  2. Origins Parkside Gangsters 13 started out as a clique of Paisas under the Los Pumas 16 (The gang's original name being Bridge Town 16) street gang as a part of their search to expand all across the city of Los Santos. The clique was placed inside of the projects of Mirror Park Boulevard before setting up shop and letting their presence be known to the locals through the use of graffiti, open air drug sales, and late-night parties that would blare music all night long. The gang had built up such a notoriety from their activities that it eventually trickled back down to the leaders of Los Pumas attention. Upon hearing the amount of money that was being made in the area, the gang began to aggressively tax the clique. Bridge Town 16 eventually refusing to pay the taxes following an altercation in which they did not see the benefits of paying their tax. Los Pumas responded by removing the clique from the banner, insisting that they pay the tax. Bridge Town 16 began its dissolution following that, the clique changing its name to Bridge Town Mafia. They started to conduct business outside of the Paisa realm of influence and began to recruit members that were not of strictly Mexican descent in an attempt to prepare for an incoming retaliation from their former associates. Present Day Recently, Parkside Gangsters have begun affiliating themselves with the Mexican Mafia otherwise known as La Eme. The clique changing their name from Bridge Town Mafia to Parkside Gangsters 13 in order to fall in line with other Sureno gangs. PGS beginning to pay taxes to the heads of La Eme along with attaching the number 13 to the end of their clique's name in order to represent their Sureno affiliations. The gang keeping their use of red bandannas as homage to their previous affiliations. The gang can be frequently seen around the East Vinewood/Mirror Park area with tags and graffiti done by the gang being visible. Territory OOC Section This Unofficial Faction intends on portraying a fictional Sureño gang formed of drop-outs from the Bridge Town clique of Los Pumas 16. The gang mainly consisting of small-time criminals and graffiti artists who still stay together to protect themselves and their community. We place a heavy emphasis on character portrayal and development. If you are interested in joining the gang you can reach out to us via our discord or via pming @Slumped. https://discord.gg/WSnuvVSF (Thread subject to change multiple times throughout the week.
  3. No Good Family is an East Vinewood-based Peckerwood gang. NGF is a smaller gang amongst white gangs in modern day Los Santos. Originally, NGF was founded by a group of cousins from the Shaw family, a local East Vinewood white trash family, simply to annoy their neighbors, who frequently referred to them as trash, nuisances, and No Good. Eventually, the name stuck with the group and No Good Family Woods was formed. The gangs membership was formally just what the name entailed, family. However in recent years recruitment had reached out to friends and East Vine residents attracted to the lifestyle. NGF is a tight knit group built on the word family. They protect each other and do not walk away from the possibility of using violence to do so. Members can be identified by tattoos reading NGF [No Good Family], Peckerwood ink, FTF [For The Family], and or a cracked skull with a N and G on each side. The best way to define NGF is a collection of wild white gangsters. NGF isn't a powerhouse in no way shape or form. They aren't a large criminal enterprise, they are a small group of drug dealers, addicts, and petty thieves. The majority of their criminal endeavors are to fuel their own addictions or to fund basic needs that quick cash can take care of. In 2021 30% of property damage and home break-ins in the East Vine and Mirror Park area were credited to NGF members. While the group's main hub is East Vinewood, they don't claim turf like a traditional gang would. There is little sense or care of community outside of the gang itself. Anything in or outside of their main AO is a potential opportunity for a NGF member.
  4. La Puente - The Bridgetown Gentlemen La Puente was one of those many so-called hicks towns that where out there in the boonies. Back then the area was filled with muddy river beds, and rail road tracks criss-crossed the flat hills topography of the East Los Valley. Packed-dirt sidewalks were the norm in many of its neighborhood streets. It was a stereotypical Mexican place where you could fence in your property, raise chickens or goats, and hunt racoons or roadrunners just a short distance from the roads and homes nearby; the place was like country living. After WWII, La Puente became a boom town. The place was prime marketing land for the realty companies which came in and divided up everything into "tracts" and laid it all out into "grids" on the map. So many families from LS and elsewhere moved to the East Vinewood area in the 1950's that for a time the place was called "kidsville," because there where just so many little folks on its streets; kids ruled; they owned the streets. Architecturally and economically, the La Puente area went through intense developments and grew so much during the 1950's. La Puente for a time was the classical white urban area of the leave it to beaver kind of epoch. But just like its twisted name of "LA" instead of "EL," it also had another story brewing under its topside look. White on the outside, Brown on the inside. Chicanos who came in droves during the 1920s, 30s, and by the 1950s, the time when the homes and freeway construction were taking place, Chicanos made La Puente their home. And so first the Pa'Chucos put in together as the Old Town Puente Gents, and then in later years, they went on to generate the Puente 13 Tinflanes in the 1950's. Crime has always existed in East Vinewood & Mirror Park, and it continues to effect the civilians living in the area on a daily basis. The area has been very heavily competitive in the tagger scene, with there being upwards of $25,000 in damage on public and private property during 2019. Gang members of La Puente 13 have made an abundance of noise in the area, with there being multiple occurrences of drug trafficking and identity theft which were investigated and documented thoroughly. Throughout the lifespan of P13, they were known to follow through and put in work for the Mexican Mafia in which led to an abundance of crime to arise, crimes such as murder, extortion, and drug and arm trafficking wasn't anything out of the ordinary. Varrio Puente 13 La Puente 13 had a total membership of 3,000 foot soldiers at one point, with a total of 12 different cliques operating in different areas of East Vinewood & Mirror Park. Although, it's membership has taken a toll due to the nature of multiple cliques expanding and becoming their own neighborhood, first of which to ever do it was; Happy Homes Puente. Although there's an agreement in place that all cliques which were once part of Varrio Puente 13 continue to represent it on the yard. Varrio Puente has had many indictments thrown at them which had a large number of their foot soldiers arrested for racketeering, being part of its methamphetamine distribution ring, fraud and identity theft. Puente 13 has became smaller and smaller over the years, and currently the most active cliques reside on Bridge Street & Mirror Park, identifying themselves as the Parkside Los Gangsteros (PLGS), and the Little Happy Homes (LHH). They have also been known to consume local tagger bangers and tagger crews by dragging them into the dope game, and convincing them to start representing the neighborhood in order to become part of a bigger organisation to become a more threatening to their enemy crews.

  6. LOS SANTOS GANG WARS: BACKYARD JOKERS The neighborhood of East Vinewood has been home to violent street gangs since the early 50s. Originally a middle class white neighborhood, with the influx of Hispanics to the area the demographics of the area quickly changed. A good dozen amount of gangs sprung up in the area claiming their territories with graffiti and fighting in parking lots, alleyways, and in the streets of East Vinewood. One such gang that sprung up during the 90s was Baby Ryders or simply the Ryders. It was started by a group of males who simply meant to protect their homes and people that lived in the area. Baby Ryders were predominantly Hispanic although allowed non-Hispanics to join their ranks. This allowed the gang to control its area and able to stand toe to toe with much larger gangs out of the area such as the W/S Rockwood Street Locos, and the W/S Temple Street Gangs, a Hispanic American gang that would eventually become an ally of the Baby Ryders. E/S BABY RYDERS 13 The E/S Baby Ryders 13, also known as Barrio Ryders 13/Backyard Jokers 13 is an Sureno gang located in Vinewood, Los Santos. The Backyard Jokers, is a known, but small, tightknit member base subset of the Baby Ryders 13 gang. Although the Backyard Jokers gang is a small subset, they are still known for participating in major criminal activities, from kidnapping to homicides. The gang adopted the number 13, linking them to the Sureno car. Throughout the Eastside of Vinewood, the Backyard Jokers gang have claimed their territory by kicking it at the main hotspots, which can be pinpointed to the North Vinewood Park Recreation Centre and Mirror Park Boulevard. Since the up rise of the Backyard Jokers gang, LSPD has released a statement of an increase in gang activity and violence emerging in the East-side of Vinewood. Thirty-six-year-old Edgar 'Maldito' Lopez is a known, high ranking member of the E/S Vinewood Baby Ryders 13 gang, and has links to the subset, the E/S Backyard Jokers gang. In 2015 Edgar 'Maldito' Lopez bought himself a life sentence at San Andreas Correctional Facility when he shot down Asante "D-LOCC#3" Jackson at a block party in the East Side, Los Santos. D-LOCC#3, 25, at the time, was a known rival of the E/S Baby Ryders 13 gang and murdered in cold-blood after attending a Birthday Party on Nikola Avenue. Local law enforcement arrested 19-year-old Pedro 'P-Wicked' Luna and two other members from the Backyard Jokers gang on a murder charge, 18-year-old, Tyquan Wilson tragically lost his life back in July 2020. LSPD has confirmed that this was a gang-related attack in control of Narcotics distribution in the East Vinewood vicinity. Pedro 'P-Wicked' Luna, 19, Michael "Travieso" Hernandez, 16, and Samuel 'K-Wyno' Valez, 16 are currently awaiting trial and are being held at Los Santos County TTCF. All known participants are said to be affiliated with the E/S Baby Ryders 13 gang. Due to the increase of gang violence and activity within the East Vinewood community, business owners and residents are fearing for their safety. Local stores are being vandalized with gang-affiliated graffiti and the local Police Department has had numerous calls of young teens stealing/loitering. Due to being surrounded by upper-middle-class citizens, the East Vinewood area has seen an increase in armed burglaries. Local residents from the neighborhood have mentioned they're too scared to leave their homes late at night as it is "getting out of control." Local youths in the area are said to attend East Vinewood High School, which is located West of Mirror Park. Many young teens are using local schools to recruit. East Vinewood High reputation is drastically decreasing and many Parents are seeking to send their children elsewhere. Frontyard Locos vs Backyard Jokers (2010s - present) It all started on the night of June 23th, 1982. Antonio "Lil Shooter" Vino a notorious Backyard Jokers (BR13) leader was leaving the store on East Mirror Drive. He noticed a black BMW following him down the road. The four-door eventually came to a stop around the corner when Sean Lopez a.k.a Speedy leaned out with a Benelli M1. Antonio was held at gunpoint for about five minutes. Both parties kept mouthing each other off until Sean accidentally pulled the trigger and blew Antonio's head off right on the spot, killing him instantly. Word got back to other Backyard Jokers members that the car was packed with two individuals from Frontyard Locos. Brandon "G-Listo" and Giovanny "Wicked" Alzarta, another well-known Backyard Jokers leader and Antonio's brother, organized a hit to avenge Antonio's death. Four Backyard Jokers members packed up in a red four-door and set out to seek revenge. It all went down when they open fired at an ongoing backyard party on York Street, killing around four people and leaving three injured. These consisted of innocent bystanders, women, and children as well. The feud was officially established, as it stemmed further such incidents that'd continue to go on for years. Baby Ryders 13 considered the iternal beef as a threat to their business in East Vinewood shortly after tensions started rising. A confrontation occurred between the two cliques on the evening of July 8th, 2017. Three Backyard Jokers members mugged a few Frontyard Locos members on Bridge Street, leaving them with nothing but empty pockets. As soon as word got back to the leadership of Frontyard Locos, they set out to deal with the matter himself. What started as an argument between him and the Backyard Locos members ended up in him getting shot up not two minutes later. He was shot twice in the stomach and once in the shoulder. Javier the man shot eventually succumbed to his injuries and died on the same spot after emergency services failed to respond on time. From there on out, both groups realized the war was infact destroying the E/S Baby Ryders 13 faction, a ceasefire was forced upon them in 2019 and the two groups have limited interaction between themselves. OOC INFORMATION We aim to portray a realistic environment around the East Vinewood Park in which the local gang E/S Baby Ryders 13 resides. However, we are currently a private faction. The reason behind this is the factor of realism, BR13 is a very, very small gang in real life and we put the realism factor above the amount of members. If you still wish to join, pm me with your character details and screenshots of you roleplaying so we can assure that you fit into our RP-standards. We will then discuss anything further through discord. You can get more information about the faction by adding me on Discord. Cbones#6071
