  2. The E/S Charleston Projects Hustler Crips are here to create the realistic atmosphere for an predominantly African-American community & LA Crip gang. Despite this concept being fictional real life elements are influenced through lore and structure. New members will expect to grow and showcase their development, with their start being an poverty stricken community. Members ideally will have basic knowledge of LA gang politics, whilst taking a chance to learn everyday. Those who don't abide by the concept's or server's rules are liable of being removed from the concept. Ideal members will be able to juggle a slow burn development whilst abiding by server/concept rules & guidelines. You may PM @Kemet @Elmxr @FatBoyTrell @phixion if you seek admission into the concept.
  3. (Sn00py Harvard with the almighty chain thang) • 10400 BLOCC Sitting right on the intersection of Covenant Avenue and Brouge Avenue lies 10400 Blocc. This whole intersection is considered a no-go/danger zone by many residents and locals in the South Central Los Santos area as it sits right in the middle of multiple neighborhoods that don't get along. Many civilians over the years have been unfortunately caught in the crossfire on this intersection and many innocent lives have been taken because of it. Due to 10400 Blocc being home to the 104 Hard Time Hustlers, gang members from both 104 and other hoods have been murdered on the aforementioned intersection in recent years. So civilians typically avoid these intersections altogether and use Carson Avenue, Davis Avenue and Macdonald Street to get around. "I would literally rather drive an extra ten minutes, burn extra gas, and take the long way just to avoid potentially risking my life driving through all them sections on Brouge! You know? Down that way a nigga might catch a stray or something... shit you never know what the fuck could happen down that way bro." Said Davontae, a 23-year-old South Central native. Even nowadays Roy Lowenstein Boulevard, and the Covenant Avenue intersection doesn't get much traffic either and that's within good reason. • XO CRIP The 104 Hard Time Hustlers are a predominately African American street gang that originated in Davis, San Andreas. This is also what makes them a part of the Rollin 100s umbrella. The 100s (XO) contain multiple individual predominately African American subsets, most gangs within the Rollin 100s are a part of the Neighborhood Crip card but not all of them. The Hard Time Hustlers stand out the most because they are considered to be the largest Hustler Crip set in Los Santos despite the fact that they also align themselves with the Neighborhood Crip card. The XO Crips are made up of the 102 BudLong Gangster Crips, 102 Raymond Avenue Crips, 103 Hard Time Hustler Crips, 105 Underground Crips, 111 Neighborhood Crips, 113 Original Blocc Crips, 115 Neighborhood Crips, 116 Acacia Blocc Hustler Crips, 117 WaterGate Crips, 111 Neighborhood Crips, 120 Acacia Blocc Hustler Crips, and the 120 Raymond Avenue Crips. Originally in the earlier 2010s, the Original Bloccs, 1e11 Neighborhood Crips, 104 Hard Time Hustlers, and the Underground Blocc Crips were all united. Rappers like Yellow Tape, Coot Corleone, Toonchie, and etc collaborated heavily on various songs. Big hood days and multiple functions were thrown for the Rollin 100s where many of the gangs under the umbrella would come together and celebrate. Yellow Tape from 1e11 Neighborhood Crip claimed 108th Street heavily due to all of the gangs being so close relationship-wise, in recent years though, all of the good times came to a stop and a few gangs out of the 100s got torn apart from the alliance due to deaths on both sides and old beef from the 1980's and 90's that resurfaced. This caused the 1e11s, 115's, and the Acacia Bloccs along with the rest of the R100s to fall out. • GREEN RAGS N MONEY BAGS Because the 104 Neighborhood Hard Time Hustler Crips are a part of the Hustler Crip car they also wear green flags. They're also a part of the 480 alliance, you'll hear members from 104 claiming "480 gang" from time to time. This alliance includes the Westside 104 Hard Time Hustlers and the Eastside 88 Hard Time Hustler Crips, a smaller Hustler Crip gang on the East. This alliance has brought the two gangs together closer than ever over the years despite them being on two completely different sides of South Central Los Santos. However, this relationship/alliance between the two gangs does not exclude any other nearby Hustler Crips as 104 are either cool with the other Hustlers or are overall neutral with them.
  4. 103HTHC's Origins The 103HTHC was a set originally located on Brouge Avenue, Davis, this set was apart of the 2x card, meaning that they were a small-time group of neighbourhood crips situated within the avenue, the block had mainly gained notoriety throughout its time for drugs as they had been pushing product to mainly anyone that meant business for them. As time went on throughout the years, the group started to slowly dissipate, many were either hauled off to jail, or killed for their involvement within the group, this had allowed a set of hoovers to appear on their block, wherein they had ran it for a short while, before eventually being ran out by Front Street. Around the time of these events occurring, the only remaining OG known as 'Rasta' had re-appeared from the prison systems, he had decided to get into touch with as many people as he knew from back when the set was properly functioning, and decided to proceed with re-establishing contacts throughout the region of Los Santos, many attempts were futile, however he had managed to establish links primarily with the W/S Rollin 90's Neighbourhood Crips, meaning he's been able to maintain a steady flow on the street. OOC Information The 103HTHC's development (on Brouge Avenue) will revolve around the IC development from the participants of our faction, we wish to portray as much of a realistic faction as we possibly can, for anyone that may be interested in the faction, we have an open discord for anyone to join, this is primarily for anyone who may want to visit or partake within our faction, in order to join simply follow the discord link: https://discord.gg/4Scz2xTgKZ
  5. Rico Godwin III a/k/a Juice Loc#3 a/k/a Juice God a/k/a 360 Juice Age: 18 Height: 5'11'' Weight: 185 lbs Facebrowser: https://face.gta.world/RG3 Rico "Juice Loc#3" Godwin III is the son of Rico Godwin Jr. (Juice Loc#2) an OG from the Crystal Heights Hustler Crips; a defunct Crips set that was hit with a major gang injunction in the late-2010's, where most of the active gang bangers and OG's were locked up for several drug and murder charges. Juice was born into the gang life, coming from a lineage of Hustler Crips that started from his grandfather, Juice Loc#1. Due to that fact, Juice has always spent time with his big homies and would often get in trouble with them. Although, he would never get the brunt of the consequences as he was always protected by the older gang members. They will often take the fall for the young Juice Loc. Growing up, the culture of fast life and fast money was deeply ingrained in Rico's mentality. Even though his big homies would encourage him to stay in school and continue pursuing his budding Football career, he would always pick the streets because of the allure of money, girls, clothes, and power. Heavily influenced by his older peers, he would continue on the cycle of hustling and blowing a bag on expensive clothes and jewelry. With the motivation to get money by any means necessary, he would join the gang on flocks and licks. Being almost always the youngest of the group he would get the smallest percentage of their earnings. Unsurprisingly, he would always blow his money on Jordan's, gold plated chains, and the latest fashion trends. Being dependent on the protection and care of his big homies, the gang injunction would take a toll not only to the Crystal Heights Crips set but also to Juice's psyche. As he witnessed all of his closest friends and elders get locked up he was left only with his father's guidance (or lack thereof). Them not seeing eye to eye a lot of the times, he would pave his own way and methods to securing the bag. He now works at Strawberry's 24-7 after dropping out of high school, getting paid the minimum wage. Juice also moonlights as a taxi driver, using his father's taxi cab whenever it is available and if he needs extra cash. Often, Juice daydreams of living a lavish life, fucking Los Santos' hottest bitches, driving the most expensive cars, wearing the latest drip, and flexing it all on social media. 6. W/S 104 HARD TIME HUSTLER CRIP (HTHC) / ROLLIN 100S NAYBAHOOD (2X) The 104 Hard Time Hustler Crips known as HTHC are currently the largest and most active sub-set of the Hustler Crip and are involved within the Rollin 100 Crip alliance and serve under the Deuces (2x) card and have been for generations and likely will be for generations to come. Regardless of the status of the a Hustler Crip subset they tend to wear colours such as Jade Green amongst their usual Navy Blue ones as they still fall under the Neighborhood (2x) Card. Currently the 104 HTHC are in an alliance with all other Hard Time Hustler Crip sets amongst with Rollin 100 Crip gangs. Some of these gangs that the 104 HTHC are in alliance with are, W/S Underground Blocc Crips, W/S 111 Neighborhood Crips, W/S Watergate Crips and so on. Despite alliances, the 104 HTHC are heavily engaged with war with other crip sets, often from the 3x card. Currently they're at war with such like W/S 99 Mafia Crips, W/S 83 Gangster Crips and the natural IFGBs and other Piru gangs like W/S Avenue Piru Gang. This prolific gang is known to be heavily involved with shootings, robberies, kidnapping and much of the sort. The 104 Hard Time Hustler Crips had partaken and was heavily involved in the 100 Days 100 Nights beef between the Rollin 100s and the Hoovers. It was stated that the natural course of the entirety of the 100 Days 100 Nights beef was started because a member of the Rollin 100s Crip Gang was murdered. As 104 HTHC being in an allegiance with the Rollin 100s this sparked the gang to be heavily involved in the beef. These gangs retaliated for what they called the #100Days#100Nights where they were shooting straight for nearly four months. As it stands right now the W/S 104 Hard Time Hustler Crips stand tall and currently occupy a part of Forum Drive of the West Side of Los Santos, a large portion of the turf which is in control of the 104 HTHC is the B.J Smith Park, which was previously controlled by Brims, after losing battle after battle for a long term of time for awhile now the Hard Time Hustler Crip now occupy and use it as a form of hub for a variety of crime. As it states in a recent released news report, it states within West Los Santos around that specific area the amount of overdoses have shot up by roughly twenty percent after already being in a bad state as the gang continues to put pressure on the drug market.
