  3. Above: Brock during a stint in Bolingbroke State Penitentiary. Kyle “Lucky” Brock is a 27-year-old Vespucci native recently released on parole from the San Andreas Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. He’s known to have contact with various white gangs in and surrounding Vespucci Beach, mainly the white street gang known as Public Enemy No.1(PEN1, Peeneye) and to an extent, The Aryan Brotherhood. Since being released on parole, authorities assume Brock is inactive in the gang scene. After a high profile arrest, Kyle, along with his business partners, Edgar Boon and Weston Stigers, were sent to Twin Towers Correctional Facility for eight months awaiting trial. During this time in TTCF, Kyle continued to operated under the auspices of his gang, Public Enemy No.1; Kyle continued to program on the mainline, getting involved in various race riots and altercations. Soon enough, the trio was given their court papers, only to find out that the State was dropping all charges against them. The three were then promptly released from TTCF. Brock was able to return to his home, Vespucci Beach; where's lived his whole life. He continues to program while off the mainline, getting back into the swing of things and adjusting back to his place as a menace to society.
  4. This thread documents the development and background of Jasper "Jas" Copeland. A misunderstood and hollow individual who stands on weary legs with a heavy heart. I hope you die. Jasper Copeland was born in The Peach State to Thomas Copeland and Abigail Copeland. Growing up, Jasper was surrounded in the rut of physical and psychological abuse brought on by his parents, both of which lashed out on his siblings just as much as him. Jasper's family was a traditional one. The savior Jesus Almighty was praised and worshiped in the household daily, a sort of staple of this all-American family. A modest home with a seemingly normal family laid out the red curtains to the public, hiding the house of horrors Jasper and his siblings were born into. It's somewhat similar to a religious cult, the only difference is your father and mother are the ones lashing you for making a mistake, saying something wrong, wearing something sinful, thinking the wrong way. Thomas Copeland was a pious, preachy man standing at a towering height with a hunch-back stance, lurking around his local Georgian town as an assistant to a minister at a church. Thomas showed up through hail, snow, sleet, rain, and storms in the name of God. He was devoted, and through time and study he rose to the head minister of the church after working there for several years. As he rose to the head of the ark, his flock grew, and he eventually had a congregation of easily a couple hundred weekly. During one of his masses, he met a lovely protestant girl named Abigail and they struck it off. The couple had three kids, two daughters and one boy. First came the boy, born in the frosty December of '97, a joyful and chubby child. Growing up, Jasper was a devote protestant and worked alongside his father at his church, worshiping his father as much as he did God, which lead to a strange obsession with his father. Jasper dressed, talked, and walked like his father, he did everything he could in his power to be approved in his fathers eyes. His sisters were more or less the same, however, Abigail passed along the same mental diseases she was suffering from that lead her to believe in God so devotedly, the major disease out of the batch Schizophrenia. As his age progressed, his voices and mental pain grew, he prayed to God to be healed, to be saved, to make the "demons" go away, as his father coined it, but alas, they only grew louder, angrier, crueler. His adolescence arrived and with that came a new Jasper, a wide-eyed, doubtful and depressed boy with no friends and nobodies should to cry on. He went to a private school but began failing, causing him to be booted to the curb of public schooling, there, he learned what real anguish was. Though the school had many students, Jasper had no-one who thought of him as a person, his outbursts and strange behavior causing people to label him a freak, a weirdo, strange. He started to fall out of touch with God around the age of fourteen and began dressing darker, talking in a more deadpan voice, his joyous laughter being replaced with a dreaded look of pain, of torture. The troubled youth was disciplined day in and out by his once idolized father, beaten, starved, and ridiculed by his own blood. At seventeen he had enough of the abuse and packed up whatever his schoolbag could carry, the voices tearing at him every morning, afternoon and night to end it, to stop the pain that his beloved father brought upon him. He refused it, and opted to escape, to run away, to become someone somewhere else. He left his family in the middle of Summer, on a particularly quiet night and walked several miles away from his home, glad to be out. With the little money he had, he bought a ride on a bus and traveled his home state of Georgia for another decade, his family thinking he was dead mourned their loss, and the church received a wide array of donations, truthfully, his parents never cared about their "failure" of a son, but when you act genuine and spread a faith, you certainly get what you need when you need it. While in Georgia, he spent a majority of his time working low-income jobs, never graduating high-school because he had no motivation to finish it. After another pointless day of existing in a one room apartment on the bad side of town he figured he was gonna end his life, which he prepared to do for the world to see. If he was gonna go, the people around him will know, and with some of his savings, he bought himself a handgun, a video camera, and some painkillers off a local drug dealer. He downed the painkillers with a shot of gin, and began rolling the video, he went on a long rant out how religion was a sham, for if God truly existed, why was he cursed with the voices that drown out his thoughts and imagination? He broke down, crying, defeated, angry, alone. He pressed the gun to his head but decided against it, stopping his attempt on his life. With a broken spirit, he decided to go scour the internet to see how his family was, as much as he hated them, they're all he ever had. To his surprise he found his sister on a social media website in a sunny state full of sand, new horizons and a colorful mix of people. He messaged her and received a reply, two weeks into their conversation he was convinced of heading to Los Santos, in search to a meaning to his miserable existence.
  5. Edgar "Cyclops" Boon is a former Hawick Satanic Skin, now a member of PEN1 (Public Enemy Number One), who was recently released from Twin Towers Correctional Facility after charges brought against him and his associates (Kyle Brock, Weston Stigers, and Ian Whitaker) were dropped. Edgar Boon is commonly seen associating with high ranking members of the various Skinhead and Peckerwood gangs found around Vespucci Beach. During his time in TTCF, Edgar Boon was a "Shotcaller" for Pod A, participating in race riots, targeted car removals, and the sale of contraband. After his release, he's moved up in the hierarchy, with the Satanic Skins falling under the purview of PEN1, expanding the abilities for recruitment into one of Los Santos' most prevalent and dangerous prison/street gangs.
  6. NEWS • Crime Written by Yunisa DELGADO-FLORES • June 27th, 2022 — 8:29PM White supremacist gang leader killed by three in Twin Towers, reports say Daryl "Boyscout" Greene, a reported influential member in the Aryan Brotherhood, was murdered inside of his prison cell at Twin Towers Correctional Facility by three fellow gang members. Detectives cite "internal politics" for the reason. Daryl "Boyscout" Greene, mugshot circa 2007 — Courtesy of Los Santos Times On the 22nd of June, at approximately 8pm within the Twin Towers correctional facility, suspected gang leader Daryl “Boyscout” Greene was stabbed numerous times and killed using a make-shift prison shank, the Department of Medical Examiners and Coroners reported. A representative on behalf of the Twin Towers Correctional Facility wrote that, during the inmates’ yard time, three inmates entered and exited Greene’s cell on the 22nd. His body was later discovered around midnight the same day. In the report provided by the DMEC to the Los Santos Daily News, Daryl Greene was said to have suffered “repeated sharp-force and blunt-force injuries”, and that his death was determined to be a homicide. From the Coroner’s report, the Los Santos County Sheriff’s Department staff within TTCF attempted to aid Greene in their medical facility, however was unable to do so. Detectives from the Operation Safe Streets and Operation Safe Jails Bureaus were able to identify all three of the inmates that assisted in Greene’s murder, according to a written report. The report did not disclose the identities of the inmates. This is the most recent gang-land murder within the Twin Towers Correctional Facility after a series numerous more across different gangs. Over the past month, two Mexican Mafia leaders, Santos Ortega and Gilbert Montiel, were killed by gang members and affiliates of the Mexican Mafia or gangs allied with the Mexican Mafia in separate incidents. A former inmate of the Twin Towers Correctional Facility who was familiar with the gang culture within described it as “a big powder keg that’s constantly on the brink.” A sergeant in the Operation Safe Streets Bureau of the LSSD previously described the nature of prison gang politics to be “cut-throat “. The written report provided by the TTCF representative noted that the primary motive behind Greene’s murder is due to “internal politics” within Greene’s gang. In the written report provided by the TTCF representative, Greene was described as “a known Aryan Brotherhood figurehead who oversaw operations within Los Santos County.” A source within TTCF noted that Daryl Greene held a tremendous amount of influence within their cell block in their gang, once describing them as the “head-honcho.” Court records shown that Daryl Greene was sentenced to incarceration following numerous accounts of weapons and narcotics trafficking in 2007. He was charged for first-degree murder in 2017 but, following a trial that lasted until 2021, he was acquitted of all charges, the Los Santos Times reported. Daryl Greene, as reported by gangland news focused publications, was suspected to be a former member of the Nazi Low Riders white supremacist prison gang. However, after a conflict between the Aryan Brotherhood and the Nazi Low Riders, Greene was inducted into the Aryan Brotherhood. The Aryan Brotherhood is one of the most violent prison gangs on the west coast. A report published by the FBI, with the statistics publicised within the Southern Poverty Law Centre’s Intelligence Report in 2013, shown that despite only making up less than a tenth of one percent of the population (<0.01%) of the US prison system, Aryan Brotherhood members have been responsible for 18% of homicides. From a disclosed 1998 handbook from the U.S. Department of Justice detailing gang awareness for future law enforcement officers to reference in San Andreas, it listed the criminal activities that the Aryan Brotherhood gang deals with includes: contract murders; extortion; narcotics trafficking; commercial robberies (banks being a frequent target); and weapons and explosives trafficking. Greene was initially convicted for weapons and narcotics trafficking, and was charged for murder later in his sentence. He was later acquitted for his murder charge. The Aryan Brotherhood’s and other white supremacist gang’s reputation for violence extends far beyond the prison walls. A Colorado white supremacist gang named the 211 Crew was responsible for the death of Tom Clements, the head of Colorado’s prison system, by 211 Crew member Evan Spencer Ebel in 2013, the CBS News reported. In 2012, Daniel Evan Wacht, a man who described himself as a member of the Aryan Brotherhood, killed and decapitated Kurt Johnson in North Dakota to gain infamy for his group, reported the Jamestown Sun. Mark Pitcavage of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) wrote to the SPLC saying “there are a number of racist prison gangs that have just as many members if not more on the street as behind bars.” The Aryan Brotherhood is just one of a number of white supremacist gangs within Los Santos County, with others including: Public Enemy No. 1; Nazi Low Riders — the supposed previous gang of Greene; the Family Affiliated Irish Mafia, a growing offshoot from the Aryan Brotherhood; and many other smaller collections of skinheads and “peckerwoods”. Earlier this month, on June the 6th, the LSSD’s Operation Safe Streets Bureau conducted raids across Vespucci properties linked to white supremacist gangs. The raids led to 17 firearms and 1.3 kilograms of narcotics being seized, which later led to two arrests. In an interview with the Los Santos Tribune’s Phoebe Holter in 2021, Detective Moss of OSS noted how white supremacist skinhead and peckerwood gangs are harder to tackle. “They like to cause a ruckus and then go into hiding, but we're getting better at getting on their tail.”, Moss said. Arthur Krause

Arthur Krause (Born April 15th, 1992) is a crime figure based within Del Perro (Northbeach), Arthur is said to have been a senior member of PENI (Public Enemy no. 1) through which he inevitably gained contacts with the Aryan Brotherhood during his extensive tenure in prison. Arthur has recently been released from prison on parole and is actively pursuing creating his own crew within Del Perro. Early Life Arthur was born to William and Louise Krause (nee. Baker) on April 15th, 1992. Arthur grew up in a lower-middle class household within Del Perro, his father worked as a mechanic and his mother was a part-time cleaner. Arthur’s childhood life was turbulent as he had witnessed a lot of domestic abuse by the hands of his father who frequently used to assault his mother physically and commonly under the influence of alcohol. This lead to Arthur being careful with his words and began becoming more and more introverted as time passed as he would fear the ire of his Father. Arthur was always quite large in comparison to his peers, he had a large build and was quite tall - similar to his Father. Arthur showed promise in academics during his early years and was thought to be quite intelligent from his teachers, however academia was not a path he wished to pursue. Coupled this with the bullying he encountered whilst at school demotivated Arthur to be at school. This, supplemented by what Arthur endured at home lead to him looking to belong elsewhere, which alienated him from the norm and lead to him being indoctrinated into gang culture. During his youth, Arthur befriended James Patton and together they’d frequently devise plans to make money. It was also around this time, at the age of sixteen that Arthur was jumped into ‘PENI’ (Public Enemy no. 1) and began to sell drugs for the gang. Shortly after this, Arthur and James were caught breaking into a home and were charged with burglary which landed them both two years in ‘Youth Authority’ nicknamed ‘Gladiator School’ for its nonstop brawling. Gladiator School The infamous California Youth Authority (CYA) was commonly referred to as ‘Gladiator School’ due to the frequenting brawling that took place. It was in YA where Arthur got into his stride and truly began on the path which he’s on now. In YA Arthur quickly established himself as a solid individual by frequently engaging in fights and not backing down. It was through this attitude and mindset that renowned individuals already within the YA and on their way to the penitentiary took note of Arthur and began to take him under his wing. A significant figure during this time who played a crucial part in Arthur’s development into a man was Adam Wagner who acted as a mentor to Arthur and by extension to James. Adam was senior to the two and also by that time a prominent member of PEN1. Adam, despite also being of the same ilk was a learned individual and a respected member of the gang who knew the politics that took place inside. As the bond between Arthur and Adam grew - Adam put Arthur to the test and nearing the time of his release ordered him to brutally attack a rival gang member, Arthur being eager to impress quickly accepted the task and on the eve of the 16th of July, 2008 Arthur jumped and beat an enemy gangster to near death before he was pulled off by guards. This act lead to Arthur’s reputation growing, however landed him extra time in the YA for assault. Arthur was slowly on his way to becoming a fully institutionalized member of the PEN1 as well as that of the YA. As time passed, Arthur had racked up extra time for various assaults which landed him in San Quentin State Prison (SQ). James however was released and returned back to the streets. San Quentin State Prison In SQ Arthur came in with the reputation he had built throughout his time in the YA as well as his connection with Adam who was also housed in SQ. Adam and Arthur reunited, however in SQ the hierarchy and prison politics were different than they were in the SA. White stayed with white, black with black, brown with brown. This was made apparent and clear to Arthur as soon as he had set foot inside the prison. Adam was quick to educate Arthur on the way things were done in prison, and Arthur was quick to understand. The whites in the prison were under the Aryan Brotherhood - and as such Arthur now had to prove himself yet again to a newer batch of people. Arthur initially got his hands dirty straight off the bat by getting involved in a prison stabbing of a fellow inmate who was suspected of ratting - both Arthur and other associates of the AB within the prison cornered the inmate and shanked him repeatedly. Arthur did not get caught for this, and thus his time was not extended. However he would later be given six additional years for assault with a deadly weapon on another inmate where he used a dumbbell to assault someone which landed him into ‘Yard 3’ where the politics of the prison enhanced and got stricter as well as certain rules altered. As time passed within SQ, Arthur quickly understood the economics that took place in prison and as time passed was introduced to key members within SQ of the Aryan Brotherhood. Arthur had become a key figure of the PEN1 within SQ and was released from prison at the age of 27. Present Day September 1st, 2019 - Arthur Krause is released from prison and is on parole. Arthur is an institutionalized member of the PEN1 and is operating within Del Perro, Los Santos attempting to build a crew of his own with the respect he has gained during his time within the YA as well as PQ and also by utilising the contacts made within prison and outwith prison. As Arthur had been in prison since his teenage years to now being an adult, he has yet to experience day-to-day normal life and is struggling to reintegrate into society. OOC: Big thank you to @mother_superior @Caporegime @Thimble and @Ethanol for ideas and tips w/the character as well as useful information.
