  1. January 7, 2025—After a seemingly endless night, the first rays of sunlight began to appear. Jimmy Fritz had not contacted any associates since orchestrating the assassination of Philly Vigs alongside Nestor Lara and Scott Colosimo, under orders from John Nuzzi. Everything felt like it was moving in slow motion, as if time itself had lost its momentum, plunging everything into in a state of delirium. One thing was certain: a move had been made, and other pieces had been shifted without their consent. Everything was forced back to normal, as if nothing had happened. For others—associates, onlookers—it seemed like nothing had changed. But for Jimmy, his world was upside down. The change had come abruptly, though he had seen it coming for a long time. Yet, even now, he could hardly believe it. His plan was clear: rebuild and salvage whatever could be saved from the sinking ship. Jimmy was a visionary, the kind of person who never gave up easily, who found the strength to move forward even when it felt like the ground beneath him was collapsing. Despite the chaos and turmoil, he knew that to stay alive in this world, he had to keep pushing, rebuild what was broken, and ensure that the crew would stay afloat through whatever came next. One thing was certain: Rome wasn't built in a day, and Jimmy knew it would take time for everything to return to normal. He understood that questions like "Where is Philly?" "When will he return?" and "What happened?" would persist for a while. But he was prepared for the long haul, knowing that the dust had to settle before things could truly move forward. The hard work of rebuilding would take time, but Jimmy was determined to see it through, no matter how long it took. — April 2025 Scott wasn’t the most feared, nor the loudest voice in the room. But he was smart, patient, and most importantly... he understood Nuzzi’s greatest lesson: Power lasts longer when nobody has to die for it. One by one, Scott sat down with the other crews. He didn’t come with threats, he listened. He reminded them of the profits they’d stacked under Nuzzi’s unity, of the respect they earned when they weren’t busy tearing each other apart. Sure, some were skeptical. But within months, the crews were working together again. Money flowed smoother than ever, and the cops were more clueless than before. Scott got his button after a long wait. He stepped up, took over John’s old crews, and made sure they survived the quiet times. Now? They all moved as one... his crew.

  4. Image above: William Amuso, circa 2024 Los Santos, SA — William Amuso, 35, an alleged associate of the D’Amico Crew, is now eligible to apply for parole after serving a fraction of his sentence at the San Andreas Correctional Facility. According to a Federal Bureau of Prisons spokesperson, if Amuso’s parole application is approved, he will be placed under home confinement, assigned to a work placement, or monitored with an electronic bracelet until the end of November. Amuso was initially indicted on several counts of drug trafficking and one count of money laundering after his arrest at his Downtown Los Santos apartment. He was part of a larger group of Los Santos-based mobsters caught in a sweeping crackdown on narcotics distribution in the region. Authorities have closely connected Amuso to Victor “Slick Vic” Fusco. Amuso’s eligibility for parole raises questions about the future of organized crime activity in the region, as law enforcement continues to pursue leads on Fusco and other key figures.

  8. ((continuation of a char from 2021)) Isabella Donaldson, AKA Zombie, was a crack baby born in a trailer in Crystal Park. As part of a group of white kids living in a predominantly hispanic area in the Valley, she quickly found herself hanging around fellow delinquent youths and being introduced to drugs, first beginning with a joint but slowly but surely morphing itself into something different as the difficulties of Donaldson's life continued - substance use only further compounding it. At the age of 17, Donaldson met and began dating Francis "Drummer" Barker - a known skinhead up East at the time. As Barker's criminal activity, prison stints, and position in his gang increased, Donaldson began leaning heavier on narcotics in an ill-advised attempt to cope with her boyfriend being away in prison. The couple’s relationship was perceived as toxic and the duo often clashed over Donaldson’s use of substances after Drummer became active in prison. Donaldson, through her rapscallion friends, in her early and mid-20s, was inevitably introduced to heroin, meth, and fentanyl - her genetic predisposition from her parent's respective addictions being too much for the young woman to overcome alone. Donaldson shot up dope for the first time with Peter “Piddy” Good - another known figure in the neighborhood at the time. Donaldson was given her nickname when she was willing to go through crazy antics and act like a zombie for the amusement of a pill pusher for free drugs. The attempt was successful. While her boyfriend was locked up, he began making demands for money. As a result, Donaldson turned to committing crime as well, eventually coming to a head when she was convicted and sentenced to two prison terms following an arrest for burglary and assault with a deadly weapon in San Fierro a few years later. In prison, Donaldson met Liliana “Witch” Rosiak. After her release from prison, with her boyfriend behind bars and her former friends missing in action, Donaldson relapsed and soon found herself on the streets of Mission Row, a neighborhood in Downtown Los Santos that houses open-air drug markets and one of the largest stable populations of homeless people in the country.

  10. Hi. Hoping to get recognition here from likeminded roleplayers looking to build an unofficial faction concept centred around criminal/non-criminal homelessness set in Mission Row. In real life, Mission Row would be Skid Row, Los Angeles' largest homeless community, with a violent crime rate 35 times higher than the national average. The idea here isn't just to have a sole focus. Each character will have their own motivations, their own crutches and their own reasons to do what they do. Some have children who are actively trying to get them into programs, others are destitute and dope sick, having to resort to petty theft, burglary and begging just to get their fix. We welcome characters from all backgrounds. We need fent, crack & heroin users, ex-gang members, skinheads who live below the poverty line, ex-military, generally anybody you'd find on skid row. A few friends and I have toyed with the concept over the last couple of days and it's incredibly fun. So if you're looking to get involved in an unofficial faction concept at the ground level and would enjoy localised homeless roleplay centred around real character development, feel free to join this Discord, where we'll be slowly building out a faction application in the coming days. 11. This thread will portray the life of Charles "Bats" Marsella, a 23-year old Italian-American street hustler from Mission Row.
  12. The Chinatown Collective 唐人街集體 The Chinatown Collective is a predominantly Chinese (Hong Kong) organised crime group consisting of second and third generation Chinese-Americans with loose connections to the city of Hong Kong. It is a secretive and well established organisation that puts up a legal facade to the public eye through the use of the Chinese American Association, the organisation’s legal front, while operating behind the scenes on a deeper criminal level. In recent years the group has been forced to adapt as a result of the city's ever harsher crackdowns on organised crime, shedding its old name and structure in order to survive. While the main figureheads of the group operate in complete secrecy however they utilise a street gang in order to maintain a presence on the streets of Chinatown. The organisation as a whole is responsible for the smuggling of arms and drugs, extortion, prostitution, human trafficking, gambling and other white-collar and violent crime. The organisation has a steep hierarchy, with the most senior and experienced members holding the most authority in the group. Traditional Chinese values such as respect, loyalty and honesty are seen as vital components to the organisation’s success. Chinatowns Chinatowns are ethnic Chinese enclaves located outside of mainland China, particularly common in the USA, the first Chinese to arrive in the U.S came through New York in the early 1800s as tea and porcelain merchants, but it wasn’t until the San Andreas gold-rush of the mid-1800s that thousands of Chinese migrants, mostly from the Guangdong Province started entering the country at the prospect of making their fortune, working in scattered mines across the state. Chinese migrants also proved instrumental in the construction of the central pacific and transcontinental railroads. The Chinese migrants found life challenging in their new home, as is the case with all migrants, even as San Andreas became a hub of Chinese culture in the U.S. A lot of the newly arrived Chinese migrants worked to send money back to their families back home, as well as pay off any debts to the Chinese-American merchants that sponsored their passage across the pacific to America, these financial pressures meant that many Chinese migrants had to accept work at reduced wages, work longer hours with fewer days off. Discrimination was common, causing areas dubbed ‘Chinatown’ to become increasingly more segregated and concentrated. Because of this, it wasn’t uncommon for Chinese migrants to band together as a community as a response to anti-Chinese motivated attacks, these communities often turned to crime in order to better sustain themselves, the Los Santos Chinatown is no different. The Chinese American Association of Los Santos The Chinese American Association is a non-profit organisation that exists to provide the impoverished youth of Chinatown with local job opportunities, host community-ran events and cultural celebrations, as well as providing financial aid to local businesses in the area. Behind the scenes though, the association is merely the legal front of the group, serving as the puppet organisation in which the collective can legitimise a lot of its criminal activities. OOC Information The Chinatown Collective aims to portray a realistic approach to a unique Chinese organised crime group based in Chinatown. Above everything, we emphasise character development & authentic scenes to occur within & outside of the organisation. Coming into the faction, your expectations should be that everything must be treated strictly in-game. At any time your character may be insulted, assaulted, or even killed. Recruitment & progression will be all IC and may take a while or short time depending on interactions with your character. Characters looking to get involved with the faction should be impoverished, young Chinese-Americans, although we’re not against recruiting those of other east-Asian ethnic origins, such as Vietnamese, Taiwanese, Cambodian, Filipino, Malaysian, Singaporean, and Indonesian. Our faction is open to both illegal and legal characters, or simply a mix of both. For more information on the faction, please do not hesitate to message zytum#0001 or kwayback#0001
  13. https://www.state.sa.us/sci/pdf/afro.pdf Judiciary of San Andreas ORGANIZED CRIME IN SAN ANDREAS ANNUAL REPORT TO THE SAN ANDREAS STATE GOVERNMENT 2023 DOWNTOWN LOS SANTOS CRIME // ALL GAS NO BRAKES The term “organized crime” often conjures up thoughts of infamous syndicates, such as the Sicilian Mafia and the Sinaloa Cartel. However, most overlook the rising prominence of smaller organized crime groups, such as ALL GAS NO BRAKES. Due in part to their unassuming size, these groups have not been given the attention they deserve from law enforcement, which has led to their proliferation across the Los Santos High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA). A relative newcomer to the Los Santos criminal underworld, ALL GAS NO BRAKES is known to have been formed in the 2010s as a freelance network of drug traffickers. Back then, the group lacked any discernible structure, with each member operating as an equal to the other. It was relatively small-sized, numbering under a dozen members, and recruitment was carried out on a strict invite-only basis. Its membership comprised hustlers from all across the city, many of whom were gang-affiliated. Due to its small size, the group struggled to assert itself in the overcrowded criminal underworld until it eventually took a foothold in the Mission Row area of Downtown Los Santos. From thereon, the group began organizing itself as a syndicate and recruited local youths to flood the streets with narcotics. Today, ALL GAS NO BRAKES can be loosely defined as an Organized Crime Group (OCG), a Drug Trafficking Organization (DTO), a ring, a syndicate, or an enterprise. Its role in the Los Santos criminal underworld is not fully understood, but it has entrenched itself in Downtown Los Santos, specifically the 2105 Vespucci Boulevard and 6458 Power Street apartment blocks in Mission Row. Here, the Organization has been known to recruit local youths to peddle drugs in the surrounding area. It is known to be involved in both wholesale- and retail-level drug distribution with alleged connections to other OCGs in other parts of the city. At first glance, ALL GAS NO BRAKES could be mistaken for a traditional street gang — not too dissimilar to those found in the nearby South Los Santos district — however, the Organization sets itself apart by being highly organized and focused solely on the pursuit of money. While the lower echelons of the Organization are populated by younger residents with no apparent prior gang affiliation, the upper echelons are purportedly occupied by current and former gang members from across the city. It is understood that these individuals have brought an air of gang culture to the Organization, with some members overtly representing their affiliation through tattoos, hand signs, and graffiti. As is typical of most OCGs, ALL GAS NO BRAKES seeks to operate discreetly but has been known to use violence to defend itself and expand its territory. While it is mostly active in drugs trafficking, the Organization is also known to be involved in a variety of other criminal activities for financial gain, such as firearms trafficking, fraud, armed robbery, theft, and extortion. Presence Despite its imposing skyline which features many prominent landmarks, Downtown Los Santos hides a troubled underbelly. Since the 1950s, the district has undergone a significant economic decline. In contrast to its many large businesses, banks and high streets, many Downtown residents now live below the poverty line and have turned to a lucrative life of crime to make ends meet, often working for criminal enterprises, such as ALL GAS NO BRAKES. In 2022, the district crime rate was more than six times the citywide rate and triple that of other Los Santos districts and it often tops rankings as the most dangerous neighborhood in Los Santos. Two apartment blocks within Mission Row — 2105 Vespucci Boulevard and 6458 Power Street — are the epicenter for a large percentage of the crime reported in this district, with high levels of violence, drug use and prostitution. Prior to the arrival of ALL GAS NO BRAKES at the beginning of the decade, the area was prowled by various independent drug dealers; it is understood that many of these dealers were consolidated into ALL GAS NO BRAKES upon its arrival. Mission Row is known for housing one of the largest stable populations of homeless people in the United States. This area has been afflicted by drug use for many decades and ALL GAS NO BRAKES is one group known to be fuelling the problem with a steady stream of narcotics. Due to its opportunistic nature, this Organization is highly likely to relocate or expand into new territories in future. With a lack of adequate scrutiny and persecution from law enforcement, ALL GAS NO BRAKES will continue to proliferate, leaving in its wake terrorized communities, widespread drug use, broken families and rampant violence.
