  1. 96.9 FM ((/setstation 128)) | Listen Online About Paleto Bay Radio (FM Frequency 96.9, FCC identifier KPBR) is a FCC licensed low power FM radio station based in Paleto Bay, San Andreas, founded in the late 1990s by Tyler Boyce, who operates the company to this day. PBR remains one of the few radio stations in San Andreas that hasn't been absorbed by a larger corporation; remaining fiercely independent at the cost of ad revenues and sponsorships. PBR strives to retain a community connection and markets itself as Paleto Bay's Radio Station. Genre While the station's advertising doesn't focus on genre, PBR typically focuses on an mix of indie, punk, and folk music in a departure from country music stations popular for the region. Most attribute this to the cultural distinction of Paleto Bay from the rest of northern Los Santos County - primarily Grapeseed and Sandy Shores, as Paleto Bay more closely represents the Pacific Northwest of the United States than the inner desert settlements of San Andreas. Specific DJ's, all volunteers except Boyce himself, occasionally 'take over' the station for their specific choice of music. Reach As PBR is licensed as a low power FM transmitter, reach can be limited particularly as the imposing Mt. Chiliad blocks PBR's main transmitter from the rest of Los Santos County. Most will rate the signal as fantastic in Paleto Bay itself, as well as up Mt. Chiliad. The station remains tolerable down through Sandy Shores, but many without more advanced listening equipment will notice the signal rapidly deteriorates by the Chumash area. The frequency is all static by Los Santos city limits, except for those with advanced equipment or those lucky enough to catch the signal on some cloudy nights where the range is extended by the climate. Placing a transmitter on top of Mt. Chilliad was long discussed, which would effectively give the station reach into Los Santos proper, but the mountain being declared a state park all but made these efforts impractical. Obviously people electing to stream online can listen globally. Funding Paleto Bay Radio as an independent radio staton relies on donations and advertisers to stay on-air. Donations are welcome to be wired to Tyler Boyce, and can include a request to be read on-air during the next live broadcast. Advertisers can pay for advertising on-air at the following rates: $2,500/week for a 15 second advertisement slot $5,000/week for a 30 second advertisement slot Advertisements will be played at least once every 2 hours for the duration of the agreement. Interesting advertisers can email [email protected] for advertising information. At this time it is the responsibility of the advertiser alone to generate the audio advertisement (.mp3 file preferred) that is to be played on air. Advertisements must meet FCC content rules on profanity and decency.

  7. "Church, bank, gun store, bar... what more do you need to enjoy life in rural America?" Paleto Bay Paleto Bay is a small rural town located in Blaine County, San Andreas, situated northwest of the Paleto Forest, west of Procopio Beach and sits on the coastline of the Pacific Ocean and the northwestern foot of Mount Chiliad. It is mainly a residential area with some small local shops and a well known community of tight knit and close individuals. Developing criminal activity has been slowly building along side of such said calm local town. The family known under the name "Mannix" has been slandered into various conversations and rumors situating around the county as a whole, crimes such as smuggling narcotics, guns, sales of shine and various illegal products. The Mannix Family was a widely known drug trafficking organization of like minded individuals that was established back in 1958 within the hills of War, West Virginia, founded by a Richard "Dick" Mannix. Years continued to soar by and the name kept up to its reputation, slowly becoming a well talked about subject around the bars and various nooks and crannies of War, West Virginia. With their main operations running out of West Virginia and the West Coast, they had various ties to the few groups that remained inviolable to the surrounding area, Dead Man Incorporated and The Pagan's MC who would supply them with an immediate line into the Western Hills. The family made their name known around tables by getting into business with the surrounding locals, keeping their money regulated and their shares safe within various small businesses from the family diner to the local bar. The Family grew into parts of West Virginia that were "untouched" by larger criminal folds, giving those under the family to take bitter-haste and capitalize into their next interest. Even though mostly keeping out of sight and behind closed doors the family still managed to have their names defamed across the county, the larger figures becoming publicized in the drug-trade along the northern border by doing hand in hand business with those who kept the inland waterways clear and on route. Present Forwarding into the present time [2012 - 2020] the numbers of said organization have lessened due to an onslaught of arrests on the surrounding members "Gary Hartson", "Amber Ments", "Christopher Ments" & "Benjamin Mac", due to a formal member taking a slip of words to various bar patrons, ultimately leading said members into their own jail-sentences. This left a good sum of the origin to fall and fade out between the current years, most names residing away from the heat of law as they kept their mouths shut when they knew it was time to call it quits. In result of difficulties and onset of problems, a majority of the lasting members decided to move to get away from the scene, packing what cash and respects they had left. Harvey Mannix and his two younger brothers, Landon Mannix, Eden Mannix and his younger sister, Penelope Mannix managed to move down country to Baton Rogue, Louisiana in hopes to find further refuge away from what law was out on tail, in all hopes to put and end to the organizations antics. Harvey met a good sort of like minded individuals and managed to get involved in further distribution, safely away from what law was ranging around West Virginia by keeping safely under the radar in his friends household by the name of Robert Lane, often traveling from one end of the county to another, making sure that money was made by any means necessary, most often enduring long hours in trafficking cocaine and small arms to a group known by "The Black Dollars" a little known group mainly reigning from Louisiana, the group being motivated by violence, drug sales and ensuring their so called clique was "white in and white out". Harvey kept astray with what company was around, leading the few into a life of respect, fortune and soon enough, luxury and mud. "We're a happy family, that's it, blood has nothin' to do with it" ~ Harvey Mannix It was only a few years later when the company ran their course in Louisiana, taking a good more set of outsiders and degenerates along the way. It was on October 24th 2019 when the family made their last stop along the shores of Los Santos, seeking out a primary location to finally call home, settle down, live steady and calm with what money was made, something they all knew was in a distant future. The organization kept form and strength around a small county town by the name of Paleto Bay, situating just beside the great waters of the Pacific Ocean. The organization keeps strong in means of keeping money over all, performing various illegal acts from extortion, sales of narcotics, guns, and furthermore protection to the locals. They tend to keep words tightly kept until behind closed doors, most minds are set on one thing, to get enough money in hopes to get what they need, when they need it, to further what enterprise and projects they are currently projecting out to the community. Crime, violence and money has become the norm for said company around the family, all more better that those under such influence are held strong and tight around the county border, perfect for those who're wishing to stay away from such policing and forces that could put an end to such said goals. Out of Character The Mannix Family is attempting to portray a realistic environment around the county and surrounding area. With both characteristics of illegal and legal ventures around, the aspect of the faction will be portrayed and based around Paleto Bay as an outlaw group. Those under the faction will be wished to hold a good and creative atmosphere for those who're willing to join, always creating role-play for those who're around the county. The faction by no means is a racial group, there's members that have had long lasting relationships with one another, working hand in hand from various ethnicities, as long as you're understanding that we're county based, and your character is county based, that's good enough for us as long as your character has a story that'd fit and or makes sense to portray along our organization. Don't expect to go around guns blazing and getting into the thicket of known beef and or events right away, it takes time to build character and it takes time to get your character set up. Most day's we're relaxing, there's beer, fishing, mud, 4x4ing, hunting and all the necessities an outback country character would want. Most characters inside the faction have hobbies and needs just like anyone else, they're people after all, so expect some good long portion of the role-play to be passive. The faction reserves all rights to character kill people involved with their group, as long as there's a good reasoning behind it. We don't ever character kill anyone without reason and will most likely always be considered the final option out of most outcomes, we want you to grow, not to have your character killed in a week here over some little mishap. It's highly expected that those in the faction get permission from @Rum before posting screenshots on the thread. We prefer quality over quantity. Any questions or ways to join the discord, please message @Rumor @Montana Fats Any further inquiries, please let us know.
  8. The Ashland Ave Connection The Ashland Ave Connection is a group of one initiated member and associates of the Chicago Outfit expanding their illegal, and legal revenues into Blaine County, San Andreas. Specifically around Paleto Bay. With a goal to build up their influence in North San Andreas, these men from the Outfit have been sent to be the primary source of income for the Chicago Outfit on the west coast of the United States. The Great Arrival In the late 19th Century, the whole peninsula of Italy was brought under one flag but the land and people were by no means unified. There was violence and chaos regularly and poverty was widespread, the richest of areas were even finding the struggles. The government was in no position to help its people and eventually many Italians overheard chants about the 'American Dream', where boatloads of Italy’s people moved to America in an event known as 'The Great Arrival' which lasted from 1880-1920. During those five decades, it was just numerous Italian-American gangs that preyed on each other in their own neighborhoods and once prohibition was ratified in 1919-1920 it only made things worse. Once the gangs realized the large amounts of money they could make from the production and distribution of alcohol, many of them started to surge in power and money. Two gangs in specific grew exponentially, causing a bloody power struggle to break out in an event known as the 'Castellammarese War' in the 1920's. The smaller gangs had limited involvement but took the opportunity to take over their own territory. Many Italians were involved in the smuggling of alcohol, and some even got invited to Chicago to participate in a Canadian bootlegger/smuggling operation. One of the few invited were Al Capone and his work during prohibition quickly shot him through the hierarchy, becoming the boss of the Chicago Outfit in 1925. The Chicago Outfit The Chicago Outfit smuggled alcohol for many years, until Al Capone got sentenced for tax evasion in 1931 and until Frank Nitti got released in 1932 and started taking the Outfit into other rackets such as labor racketeering, gambling, and loansharking due to the decline of prohibition. This was when the Outfit expanded into surrounding U.S cities such as those in San Andreas. At the time one of those cities was Los Santos, where some muscle from the Outfit were caught red-handed trying to shake down the Vinewood movie industry and even got caught up in a plot to take over Vinewood itself, getting sentenced to almost a decade in prison. This caused Nitti to commit suicide before his trial. Two new bosses emerged after that incident, Ricca and Accardo, (a rare instance of shared power in LCN) both of these men operated behind the scenes in complete secrecy, utilizing a front-boss at all times from former members of the Forty-Two Gang. By staying behind the scenes, these two lasted far longer than Al Capone, but the Outfit suffered many more hardships which eventually led to its decline. The Decline The 60’s were the height of the Outfit due to Accardo using the Teamsters pension fund to engage in massive money laundering through the Outfit’s casinos, but the 70’s and 80’s were the Outfit at their lowest. Law enforcement continued to apply pressure on the organization, Off-Track betting cut bookmaking profits, and illicit casinos couldn’t keep up with the competition from legitimate ones. Many rackets such as auto theft, sports betting, extortion, etcetera didn’t make up for lost profits. Many key components of the Outfit were also lost, such as Allen Dorfman who ran money embezzlement operations when he was investigated by the Department of Justice. The FBI wire-tapped Dorfman’s personal and company phone lines, gathering enough evidence to convict him and several associates of attempting bribery on a state senator to get rid of the trucking industry rates. If Dorfman succeeded, the Outfit would have regained all of its lost profits and then some. This incident was dubbed Operation Pendorf and was a huge blow to the Chicago Outfit. Operation GAMBIT (GAMBling ATtorney) was another crippling blow to the Outfit, this time to its influence on politics in the First Ward, which represented most of downtown Chicago. Pat Marcy ran the First Ward, fixing cases from traffic violations to murder. Mafia Attorney and associate, Robert Cooley, was one of those who represented many clients in fixed cases. Cooley was a made guy and as a result he was asked to whack a city police officer, leading him to contact the Organized Crime Task Force, declaring "I'd like to help you destroy the First Ward. I want to help you destroy Pat Marcy." The FBI immediately made Cooley a cooperative informant, sending him back to the First Ward wearing surveillance equipment. Cooley recorded many conversations with Marcy and other associates at the ‘First Ward Table’, which resulted in the conviction of 24 corrupt judges, lawyers, and cops. Accardo died in 1992, completely avoiding the inside of a cell his whole life by being a “shadow boss” and unlike the 5 families in New York, the transition from Accardo to the next generation of Outfit bosses was actually seamless and without struggle. The hardships were far from over though, as from 1999-2005 many investigations were made against the outfit such as Operation Family Secrets, in which Frank Calabrese Jr. and Nick Calabrese, son and brother of Frank Calabrese Sr., testified against him which led to the incarceration of Frank Sr. as well as over 14 made men and associates. The Ashland Ave Crew and Operation Family Secrets Upon becoming a caporegime in 1998, Lewis Palazzi assumed control of the Ashland Ave crew in the greater metropolitan area of Chicago. Overseeing a wide range of illegal activities from a mob affiliated record store. As years went by, the Ashland Ave crew began to bring in a new generation of associates working under the outfit in an attempt to regain their power and control in Chicago. In 2002, a large portion of the crew were picked up in a conspiracy of arson after a local shop owner refused to pay his debt owed to the mob. Leading to multiple associates turning witness against multiple inducted members of the crew. Little were they aware, Operation Family Secrets had been going on for years. A 43 page indictment against the outfit being presented in April 2005. Leading to conviction of Joseph Lombardo in 2007. At this point the FBI had put it's foot down on the Outfit and the organization had been placed under heavy surveillance. More and more members were being rounded up as the years went by. Landing a major blow to a large portion of income the outfit was bringing in legally and illegally. In 2008, Palazzi and most of his top men would be indicted on multiple counts of racketeering. Destroying most of the leadership of the Ashland Ave crew and leadership being passed over to long time soldier Roman Franchetti, who then became an acting capo. The Spring Indictment With most of the Ashland Ave Crew incarcerated, the financial situation under Franchetti's leadership began to decline more and more. Eventually leading the crew to discuss new markets of revenues. Leading to them moving into the drug distribution industry. In the old days, narcotics were frowned upon trade within La Cosa Nostra, and any involvement being a death sentence for any members despite status. With support of the bosses, Franchetti would move on to host a ceremony, inducting a new line of members into the outfit. Using them to establish a connection with other wiseguys in South Florida to begin their first step into the drug business. The first three years went smooth, the crew bringing in enough income that they didn't know what to do with it. All seemed good until an associate was killed in a transaction gone wrong. Leading to CPD acquiring and downloading the cellphone of the deceased. After discovering that there may be mob involvement in the Chicago drug trade, all evidence was passed up to the FBI. Starting an investigation on the Ashland Ave Crew. In 2012, an undercover sting was set up on Johnathan Capozzi while he was planning to pick up a shipment to bring back to Chicago. Unbeknownst to the FBI, he wouldn't make it to the deal due to being arrested the morning of for assault after a fight following a traffic accident. Ultimately sabotaging most of the operation to catch him with the narcotics in hand. Unfortunately, they had enough evidence to land a case of conspiracy on him. Upon his release the next day, federal agents would swarm the Metrowest Detention Center. Bringing Capozzi in and hitting him with conspiracy to distribute. Losing Capozzi put a major dent in the crews’ distribution ring, leaving Franchetti in a bad financial spot with the bosses of the outfit. After scrambling to try and repair the connection with South Florida, he began to act off of impulsive behavior. Setting up a meeting and flying down to Florida to meet with the distributors himself. Unaware of how heavy the FBI were surveilling his movements. Now that Franchetti was directly involved, the FBI started to take action. Rounding up multiple associates in Florida and Chicago linked to him, eventually starting their process of indictment against the soldier using all evidence they could find on their operations. In the spring of 2013, the indictment came down. Federal agents rounded up another round of members of the Ashland Ave Crew including Franchetti. Once again sticking a knife in the back of the outfit's operations in the criminal underworld. The Move to Paleto Bay After the spring indictment, most of the Ashland Ave crew began to fall apart. Their soldier and most of their associates had been locked up or ongoing rackets absorbed by the greater Grand Ave crew. After multiple court appearances from Franchetti and his boys, a large portion of evidence was deemed unworthy in the eyes of the federal justice system due to bribery and the FBI rushed to gain any evidence they thought would have a lead. After his final court appearance, Roman Franchetti was sentenced to eight years in prison with three years served due to tax evasion and conspiracy to launder money. The rest of his crew facing time were all slapped with similar charges, leaving Ashland Ave mainly defunct. In 2019, Johnathan Capozzi was finally released after serving seven years from his conspiracy case in Florida. Returning to the streets of Chicago and sharing the position of acting capo with Anthony Brusco. The two attempted to return the crew to its previous state, a large array of internal affairs with the other crews under the outfit following along. After almost two years of power struggles and chaos, the bosses finally decided to step in. Putting the remaining members of the Ashland Ave crew temporarily on the shelf until a resolution to the issues could be found. Much speculation and many debates took place over the first months of 2021, the boss of the outfit finally reached a verdict and called forth all of the men from Ashland Ave. As of the early twenties, like many families the outfit has placed itself in many legitimate businesses. Having a foothold in construction, real estate, and other similar affairs across the country. After the mess in the 80s, trying to repair their reach across the states has proved to be a difficult task and their limited manpower has crippled their actions even within the Windy City. To avoid a war that would risk any more of their numbers, the suggestion to send Ashland Ave to the west coast to explore lost business ventures was suggested. A specific town called Paleto Bay coming under the limelight. Due to the soon expected release of Roman Franchetti, members of the crew set out to inspect Paleto. There they prepare to move their operations into the city to bring further revenue back to the outfit and avoid pressure from the federal government. Here, the long and hard journey for the crew begins. OOC Section The Ashland Ave Connection aims to portray a completely fictional yet realistic La Cosa Nostra family in GTA World’s San Andreas. This faction takes inspiration from real western crime families while taking liberties of their own for creativity and originality. A big factor we wish to display is the politics of LCN and organized crime around it. Open to being very interactive and giving anyone we come across an authentic experience of dealing with the American mob. For all that wish to take part, we will be following a strict canvas of rules to make sure all roleplay is kept to an authentic level while also being fun for everyone apart of the organization or around it. One very important reminder to anyone who intends to make a Italian character is that we will not condone off the boat characters. A high majority of Italian Americans do not speak or know Italian besides basic phrases, being said that any use of the Italian language to powergame hiding conversations or talk shit on people will not be tolerated at all. Anyone who joins this faction has been warned. Faction leadership reserves the right to CK (Character Kill) anyone in the faction and we in turn ensure we won’t kill characters under any circumstances without valid reasons. 9. (THIS IS MY VERY FIRST ATTEMPT AT A FULL ON STORY FOR A CHARACTER WITH A VERY, VERY THOUGHT OUT BACKGROUND AND THAT'S BEEN FLESHED OUT. ANY FEEDBACK ON THIS ROLEPLAY PLEASE PM ME WITH ANYTHING THAT CAN BE IMPROVED UPON AND PLEASE ENJOY THE ROLEPLAY. YOU ARE MORE THAN FREE TO LEAVE COMMENTS IN HERE OF COURSE BUT ANY NEGATIVITY OR JUST BANTER PLEASE KEEP IT OUT OF HERE) The family tree Buckley Spuckler as a child, 1984 Buckley Houston was born in Logansport Memorial Hospital on March 27th, 1981 by his two parents, Tucker Houston and April White. After the birth of their 2nd son, Buckley, the couple decided to tie the knot. Growing up, the family lived on a large farm in Logansport. They grew corn and sold their bunch at the local farmer's market. Tucker Houston worked hard to provide for his family and April mended to the family inside the kitchen and home. This is where Buckley learned a lot about hard work and appreciation for nature. Being from a rural town, Buckley grew up going on hayrides and going to small local fairs. He grew up going down the old rocky roads barefoot and shooting BB guns. He grew up where you got your water from a well. He grew up a country boy. Everyone in town knew each other for the most part. But whenever Buckley found himself in a tight spot, whether it be because he got stuck in a tree, or somebody was bullying him, his older brother Marshall had his back. Marshall was a great older brother who taught him many things, such as how to shoot, with a BB gun, and other not so good things like how to steal from the corner store without being caught. Around when Buckley turned 4, April gave birth to her 3rd child, John Houston. This is very upsetting to April because she's always wanted a girl. Buckley was ecstatic because now he can be the big brother that Marshall always was to him. He couldn't wait to pass on what Marshall taught him to his younger sibling. At about the age of 6, Buckley finally got to go fishing with his father Tucker, and Marshall. This excited him very much because he was always jealous of his older brother Marshall, who always got to go fishing with his father. Now being six years old, his father decided it was time for him to start learning how to fish and later down the line how to hunt, as this was instilled into his mind that to become a man, you must be a good fisherman and a good hunter. As they fished Buckley got to spend some quality time with his father and they talked and he learned very valuable things about becoming a man, and he even got to take a sip of his dads Budweiser. The same year, April gives birth again to a final member of the family, Debra Houston. April is excited to have a daughter, she's been wanting one for a very, very long time. Buckley and Marshall have vowed that they will protect their sister from anything and anyone, to be her protector from the world. They also vowed to teach her how to fish and hunt, as they think she will be into that stuff even though she's a girl. This is the morals they were raised on by their father. To protect family and the people who can't protect themselves. Their father instilled into them what it means to be a real man at an early age. Buckley during highschool, 1996 As Buckley gets older he eventually starts high school at Logansport Community Highschool. He was one of the coolest kids in his class. Women wanted him and men wanted to be him. He was popular around school. Marshall was now a senior in high school. Marshall was planning on joining the Navy since he was a sophomore and a recruiter went to talk to him about the benefits. At this point, Marshall was focused more on his future than his brothers. This did not take away from the brotherhood between Buckley and John. The two would continue a strong bond and Buckley worked day by day to ensure that John was on path to becoming the man he needed to become, not only for himself but for Debra as he will be the only one left to watch after her once the other two brothers left home. Buckley was not a trouble-maker in school, but at the same time he wasn't exactly a goody-two-shoes either. He was more focused on the school football team where he was a varsity linebacker and women. He didn't get into many fights, until his first fight at school, where a kid tried to fight him over a girl he liked named Rachel Spencer. The kid fighting him was Jason Freeman. Jason and they met up in the front of the school where Jason snuck in a couple of punches. Buckley ate the punches, and was no stranger to fighting growing up with two brother. He landed a couple of hooks that would lead to knocking Jason on his ass. This was enough to impress Rachel and he scored a date with her to a drive-in theatre. The two would grow closer to one another and the ladies' man that Buckley once was, is now settling down with the love of his life. Rachel became pregnant with Buckley's child at the age of 17. Buckley was 18 and ready to go to the US army and follow in his brothers' footsteps. This devastated Rachel as she would be alone to take care of the child as Buckley enlisted, but Buckley ensured he will stay there with her as at the time there was no sign of war. Buckley Houston pictured with other members of his battalion, 2001 Everything had changed in 2001. After 2 years of being enlisted in the US army, on Sept. 11th, 2001, the twin towers were struck by two hijacked planes. Buckley remembers very vividly that he was heading to go pick up his son from daycare when he heard the news. He immediately pulled over and cried for his country. Not long after the United States had concluded that a terrorist group named Al-Qaeda was behind this horrific attack on US soil, and he was soon after deployed into Iraq. This was scary news for him and his family, as he is now being sent to a completely foreign land. He quickly befriends some of his squad-mates, such as Maurice Johnson and Robert Polinka, as they become close. The battalion was called to an IED in Erbil. The group was to defend the position as they were the closest to the designation. As they were defending the bomb squad from a safe distance, Buckley saw a flashing light from a distance. He wasn't sure what the light was as he paused a moment. Robert and Maurice saw Buckley freeze and started to look out into the distance. Within seconds, you'd hear the fire of a gunshot, and shortly after Robert lay dead by the feet of Buckley. Buckley stood there, he couldn't believe what he saw. Maurice had to pull him into cover. Everything else that happened that day was a blur to Buckley. He blames himself to this day for the death of Robert as he froze and he didn't say anything. And to add to the drama, he didn't even get to avenge Robert's death. He carries Robert's dog tags with him every day to remember his brother, who has been lost but never forgotten. A year later, as the group was heading to Baghdad in '02 as some allies were under direct fire and needed immediate backup. This led to the battalion moving faster than normal and made them exposed to any surprise attacks. About halfway there between Baghdad and Samarra, the group would trigger a hidden IED in the street. Everything was going great until the random explosion which led to their Humvee being destroyed from the blast. Maurice died from the explosion and Buckley was one of the few survivors of the blast. Unfortunately, the blast had destroyed his right leg and led to medics having to amputate his leg and give him a prosthetic one. Shortly after this unfortunate event, Buckley was discharged back home. He was given a purple heart for his service from President Bush, but at what cost? Mentally the war took everything from Buckley and physically crippled him. Buckley with his wife Rachel, 2004 Buckley returns home and he is blessed to be able to hug and kiss his wife and see his son again. He was sad his son had to see a paralyzed father, but regardless glad he was able to see his father at all unlike his military brother Robert. But, everything that glitters is not gold. After years of serving in the military, Buckley struggled to find a job as a disabled war veteran. He also obtained a very severe form of PTSD, he would wake up in the middle of the night in a fit of screams, he'd have very visual flashbacks of the war, of the IED explosion, of his friend who died right in front of his eyes. He was not the same man he was before and he was too ashamed to admit he had a problem. The life he planned to build after his service had started to crumble right in front of his eyes. Due to Buckley's unsuccess in life as well as the settling depression, he started to lean towards alcohol abuse. You see, the bottle helped relieve him of his pain. It helped him forget the past and his unfortunate present. However, it made him cold and bitter. Rachel saw his anger as a serious issue, and Buckley saw it as the only option to fix his issues. His anger would be undoubted as he'd get into loud fights with his wife. Yelling insults and throwing things across the room was commonplace. Cayden was scared and would always hide from his parents. Knowing what he's doing hurt him but only made him even more hateful and made the situation worse. The worst of all of his outbursts came out in 2008. In 2008 his PTSD started to delve into his alcoholic state and it led to very violent, uncontrollable fits of rage. One said fit led to him slapping Rachel across his face. This is when Rachel took Cayden and they moved in with her mother. Eventually Rachel would file for divorce from Buckley and during the court proceedings he lost full custody of his son due to him being mentally incapable of taking care of him. This led Buckley to a very extreme state of depression. He finally picked up a job. The only one he could do as a disabled man, he'd work at an office faxing papers out. He became a shell of the man he once was. On the bright side, he started to go to therapy which helped him get his anger issues some of his PTSD under control. He feels like it's time to speak on his issues, not for him, but for his son who he let down. Buckley fishing in the Alamo Sea, 2020 Buckley will move to Los Santos in 2020. His depression was starting to get under control but it was still pretty bad, so he moved somewhere where he felt like hunting and fishing would be a lot more enjoyable. He started to get his alcohol abuse under control, through hunting and fishing. The one thing that has brought enjoyment in his life since he was child. Los Santos was the new start he needed to take back control of his life and turn everything around. Buckley would still attempt to write to his family to check in on them, and every month or so he'd be greeted with a return letter. Marshall(currently 42) is also in San Andreas, where he was with Alice Houston until they had a falling off and she left him because he couldn't hold a job. As for John(35), he'd be at home taking care of the farm that their family had built, as Tucker was far too old to do this on his own anymore. As for Debra(32), she'd meet a man and they'd be living happily ever after in New York. She'd live the modern life now. He'd also write a letter to his son Cayden(21) nearly 3 times a week. He was obsessed with writing to his son. He's vowed to continue to write to him until he received a response because that's all he's ever wanted and to date Buckley has never received a return letter from him. Cayden only knows his father as an abusive drunk. He looks at Buckley as a dark spot in his life. That does not stop Buckley from writing to him as his son means the most to him. The thought of doing what was best for his son is what got him through the darkest times of his life. He'd do anything to see him again. He doesn't want to die never seeing his son again.
  10. This topic will showcase the sinister life of Jaime "Jay" Alvarado, a youngster born in Paleto Bay. Jay lost his only half-dependent parent at the age of eighteen to a rival Sureno clique, his father left him with nothing. He decided to turn to the life of crime, selling hard drugs from his residence within the South Seas complex purchased online, until he was setup by the detectives bureau in a sting operation. Jay's residence was raided and large quantities of heroin & methamphetamine were seized. He was taken to jail, Jay made a friend whilst in jail who went by the name "F50" who was an affiliate of the Norteño gang, FATBOYZ 14 which Jay was aware of and which was based in Paleto Bay. Members of the FATBOYZ 14 attributed themselves with the Nuestra Familia whilst in prison. F50, Jay and a few other affiliates met in jail served their lengthy sentences in the correctional facility involving themselves in prison riots, fights and drug trafficking. "They had decided enough was enough and released themselves from the grips of the sphere of influence of the Norteño gang and had released ALL ties becoming San Andreas first Bulldogs gang. Gang skirmishes still happen to this day between the two rivaling gang out-side and within prison walls. These Bayside Bulldogs members are easy to distinguish out of the two knowing that they both fly the colours red. Active gang-members of the Bayside Bulldog members are most easily represented by sporting merchandise of the Fresno State Bulldogs team along-side the tattoos that they carry on themselves which may occur to have abbreviations of BDS of such, dog-paws, four dots (a tattoo known to be also worn by the Norteños) as-well as a Fresno State Bulldog casted on themselves. Due to it being such an independent set this gang has no real infrastructure to it despite it's militant ways, a-lot of the influence over the Bayside Bulldogs gang varies between the gang itself in regards to locations due to broken down "cliques" of the gang due to the sheer membership that is held proving difficult for prosecutors to be able to crack down on any form of leadership because there simply isn't one making the gang some-what bulletproof to gang-injunctions."

  15. A brief backstory Robert "Bobby" Colton, some people call him Colt, was born in Jefferson, Texas. Not the brightest nor the talented type, he was just a random nobody. Born to the underachieving members of a large family of elites, he was usually treated as an outsider. When most of his cousins enjoyed a decent or luxurious life, his family struggled to survive each day. Combining that with the rejection from his own kin, made him hate the elite class of the society. The guy he looked up to Jesse "JV" Vaughan was the eldest of his bunch of cousins. Born to another set of underachievers in the family, JV was 10 years older than Bobby. Both of them grew up together, helping each other in their struggles. JV was the only one among the cousins who truly cared for Bobby and inturn Bobby had great respect for him. But after some drama in his life JV decided to leave the state and moved to San Andreas. Feeling left alone Bobby started to get more and more antisocial. After spending a few more years in Jefferson, he eventually got a call from Jesse, who asked him to move into San Anne. Maybe this is the turn he was looking for in his life.
  16. PALETO BAY Paleto Bay commonly known as the Bayside is a small town located in Blaine County, San Andreas. Situated northwest of the Paleto Forest, west of Procopio Beach and sits on the coastline of the Pacific Ocean and the north-western foot of Mount Chiliad. It's decorated to be mainly a residential area with some commercial business implemented into the small coastal city. It's home to a variety of businesses ranging from tattoo shops, barbers shops, and even farmer shots. It's also known to be home one of many Los Santos County Sheriff's department offices. It's known from sources that this small sunny coastal town was birthed in 1898; being currently governed by Mayor Roy Buckley. Here are a few key point-of-interests when visiting the Bayside area. Red's Machine Supplies, The Bay Care Center, Paleto Bay Training Grounds as-well-as St. Brigid's Baptist Church. Despite-all the of the sunny-blue skies and breath-taking views the Bayside has a massive problem within its small coastal community and that's an uproar of gang violence at the roots of once the powerful Norteños whom once controlled nearly all of Paleto Bay covering the entire town. It's reported that the reoccurring gang violence flatlined once the Norteños had grown and had all of Paleto Bay to itself until a new formidable gang had been birthed, a gang common to be called "Drop Outs" from the Norteño gang only to birth their own known as the Bulldogs, adapting the heavily franchised Fresno State Bulldogs team in Fresno, California. Once a flat-lined gang-infested town now it became normal that was until this new gang of "savages" reported had caused a new entirely war to form a new generation of these BULLDOG gang members which often went by the alias Bayside Bulldogs 14 in prior representation to the NF/NR (Nuestra Familia/Nuestra Raza) These rebellious actions had caused a massive power-shift within the Northern part of Blaine County, some had even called it the Red Wave 2 in relation to what had happened covering prisons which gave birth to the Norteños. With this known BDS gang had formed it was known to the governing offices that these weren't the only state or even town dealing with these members as it had been reported the drug focused yet savagery gang had leaked some membership into Los Santos within the North Archer, Vinewood jurisdiction. It is also known that the Fresno Bulldogs originally had started within Fresno, being one of its largest gangs if not the largest ranging at 12,000+, spreading to a mass variety of different states including Idaho, Texas, and even Canada. On a public document, it is known who they are to this current day generation and what their primary criminal activities area listed as such. (Murder, Drug Trafficking, Assault, Robbery, Arms Trafficking, Extortion) and plenty more said governing officials, it is known to this day that this Bayside Bulldogs 14 operates all throughout Paleto Bay in locations such as Cascabel Avenue, Dulouz Avenue, Paleto Boulevard, Procopio Drive, and Pyrite Avenue. BAYSIDE BULLDOGS, a PREVIOUS acting Norteño gang known as FATBOYZ 14 (FUCK A TRUCE 14) that had "dropped ou"t to form a new set of BDS in similarity to the Fresno State Bulldogs. The reasoning behind this is currently unknown but is believed to be due to prison-riots and ties behind bars including local identity. They had decided enough was enough and released themselves from the grips of the sphere of influence of the Norteño gang and had released ALL ties becoming San Andreas first Bulldogs gang. Gang skirmishes still happen to this day between the two rivalling gang out-side and within prison walls. Due to it being such an independent set this gang has no real infrastructure to it despite it's militant ways, a-lot of the influence over the Bayside Bulldogs gang varies between the gang itself in regards to locations due to broken down "cliques" of the gang due to the sheer membership that is held proving difficult for prosecutors to be able to crack down on any form of leadership because there simply isn't one making the gang some-what bulletproof to gang-injunctions. OOC INFORMATION Our aim is to portray a realistic Bulldogs set based within Paleto Bay which consists of members lingering around Los Santos, If you have any questions in regards to joining about the faction or even have any tips or would like to get to know anything about the faction, feel free to private-message @Baby Renegade also upon joining the faction you grant automatic Character Kill permission to the leaders.
