  1. The Main Street Mafia Crips are known to be an African-American street gang located on the Eastside of Los Angeles. The Main Streeter’s originated in the 1970’s. They also consist of two subsets known as the 84 Main Street Mafia Crips and the 98 Main Street Mafia Crips. They fall under the Mafia Crips umbrella along with the Fudge Town Mafia Crips as well as the Blue Gate Mafia Crips and the 99 Watts Mafia Crips. The Mafia’s are known to sport yellow or gold, along with the traditional blue to show their affiliation to the Crips. The 98 Main Street Mafia Crips originated around the 98th Street and Main Street, between Colden Ave and 104th Street. The 110 Freeway and San Pedro Street act as their borderline. The 84 Mafia Crips are located around 84th Street and Main, between San Pedro and Broadway. The 84 Mafia’s are smaller than their counterpart, the 98 Mafia’s. Despite their size, the 84 MSMC are known for their brutal reputation to violence with their main feud being with the Mad Swan Bloods and the 87 Gangster Crips. War of the 'z In August of 2009 the Main Street Mafia Crips threw a party and many of the Hoover Criminals attended. As the party went on, a Main Street Crip and Hoover Criminal member got into an argument over a female. Other members of the Main Street Crips and Hoover Criminals joined in and began dissing each other’s gangs. A fight then broke out and guns were pulled, and gun fire was exchanged. Hours after the incident some members from both sides tried to intervene and calm the situation, but it was already too late. At noon on August 16, 2009, Charnae Bray and a thirteen-year-old boy named Dequawn Allen were walking home from the Broadway swap meet on 87th and Boardway. Bray was wearing an orange hoodie and Allen was wearing an orange bandana as the two walked down on Boardway and 89th street a male approached them, the man asked where they were from and Allen replied, “9 - 4 Hoover” the man then replied, “Oh yeah, is that right” and pulled out a gun from his waistband and open fired. As Bray ran, she heard five shots and when she looked back, she saw Allen laying on the ground. Allen was shot four times, including two shots to the chest. Bray then ran into a nearby party supply store and called 911. The shooter ran into a waiting white car and sped away. Charnae later identified the shooter from a group of police photographs as a Main Street Crip named Christopher Thomas. A nearby resident was able to get a partial license plate number. As police patrolled Main Street territory, they spotted the white car belonging to a Main Street Crip member named Kenneth Gibson and police suspected him of being the getaway driver. Thomas was found guilty of the murder of Dequawn Allen and was sentenced to 25 years to life. On March 6, 2014, around 10:30 am three Hoover Criminals named Desmond McMiller, Patrick Pearson and Deshonda Young were riding in a gold Mercury Grand Marquis and were armed with a .40 caliber handgun and an Assault Rifle as they entered Main Street Crip territory. At this time a man named Douglas Wooley was walking near the intersection of 97th and Main Street when the group spotted him. The car stopped and Pearson and McMiller exited the vehicle, Pearson shot him with a handgun and McMiller with the Assault Rifle as Young remained in the driver’s seat. A woman named Mirna Martinez screamed when she heard the shots one of the men fired at her home, but she was not injured. Investigators discovered 15 shell casings, four bullets were fired from the .40 caliber handgun and 11 bullets were fired from the Assault Rifle. Martinez and other neighbors who witnessed the shooting gave police a description of the car and the shooters. The Marquis was later impounded by police from Young who was questioned and let go. Later at the police impound investigators found all three of their fingerprints on the Grand Marquis. The car belonged to a woman named Makiah Bailey. The day before the murder McMiller drove the car from Las Vegas to Los Angeles. McMiller and Young were both arrested on April 8, 2014, and Pearson was arrested on June 3, 2014. McMiller, Young, and Pearson were found guilty of the murder of Douglas Wooley and the host of weapons and witness intimidation charges. Deshonda Young was sentenced to 65 years to life in prison, Patrick Pearson was sentenced to 72 years to life in prison, and Desmond McMiller was sentenced to a total of 161 years and four months to life in prison. Start Of Gotti Gang Gotti 3 was an outstanding member of Main Street Parc Boyz. Allegedly, there was evidence of the 924 Hoovers going back and forth with the Main Streets over the internet, so Gotti took it upon his own hands to solve the issue. On May 31, 2017, Gotti #3 or Pat Rat drove to 104th and Main Street and set off a shootout with the Hoover Criminals. The Hoovers then returned fire and struck Gotti in his head, killing him on the scene. That day, officers were responding to a potential robbery when they saw Gotti #3 dead in the middle of the street. After doing an investigation, they noticed that his vehicle was no longer at the scene, which caused confusion. Because of Gotti’s courageous efforts, the 98 Main Street Parc Boyz adopted the name Gotti World or Gotti Gang. This is a popular trend amongst many gangs, they often glorify their dead by renaming cliques after the deceased. A 25-year old male from Parc Boyz, whose name will be disclosed, was arrested in connection with a shooting on Forum Dr back in 2014. Allegedly, the male was in a vehicle with two passengers and they were on the way to the movies. Then, a red Nissan Altima pulled up, letting off shots into the vehicle. The two backseat passengers were murdered and the 25-year old was struck in his shoulder. Although the male was shot, he returned fire killing the shooter, an alleged 924 Hoover Criminal. In June of 2014, the Main Streets took another loss. Nut was a member of the Parc Boyz who was a highly-loved and respected member of the gang. He allegedly was standing near a burgundy sedan on the 100 Block of Jamestown St, when a white/silver vehicle approached him with two passengers. The driver's passenger then let off shots into Nut's vehicle, hitting him multiple times and killing him. He was later found dead at the scene. His death caused a lot of confusion within the neighborhood because they simply could not believe that he had died. And of course, there were repercussions of his death.
  2. The 99 Chamberlain Mafia Crips (99CMC) also known as the 9'ers, are an active African-American street gang located on the East Side in the Chamberlain district of South Los Santos, San Andreas. They originated in the 1980's, around 99th Street and Success Ave, between Compton Ave and Central Ave. The 99 Chamberlain Mafia Crips are known to sport yellow or gold, along with the traditional color blue worn by members of the Crips. They also falls under the Mafia Crips umbrella. Their main enemies are: Their main allies are: Hat Gang Watts Crips • Fudge Town Mafia Crips Krazy Mexican Town • Blue Gate Mafia Crips Bounty Hunter Bloods • Main Street Mafia Crips Cirle City Pirus • PJ Watts Crips Be-Bop Watts • Nut Hood Watts Crips Bishop Bloods Grape Street Crips 8-Tray Gangster Crips --History & Activities-- In December 2005, over a 31-day period, violence in the Watts community escalated. There were 18 gang related shootings, seven of which were homicides. Los Santos Councilwoman Janice Hahn called a meeting of community leaders, the Los Santos Police Department, school representatives, service providers, gang intervention workers, and city departments and facilitated by Patricia Villasenor of the City of Los Santos Human Relations Commission, to see how, together, they could stop the violence and improve police and community relations. This was the beginning of the Watts Gang Task Force. Since that first meeting in January 2006, the task force has met every Monday in Councilwoman Hahn's Watts office, and facilitated by the Human Relations Commission. The greater Watts area has one of the highest concentrations of gangs within Los Santos County. LSPD estimates that there are at least 59 known and active gangs in the Southeast Division. Specifically, the Watts/Southeast GRYD contains an estimated 14 known and active African American and Latino gangs, of which three are Blood cliques, eight are Crips cliques, and three are Latino cliques. The most active gangs in the GRYD according to law enforcement are African American gangs, due to the longstanding rivalries between the Bloods and the Crips, and the dominant gangs within the public housing developments. --Operation "Wet Job"-- In 1998, Chamberlain area where local, and Federal authorities raided a home in the nearby Strawberry Avenue complexes. In the home they found nearly 50 gallons of PCP, along with multiple firearms including assault weapons. 10 reputable Chamberlain Mafia Crips were arrested in connection with the operation including Dwayne Beals, 29, and Darcell Odom, 33. who were allegedly in control of the operation. Federal authorities stated that they had dealt a major blow to the large scale manufacturing and distribution ring in Chamberlain as a whole. The total cost of the drugs found were estimated to be worth about $1,250,000. Along with the PCP, there was also an arsenal of assault weapons and handguns, all stolen, recovered from another apartment within' the complex. Among those charged, Dwayne Beals and Darcell Odom had over 50 charges each, including Manufacturing and distributing a controlled substance, possession of a stolen firearm times 20, Possession of firearm as a felon, etc... which they were found guilty of and were sentenced to life without parole. The trial barely lasted an hour before the jury made their final decision. The rest of the members charged mostly faced conspiracy to manufacture a controlled substance, conspiracy to distribute, and ultimately faced 10 to 15 years each depending on how big of a role they played. Among the 10 charged, 3 of them were youths so their information was never released to the public. The Department of Justice Headquarters SOUTH L.S. “CRIP” GANG LEADER ARRESTED ON FEDERAL CHARGES Monday, July 15th, 2010. A South L.S. gang leader has been arrested by the FBI, being charged with one count of “conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act” and one count of “using a firearm in furtherance of a violent crime resulting in death.” Deandre Anderson, or "Dough Boy”, was said to be a senior member of the "99" Chamberlain Mafia Crips. He was taken into federal custody for allegedly conspiring to kill rival gang members, extorting local businesses and distributing narcotics. The grand jury indictment alleges Anderson was involved in the 2003 murder of a fellow Mafia Crip member and the 2014 murder of a rival gang member. “Anderson ordered the murder of a rival gang member, drove co-conspirators to the victim’s house, and personally handed a co-conspirator a firearm, which the co-conspirator used to murder the victim,” the U.S. Attorney’s office said in a press release. “The murder weapon, an AK-47-style assault rifle, was later found in Anderson's van.” If Anderson is convicted, he could face a statutory maximum sentence of life in federal prison and would be eligible for the death penalty.
  3. MAIN STREET The Main Street Mafia Crips are an active gang located on the Eastside of Los Santos. They have two main subsets that are known as the 84 Main Street Mafia Crips and 98 Main Street Mafia Crips. They fall under the Mafia Crips umbrella along with Fudge Town Mafia Crips and the Blue Gate Mafia Crips also the 99 Watts Mafia Crips. They are known to sport yellow or gold, along with traditional blue to show their affiliation with the crips. 98/84 MAIN STREET MAFIA CRIPS The 98 Main Street Mafia Crips originated around 98th Street and Main Street, between Colden Ave and 104th Street. The 110 Freeway (Harbor) and San Pedro Street, acts as their borderline. They mainly feud with the 102 East Coast Crips, 97 Gangster Crips, 112 Broadway Gangster Crips, and the Denver Lane Gangster Bloods. The 84 Street Mafia Crips are located around 84th Street and Main Street, between San Pedro and Broadway Blvd. The 84 Street Mafia Crips are smaller than their counter part 98 Main Street Crips. Despite their size, the 84 MSMC are known for their brutal reputation for violence. BEEF WITH HOOVERS They refer to the 83 Hoovers, or most Hoovers as “Snoovas” Or “Snoochies” They “whack” out ALL Hoover Sets. One night, a member from MSMC was lurking for the rival enemies from Hoover. He was armed that night looking for any problem, or he wanted to start a problem. He then caught a group of Hoovers, shooting up at them. He then ran away and was shot in his head, one of the 924HCG members had killed him after he shot. Suspects are still loose, along with the LSPD not finding the suspects. Through social media, they use letters like K (meaning Killa) to H’s. There have been multiple killings and Youtube videos made, also videos made of each gang pulling up to their hoods. The Los Santos crime rate has spiked since 2020, and 2019. Disrespecting Hoovers could be seen all around Instagram, and Twitter. The disrespect can reach towards kicking down memorials and candle-lights for fallen gang members. Along with putting K’s to other people’s hoods and slandering dead members. Rivals to the Hoover card will often use "hoochieK" or "HK" (Hoover Killer) to prove that they are really about their business and spread the message that they are out to kill an enemy. In modern times, the 84 Main Street Crip gang consists of a small number of members, ranging from their early teens to their mid-twenties who now consider themselves as the "Main T84m". The gang's recent activities around their neighborhood the past few years have established them as a gang with a dominant but small presence in its area. They've given themselves a name by reckless brutality against other gangs in the area of East Los Santos. GOTTI WORLD On May 31, 2017, Gotti # 3 a / k / a Pat Rat real name Lazale Dewian Smith was killed in a shootout with members of the Hoover Criminals between 104th Street and Main Street. He left his vehicle to start a premeditated shootout on members of the 924HCG (92 and 94 Hoover Criminals Gangsters) but unfortunately they returned gunshots to him and he was shot in the head. At around 12:45 PM officers on patrol from the Police Department responded to a call about an armed robbery before finding Lazale Smith unconscious in the middle of the street. Investigation reports believe Smith drove to the area in a dark SUV before firing several shots in an alley and being shot in the head in return in the shooting, he ended up collapsing in the street. The vehicle with which Lazale Smith went to the scene was no longer there when the police arrived and no other victims were found. To this day, the police are still actively looking for the shooter. A movement to pay tribute to the deceased (as often in gang culture) Gotti World was formed among members of the 984 Main Street Mafia Crips gang to pay tribute to the deceased who is today among the most respected members. of the gang. The 98 Main Street Mafia Crips also adopted the nickname Gotti Gang to pay their respect to the deceased. It is not uncommon for gang members to wear gang clothing on hood days (a local festival celebrated by the gang and neighborhood members) to continue to glorify their memory.

  5. FUDGELANE MAFIA CRIP The Fudge Lane Mafia Crips are a Afro-Latino street gang located/based on the East Side of Los Santos, San Andreas. Their turf spans from Fudge lane to Amarillo Vista although they mainly stay at Fudge lane and are stretched a little thinner at Amarillo Vista. They have two main cliques and they are the V-Ridaz(Vista Riders) and the 108th Street Locs, there are other cliques such as the Eastside Boyz although they are the lesser known clique and don't seem to have many people in their clique. They are known to be a violent gang that are all about money and power, they aren't afraid to go out and do what other won't. HISTORY The Fudge lane Mafia Crips originated in the 1970s on East Los Santos, an area mainly occupied by Mexican gangs such as Varrio King Kobras 13 and other gangs on the East Side. The group was formed by a small clique of Afro-Latinos that attended Davis Highschool and all grew up surrounded by various Mexican gangs and were tired of having to be "forced" to join gangs and other groups that would tear people apart over a thing such as race. For various other reasons separate from the main one they formed one of the only Afro-Latino gangs in all of Los Santos at the time. This gang allowed various individuals of two or more different ethnicities to welcome each other as brothers and sisters. This caused a slow but steady growth in the area and they grew to be one of the more well known gangs in East Los Santos all the way to the other ends of LS. Of course, to fund their growth they began to deal drugs and rob store as well as plan other small-scale schemes. They were heavily involved in serving crack in the 80's and that became their main income for the time being and cocaine/crack are still their main incomes in the drug trade. This later moved onto selling and receiving firearms and participating in extortion of small businesses(Local Gas stations and other local businesses) . It wasn't long till' their schemes had broken down and been reduced to pieces by the feds as in the year 1998 the police had cracked down on them and detained the 3 Head Hunchos of the gang, "OG Pookie", " Big Boy" and "Cookie". They had been found with multiple firearms, drugs and large amounts of counterfeit money at a crack house in the area that was originally an abandoned and broken down house. They had also caught about 15 other individuals involved with the gang and had arrested & sentenced a majority of them to a minimum of 15 years. Not including the Head Hunchos as they were sentenced to life in prison with no parole due to their involvement in multiple deaths and the drug trade as well as their distribution of firearms. They had made a fair share of enemies during there great reign on the streets but a fair share of allies as well and when some were placed in the penitentiary(jail, prison) they had a great opportunity to grow and function from the inside. And although their numbers dwindled in the streets they grew strong in the prisons and still had a strong grip on the youth of the Eastside of Los Santos. MODERN DAY FUDGE LANE CRIP Due to the incarcerations' of the Honchos of the group many of them are young men and women that parole the streets that are left without guidance to the right path and are ruthless individuals with the oldest members being around 35, although this doesn't mean they're weak and still have influence in the streets. They have gotten more violent than before and are becoming a more reputable gang once more. Of course, they don't have as many members as they had originally as many are killed or locked up but they keep a strong mindset and keep the name of the 108th Fudge Lane Crips alive and well in the streets. INSIGNIA OOC INFORMATION This faction is heavily based off on a southside set of the real life Fudge Town Mafia street gang with a mix of Sureno street gang culture, It is recommended you do your research on Fudge Town and Sureno gangs to get a grip of the what the roleplay might be. 6. l. SYNOPSIS Chamberlain Mafia Crips (424 Chamberlain Mafia Crips, S/S Chamberlain Crips, S/S Mafia, Chain Gang, 424 Crips, C-CHILLS) have traditionally been a tight-knit gang involved primarily in burglaries, robberies, homicides, and auto theft. Since the late-2000's drug trafficking appears to have become the chief profit-making activity for the gang. The Los Santos Police Department established a "Youth Gang Task Force" in the early-2000's to address the criminal activities of street gangs. Their findings indicated an increase in gang membership and activity even at that time.Chamberlain Mafia Crips in Los Santos have aligned themselves with various other Los Santos based Crip gangs. In the neighborhood where the Chamberlain Mafia Crips dominate, multiple CRIP tags have been observed. Total membership for the Chamberlain Mafia Crips is estimated to be between 15 and 25 active members and many more prosperous conceivable members. The gang members recognize the confusion they have created by their changing organizational structure and use it to their advantage. Often times they use hand symbols, graffiti, and other gang affiliation symbols interchangeably. CHAMBERLAIN MAFIA CRIPS CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION DIVISION - GANGS - LOS SANTOS ll. DETAILS A. ORGANIZATION Chamberlain Mafia Crips are currently the most visible and are believed to be one of the most violent Los Santos street gangs. They are located in South and Southwest Los Santos where heavy recruiting is being conducted in middle and high schools. The gang’s subsidiary counterparts includes the renowned Baby Locs (REF734). The Baby Locs have a population which differs in age, from 9 to 17. The Baby Locs crips strive to become fully-fledged members of Chamberlain Mafia Crips. Recruitment by the gang is on the increase. Many new members join in a bid to be protected from rival gangs. Others join out of fear of the repercussions of rejecting Chamberlain Mafia Crips or its counterparts. Heavy recruiting is being conducted in many Los Santos high schools. The most common recruitment method in schools is by intimidation, although resistance is common. Many students carry weapons to school in aid to protect themselves from gang members. Numerous assaults involving firearms and knives have occurred on or around junior high and high school campuses during the current school term. The schools report the incidents are a result of gang recruiting and initiation rituals. One initiation ritual requires a prospective member to be physically beaten by other members. The prospective member(s) are expected to commit a crime to be accepted into the gang. In order to move up the ranks in the organization, members must commit crimes of a more violent nature, usually involving firearms. B. OPERATION It has been determined through GND debriefings of incarcerated Chamberlain Mafia Crips members and a rival gang member that several Los Santos gangs and/or individual members are being supplied cocaine by local drug trafficking organizations. Chamberlain Mafia members have stated that some drug traffickers who are currently being investigated or have already been prosecuted in the Southern District of California (S.D. Cal.), are supportive of gang ideology. Chamberlain Mafia Crips members involved in drug trafficking are supplied to some extent by these local drug traffickers. The cocaine is usually distributed by Chamberlain Mafia Crips gang members in the form of crack in the housing projects, around schools and neighborhoods. Some cocaine and marijuana is being supplied by gang members who travel to and from Los Santos, Sacramento, Philadelphia, Memphis, New York, Oakland and other major cities carrying varying amounts of drugs. These members are not always Los Santos based, but recognize Los Santos as fertile ground for gang activity and drug trafficking. C. FINANCES Further investigation must be conducted in order to determine how the Chamberlain Mafia Crips handle their finances. It is said that the gang purchases firearms and more drugs however that is unconfirmed and undocumented. D. CHARACTERISTICS As a protective measure, the younger gang members serve as 'lookouts' and 'decoys' for marked police vehicles when they enter gang areas of operation. Other typical methods are used to disassociate themselves from the drug transactions with unfamiliar individuals. Former Chamberlain Mafia Crips members have gone on record claiming it is very easy to obtain weapons and claim most members of the Chamberlain Mafia Crips are armed constantly. They advised that the attitude of most Chamberlain Mafia Crips members regarding homicide is that it is considered in the line of duty. Chamberlain Mafia Crips members have robbed several liquor stores and gas stations. Chamberlain Mafia Crips members have also robbed local pawnshops where they’re believed to have seized weapons which they use in turf skirmishes, and robberies. Vehicles can be borrowed from suspect car dealers who also provide to the local drug traffickers. Other sources of supply of weapons must be determined. lll.
