  1. "ALTO AL FUEGO" - JUANA ALICIA - 1988 La Comunidad aims to portray the Hispanic community of (but not limited to) North San Andreas. The last two decades, the clandestine migration of Mexicans and Central Americans through the Tamaulipas-Texas route has had ups and downs thanks to the economy, and surveillance put into this route. This however has not stopped the so-called "Coyotes" from limiting their presence in the area. What could be the link between the organized crime and the clandestine migration? You may ask, in my experience, the link takes visibility through the "Coyotes" as they are most of the time linked to someone else, they are, what they call in Mèxico, "apadrinados". They are untouchable and they are paying thousands of dollars to someone directly associated to a criminal group known as "La Maña". Beyond the ethnographic and contemporary narratives referring to "La Maña", we present you with the real name of the criminal group in charge of this whole clandestine movement. With approximately 350 kilometers of longitude, the route between Tamaulipas and Texas represents almost a 10% of the whole US-Mexico border. It is a region with a lengthy story of drug trafficking, homicide, human trafficking and so on and someone always controls it. A Northern city of Mèxico is heavily influenced economic wise by this whole route. Sinaloa. The fresh immigrant will do anything for some cash, they do not only have to support themselves, but their entire families. Some of them have families of at least ten members, it's not an easy task but they manage to pull through.
  2. OOC INFO: This is going to follow the development of two Mexican Immigrants and their journey in America, this screenshot gallery will showcase the Role-Play of @BuckShots @C0RNN1BS In the Paisa Alliance.
  3. This topic is about a group of taggers in the South Vinewood area.

  7. "He said to them: I am the bread of life; he who comes to me will never be hungry; and whoever believes in me will never thirst." Edgar Padilla Edgar Padilla also known as "Acid" was born October 22, 1983 in West Las Vegas, Nevada, ex-gang member that was well known for being involved in a various criminal partnerships and activities, such as kidnapping, armed robbery, human trafficking and furthermore instilled criminal actions. Biography: Edgar "Acid" Padilla was once one of the more notorious members of the HPS13 gang in Las Vegas, known for his violent temper and quick trigger finger. Born and raised in the tough streets of West Las Vegas, Naked Street. Edgar grew up surrounded by poverty, crime, and violence. He dropped out of school at an early age and joined the gang to find a sense of belonging and protection. For years, Edgar was a feared and respected enforcer for the gang formed, responsible for carrying out hits, extorting businesses, and trafficking drugs. He was known for his fierce loyalty to the gang, his brutal tactics, and his willingness to do whatever it took to protect his money. However, as Edgar got older, he began to see the toll that the gang lifestyle was taking on his community and his own life. He started to question the senseless violence and the constant cycle of retaliation that only seemed to perpetuate the gang culture. He realized that he wanted a better life for his children, who he rarely saw due to his frequent incarcerations. After spending several years in prison for drug trafficking and assault, Edgar decided to turn his life around. He started slowly working his way out of the street as civil conflicts were at an all time high. He began working at a local metal fabrication and repairs shop at just around the corner from Naked St. Various years later time was spent in prison for drug trafficking, assault, and further issues arising. Edgar decided it was in his and his families best interest to turn tides and work his way along different means of income, professionally. After years of civil conflicts rising in his own gangs ranks there was only one way to go, and that was out. After finalizing a few last promises out in Nevada he turned haste towards Los Santos to meet with his cousin that eventually got him a job working for a garage out north. Months passed and he started to get a cleaner reputation around his end of the street, dipping his hands into business and more lucrative and organized terms of income. 8. This thread will showcase the background and development of Hispanic siblings living out of East Los Santos. The main perspective will be that of Isabella Arias with supporting development from her brother Cesar Arias. Backstory Isabella/Bella is the oldest of three siblings at aged 23. Miguel, the middle child, would be aged 22 if he were still alive today. Cesar is the youngest sibling at aged 19. After the youngest of the three siblings was born their Father walked out on the family. The family got by for the first ten or so years until their Mothers undiagnosed diabetes started developing into more serious issues which forced her to quit work. As a result the three siblings felt an immense pressure to provide for themselves and their family at a young age with Bella being only 17 about to start her final two years of high school. Bella managed to get her final two years of high school education put on hold by contacting the school board about her situation. She used these two years to work three part time jobs bringing in all the money she could for the family whilst saving a little on the side. Her brothers on the other hand took to the streets becoming entwined with the gang lifestyle, within a year they were selling drugs and tagging up the neighbourhood to make a name for themselves at ages 16 and 14. Bella was soon back to school to finish her final two years of education late. During this time she didn't really speak to her brothers as much as they used to before the street life took over and made their opinions differ drastically. Despite this she still offered her compassion and guidance where she could but often felt scared to express her opinions in front of the gang. After her late graduation in 2020 she took a job as a family care worker going through a few months training to earn her qualifications. This was a job she felt close to home as it was revolved around providing support to families suffering through illness, poverty and such, much like her own family had when she was growing up. Life was fairly smooth from this point on, Isabella's wage was enough to support herself and her mother in the family apartment. Her brothers also contributed dirty money to the family that they earnt through the streets. This was still something Isabella didn't agree with and could see how her brothers were shifting into darker versions of themselves over the years. Eventually Isabella's worst nightmare struck true when Miguel was shot in a drive-by shooting on the road in front of the Arias' apartment in early October 2022. This would cause Isabella to put in a resignation at work and spend the next four months processing the grief the entire family were going through. Her brother Cesar dealt with the grief his own way choosing to delve deeper into his life of drugs and booze to numb the pain he was feeling. This leads the family into 2023 present day where the two remaining siblings still don't see eye to eye on a number of subjects. Bella is now trying to settle down and find a new career in the Emergency Services industry whilst Cesar navigates his way through the gang life of East Los Santos.
  9. History: DTS (DOWNTOSHOOT) was founded in 2019 by Carlos Guerrero and Alan Espejo in the Bridgetown Apartments after noticing that all their individual tags had been painted over by tagging crews from other neighborhoods. They soon recruited other taggers in their community aiming to force tagging crews from other areas to stay out of Mirror Park. Carlos, and Alan then began recruiting other locals to join their crew. Cesar Arias, Miguel Blanco, and Rue Gomez made up the original membership. The group soon started committing petty crimes engaging in shoplifting, and breaking into cars to help fund their tagging, and partying. A year after being formed the group was shaken when Juan “Snoopy” Guerrero the older brother of founding member Carlos Guerrero was killed in a drive by shooting while leaving a house party in the El Burro neighborhood. Following this event their tags began reflecting this and to this day often have a R.I.P Snoopy accompanying them. Despite only having a handful of members DTS began their rise to local fame after the death of Snoopy, their tags becoming typically less artistic, and more reminiscent of local gang tags, however new murals can occasionally be seen popping up around the area. In recent times the crew has been more prone to using violence to keep other tagging crews out of their neighborhood engaging in several brawls, however shootings, or stabbings are unheard of. DOWNTOSHOOT can often be found hanging out at the Mirror Park LTD, The Bridgetown Apartments, and the park itself. OOC: All recruitment into this faction is handled ICly. We aim to accurately portray a small time tag banging crew. This means that you cannot expect constant shootings, or big time drug sales within this faction in it's current state. If you’re interested in joining your character should be a teenage local to Mirror Park. Accepting our script invite is granting faction leadership character kill permissions.
  10. Adrián Montenegro From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Adrián Carlos Montenegro (born October 24, 2001), also known as "El Lupo" (Italian: the wolf) was a reputed Cuban-American drug trafficker active in Los Santos during the early 2020s. He was allegedly an associate of a Mexican drug trafficking cell in southern San Andreas, under Ezequiel "Whisper" Medina, leader of the Paisa Alliance. Adrián was allegedly a notable fentanyl distributor in Los Santos, following his discharge from the United States Marine Corps in 2021. Montenegro was last spotted alive on June 2, 2023 according to CCTV footage from a 24/7 store on the Great Ocean Highway. It is believed he was murdered by his criminal associates, though some organized crime theorists believe he fled to Mexico. Biography Adrián Montenegro was born in Havana, Cuba to Carlos and Valeria Montenegro. According to records from the Havana police, Carlos was involved with a Cuban drug trafficking cell during the 2000s, under Santiago "El Zumbón" Salazar (d. 2011). Carlos was later slain in 2008 by the organization, and Adrián and Valeria fled to the United States as illegal immigrants. They later obtained green cards. Adrián and his mother initially lived in East Beach, Los Santos before settling in the heavily Hispanic neighborhood of Rancho, where he attended high school. During his time in school, he worked at the Tool Shed, a hardware store in West Vinewood managed by his cousin, Vanessa. He graduated with a diploma in 2019 and joined the United States Marine Corps. While in the Marines, Adrián was assigned to the 2nd Marine Raider Battalion, as part of Task Force 211. His unit was stationed in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. It is believed that after Adrián returned from his deployment, he became associated with the Paisa Alliance, working primarily alongside Ezequiel "Whisper" Medina and "Culebra", an unidentified major drug trafficker in Los Santos (referenced during the trial of Dominic "The Blonde" Civella, an alleged member of the Martorano crime family.) From 2021 to the summer of 2023, Adrián was allegedly responsible for the distribution of fentanyl and cocaine as part of the Mexican narcotrafficking ring operated by Whisper. For much of 2022, Adrián operated in Phoenix, Arizona. He returned to Los Santos later in the year. Throughout his tenure as a drug trafficker, Adrián maintained legal employment at the Tool Shed, and the Panaderia La Camilita restaurant in Morningwood. Disappearance Adrián Montenegro was last spotted buying coffee at a 24/7 convenience store on the Great Ocean Highway near Los Santos, on the morning of June 2, 2023. It is unknown what became of him after that, though independent crime researchers suggest he was murdered by the Paisa Alliance, or a rival organization. Other investigators suggest Adrián could have faked his own death and fled to Mexico, where he has family in the state of Sinaloa. He could've fled due to heat from law enforcement, or from tension within his organization. As of the present day, Adrián or his remains have not been located, and no witnesses have come forth to shed light on his disappearance. References 1. ^ Sol Prendido, (March 24, 2022). 11. Screenshots will not necessarily be posted in chronological order. This thread will provide glimpses into Vanessa Montenegro's life, a second generation American criminal born and raised in Miami, Florida by immigrant parents. Vanessa Montenegro Age: 36 Birthplace: Miami, Florida Occupation: Drug Dealer Affiliation: N/A Biography Vanessa Montenegro (born July 16, 1988) is an American woman of Cuban-Mexican descent and an active drug dealer residing in Los Santos, San Andreas. She hails from Miami and is the daughter of a undocumented immigrant Mexican father. Her mother was a legal immigrant from Cuba herself before migrating to Florida. Vanessa's immediate family, including her father and brothers were actively involved in the local drug trade in Miami. Vanessa herself was no stranger to partaking in petty crime as a delinquent youth, she sold drugs and started using cocaine from a very young age of fifteen and would occasionally partake in shoplifting with her friends. Eventually due to her behavior, Vanessa’s grades in school would begin to flounder. She ended up leaving school before completing her senior year. After leaving school she worked a series of low paying retail jobs in Miami. In this time, she also began to increasingly sell marijuana and cocaine to support herself. At her family’s behest Vanessa migrated to Los Santos in her early twenties to take care of her younger cousin Adrian “Lupo” Montenegro, whose mother was diagnosed with cancer. Vanessa’s relationship with her immediate family had already deteriorated substantially in the years after she dropped out of school. She had also already been looking for an opportunity to escape her stagnant situation in Miami and this was her golden opportunity to start anew. In Los Santos she found steady work as a cashier at a hardware store before eventually working her way up to manager of the same business in a few years time. She had also began to dip her toes into the local drug trade within Los Santos, gradually accruing connections over the years with other drug dealers across the city. Eventually, Vanessa would clique up with a group of Paisas based in Morningwood after coming into their orbit. She would spend many years cliqued up with the crew of Paisas. Vanessa grew to become a valuable and trusted insider within this crew despite being a US born Hispanic and of partial Cuban descent. She made use of her pre-existing pool of connections to help further the crew’s interests. However it wasn't all smooth sailing. Along the way Vanessa was tested and eventually ended up having a fair share of blood on her hands, including that of her own cousin Adrian. She was ordered to kill Adrian on the crew leader's personal orders. She reluctantly carried out the kill order on her own cousin and to this day has not truly recovered from the trauma of the incident, essentially having chosen her crew over her own blood. In spite of this trauma she continued to serve the Paisa cause well into the mid 2020s until the organization became defunct. In late 2023 the leader of the crew suddenly vanished from San Andreas for unknown reasons. Vanessa was left to her own devices in the aftermath of his disappearance. She continued to soldier on as an independent drug dealer once more, before leaving San Andreas herself.
  12. IC INFORMATION Lane 39 or L39 for short is primarily a Latin-American street-gang located on Forum Drive, Chamberlain Hills, Lane 39 was formed in 2015 by 3 Spanish teen's who grew up in Los Santos. Their names are Carlos and Martin Alonzo who are brothers and their friend Esteban, Lane 39 has been in the streets for years but recently just started hitting local news for the activities they do on the streets. They started as a small crew but the crew soon turned into a street-gang after doing certain activities like Graffiti, Robbery, Murder, Shoplifting, Drug Trafficking, and Arms Trafficking. Despite being a relatively small street-gang they are still armed with illegal firearms, If someone asks any of them where they are from then they simple respond with "Boys from the Lane." to avoid rival gang conflicts from happening. SHOOTINGS AND OTHER INCIDENTS. In 2021, the homocide of a female who was affiliated with a rival of Lane 39 was found dead and it was assumed that Lane 39 was responsible, 1 witness came forward but nothing really happened to do with the case including no arrests or anything despite saying that Estebans van was at the scene of the murder. LSPD not long after dismissed the case after they had barely any evidence to support the idea of Lane 39 members doing it. This year has been serious for Lane 39 as they have been more active than ever on the streets and so with that there comes more problems, A member who is known as Sleepy got into an altercation with a unknown male after he insulted him, so Sleepy turned the verbal argument into a physical fight which left him standing and the guy on the floor knocked out, Sleepy was so angry with the guy so he decided to stomp on the guys head which ended up killing him. No witnesses or cameras picked up the fight so they never caught him. On the 28th of October this year, Lane 39 members got into a shootout with LSPD which resulted in the death of a LSPD Officer, the shooting happened at the 24/7 on Strawberry. Not much information is known about the shooting but it's said that the members who were involved are on the low because of the shooting and no arrests have been made. OOC INFORMATION. Lane 39 is Latin-American but they allow other races to join but only a few of them to join it, Do not just walk up to them in-game and ask to buy guns, drugs, or anything like that because it will be a no, We only stick to regulars or people we can trust and know. For more information contact @Znojko @74Mak @realsteele

  17. OOC INFORMATION Our goal is to accurately portray a Hispanic street gang. Our focus is strictly roleplay and every decision leadership and members make should be done in character. We aim to create an environment in which character development comes first and foremost. Characters should not be born shooters who lack emotion, characters/players found to have poor portrayal, lack of personality, or a shoot first mentality will swiftly be warned or removed from the group. Those who are looking to join should portray young Hispanic teens from Amarillo Vista St. in El Burro as all recruitment will be done in character. We are open to any and all constructive criticism, as it is the best way for us to improve our roleplay, thread, and concept. Lastly, this is of our own creation and we do not aim to portray the real life Brown Pride Surenos. If you have any questions please contact OOC leadership: @jibjammin @HyDru (This thread is still under construction, and is subject to change with plans to expand it)
