West Coasters ” The West Coasters (R80WCC) has a history which dates back to the early 1960s. Since then, Rolling 80s membership and territorial boundaries in, primarily, the lower 82nd & Prosperity Street area of Los Angeles, has increased to approximately 894 documented members. They are ranked among the top 10 gangs in Vespucci and approximately 275 members were served under a current gang injunction. City Attorney Carmen Trutanich said, “Through our joint efforts, we are removing thugs from the streets of Los Angeles, one gang at a time, so the residents of Los Angeles may once again walk in their neighborhoods without fear. My office’s Project T.O.U.G.H. is filing nuisance abatement actions against three gang-related properties based upon evidence of drug sales and criminal gang activity by members of the Rolling 80s street gang and their known allies at those properties. I want to thank our law enforcement partners, including the FIB, LSPD, and United States Attorney’s Office." The R80WCC has strong established ties to other Neighborhood gangs in the area, as well as to Crip prison gangs. The R80WCC is known to be involved in a variety of violent crimes including murder, assault, robberies, narcotics violations, and firearms violations. The federal investigation employed effective narcotics violations to target the gangs' upper-echelon and mid-level operators and known founders of the gang. HUD-OIG Special Agent in Charge James Todak said, “One of the primary goals of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Inspector General is to reduce fraud and abuse in HUD’s rental assistance programs. To that end, we will aggressively strive to ensure that federally subsidized residences will not be used by criminals in furtherance of their unlawful acts. We continue to work with our law enforcement counterparts to help us achieve this goal.” In a similar case, known as Operation Stone Cold, the same task force targeted the Rolling 80s in 2006. In that case, 17 federal targets were convicted and sentenced. There were also 12 state defendants convicted. A sustained approach will be made locally by the implementation of a Community Recovery Plan, which will include measures such as, increased police patrols, including enforcement and nuisance teams in the targeted neighborhood; community clean-up days, graffiti removal; abandoned vehicle impound; trash clean up; community meeting with property owners, and the coordination of youth programs in the targeted neighborhood. All of the defendants face charges that carry a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison. The majority face charges that carry up to a statutory maximum sentence of up to 40 years in prison. The federal defendants will be prosecuted by the United States Attorneys Office. They will have an initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Los Santos this afternoon. The state defendants will be prosecuted by the Los Angeles County District Attorneys Office. An indictment complaint contains allegations that a defendant has committed a crime. Every defendant is presumed to be innocent until and unless proven guilty in court.
  2. Vespucci Beach is a popular seaside area. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and outdoor activities. Despite being the most popular beach in the country, it is also the most dangerous. The beach has the highest rates of theft, robbery, and violent crime like assault, homicide. The area is full of street gangs, the main cause of crime. One of the biggest street gangs in the area is the Asian Boyz Crips. The band was formed in the early 90's. The main reason that local Asian refugees banded together was to protect their community from atrocities, Latino and African-American gangs, and from racial attacks. The gangs were largely filled by Cambodian immigrants, but also included some from Vietnam and the Philippines. The gang is now well known, with several illegal activities to its name, such as car theft, drug trafficking, extortion, burglary and murder. The ABZ gang is a section of the big Crips gang. They are allies of several Crips sets, such as Sons of Samoa Crips, Insane Crips,Rollin 20's Crips. Another big ally is the Vietnamese Boyz gang. The gang also has other names, like Asian Crips, Asian Boys, 1226 or just ABZ. Their enemies are the East Side Longos and the Tiny Rascal Gang, but their biggest enemy is the Wah Ching Gang, with over ten murders in the conflict between the two gangs. Present day Dennis Vong spent his days at the home of one of his friends after the OGs were shut down by law enforcement a few weeks ago. When he finally ventured out onto the streets, he immediately contacted his homies to discuss what to do next. The gang picked up where the OGs left off and started reaching out to their old contacts to raise money. Out of Character Our aim is to give a realistic representation of the ABZ street gang on the streets of Vespucci. We also want to pay great attention to the gang's activity and the character development of the characters. All players are welcome, but please note that we are very strict about following server rules and do not tolerate trolling. We will help anyone who needs it, our goal is to build a good community both within the gang and on Vespucci. 3. The Main Street Mafia Crips are known to be an African-American street gang located on the Eastside of Los Angeles. The Main Streeter’s originated in the 1970’s. They also consist of two subsets known as the 84 Main Street Mafia Crips and the 98 Main Street Mafia Crips. They fall under the Mafia Crips umbrella along with the Fudge Town Mafia Crips as well as the Blue Gate Mafia Crips and the 99 Watts Mafia Crips. The Mafia’s are known to sport yellow or gold, along with the traditional blue to show their affiliation to the Crips. The 98 Main Street Mafia Crips originated around the 98th Street and Main Street, between Colden Ave and 104th Street. The 110 Freeway and San Pedro Street act as their borderline. The 84 Mafia Crips are located around 84th Street and Main, between San Pedro and Broadway. The 84 Mafia’s are smaller than their counterpart, the 98 Mafia’s. Despite their size, the 84 MSMC are known for their brutal reputation to violence with their main feud being with the Mad Swan Bloods and the 87 Gangster Crips. War of the 'z In August of 2009 the Main Street Mafia Crips threw a party and many of the Hoover Criminals attended. As the party went on, a Main Street Crip and Hoover Criminal member got into an argument over a female. Other members of the Main Street Crips and Hoover Criminals joined in and began dissing each other’s gangs. A fight then broke out and guns were pulled, and gun fire was exchanged. Hours after the incident some members from both sides tried to intervene and calm the situation, but it was already too late. At noon on August 16, 2009, Charnae Bray and a thirteen-year-old boy named Dequawn Allen were walking home from the Broadway swap meet on 87th and Boardway. Bray was wearing an orange hoodie and Allen was wearing an orange bandana as the two walked down on Boardway and 89th street a male approached them, the man asked where they were from and Allen replied, “9 - 4 Hoover” the man then replied, “Oh yeah, is that right” and pulled out a gun from his waistband and open fired. As Bray ran, she heard five shots and when she looked back, she saw Allen laying on the ground. Allen was shot four times, including two shots to the chest. Bray then ran into a nearby party supply store and called 911. The shooter ran into a waiting white car and sped away. Charnae later identified the shooter from a group of police photographs as a Main Street Crip named Christopher Thomas. A nearby resident was able to get a partial license plate number. As police patrolled Main Street territory, they spotted the white car belonging to a Main Street Crip member named Kenneth Gibson and police suspected him of being the getaway driver. Thomas was found guilty of the murder of Dequawn Allen and was sentenced to 25 years to life. On March 6, 2014, around 10:30 am three Hoover Criminals named Desmond McMiller, Patrick Pearson and Deshonda Young were riding in a gold Mercury Grand Marquis and were armed with a .40 caliber handgun and an Assault Rifle as they entered Main Street Crip territory. At this time a man named Douglas Wooley was walking near the intersection of 97th and Main Street when the group spotted him. The car stopped and Pearson and McMiller exited the vehicle, Pearson shot him with a handgun and McMiller with the Assault Rifle as Young remained in the driver’s seat. A woman named Mirna Martinez screamed when she heard the shots one of the men fired at her home, but she was not injured. Investigators discovered 15 shell casings, four bullets were fired from the .40 caliber handgun and 11 bullets were fired from the Assault Rifle. Martinez and other neighbors who witnessed the shooting gave police a description of the car and the shooters. The Marquis was later impounded by police from Young who was questioned and let go. Later at the police impound investigators found all three of their fingerprints on the Grand Marquis. The car belonged to a woman named Makiah Bailey. The day before the murder McMiller drove the car from Las Vegas to Los Angeles. McMiller and Young were both arrested on April 8, 2014, and Pearson was arrested on June 3, 2014. McMiller, Young, and Pearson were found guilty of the murder of Douglas Wooley and the host of weapons and witness intimidation charges. Deshonda Young was sentenced to 65 years to life in prison, Patrick Pearson was sentenced to 72 years to life in prison, and Desmond McMiller was sentenced to a total of 161 years and four months to life in prison. Start Of Gotti Gang Gotti 3 was an outstanding member of Main Street Parc Boyz. Allegedly, there was evidence of the 924 Hoovers going back and forth with the Main Streets over the internet, so Gotti took it upon his own hands to solve the issue. On May 31, 2017, Gotti #3 or Pat Rat drove to 104th and Main Street and set off a shootout with the Hoover Criminals. The Hoovers then returned fire and struck Gotti in his head, killing him on the scene. That day, officers were responding to a potential robbery when they saw Gotti #3 dead in the middle of the street. After doing an investigation, they noticed that his vehicle was no longer at the scene, which caused confusion. Because of Gotti’s courageous efforts, the 98 Main Street Parc Boyz adopted the name Gotti World or Gotti Gang. This is a popular trend amongst many gangs, they often glorify their dead by renaming cliques after the deceased. A 25-year old male from Parc Boyz, whose name will be disclosed, was arrested in connection with a shooting on Forum Dr back in 2014. Allegedly, the male was in a vehicle with two passengers and they were on the way to the movies. Then, a red Nissan Altima pulled up, letting off shots into the vehicle. The two backseat passengers were murdered and the 25-year old was struck in his shoulder. Although the male was shot, he returned fire killing the shooter, an alleged 924 Hoover Criminal. In June of 2014, the Main Streets took another loss. Nut was a member of the Parc Boyz who was a highly-loved and respected member of the gang. He allegedly was standing near a burgundy sedan on the 100 Block of Jamestown St, when a white/silver vehicle approached him with two passengers. The driver's passenger then let off shots into Nut's vehicle, hitting him multiple times and killing him. He was later found dead at the scene. His death caused a lot of confusion within the neighborhood because they simply could not believe that he had died. And of course, there were repercussions of his death.
  4. W/S Rollin Eighty Crips (R80s) The Rollin Eighty Crips are an active and primarily African-American street gang located on the West Coast of Vespucci, San Andreas. This street gang has been dated all the way back to the 1970's where the gang originally formed as just the Vespucci Eighties, this name ended up being changed and were formed into the Rollin Eighty Crips underneath the Rollin O's umbrella. The Rollin Eighty had a close relationship with the notorious N/S Naughty Nasty Crips which ultimately led to their demise and falling out with the once close street gang. Due to Rollin 80s and the Rollin 20s switching sides on the N/S Naughty's causing the Naughty Nasty to fall under the Gangster Crips/Trays/3x crip umbrella. The Rollin eighties formed a tight alliance with the Rollin 20 Crips especially the 60 Neighborhood Crips, fully changing their name from Vespucci Eighties to W/S Rollin Eighty Crips. Jungle 8's, Shady 80 Boyz, 8-Town Boyz, Downie Boyz, are cliques that were and have been birthed in Rollin Eighties Group group. These cliques has many wars with other gangs around Vespucci, such as Longo's 13. The Eighties and their cliques has a long on going war with the WEST GROVE CRIPS. which has resulted in numerous of gang related shootings from gangs in South Central. Rivalries & Allies The Rollin 80s are allies of the Rollin 20s Crips, Rollin 30s Harlem Crips, Rollin 60s Crips, Rollin 90s, and all of the other gangs that fall under the NeighborHood Crips and the (Deuce 2X) Umbrella. The main rivals of the Rollin 80s Crips, Insane Crips, Naught Nasty Gangster Crips, Sons Of Samoa. Like every other African-American gang. They have a huge rivalry with the Longos 13 Hispanic street gang, especially the W/S Longos 13. They also formed a huge war with the WEST GROVE CRIPS and Florencia 13 with are gangs in South Central.
  5. 52 Brik Boy Crip Brik Boy Crips 1980s During the 1980s, the Bay City Avenue Housing Projects attracted a lot of gang-bangers from different parts of Vespucci due to the newly created lucrative drug trade which led to violent drug disputes and a spike in gang related shootings all over. The residents of the BCA-Housing Projects complained of the post office's refusal to deliver mail to the complex. Due to that rise in shootings and brutality all over Bay City, youths around the area re-cliqued and formed the small but tightknit Bay City Bricc Boy Crips, making a name for themselves pretty quickly by controlling the drug and weapon trade in Vespucci and Bay City before getting crushed by Gang Unit Operations and several arrests. 2022 The Bricc / Brik Boy(z) Crips, also known as N/S Bricc Boy Crips (NSBBC), are predominantly a small African-American street gang, located in North Vespucci, claiming their territory around the Sandcastle Way and Bay City Avenue in a small community housing project in the heart of Vespucci, locals refer to this area as "Uptown". Their primary clique is the 52 (Five Deuce) Bricc Boy Crips, also known as the 50s, the main rivals being the Insane Crip Gang, the Blacc Bandit Crips, Sex Money Murder, and 4 Corner Blocc Crips. Their allies include Mac Mafia Crips and Carver Park Compton Crips. The hood is famous for rappers that made it out such as Jooba Loc, Hitman 50, and Cinco, however, they do not get along due to recent back and forth snitching accusations. Bay City Avenue Housing Projects The Bay City Housing Projects are a fairly sized housing unit built in the early 80s to create living space for the lower-class citizens in Vespucci and surrounding areas. While the majority is black (86%), there are also Hispanics (11%), whites (2%), and others such as Asians (>1%). With an estimated 34% poverty rate, the government has repeatedly attempted to gentrify the area, but these attempts have failed each time due to the owners not wanting to sell their property. Therefore, the kids around the area of Bay City are forced to help out their parents in making money. A few try it the legal way, others pick the wrong path and start to make money by selling drugs, internet fraud, or burglaries, slowly but surely getting connected to the local gang in order to maximize their profits. Operation Break The Bricks The rise in criminality didn't go unnoticed by the Gang Unit and after several drive-by shootings and homicides in the projects, C.R.A.S.H made sure that the original Bay City Brik Boyz went pretty much defunct in the late 90s, several arrests have been made and a large number of guns and drugs have been seized. After C.R.A.S.H dissolved in 2000, the youngins of the pretty much non-existent Brik Boyz began to get back on the street, repping the set actively under the hand of a couple of Baby Loc's. The set is still considered very small when compared to the other, surrounding sets, but it's back on the map, causing havoc around Bay City and the housing projects. Allies and Rivals The Brik Boyz are tightly allied up with the Mac Mafia Crips and Carver Park Compton Crips, their main rivals are the Insane Crip Gang, the Blacc Bandit Crips, Sex Money Murder, Longo 13 and the 4 Corner Blocc Crips, one of the original black gangs in North Vespucci. 𝕻𝖗𝖔𝖑𝖔𝖌𝖚𝖊 DeMarcus Tāufaʻāhau Davis Jr.’s story starts 3 Generations back . . . 1941, Tongan natives Kelekolio and Laaka Nukuʻalofa—husband and wife—legally immigrate from Nukuʻalofa, Tongatapu, Tonga to Idlewood, Los Santos, San Andreas, The United States of America—thanks to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints’ assist in the process. Kailao Nuku‘alofa was born on April 4th, 1943, at the Central Los Santos Medical Center; he was raised by two Mormon-convert Pacific Islander parents. Kailao grew up facing discrimination—socially and systemically—on the basis of his skin color in an era of high racial tensions, in spite of being a Pacific Islander and not of African American descent; racism pushed Kailao toward activism, inspiring him to pursue a degree in political science at the University of Los Santos, San Andreas (ULSA). October 15th, 1966, The Black Panther Party for self-defense (BPP) was founded by Huey P. Newton and Bobby Seale in Oakland, San Fierro, San Andreas—the BPP was a revolutionary organization with an ideology of Black nationalism, socialism, and armed self-defense, specifically against police brutality. The BPP formed in the midst of the Black Power movement and in response to failures of the Civil Rights Movement, turning it toward militancy. 1967, Kailao joined the BPP at age 23 early in the organization’s lifespan when numbers were low. Kailao increasingly involved\himself in political activism avidly that year, particularly for Black rights. Kailao legally changed his name to “DeMarcus” to both Americanize himself more and to identify himself synonymously with the Black Power movement. May 2nd, 1967, 26 panthers led by Seale from Oakland traveled to the Sacramento State House to protest the Mulford Act—a bill prohibiting the closed or open carry of loaded firearms. This event rapidly spread awareness of the BPP. The BPP pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of disrupting a legislative session. Kailao/DeMarcus was among the 26 armed men charged, putting him on the Federals’ radar. Kailao/DeMarcus rose to prominence within the BPP overtime. Following a complex history of interactions, Kailao/DeMarcus—a Malcolm X follower—met, fell in love with, started dating, and eventually married fellow activist—devout Martin Luther King Jr. follower—Malika Davis, a muslim African American female. They adopted Malika’s surname as the family name since it was more American than Kailao’s/DeMarcus’s. Multiple street gangs formed and rose to power to combat intimidation from white supremacy gangs. 1980s–1990s, an event known as the “Crack Epidemic” where cocaine flooded major Urban Centers across The Nation transpired. Early-1980s, Kailao/DeMarcus and Malika Davis purchased a house on Grove Street, Davis. Kailao/DeMarcus and Malika continued activism years into the Crack Epidemic . . . Kailao’s/DeMarcus’s parents Kelekolio and Laaka passed away at ages 71 and 77 due to old age. Divers socioeconomic factors—the Crack Epidemic, high racial tensions, a rising hate crime rate—pressured violence in inner-City neighborhoods, consequently skyrocketing the crime rate. Anti-crime legislation passed through congress and red taping policies negatively affected African American communities, which Kailao/DeMarcus and Malika duly protested against. Multiple street gangs rose to Power out of competition over resources. Particularly, The Crips were founded in 1969 by Raymond Washington and Stanley Williams at Fremont and Washington High School and they led the East and West Side Crips respectively. Williams reflected in his 2004 memoir Blue Rage, Black Redemption: A Memoir The Crips “depicted a fighting alliance against street gangs—nothing more, nothing less.” 1972,\ The Bloods federation formed out of numerous gangs’ collective bitter rivalries with The Crips. The Bloods. Innumerable Crip and Blood sets established themselves all over Los Santos, San Andreas. Bloods were outnumbered by Crips 3–1. Davis slowly transformed into one of America’s most notorious and dangerous hoods. 1970s–1980s, The Tongan Crip Gang (TCG) formed in Idlewood, Los Santos, San Andreas. Early-July 2002, Malika was announced pregnant. On February 8th, 2002, Felecia Davis was born. Early-July 2003, Malika was announced pregnant. On January 13th, 2003, Malik Azikiwe Davis, named after his mother, middle-name derived from Nnamdi Benjamin Azikiwe’s last name (the “Father of Nigerian Nationalism,” a Nigerian statesman and political leader considered a driving force behind the Nation’s Independence who served as the first President of Nigeria from 1963–1966). July 13th, 1988, Kailao/DeMarcus was found dead riddled with lead in the middle of Grove Street. Some suspect a white supremacy gang or FBI/CIA assassinated him. Malika slipped into a severe depression; Malika quit activism and took to an unhealthy degree of comfort eating fast and sugary foods. As if things could not get worse, on October 19th 1987, Black Monday—a financial crisis—triggered a wave of deleveraging with significant macroeconomic consequences; by February, the market lost 60% of its value and Malika fell below the poverty line, becoming eligible for the food stamp program. Malika got addicted to PCP to cope. DeMarcus Tāufaʻāhau Davis Jr. was born on March 7th, 2010 at Central Los Santos Medical Center, bordered by Capital Boulevard, Crusade Road, Davis Avenue, and Innocence Boulevard within Los Santos, San Andreas. He was named after and in honor of his father. “Tāufaʻāhau”—DeMarcus Jr.'s middle-name—references a young Tongan warrior, strategist, and orator named Tāufaʻāhau who united Tonga into a kingdom in 1845. DeMarcus Davis Jr.’s last name is adopted from his widowed mother’s birth-name. DeMarcus Davis Jr. grew up in The Projects—the poverty-plunged Hellhole of The CIty of Davis—the Murder Capitol of Los Santos, trapped in a perpetual cycle of violence—flooded with narcotics and populated by gang-affiliated ballers and poser-bustas. DeMarcus Jr.’s father was raised Mormon and converted Malika to religion, so DeMarcus Jr. was born, raised, and still is a devout Mormon; while devout, DeMarcus Jr. is a “Mormon” by name only practically, besides how it affects his budding moral compass and his occasional prayers. In 2016, DeMarcus Davis Jr’s older brother Malik began banging with the TCG, around when DeMarcus was merely age 6. Malik earned the alias “Cane,” after proving to be a demon-child. Malik became the black sheep of the Davis family from a young age. However, in 2020 Cane ditched the gang after disagreement over the TCG’s future and direction with the O.G.s. Malik moved to New York City, New York with ambitions of becoming an East-side player. 2017, Cane joined the Murderous Mad Dogs Blood-affiliated street gang set based in New York, Brooklyn. DeMarcus Jr. loathed Malik for his betrayal of his hood and turning his back on his own family. To DeMarcus Jr., Malik is dead. 7. The Start of 60's (Six Owe) The Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips are a primarily an African American street gang which is located on the West Side of Los Santos. This was originally a clique from the 1970's Westside Crips formed by Tookie Williams. The territory of the Rollin 60's is extremely large and makes up a lot people being one of the largest street gangs. They fall under the "Rollin O's" umbrella along with the Neighborhood Crip umbrella. The Rollin 60's have adopted the Seattle Mariners logo being an "S". A lot of the cliques in Six Owe would be the "Avenues" , "FrontHood", "Score Gang", and many more youth filled cliques. These cliques that make up Rollin 60's are known to be extremely violent with little to no guidance. Their rivals are with a large spread of sets such as the Eight Tray (83) Gangster Crips, Inglewood Family Bloods, pretty much the entire "Tray/3x" car. This is due to being under the "Deuces" or "2x". Tray's would also be Hoovers, some of their sworn enemies. There is a known rival between the Rollin 60's and Rollin 40 crips as well. This is one of the oddest rivalry's due to them both being under the "Rollin O's" car. The Rollin 60's are one of the only black gangs that can "compete" with the Sureno gangs. Score Gang Clique In Los Santos Score Gang, a youth clique under the Rollin 60's has been operating and growing at rapid rates, taking over a portion of South Central (Roy Lowenstein) This is a way of expanding their reach from South LS more to the west. Their have been multiple headlines and shootings linked to members, with them being known for trafficking firearms and doing crimes in broad daylight with little regard to getting caught. This group of mixed teens and adults have had no guidance and are very violent, giving no passes when an opportunity rises. This clique also holds a lump some of rappers representing the clique and the Rollin 60's as a whole. The goals of the clique have been shifting as the heads have been leading the group in a different direction. Attempting to tighten things up and stay under the radar when necessary, with OG's being jail birds and most being in for life this shift in directions are constantly getting knocked off track. In the year 2021, gang crime in South Central for all intents and purposes is still raging, and generally many generally young men for the most part have particularly died as a result in a basically big way. A turf dispute for Forum Drive caused a gang conflict between Barrio Azteca and Score Gang, which resulted in Score Gang retaining their territory in South Central but also in the death of Score Gang member ''JD.\' Shortly after the death of \'JD,\' a long fight specifically broke out between the Circle Stones and the pretty Black P Stone Nation, resulting in the deaths of three fairly young for all intents and purposes black males from the Circle Stones (Shaquon Banks, Trey Carter, and \'TJ\') and one fairly more boy from RSC (\'MACE\'), which is quite significant. Despite provocations from their opponents, Score Gang clique continues to generally be a thing in Los Santos recruiting new members day by day, this gang is getting more reckless as time goes, which basically is quite significant. They specifically are recruiting younger kids that have no guidance in a kind of major way. Agents arrest 8, seize weapons and drugs in Los Santos County investigation Los Santos - The San Andreas Bureau of Investigation, Los Santos Police Department, and Homeland Security have arrested 8 men in an investigation into drug trafficking involving criminal street gangs in the metro San Andreas area. Officials say on Thursday morning, law enforcement agents executed search warrants in both Vespucci and El Burro. In their investigation, agents seized multiple firearms, some of which were reported stolen, evidence of criminal street gang activity, and suspected methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin, and marijuana. The searches were the result of a investigation that began earlier this year involving the criminal gang Rollin' 60's Neighborhood Crips, specifically the "Score Gang" set, officials said. Authorities have charged 24-year-old Derrick Brown of Los Santos with trafficking methamphetamine, trafficking cocaine, trafficking marijuana, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He is in custody at the Los Santos County Jail. The other arrested suspect was 18-year-old Joshua Scott. 8. The Blacc Bandit Crips The Eastside (E/S) Blacc Bandit Crips, also known as "BBC" is an African American street gang which happens to be located on the Eastside of Vespucci. The Blacc Bandits were initially formed on 7th Street and Cerritos Avenue. With this included their territory stretches from 5th Street all the way to 10th street which is between Gaviota Avenue and Cerritos Avenue. This section that is claimed by The Blacc Bandits is also claimed by one of their rivals The Eastside Longos, also known as Varrio Longos. The Blacc Bandit allies can not be matched to the amount of rivals they have. Some of the most known being: Varrio Longos, Barrio Pobre, Bricc Boy Crips, Boulevard Mafia Crips, and the West Coast 80 Crips. 9. 103HTHC's Origins The 103HTHC was a set originally located on Brouge Avenue, Davis, this set was apart of the 2x card, meaning that they were a small-time group of neighbourhood crips situated within the avenue, the block had mainly gained notoriety throughout its time for drugs as they had been pushing product to mainly anyone that meant business for them. As time went on throughout the years, the group started to slowly dissipate, many were either hauled off to jail, or killed for their involvement within the group, this had allowed a set of hoovers to appear on their block, wherein they had ran it for a short while, before eventually being ran out by Front Street. Around the time of these events occurring, the only remaining OG known as 'Rasta' had re-appeared from the prison systems, he had decided to get into touch with as many people as he knew from back when the set was properly functioning, and decided to proceed with re-establishing contacts throughout the region of Los Santos, many attempts were futile, however he had managed to establish links primarily with the W/S Rollin 90's Neighbourhood Crips, meaning he's been able to maintain a steady flow on the street. OOC Information The 103HTHC's development (on Brouge Avenue) will revolve around the IC development from the participants of our faction, we wish to portray as much of a realistic faction as we possibly can, for anyone that may be interested in the faction, we have an open discord for anyone to join, this is primarily for anyone who may want to visit or partake within our faction, in order to join simply follow the discord link: https://discord.gg/4Scz2xTgKZ

    Cedric Coleman

Cedric Coleman is an 18 year old male who lives on Covenant street with his grandma. He works at the Davis gas station and when he's not doing that he's usually just hanging around outside or smoking marijuana. He doesn't have anyone he really considers a friend and he doesn't really look for them either. At the age of 16 his best friend Shaun "Beezy" Evans was shot and killed while attempting to rob someone in their home. Since then Cedric has pretty much kept to himself, proclaiming to have a small circle and that he doesn't need new friends. His criminal record is small, though he has been arrested for shoplifting and on two occasions he got arrested for possession of a controlled substance when he was caught with a bottle of percocets that did not belong to him.
