  1. Florencia allegedly started near Florence and Atlantic and at one old point back in time they’ve actually said to have claimed the whole stretch of Forum Drive. Florencia 13, also known as the South Side Florence 13 or F13, is an infamous Hispanic Sureno street gang, with cliques spread throughout Los Santos County of San Andreas. They originated after World War II, during the late 1940s. Florence Avenue street was later renamed to Forum Drive in the 70s due to rising tensions between the local gang and a near East Coast Crip clique. The name Florence is pronounced Florencia in Spanish, and that's where the gang got its name from. This resulted in the gang adopting a 50's "doo-woop" song, "Florence" by The Paragons. The song was often requested by the gang members to let everybody know that Florencia members were posted up. The gang was first formed in the 40s as a neighborhood patrol to protect the Hispanic demographic against the much larger African-American street gangs at the time. Florencia ended up taking the "13" around the 1960s, which to public knowledge corresponds to the letter "M", which publicly announced their affiliation to the Mexican Mafia, over the years, many of the members of Mexican Mafia that ended up getting arrested over street wars were recruited into the ranks of the eMe due to earning their reputation for their ruthleness while fighting against multiple black gangs by themselves, in no time, they turned into one of most loyal and most important soldier for the prison organization. Florencia cliques are located ALL OVER in South Los Santos in a vast area patrolled by the Los Santos County Sheriff’s Department. As is the case with most Chicano street gangs, each individual clique possesses unique geographical boundaries that physically separate one territory from another. A breakdown of each Florencia clique reveals an indicator about its name origination, not only that, each one of them as their own way to dress up and act, the ones closer to South Central are known to this day rock blue bandanas and stay more old schools than the ones closer to blood sets, per example, cliques like Malos have adopted blood culture into their daily way of dressing and nowdays we see alot of them hanging red cloth around their necks and sport red Falcon's gear, not only that, but those were the cliques that front lined against the blood war that happened between Florencia 13 and East Coast Crips that took many lifes during the twenty year span that it lasted. And add onto that the clique me & some friends are forming is a set which formed after 2k21 after many of the Florencia members moving out of SC and situating themselves in Pillbox Hill away from the south central gang scene which obviously brought this specific clique along. After the 1990s, a sizable number of families started leaving South Central in search of places like Pillbox Hill and Mission Row. Although though residents refer to the region as Pillbox Hill, it appeared to have everything a family needed in the early 2000s, but that was only the case for a brief period of time. Unfortunately, these actions had a significant negative impact on the already failing economy in the area. Drugs started to be more common, and a lot more users started to appear on the streets after the collapse of Fleeca's mother company in 2008. Many businesses in the Pillbox Hill area were forced to close down or fire 80% of their staff just to stay afloat. The sureno gang known as Florencia 13 wanted a piece of this market that was up for grabs on the lower half of Power Street. Soon after the Florencia 13 members in South Central made touch with their family who had relocated to Pillbox Hill, the 25th was created. A group of people known as Wicked Vandals 13 was formed in the decade of the 2010s, and the group wasted no time in establishing itself in Chinatown and Pillbox Hill. robbing anyone who had the temerity to challenge them. Being in close proximity to Chinatown and Korea Town the group found themselves in the midst of the largest drug pandemic. Having the reach to get knock-off pain meds from the Chinese and Koreans the gang quickly rose in their notority as pill-demons for the local club goers, and the junkies alike. They haven't had any competition for the market around their area, but that was soon to change. A small group of Eastern Europeans began moving into their areas dealing to their usual buyers, but the real problem was the price. Halfing the current price on opiads in the area caused a lot of drama in the small very populated area, and drama soon insued. David Batista, a young man, was discovered in a dumpster behind the now-named Trauma Factory on February 10, 2017. The 15-year-body old's was discovered with numerous stab wounds to his chest and cash placed in his mouth. This just served to incite the WV to act more violently toward the neighborhood's Eastern European residents, particularly those who resided in their own apartment building. They used family terror to get the drug dealers to come out of hiding, and it was effective Kristijan Markovic was killed by a single bullet to the dome on the doorstep of his grandparents household. A gang member by the name of Casper Dominguez got in touch with the person he believed was in control of the "newly arrived Eastern European dealers" as a result of the indictment at the Markovic residence. The two met in the now-defunct John's poolhall, which was located in an alleyway on lower Power Street, and they reached an agreement. Casper agreed that the Eastern European gang would provide the Wicked Vandals with their medication in exchange for assistance dealing with some of their other competitors. The year is now 2023, and the WV13 is now finding itself once again going back to street level dealing, and making the life of other locals of Chinatown into a living hell. Robberies, and petty theft has been on the rise ever since the summer of 2022 due to these so called 'gang members' focusing on minor offences which would cause them to be back out on the streets quicker.
  2. Luca always had a trouble life even while at home, his mom was a crack addict and did what it ever she could to take his dad's money. Constant arguments over this left Luca in rage and it constantly caused him to barge out the house and do any act he wanted to. Things he would do would be shoplifting, pick pocketing, getting into countless fights and smoking weed. He has fallen into a state of depression and not wanting to go home and if he does he usually gets kicked out for bad mouthing his mother for her addiction. He is always trying to find a place to stay out and is seen sometimes sleeping on benches. He would be on the much poorer side and would often stink and would have horrible acne. When he is at school not fighting he tries to do his school work due to him being on the schools soccer team After recent events in the varrio it would be known Smiley with his dedication and loyalty to his varrio he would be deemed the Leader. Luca is now seen mentoring the youngsters of the gang and doing all he can and does whatever it takes to improve his community as well. You could even say he changed a bit in maturity wise as well due to him having to teach all these young kids. Luca has always had a heart when it came to his Abuela but sadly when last year struck back in October Abuelita sadly died of throat cancer. Luca since then hasn't always been the exact same, yet you still see Smiley smiling here and then but Luca will never be the same without Abuela at the end of the day yelling at him because he came home too late. He mourns his grandma's passing while also trying to inspire the youth daily.

    Big Smiley

LUIS 'BIG SMILEY' ESPINOZA The following thread's purpose it follow the development of Luis Espinoza, a Los Santos native. 1975, Luis Espinoza is born into an immigrant family, in the city of Los Santos. His parents, both immigrants from Michoacán in search for a better life, due to the severe levels of poverty and the state of Mexico in general. During that era, there was a huge influx of Mexican immigrants, and it helped form the state into what it is today. However, there was also a huge influx of crime, not only by Mexicans, but all ethnic groups. It was an important period of time, when gangs were establishing, becoming more powerful and setting the stones for generations to come. It was a big period for The Mexican Mafia, in 1971 the first hit outside of prison walls took place, changing the game. There were also various schemes taking place such as The Mexican Mafia & LACF collaborating together to infiltrate legal operations. Luis Espinoza was raised in poverty, alongside his parents and brother Rodrigo Espinoza. He found comfort in the local gang and created friends within it, he didn't see it as a gang, they were just local kids, just like him, living in the same neighbourhood. Issue is, people think that gang members are like an alien form. Luis' brother was younger, and Luis wasn't able to play with him like the kids in the varrio, so he played with the other kids. He was never inside, his Mother would claim. The local gang undertook various illicit activities, such as drug dealing, extortion, prostitution and whatever else could line their pockets. Luis became close with a fellow barrio kid, called Gonzalo 'Joker' Garcia.Joker was the one all the big homies liked, the ones they'd have kicking it with them whilst they were sipping pistos on their porches or playing dice. He was the kid. The South Side Tokers had taken control over the barrio after the fall of Varrio Grape & their allied Crip neighbours. By the age of 16/17, Joker took it upon himself, with the help of numerous homeboys, to form the South Side Rancheros, an attempt by a new generation to take over the area and control it. Problems arose, with Joker and his associates successful, there was now competition, and the original Tokers set was still around. The two groups, whom were once one, now had hot sand under their feet, and conflicts soon followed. The new generation, South Side Rancheros, soon rose to victory, leaving the Tokers defunct, with members at the wrong end of a gun, in prison, or even changing set and joining the Rancheros. Time went on, Ranchers introduced a new era of crime and brought peaceful crime to their neighbourhood, and a new type of gang activity to the area. They were hit with multiple injunctions, and with huge efforts against is, many face members of the set ended up dead, or locked up. Luis was one of them, he was sent to Bolingbroke and served a hefty sentence alongside people such as Fernando 'Spider' Perez & so on. Fortunately for Joker, he avoided prison and did the dash, after most of his loyal homeboys were killed and pinched. Inside, Luis would find himself programming with La Eme, also known as The Mexican Mafia. It wasn't long before Joker himself winded up in Bolingbroke and became a good friend of 'Chato'. Joker's name was put forward and he was eventually recognized as an Emero after proving himself to the cause & putting in work. It was a big thing to the homeboys, one of their own was now an official within La Eme, who knows where it could take them and their ventures. Joker and Chato were eventually released, however Luis remained inside. Whilst serving his time, he became addicted to heroin and had many problems regarding it, including debt & so forth. Luckily the debts were paid off, and Luis didn't get into bad standing with his own. He was subject to a self-proclaimed rehab, and spent years trying to get himself clean, of course he relapsed numerous times, but eventually, after being sent to segregation due to violence, he was soon clean & stuck to it. Come 2020, Luis was released from Bolingbroke and returned to his family home, but it wouldn't be the same, his Mother had passed away during his incarceration after becoming a severe alcoholic, along with drug addiction. His father had moved on twenty years prior, and had given Luis a half brother. The story continues, Luis now free as a veterano, who knows where the story will end.
  5. --- Before I start, I'm not going to upload many edited Screenshots, because of the possible MG. I will let your imagination travel through the images I will be posting, maybe I will upload something relevant as an edited Screenshot or after a while to avoid the possible MG, if you see your character or your name in my story? Feel free to comment and greet me without any problem. --- - - - Didac Fraga was born in '98 at Davis Hospital, son of Carmen Maria Juarez, a former teacher who worked in first grade schools and Roberto Fraga, a former Sureño gang member who ended up in jail after killing a police officer when Fraga was just 1 year old. When little Didac was 5 years old, his mother, seeing that she could no longer afford the rent or her job, and that she began to transform little by little into an alcoholic woman, started dating a white man from Vespucci --- After a while, the man helped Carmen to get out of that problem, but there was another... The white man never liked the presence of the little Fraga, so he never included him in his family outings, he used to stay at home or with the one who cleaned the white man's house, while he and his two children together with Didac's mother went for a walk and had fun. When Didac turned six, he had his first family outing, what he didn't know was that it would be to the city's orphan center near South Central for homeless children, where his mother would send him off for the last time with a kiss on the forehead. Little Didac didn't understand why his mother was leaving him, he simply cried and hoped that someday he would see her again, a year passed and when he turned 7 years old he realized that he would never see her again.... That same year a lady named Dolores, about fifty years old, came to the orphan center, which normally frequented, she had her eye on little Didac, since he was always alone or played alone in the park so she decided to adopt him and signed all the papers, at first Didac did not understand, but little by little he became very fond of Dolores, whenever he could he tried to help her in everything, the lady was becoming his mother of the heart and Didac for the first time felt that feeling and affection of a mother. In Dolores' house, which was located in Davis, not only Didac lived there, but there were also two little African-American a boy and a girl and only one little Mexican girl, it was a mixed house and Didac was the missing piece to fill Dolores' home. So he grew up in the Davis neighborhood again, going to school in Davis and training boxing as a pre-teen at a local gym. When he turned 14, he started working at a 24/7 where he met his future "primo" Frank Rodriguez, who was responsible for changing Didac's life and showing him what it was like to make a name for himself on the streets of Davis since he was kicking with a gang back then Didac grew up surrounded by gang members affiliated with the Davis Varrio Tortilla Flats, where he began to frequent more and more until he stopped being a simple taggbanger and started selling drugs on the streets, obviously his mother Dolores didn't like it and always reproached him that he could end up dead or in jail; At the age of 17 he had some problems with another local gang of African Americans in the 24/7 where he worked, which ended in a fight and Didac was kicked from his job with no chance to return, as he was considered a gang member. In revenge to what happened he decided to track down those who did that to him and went with several friends from his neighborhood, that's when he earned his famous nickname "Coyote", since he attacked one of the African Americans who lived in Covenant Av by his back, taking him to the ground and kicking him all over his body, until he was run away by 6 guys but they couldn't catch him because he was too fast like a Coyote. After a few days, a normal afternoon for Didac who was selling drugs, a white Albany Primo arrived and several African Americans approached him in it and began to demand money and drugs, because if not, they were going to shoot him for messing with the younger brother of a gang member affiliated with the Rollin' 60s Crips, At that moment Didac played dumb and ran away but he was shot in his left leg, that made the police arrive to the place and check him, taking away the drugs and taking him to the hospital to be later transferred to the juvenile center where he was 18 years old and was able to leave thanks to the help of his mother Dolores. After a few months he was with "Davis Varrio Tortilla Flats", he became affiliated by his primo who was already in the gang, the cousin had a problem with the gang about money and more over he had more problems with other local gangs so he had to follow him, because otherwise all the problems that Primo had were going to fall on Fraga, then he lied to his mother telling her that he had a chance to fight amateur in the state of Nevada thanks to the gym where he was attending, since Didac was always dedicated to boxing and it was one of his passions, so he had to travel and spend some time there, to which Dolores believed him and prepared a backpack with his clothes and money. They went to the Valley, they lived for a while in a motel room on route 68, the cousin was dedicated to stealing cars and Fraga used to work in a local store in the area over Harmony, the cousin was locked up and after several months almost 1 year he was killed in there for revenge for what happened with his ex-gang, and Didac had to stay in the north and kept working until he got tired of renting in the motel and saved enough money to buy a cheap truck-home, he lived for a while near Lago Zancudo by the help of his boss Cassidy. He got another job in Sandy in another store 24/7 and also got a job as a cleaner and cook in the kitchen of Trippy's bar (a Mongol bar) by the help of Eight-Ball (Who would be responsible for introducing Didac to the biker world and its culture in general, going to Mongols MC events with Sandy's chapter).
  6. W/S LENNOX 13 The Lennox 13 gang, also known as Varrio Lennox or Varrio Lennox 13 is a predominantly Hispanic street gang located in the Roy Lowenstein neighborhood, in the greater north Rancho area. The gang roots back to the 1960s, founded by Mexican-American immigrants which make up the demographic majority of the low-income neighborhood. Despite being Sureños themselves with allegiances to the Mexican Mafia, the Lennox 13 gang has ongoing feuds with most southerner gangs. The older generation of the Lennox 13 members manipulate and influence the younger generation by glamorizing narcotics and gang violence. MODERN TIME To date, members within the Lennox 13 gang use the Los Angeles Lakers logo as a way to identify one another. Lakers merch is a particular logo used amongst Lennox 13 gang, representing the "L" in gangs name. Residents and law enforcement are fully aware of the threat street gangs presents, which is even more evident as members from the gang commit broad daylight crimes fuel their criminal enterprise. Frustration and desperation is one of the most common thoughts amongst members from the Lennox 13 gang, as many come from a violent background, a broken home or that of unemployment. In 2022, the Lennox 13 gang has grown smaller from most members being incarcerated or dead. Most older generations have either been incarcerated or retired from the criminal lifestyle, due to personal reasons or because of their inability to maintain their status within the gang. Following up the indictment of the Dukes (DKS) clique, the Cycos (CCS) clique has grown to be the most active within the Lennox 13 gang, despite its young age in comparison to the aforementioned Dukes. Even though the Lennox 13 gang suffered from an indictment which resulted in the incarceration of several members of the gang during the early 2010s, it remains strong and active to this day. The Cycos (CCS) clique is one of the active and recent Lennox 13 cliques. FEDERAL INDICMENT During the early 2010s, a federal operation called Operation Blue Devil was executed against the Lennox 13 gang, which led to the arrest of 27 members, some of whom are named in a federal racketeering indictment that alleges the gang is a criminal enterprise that has engaged in violent crimes, extortion, and narcotics trafficking. The federal indictment that led to Operation Blue Devil focus cracking down on the gang's criminal activities in the city. The investigation into the Lennox 13 gang was conducted by several agencies, including the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department, Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team, and the SA Drug Task Force, which includes special agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and IRS - Criminal Investigation. The indictment on the Lennox 13 gang alleges that the gang's profits were generated from extortion of business owners within the gang's territory and drug sales, which contributed the most to the gang's profits. In the gang's territory, narcotics were often sold by drug dealers who paid regular taxes to the gang to sell within their territory. In exchange, they were protected by Lennox 13 gang members from robberies and other competitors. The money generated from the gang's illegal activities was used in the purchase of illegal weapons, drugs, funeral costs of fallen gang members, and money deposits into the prison accounts of incarcerated gang members. OOC INFORMATION Lennox 13 is a real gang that operates out of far West of South Central in Los Angeles which the leadership and members of the faction have researched heavily and plan on showing so in our roleplay. We do NOT tolerate trolls, play to win behavior, metagame, or any other form of rule-breaking. The factions main goal is to provide an opportunity for multiple players to develop as a group which they can create roleplay with. This being said your character's life should be more than just the gang and you should actively develop your character outside of the gang. Even though Sureño gangs have certain members which aren't of a Hispanic background, we'll only be focusing on Hispanic characters for the sake of realism, as most of the gangs membership are Hispanic. (If you're considering joining or have any questions regarding this faction then private message me, @red raggin , or @MrNoLimit on forums.)

  8. Dukes [Dukeros, DKS] DKS serves as a frontline clique of the TGS 13 gang, with members usually picked from especially violent or notorious affiliates. The clique is organized by respected older gang members, with a strong adherence to hierarchy and discipline amongst members. Members of DKS continue Traviesos’ original blue ragging stance.

Arturo was born to a single-mother struggling to get by in the housing projects of Chamberlain Hill, during his adolescence he frequently witnessed his mother get high on heroin which has been a trend in his family as his father died of an overdose also. As time passed, and Arturo grew older - he began hanging out on the block more and more with people who were in a similar situation as himself.
