  1. Westside Longos 13 (WSL13) is an exclusively Hispanic varrio, operating around the Vespucci/La Puerta area of West Los Santos. Varrio Longo 13 originated during the 1960s during the 1960s, as a single unit. They became infused with the Mexican Mafia around the 1980s like many other Hispanic street gangs that fell under the Sureno umbrella. The Longos 13 were once the largest varrio around the Harbor Area of Los Santos, but by the mid 2000s Hispanic varrios like Culver City 13, Vespucci 13, and Terror Town 13 gained more control, pushing the Longos 13 to the brink of being defunct. Varrio Longo 13 once was a single entity. By the 1970s, members broke off forming two subgroups known as the Eastside and Westside Longos, due to internal fighting. The Northside Longos were the last of the three to emerge taking roots in North Vespucci Beach. Since the inception of the Westside Longos the gang has shown harsh treatment towards different ethnic groups, this is one of the primary reason behind the formation of Asian, Samoan, and Cambodian street gangs such as the Tiny Rascals and the Asian Boyz. The Westside Longos have been considered to be the most hated criminal street gang in the Harbor City, due to the fact that they have killed members from most African-American street gangs in Vespucci Beach/La Puerta. The Westside Longos once claimed the area around Goma Street, but due to a gang injunction in 2022 by the Los Santos City Attorney the street gang lost control of the area due lack of membership. Two main leaders within Eastside Longos 13 Oscar “Sicko” Cano, and Alexander “Grumps” Ordonez were arrested after a 22 year old documented Asian Boyz gang-member was killed during April of 2022. The murder was the final straw in a 2-year investigation into the Eastside Longos, which spread to an increase in recruitment with the Westside Longos 13. During the 1990s, Vespucci Beach was at the peak of its racist history. Since the early 1900s the 'Marina Area' has experienced hundreds of racially motivated gangs popping up and being responsible for dozens of racially-motivated attacks on several different ethnic groups. Since the mid-1980s, Vespucci Beach, famous for its muscle beach, and early morning winds, has also been something of a magnet for white-supremacist gangs. Its Bay Avenue backyards, and downtown area have been gathering spots for young people whose heads, swastika tattoos, steel-toed boots and racist philosophy mark them as "skins." In the last few years, skinheads from Vespucci Beach have been linked to violent episodes both in and outside L.S. Since the late 1980s, Longos have been a part of intense battle with neighboring Crip Factions in the ‘Marina Area’ of Greater Los Santos. One of the most intense conflicts in recent time has been between Westside Longo and Rollin 20 Crip. The clique within Longos 13 responsible for most of the violent crimes with Blacc Bandit Crip was the Northside Longo 13 clique, located around N. Bay City Avenue & N. San Andreas Avenue. Due to the Police and Sheriff's Department’s county crackdown on gang-activity in the early 1990s the conflict between Blacc Bandit Crip & Northside Longos 13 was diminished as ongoing feuds between the two gangs resulted in many of members on each side either becoming incarcerated or deceased. As the conflict between Blacc Bandit Crip & Northside Longos 13 finished, other cliques within Longos 13 throughout Vespucci adopted the moniker of ‘Crip Killer’. This infuriated local Crip gangs creating tension between Longo neighborhoods and Crip neighborhoods. These tensions have been amplified by an increase in racial-attacks between ‘African-Americans & Hispanic-Americans’. Many non-gang affiliated residents become assumed gang-members by each side. Resulting in the 2004 death of ‘Tonya Price’, a local elementary teacher who was shot inside a hair-salon by reputed ‘Eastside Longos 13’ gang-member Elise Salazar. Race-related fights have afflicted school campuses across the county, but specifically in the Marina Area. Civil rights advocates say that violence has grown at an alarming rate last year, continuing the 1990 trend of more Latino versus black confrontations prompting increases in police presence as to community discussions between the ethnic groups. At the height of the racial-conflict in 'Vespucci Beach', many members of the Longo 13 street-gang were incarcerated due to the intense back and forth violence intertwined with hate crimes. This was the result of many Crip gangs in the area, as both sides partook in the war. The racial gang-war between Vespucci Beach Crips, and the Westside Longos began to meet deceleration after a peace-treaty was called between Westside Longos 13, and E/S Insane Crip Gang in 2016. The peace-treaty was the result of several gang-members from the Insane Crip Gang being apprehended for the murder of 13-year old Hispanic boy, "Michael Cerritos". Many residents in the Vespucci Beach deemed the treaty to be insincere as the Los Santos Sherriff's Department had cultivated the peace-treaty as a threat to increase civil-injunctions in the 'Marina Area'. By 2019 the treaty had become a thing of the past, individuals from Longo cliques had currently re-activated the conflict by attacking African-Americans around the S. Melanoma Street neighborhood. Due to the decline in Crip gangs remaining active in the Vespucci Beach since the Blacc Bandit Crip (Vespucci Beach), and Insane Crip Gang (Del Perro) any conflict between the Crips and Longos has become stagnant. This has allowed the Longos 13 gang to develop it's new generation of gang-members through recruiting at local high-schools in the East/North side neighborhoods of Vespucci Beach.
  2. "He said to them: I am the bread of life; he who comes to me will never be hungry; and whoever believes in me will never thirst." Edgar Padilla Edgar Padilla also known as "Acid" was born October 22, 1983 in West Las Vegas, Nevada, ex-gang member that was well known for being involved in a various criminal partnerships and activities, such as kidnapping, armed robbery, human trafficking and furthermore instilled criminal actions. Biography: Edgar "Acid" Padilla was once one of the more notorious members of the HPS13 gang in Las Vegas, known for his violent temper and quick trigger finger. Born and raised in the tough streets of West Las Vegas, Naked Street. Edgar grew up surrounded by poverty, crime, and violence. He dropped out of school at an early age and joined the gang to find a sense of belonging and protection. For years, Edgar was a feared and respected enforcer for the gang formed, responsible for carrying out hits, extorting businesses, and trafficking drugs. He was known for his fierce loyalty to the gang, his brutal tactics, and his willingness to do whatever it took to protect his money. However, as Edgar got older, he began to see the toll that the gang lifestyle was taking on his community and his own life. He started to question the senseless violence and the constant cycle of retaliation that only seemed to perpetuate the gang culture. He realized that he wanted a better life for his children, who he rarely saw due to his frequent incarcerations. After spending several years in prison for drug trafficking and assault, Edgar decided to turn his life around. He started slowly working his way out of the street as civil conflicts were at an all time high. He began working at a local metal fabrication and repairs shop at just around the corner from Naked St. Various years later time was spent in prison for drug trafficking, assault, and further issues arising. Edgar decided it was in his and his families best interest to turn tides and work his way along different means of income, professionally. After years of civil conflicts rising in his own gangs ranks there was only one way to go, and that was out. After finalizing a few last promises out in Nevada he turned haste towards Los Santos to meet with his cousin that eventually got him a job working for a garage out north. Months passed and he started to get a cleaner reputation around his end of the street, dipping his hands into business and more lucrative and organized terms of income. 4. Full Name: Duane Rogers Current Age: 21 Ethnicity: White American Duane is the son of the notorious inbred white supremacist Harry Rogers and mother Jenny Smith. Her father was known in the countryside of San Andreas as a dangerous druggie. Duane was only six years old when his father died from a meth overdose. He spent his younger years playing in the desert with his sister Georgia Rogers and studying the hunters techniques for when they grow up. At around the age of eight Duane was introduced to a new father figure which was his mother’s new boyfriend, John “Johnny” Brown. Growing up with Johnny was different to when he was with his dad, Johnny was less biased and racist against other races. Even though Johnny was like that Duane still followed his deceased father’s beliefs that the whites were the one true race and all the rest were horrible people. At the age of ten Duane’s new father figure Johnny had organized a trip to Los Santos to see the big city, unfortunately this is where Duane’s feelings towards black people would pay. Upon arriving they bought a motel room on the eastside of Los Santos, from there Duane would sneak out the motel room with his sister Georgia while their parents were sleeping. They snuck out into the night of Los Santos filled with junkies, gang bangers, and other dangerous people of that sort. While walking around they stumbled into a black gang’s territory known as the East Side Slausons. After moving into there they spotted one of the gang members and Georgia yelled “Look at that n*gger!”. The Slauson then turned around to see the two kids and reached to his waistband for his gun, Georgia ran but Duane fled too late and got shot in the back while running. Medics and police soon arrived after an anonymous caller told the police about the situation they witnessed while walking by. Duane was now in the hospital on life support as the bullet had hit and went into his upper back area near his cervical spine. In order to pay for Duane’s hospital bills and support Jenny had to take up a job as a cashier. After a week Johnny left Jenny and she was left depressed and her will to keep going on started slowly fading. Unfortunately even the job couldn’t pay for all the bills she had to pay and was eventually sued for their trailer in the countryside. They were now homeless and Duane had just gotten out of the hospital and physical therapy. By then a year had passed and they were surviving off donations and trash cans. When Duane was thirteen he was exposed to the white crime world of Los Santos when he and the rest of his family relocated near Dog Town. He soon cliqued with the local tagging groups and skatepunk scenes in the area and was known as “Country Boy”. He made friends with the kids around there and one day was invited to go with them to smash open some gumball machines and steal its cash. naturally as a young boy wanting to fit in he accepted and went with them on the mission. They hit up the first spot near the beach’s tattoo shop then hit up two more at the Cluckin’ Bell. The mission went successfully and Duane decided to start saying that he was from Dog Town. Shenanigans like that had kept going on until Duane turned sixteen and had finally got enough money to rent an apartment for his family and buy a small pistol. With the pistol he guarded his mother and sister from the dangers of the night. Soon enough his sister, Georgia who was seventeen at the time had decided to hang out with him and join up in the crime life. They soon planned more activities to engage in such as muggings or pickpocketing. Soon they decided to do something bigger and had planned to rob a gas station in China Town with two other Dog Town boys. They prepped for it and had bought masks and glasses and everything to hide their identity. When the day came they rode in a four seater sedan to the gas station and walked in brandishing their guns and demanding money. The Chinese man at the register refused to give them the money and thats when Duane shot one of his liquor bottles, the gun shot could be heard around the area and soon police came after them the Chinese man finally gave up the money. Georgia went and grabbed the car and drove it around back as the other two and Duane went through the back door and to the car. They sped off but unfortunately for them someone had taken a picture of their license plate and had reported it. They had made around four thousand dollars from the heist and were living quite lavishly to the area’s standards. Sadly their high life ended quickly as the police had arrived at Duane’s apartment and demanded him and his sister for questioning about the robbery. Their mother wept and cried as they took them away. The two didn’t say a word about what happened in the gas station and were put in jail for the night since they were both minors and it was both their first offence. The next day they got a taxi home and unlocked the door to see the horrific scene of their mother dead on the floor with an open pill bottle. They arranged a funeral for her up in the countryside where they came from where the Dog Town locals and distant relatives showed up. After the funeral they had talked to each other and decided to move back up to the countryside and settle down for a little bit. They moved there and into a trailer where they spent around three years working normal jobs, making talk with the locals, and just “chilling” out. After a while the pair had decided they have had enough of the boring lifestyle and decided to move back to Vespucci and get back into crime.
  5. This thread will be following the development and growth of Malcolm Andrews, a growing member of the Cortes Aryan Skin Heads. Malcolm Andrews also known as "Mally" or "Junior" (was born July 3rd, 2003, East-west Los Santos, Vespucci Boulevard, San Andreas) is a newfound associate of the infamous Cortes Aryan Skin Heads or otherwise known as "C-A-S-H" - the group is widely known for their practice in hate-speech, theft, drug abuse, and violent tendencies. Malcolm was raised in a rough, abusive household with his older sister Melanie; who left when she finished her Freshman year of High school... His parents "Richard Andrews" and "Bethany Andrews" split due to his fathers alcoholic issues becoming more troublesome over the years, resulting in beating his son most nights to relieve the guilt and stress. Malcolm's childhood was anything but pleasant. He continued to watch his fathers life spiral down as he continued to consume his life in a plethora of liquor. Malcolm spent most of his nights out on the streets, not wanting to go home, not wanting to feel another belt across his face. Exhausted and hungry he often found his home around the other degenerates that around Vespucci, most of those who praised the rules of hate and greed. Into his late teenage years, he continued to visit the beach, bringing his BMX to the boardwalk and the skate-park, most often could be found with his new friend "Boozer", a sickly looking individual that was consistently trying to assure Malcolm that there were better means of life around the corner - family, money, power, and respect. Malcolm started to grasp back at reality, living with his own set of rules, left the motel that his father was staying in, and started to hang closer to the scum around the beach. Eventually Malcolm was shown some ways on how to make some money on his own, by any means. Malcolm realized that there was some serious money involved, already slapping palms up with some of his newly found brothers, going to parties, and finding himself talking with various criminals, taking drugs, drinking and further being intrigued by the environment. Malcolm was always interested in furthering himself, trying to test his boundaries, knowing how easy it was to get money only made his ambitions heightened, darker and more dangerous for a youthful mind. No school, no father, no mother, and no sister. Family to him was the Beach. Money to him was everything. Fathers to him were a hold-back. Mothers to him were a lie.
