responsible to other gangs though which were rivals to Barrio Folks 13. Gangs such as Gran Vista 13, MS-13, Parkview Piru Bloods, and other smaller tag crews. Some cliques that are known within the gang are Los Vagos Malditos, Tiny Lokos, and Lil Chicos. Operation Three Point Fork On 02/19/2012 the Los Santos Sheriff's Department's OSS Unit conducted a joint operation raid with the Los Santos Police Department GED Unit to take down prominent members of the Barrio Folks gang. Over 6 well known members and a girlfriend, three of them being notorious gang members known in the news for being accused of shootings and murders. The group of men and one woman would go down for an abundant of charges stacked on top of eachother in a RICO case indicted by the San Andreas State Courts. The men would be arrested on suspicions of being involved in Racketeering on local businesses such as gas stations, food places, and local food vendors. Another thing that a few were accused of was using Skimmers and SMS Text fraud scams by posing as Sheriff's Department members trying to collect fines for "not being present on Jury Duty". All were convicted of being involved in a methamphetamine and fentanyl trafficking ring throughout Vinewood, Los Santos. Some extra charges were placed after informants came forward pointing out 2 men and their girlfriend for being involved with the murder of a rival gang member. The Towers The Towers or otherwise known as the Laguna Place Apartment Complexes is a series of tall apartment buildings where the Barrio Folks gang lays claim to. Being a stronghold for the gang an abundance of their members live their and they've adopted the nickname "The Towers" for it. Members of the gang can be seen hanging around this area dealing drugs or spraying graffiti on the walls. Many of the apartments are ran down and infested with roaches because of their low quality living and only being used for cooking dope or hiding drugs. Most kids growing up here are bound to have a life that goes downhill being surrounded by drug dealers and drug addicts. Vinewood, Los Santos Vinewood, Los Santos is a more upscale incorporated community in the city of Los Santos. Although being known for it's extravagant clubs and tall penthouse buildings in the upper part of it. It has a dark side in the lower areas where the lesser and unemployed live. Although, in the recent years it has been better due to gentrification that came during the early 2010s. An influx of gang members have recently been making their way back into the streets after the release of gang members that lived in Vinewood and apartments going back to the cheaper rent prices due to an influx of immigrants in the newer years. With this comes kids with opportunities to prove themselves. Some are doing it to be cool while some are doing it to make money, none the less, older gang members take advantage of this immaturity and use it to brainwash the kids into thinking that what they are doing is justified. This caused a upshot of the crime rate in the Vinewood area specifically in car jackings and house invasions. You can find teenagers roaming the street wearing baggy jeans with expensive hoodies and chains on who are most likely carrying a gun as well.

Reflections on the history of tagâbanging in Los Santos Graffiti started as a relatively innocuous activity in Los Santos throughout the the early to mid 1970s, outside of its gang connotations. The concrete maze âriversâ of Los Santos county served as a canvas for early painters, with colorful throw-ups and complex graffiti pieces dotting the various tunnels, alleys and canal walls. By the 1990s, however, the traditional roaming grounds of a non-banging graffiti artist were reduced to a no-manâs land. Dead bodies, drug-deals and shootouts were common place. The river was embanked with trash and urban runoff on either side, long before the current pushes for cleanup efforts and gentrifiying art initiatives. Even so, graffiti artists still wrote their names on the walls, loud and proud, wherever they could get. Graffiti, however, became a reflection of the times of Los Santos in the 1990s, and spawned a subculture known as tag-banging. Tag-bangers share many similarities with regular taggers apart of a crew â they represent it in their graffiti, they share a close bond with their friends, and most of all share a desire to get up. The difference being, however, that tag bangers operate more like pre-mature street gangs, adding gasoline to the fire that was already the explosion of gang violence in the 1990s. These quasi-gangs terrorized the streets of Los Santos for the next decade and change, with the violence peaking in 2001 â with a 54.9% gang-related homicide rate. However, this peak also saw a fast downfall in random acts of gang violence, homicides, and graffiti. Following gang crackdowns, recruitment from established street gangs and arrests, the tag banging phenomena lost much of its traction, and many of Los Santosâ most famous tag-banging crews either went defunct or were completely absorbed into larger neighborhoods. Many Mexican-Americans, however, who were among the first to clung to the tagging lifestyle, maintained their tagbanging culture throughout the years. During this period of relative downtick in gang violence, many tag-bangers were recognized as SureĂąos and stopped operating as a tagging crew, notably gangs such as Krazy Ass Mexicans 13 (KAM13). This recognition, of course, cannot be mistaken for a stamp of approval on the activities of tag-banging crews. The option to become a SureĂąo was no such thing; it was join us, or die. Tag-bangers operate outside the set criminal structures of Los Santos, and as such may experience immense difficulties should they land in prison, or if they are caught by a gangbanger in public. For these reasons, to this day many tag-bangers still carry knives, guns, and other weapons, very much similar to their golden days in the mid 1990s. The Bricks The gang culture in South Los Santos has always managed to thrive. In spite of police crackdowns, high density pedestrian areas and an increase of the cost of living, Mexican and African American gangs alike have been able to call Chamberlain Hills their home. Winding alleyways that connect apartment complexes, storefronts, billboards and other âheaven spotsâ have become favorites to South Los locals. The Project Boys 13 are a Mexican-American street gang known to hold pockets of turf within Chamberlain Hills within a primetime of activity during the 80s-90s, but saw a decrease following a series of hits throughout the 2000s and 2010s with an increase of indictments and arrests. With the majority of older figures now serving time within the San Andreas Correctional system, the street gang is now near defunct status and is predominantly composed of youth in their early to late teens. The Project Boys are known to operate more as a tag-banging crew rather than a full blown street gang. The Project Boys only known allies with the Sentinel Boys 13 and often time with neighboring Crip gangs, and are known to feud with neighboring Piru gangs and Sureno gangs alike. Man sentenced to prison for killing teen in dispute over graffiti A Chamberlain Hills resident received a prison sentence of 25 to 65 years on Friday for fatally shooting a teen in the head nearly eight years ago in a dispute over graffiti. The Los Santos County jury found Luis Loya, 26, guilty in December of first-degree murder and conspiracy in the May 2023 killing of Angel Campos, 17, on Carson Avenue crossing onto Forum Drive. Authorities said Campos was part of a street gang called the Project Boys 13, or PJBS13 . He had been having trouble with a rival graffiti group when Loya and a co-defendant, Mauricio Mejia, then 17, approached him. Loya then shot him in the head. âHe took the gun from Mr. Mejia and not only shot Mr. Campos, but shot him in the head at close range and did not give him a chance,â OâHalloran said. âOver spray paint. Over the fact that the defendantâs friend was in a fight with somebody that ⌠the victim wasnât even involved in."

Backstory Krazy Ass Mexicans, a tagging crew out of Hawick that began as an act of resilience against neighboring street gangs in the 1980s, became notorious for its violent and militant response to any gang or group of people that dared to challenge or bully them. In the early years of Krazy Ass Mexicans, before adopting the "13" moniker, they gained a reputation for not backing down against established rivals and neighborhoods like Big Hazard and the Maravillas. KAM had to establish their territory through hard-fought means. Krazy Ass Mexicans (KAM) were unafraid of meeting their adversaries with the same level of hostility, establishing themselves as a serious criminal gang in Los Santos, San Andreas. This hostility towards rivals helped expand their control of the local area, either by eliminating rival gangs entirely or, in rare occasions, absorbing a local rival like Fickett Street 13 into one of their cliques under KAM 13. Krazy Ass Mexicans' readiness to use violence as a tool to achieve their objectives catapulted them onto the radar not only of rival gangs but also of law enforcement. As KAM adapted and engaged in various criminal networks, the gang delved into drug trafficking and other high-stakes illegal activities. Armed with firearms and connections, KAM's members were always prepared to challenge authority, making it difficult for the LSPD to infiltrate their operations. Given that Krazy Ass Mexicans were pioneers of the tag banging concept, KAM is known for having some of the best graffiti pieces in the history of gang graffiti. By the mid-90s, KAM had fully embraced gang attributes and affiliated themselves with the Mexican Mafia, earning them the "13" moniker. Krazy Ass Mexicans are racially motivated and have a strong sense of pride in their Hispanic heritage. This strong sense of pride and their violent reputation would attract members like a magnet, helping increase their numbers and establish themselves as a serious powerhouse against the well-established hoods in their proximity by the 2000s. KAM 13, also known as KAMsters 13, has a well-documented history, being one of the more unique street gangs to emerge from the gang spike in the 1980s and 90s. KAM's history can be traced back to early discussion boards in the early 20th century and is still discussed and documented on social media sites like Reddit and YouTube to this day. As of 2024, KAM 13 resides in Hawick on Spanish Ave. Their graffiti floods the area with pride, unafraid to strike over and disrespect any gang graffiti in the area. This and their rough upbringing makes Krazy Ass Mexican 13, or the KAMsters an enemy of many, and an ally of none. KAM's racial motivation makes them an enemy of all African American gangs in the area. KAM 13 is known to indulge in criminal activities from robbery, home invasions, vandalism, homicide, weapon trafficking, drug trafficking, and much more. KAMsters are encouraged to challenge authority on walls, and any graffiti they see. OOC Information This concept will be aiming to realistically portray as the real life Krazy Ass Mexikans tagbangin sureno group, all members that join are expected to follow the server's rules and the faction rules. This faction is INVITE ONLY, if you wish to join please contact @Grimeyy

Hoppin' off the porch The 'Get Down Goblins' is a group of predominantly Mexican-Americans who erupted and had light shed on them due to the group becoming a "nuisance" to the community. Even with neighborhood/community giving them backlash on news articles, making several complaints on the damages made done to mostly private properties. These damages range from graffiti, seen across El Burro, and along South-Central, acts of minor vandalism, and much more due to the fact they're just being a group of a bunch of reckless youngsters. Because of the way the 'clique' acts together, they decided to end up going by 'Goblins' and also additionally wearing/sporting green gear, or even sometimes seen sporting any of the NFL teams Green Bay Packers gear. This clique of teenagers are always on the move, riding out together on BMX bikes and never settling themselves down.

Kant Stop Bombing or KSB is a tagging crew that is affiliated with Lennox 13. These young teens began to clash with other tagging crews in South Central, most specifically the Rancho neighborhood, including Making Enemies Rank & Evil Krowd Gunnerz. Facebrowser is a huge platform for taggers, they claim their graffiti on there, which leads for others to target it in order to whack it out and replace their crew over it. It's the typical get go for Facebrowser banging, with films, live broadcasts, and disses. Members have been mocking one another back and forth with rumors about prominent members like Cameron Yepez, a.k.a Vandal. There was a particular comment that he was associating with the cops. Facebrowser Tension Kant Stop Bombing started to get into conflict with other tagging crews around LS such as MER. Mostly MER, MER is a tagging crew/ clique under Travieso Gangsters 13, the two gangs Lennox 13 and Travieso Gangsters 13 started going at it which resulted in KSB getting in the mix quick. Notable member(s): KSBVANDALđ ; Who is a well known member from KSB started tagging up small portions around his environment leading to the clothing store in Carson. With this now MER started whacking out any KSB tags around the area. Furthermore, Vandal started going on Facebrowser and receiving some comments from other MER members. Vandal would constantly taunt other members (mainly being the only one talking to members from MER) by himself at points. Facebrowser opened up ways in communicating such as Facebrowser Live, posts, and videos. Snitch??? Vandal was seen getting into a police cruiser on a livestream broadcasted by a TGS13 member known as SSBIGS. This lead to comments under Vandals posts, and lives, with "đ" emojis and even surprisingly tags with his name in it in their own section. Tagging Crew Conflicts Placing your moniker down when you tag graffiti down is extremely common; It's one of the main ways to make your name known or how to taunt your enemies. You can find a interview about this group on The War of Hawick, which was interrupted by LSSD to try to find illegal items. When KSB lands into a conflict, Lennox 13 would normally insert themselves in. Furthermore, their behavior is much like where they are from in environment with how they approach situations, especially it being all around for tagging on a block, when they catch you tagging in their hood they will take all force out on you. Moreover, KSB and MER both crews having affiliations started beefing. With this being around the Lennox 13 and Travieso Gangsters 13 beef/war, they would get into conflicts consisting of brawls, members from both sides being jumped, and posts on members circling Facebrowser. Present Day (2022- In the peak of the crew they have been referring themselves more as a clique under Lennox 13 than a tagging crew, still tagging around LS they have chose a side a decided to be under Lennox 13 as more wars would breakout between other bordering gangs surrounding them. Moreover, they have been focused on surviving than tagging more recently they have started to get together more, and started going on live taunting their enemies. At a point it is known that the two members Carmelo Saez a.k.a Gizmo and Vandal had a falling out period where they beefed each other and would fight, recently it was squashed by well know respected Lennox 13 members. OOC INFORMATION: KSB is a tagging crew made up of a couple young locals under Lennox 13. You can follow our development here.

JST previously dubbed Making Enemies Rank (MER) originates as a tagging crew out of Roy Lowenstein and Jamestown St. The crew was quickly integrated into the growing Traviesos, with many members earning their put ons and the crew becoming a clique. After gaining notoriety as an established clique the members adopted the name JST as means to represent Jamestown Steet & to solidify turf growth. Members of JST are known for their red ragging, which serves as a way of being identified as âcrip killersâ through the adoption of blood aesthetics. The clique is still well known for its tagging.
