Florencia Echegoyen was a good girl up until she was 14, when she was placed under the observacione role within W/S Mara Salvatrucha 13; meaning she was being observed for membership status. She became a chequeo at the age of 15, ironically being the same year that the Federal Bureau of Investigations and Los Santos Police Department RICO indicted countless W/S Mara Salvatrucha 13 affiliates, her being one of them. She was sent to a juvenile detention center where she was officially inducted as a member of the transnational criminal organization at 16 years old by other young affiliates, and was given a 13 second beatdown to get jumped into the gang; in private away from juvenile security. At the age of 15; Florencia Echegoyen and several other Mareras jumped a rival female gang member from Drifters 13, where it resulted in Florencia Echegoyen hanging the rival female with a rope; essentially lynching her. This is where Florencia Echegoyen's street name; La Greñas comes into play, since it translates to "Tangle", and the rope tangled multiple times during the lynching; Florencia Echegoyen's homegirls nicknamed her La Greñas. Once Florencia Echegoyen hit 18 years old, she was officially transferred to the women's facility of Bollingbroke State Penitentiary where she served a remaining 17 months before being released back into the general population. Once released back into the public, she spent roughly two years in the W/S Mara Salvatrucha doing countless things to keep ship afloat, until Gabriella "Feisty" Delgado was released after being made keyholder of MS in the state of San Andreas. Once "Feisty" Delgado became the acting keyholder, just before her reigns came to an end she gave Florencia the go ahead to walk away from the W/S Mara Salvatrucha. After walking away from MS13, Florencia got deeper into the underworld of Organized Crime instead of going legit. In her mind, getting away from MS13, and removing the tattoos; were only going to help her go far in the underworld. Due to being a woman in a man's world, her Mexican uncle from the Badiraguato region of Sinaloa helped line up a connection for her to get in touch with some people, and directed her to the most infamous street crew under the Border Brothers 22 in San Andreas; Blood Money Inc. Money By Any Means, MBAM, My Brothers and Me, Loyalty Over Cash, My Brothers Keeper, Money Power Respect, Dollar Sign Motivation, Power Plus, and the many other names the group goes by is a clear indication of the crews motivation. The age range of this group is wide and far, members have been identified from as young as fourteen years old to up to thirty two. Structure doesn't reside here except for the natural one that is formed through respect and influence. The main motivation of this group is to acquire as much money as possible in the shortest amount of time possible while stepping deep into the drug underworld of Los Santos. As of late (The last couple of months) members of the MONEY BY ANY MEANS, MBAM, MY BROTHERS AND ME, LOYALTY OVER CASH, MY BROTHERS KEEPER, MONEY POWER RESPECT, DOLLAR SIGN MOTIVATION, POWER PLUS, (gang) have been identified on various social media outlets, Snapchats, Instagram, Facebrowser boasting and bragging about their "gains", drug and drug relate paraphernalia have been identified as well as considerable amounts of money. The group is known to have no bars on race or gender among its ranks and is rumored to have members involved in other criminal organizations large and small alike. 08/21/2019 After the short rampage of the now defunct Southside Ghetto Boyz gang in South Davis, one could say that the youth of the entire Southside have experienced an immense change of lifestyle, culture, and unfortunately morality. It would seem once the Southside Ghetto Boyz were expelled from the area, however that may have happened; a power vacuum opened up. One thing led to another and now you have something very similar in ruthlessness but differing in ideology. MONEY BY ANY MEANS, a name dubbed by (?) is what is believed to be just short of organized crime. The deeds of the MONEY BY ANY MEANS gang (?) go from some of the pettiest of theft to the most heinous, disrespectful, outlandish, random, morality lacking crimes Los Santos. To this date it isn't sure if hierarchy exist among this band of heathens. In recent times a series of raids in South Central resulting in the confiscation of a multitude of illegal narcotics and firearms led to more information about the MONEY BY ANY MEANS group being revealed, as well as an insider informant. Those leads ran dry eventually after the murder of would be leader Jesus 'Two Step' Romero following a brief period of time where the MONEY BY ANY MEANS gang's (?) influence was somehow projecting itself in Sandy Shores. The Money BY ANY MEANS gang (?) has been associated with countless drug related violent crimes this year and a stop isn't in sight. Many teenagers and young adults have flocked to social media with #MBAM #MONEYBYANYMEANS #MBK (my brothers keeper), this only proves theories that the organization (?) is growing in membership whatever that may be. As the influence of MONEY BY ANY MEANS spread throughout the southside of Los Santos, early LSPD Gangs and Narcotics reports attributed much of the city’s drug distribution and illegal weapons trade to members of the organization. This not only led to a target on the back of MBAM and it’s associates, but it also meant that the organization in its short time established a place for it's self on the food chain of the Los Santos underworld. The MONEY BY ANY MEANS gang (?) is reportedly operating in never before seen levels of secrecy for the organization (?) following an LSPD sting operation as well as a blatant defeat against the notorious Jamestown Mafia in what locals dub a "crazy drug war". While still under on going investigation, revealed members of the MONEY BY ANY MEANS gang (?) have all turned up deceased such as Jesus 'Two Step' Romero found riddled with bullets, Adrian Barreuco killed in a drive-by shooting, Constanza Rodriguez informant gone 'missing', Sofia Villarreal found dead, Clarence Mason killed execution style, a group of Blood affiliated gang members all butchered in the street, Paul Loya murdered in a drug related dispute, and lastly Craig Gardner also found dead. It isn't clear how well things are going for the MONEY BY ANY MEANS gang (?) But what is the MONEY BY ANY MEANS gang(?), Mafia(?), Syndicate(?), DRUG TRAFFICKING ORGANIZATION(?) We are not sure. But what we are sure of is that this band of wicked, immoral, money hungry criminals must be stopped before it becomes an epidemic. 5/30/2020 In 2020 it has been confirmed that Money By Any Means does not exist, what exist instead is a network of low to high end criminals. The variety of crimes that this network is involved in can not be pinned to one type. Those who you think are every day people are now being recruited into this organizations clutches. This organization that was once thought to be a gang comprised from the scum of the earth has now proven to be much more vast and political than what was ever imagined. There has been signs of hierarchy but all leads have ran dry. The idea of Money By Any Means has faded into the depths of internet as a forgotten hashtag. While the faction is called MONEY BY ANY MEANS this is not intended to be a gateway or justification for players to roleplay super criminals who are versed in all avenues of criminal acts and deeds. There's still a strong emphasis on development and while we accept characters of all backgrounds, upbringings, races, and religions there's a heavy focus on low-income characters who are trying to make it, whatever that means to them. The vibe of this faction is meant to feel very 2019 and a lot of the characters are young teenagers who are just stepping into the criminal world, here you will see an accurate portrayal of the results of bad influence, the allure of quick money, drug abuse, sex, and rap culture on a group of majority kids. Independence is extremely important in this group, while faction members clearly role play with each other, reaching out and interacting with other groups and factions is essential to the survival of this faction and your character. Closing ones self off to one avenue of roleplay will be your downfall. This faction is meant to start off as what you see here and develop into something much more grand.
