  1. The Baby Trinity Gangster Crips street gang were formed in the mid-1980s. The father-set for all the Trinity Gangster Crips was founded by Darrell Peterson also known as "The Godfather of Crips" in the Crystal Heights. Darrell Peterson broke away from the Western Crips like many others after Raymond Washington was incarcerated. The influence of the 88 Avalon Garden Crips trickled down onto various other areas as time went by. The Red Door was an abandoned house in Rancho that was dubbed a hang-out spot for the youth in the 1970s. Fights, gambling, and other mischievous events would happen at the Red Door. A large majority of the youth who hanged at the Red Door would later form the Baby Trinity Gangster Crips, an off shoot of the Avalon Garden Crips that Peterson formed. In the 1970s all the Crip gangs in South Central were at peace and altercations would never escalate past fist fights up until the 1980s. Five Tray Trinity's, The Businessmen were one of the few drug groups in South Los Santos in the 1980s. Many of the founders of the Businessmen were Baby Trinity Gangster Crips who were heavy into the drug trade, while others were from surrounding gangs. They controlled a large portion of the Rancho area in their heyday. The Businessmen, Five Deuce Broadway's Whitey Enterprises, and the Four Tray Gangster Crip's (formerly known as Four Tray Avalon) Third World were originally in a friendly competition for the drug trade in South LS at the time. Baby Trinity's Own a portion of Forum Drive that goes by the name the O-Zone. This area was controlled by a separate clique outside of Whitey Enterprises, Third World, and the Businessmen. The O-Zones gravitated more to the Five Tray Trinity and became the 40 Trinity Gangster Crips. The Baby Trinity Gangster Crips had a much closer relationship with the Four Trays which took much longer to break in comparison to the Five Trays. The Four Tray Gangster Crips began to resent the Baby Trinity Gangster Crips for siding with the Five Trays and they were immediately brought into the war. The war between the 40 Trinity became a much more violent one in comparison to the Five Tray and Four Tray war. As gang violence became more prevalent, the drug cliques began to be less lenient on drug territory. Many of the original crews would start to favorite one particular gang rather than allowing gang members from all over to get money. The drug money that at one time was used to buy flashy cars and jewelry began to be used to purchase firearms to retaliate against rival gangs. The Businessmen lasted for about four different generations and after the Baby Businessmen they fizzled out. The Land of 40s eventually followed suit and began to solely push the Avalon banner. The drug war later became a full-fledged gang war with causalities stemming from retaliation rather than turf. Baby Trinity Gangster Crips indeed still active throughout the South and West Side of Los Santos, growing at a very slow rate due to their lack of recruitment. They spend most of their time in their hood hanging out with other affiliates and associates. The Gang is often known for being Tag Bangers / Net Bangers. Younger affiliates always seem to find themselves on social media specifically Instagram. Members Usually have the initials "GC" or "T-Hat’s" in their usernames or the 4 emoji, representing the gang's name Baby Trinity Gangster Crips Younger members typically 14 - 21 bang around the sole purpose of being known in Los Santos no matter how they achieve it. Whether it's posting tagging in enemies' territory whilst dissing them, jumping people throughout Los Santos, uploading videos of them posted on Forum Drive all the way to them dropping locations looking for trouble. You can mostly spot this group of gang-oriented members sporting blue rags, Texas Rangers caps. The gang orientated males throughout Forum Drive area the Baby Trinity Gangster Crips are very big on insignia, they aren't hard to spot, aren't too hard to figure out as many are cladded with gang referable tattoos. Most members of the street-gang are are a younger generation however all of the older homies of the gang are locked up in the TTFC. Youth of the Forum Drive Housing Apartments are holding it down from the outside, checking in with they're older homies from time-to-time. Even though most members are young there is still a respect going on throughout the neighborhood/hood, In the hood, everyone got rules they got to follow through, and when the rules are broken you're liable to get killed, beat up, or face what the hood calls a DP matter if you are a put-on member from the street gang or a hang around, you being from the area will always give you that target on your back, and they are held countable to make sure the hood is always represented correctly. Young Grimey Hittas is a Clique made simply for Head-Hunters, within this clique consist of older and younger shooters for the set, known for crashing out behind what they stand for and what the streets brings them into, The Grimey Hittas have a long history of causing deaths and being involved in multiple shootings, their main rivals are Under Ground Block Crip, mainly because of their younger members and what they have caused upon their clique and gang, The Grimey Hitta's are in a deep beef with another clique called Flame Gang, a known clique from Under Ground Block Crip, Grimey Hitta's did most of their shootings and hits on this specific. They also beef all Neighboorhood Crip(2X) sets. Clique due to them killing a male that goes by the name of Baby Blue from the other Clique BabyGkrimey, they were called to take down two older males from Under Ground Block Crip, without any hesitation they loaded their fire-arms and got to moving, it was three members, Sleaze, HK and Splurge, they road down the street a block away from Strawberry Ave, they park in a alley and hop out as Splurge stays in the car, waiting to hear shots so he can pick his affiliates up, it would only be 2 minutes later he would hear multiple gunshots ring off, his two affiliates ran back to the vehicle quickly with their fire-arms, they would yell they shot one of them and shot another one not knowing if he they died or not and would peel off hearing sirens come up to the scene. Present day members of the Baby Trinity Gangster Crips are full-fledged gang members and are way more ruthless, while focus on being able to maintain the biggest Gangster Crip gang in South San Andreas. The members also focus on keeping a stable structure to maintain the gang's dominance in the Inglewood area. The Inglewood Family Gang also has subsets and other factions outside of San Andreas. They've created a gun and drug pipeline where they traffic them across city and state lines. Los Santos Police today are still investigating each set and documenting their culture as a whole. Anything from their tattoos to the graffiti on the walls plastered around the neighborhood. OOC INFORMATION The faction aims to portray a realistic African-American street gang that resembles the 40s Gangster Crips ( 4- Pacc ). 2. Origin of CVTF 13 Tortilla Flats, is a coalition of several Hispanic-American street gangs and cliques located in Chamberlain, Los Santos. They fall under the Mexican Mafia Umbrella and are arguably one of the largest street gangs in the Southside of Los Santos. Tortilla Flats claim territory along the apartment complex on Strawberry Avenue, Chamberlain Hills. Tortilla Flats consist of several cliques such as the "Soldados Locos", the "Midget Dukes", and the "Los Malos Clicka", who are the most active and violent Clique of Tortilla Flats. The Compton Varrio Tortilla Flats (CVTF) also knows as the South Side Chamberlain Varrio Tortilla Flats 13 (CVTF 13) are a long-standing Mexican-American street gang located on South Side of Chamberlain, Los Santos. Their varrio stretches from Strawberry Blvd, all the way to Carson Ave. The Chamberlain Varrio Tortilla Flats originated in the early 1960s and have been active for over 40 years. The Chamberlain Varrio Tortilla Flats are named after a 1935 novel "Tortilla Flat" by John Ernst Steinbeck Jr. Allies and rivals The Chamberlain Varrio Tortilla Flats are rivals of the Chamberlain Varrio 155, Chamberlain Varrio Alondra 13, Chamberlain Varrio Lokos 13, Chamberlain Varrio Largo 36, Chamberlain Varrio 70's, and Chamberlain Varrio Segundo. They act just like their OG's, trying to bring back the old culture of sureño gang banging. 3. 18th Street is a multi-ethnic, but mostly Hispanic transnational criminal organization that started as a street gang in Los Santos. Sources claim the gang has approximately 15,000 members in Los Santos County and is considered to be one of the largest Hispanic street gangs; a title they share with one of their biggest rivals, Florencia 13. However, this can be quite misleading. 18th Street is a collection of individual autonomous gangs. They're known to have hundreds of cliques spread throughout Los Santos and nationwide, however, they don't always know of each other's existence and they don't always get along. 18th Street was originally a sub-set under the Clanton 14th Street gang, however, many core members of the Clanton 14 members opposed the idea of having 18th street as a separate clique. This was due to the clique leader of Clanton 18 being a non-Mexican-American member. This led to Clanton 18 dropping the Clanton from their name and becoming their own gang. This led to Clanton 14th and the newly formed 18th Street gang becoming bitter rivals. After taking over a large chunk of Clanton 14th's territory, 18th Street sought to spread its influence to South Los Santos. 18th Street’s rapid and aggressive expansion led to a lot of struggles for territory. As they continued to battle with more established Hispanic and African-American gangs in the area, they began recruiting people outside the Hispanic community to increase their numbers. War with Bloods The feud between Bloods and 18th Street is believed to have begun in the early 1990s when members of the 18th Street gang and members of the Black P Stones gang got into a conflict which led to an 18th Street gang member being murdered. The murder started a cycle of violence between various Blood sets and 18th Street, with the feud later being fueled by their bitter rivals Florencia 13’s alignments with 18th Street’s enemies. 18th Street Today 18th Street today is considered to be one of the biggest Hispanic gangs within Los Santos County. 18th Street has gone through numerous gang injunctions over the past few years, and dozens of arrests, yet the gang grows stronger day by day. Lately, multiple 18th Street subsets are known to be cliquing up together to be more unified. The FBI has launched “Operation Breaking Bad” where they indicted multiple members of the 18th Street gang, namely the Rancho Park Locos(RPK) clique, for their roles in a methamphetamine distribution ring. During the investigation, more than 50 ounces of methamphetamine were seized, as well as several handguns, shotguns, and assault rifles.

  8. l. SYNOPSIS Chamberlain Mafia Crips (424 Chamberlain Mafia Crips, S/S Chamberlain Crips, S/S Mafia, Chain Gang, 424 Crips, C-CHILLS) have traditionally been a tight-knit gang involved primarily in burglaries, robberies, homicides, and auto theft. Since the late-2000's drug trafficking appears to have become the chief profit-making activity for the gang. The Los Santos Police Department established a "Youth Gang Task Force" in the early-2000's to address the criminal activities of street gangs. Their findings indicated an increase in gang membership and activity even at that time.Chamberlain Mafia Crips in Los Santos have aligned themselves with various other Los Santos based Crip gangs. In the neighborhood where the Chamberlain Mafia Crips dominate, multiple CRIP tags have been observed. Total membership for the Chamberlain Mafia Crips is estimated to be between 15 and 25 active members and many more prosperous conceivable members. The gang members recognize the confusion they have created by their changing organizational structure and use it to their advantage. Often times they use hand symbols, graffiti, and other gang affiliation symbols interchangeably. CHAMBERLAIN MAFIA CRIPS CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION DIVISION - GANGS - LOS SANTOS ll. DETAILS A. ORGANIZATION Chamberlain Mafia Crips are currently the most visible and are believed to be one of the most violent Los Santos street gangs. They are located in South and Southwest Los Santos where heavy recruiting is being conducted in middle and high schools. The gang’s subsidiary counterparts includes the renowned Baby Locs (REF734). The Baby Locs have a population which differs in age, from 9 to 17. The Baby Locs crips strive to become fully-fledged members of Chamberlain Mafia Crips. Recruitment by the gang is on the increase. Many new members join in a bid to be protected from rival gangs. Others join out of fear of the repercussions of rejecting Chamberlain Mafia Crips or its counterparts. Heavy recruiting is being conducted in many Los Santos high schools. The most common recruitment method in schools is by intimidation, although resistance is common. Many students carry weapons to school in aid to protect themselves from gang members. Numerous assaults involving firearms and knives have occurred on or around junior high and high school campuses during the current school term. The schools report the incidents are a result of gang recruiting and initiation rituals. One initiation ritual requires a prospective member to be physically beaten by other members. The prospective member(s) are expected to commit a crime to be accepted into the gang. In order to move up the ranks in the organization, members must commit crimes of a more violent nature, usually involving firearms. B. OPERATION It has been determined through GND debriefings of incarcerated Chamberlain Mafia Crips members and a rival gang member that several Los Santos gangs and/or individual members are being supplied cocaine by local drug trafficking organizations. Chamberlain Mafia members have stated that some drug traffickers who are currently being investigated or have already been prosecuted in the Southern District of California (S.D. Cal.), are supportive of gang ideology. Chamberlain Mafia Crips members involved in drug trafficking are supplied to some extent by these local drug traffickers. The cocaine is usually distributed by Chamberlain Mafia Crips gang members in the form of crack in the housing projects, around schools and neighborhoods. Some cocaine and marijuana is being supplied by gang members who travel to and from Los Santos, Sacramento, Philadelphia, Memphis, New York, Oakland and other major cities carrying varying amounts of drugs. These members are not always Los Santos based, but recognize Los Santos as fertile ground for gang activity and drug trafficking. C. FINANCES Further investigation must be conducted in order to determine how the Chamberlain Mafia Crips handle their finances. It is said that the gang purchases firearms and more drugs however that is unconfirmed and undocumented. D. CHARACTERISTICS As a protective measure, the younger gang members serve as 'lookouts' and 'decoys' for marked police vehicles when they enter gang areas of operation. Other typical methods are used to disassociate themselves from the drug transactions with unfamiliar individuals. Former Chamberlain Mafia Crips members have gone on record claiming it is very easy to obtain weapons and claim most members of the Chamberlain Mafia Crips are armed constantly. They advised that the attitude of most Chamberlain Mafia Crips members regarding homicide is that it is considered in the line of duty. Chamberlain Mafia Crips members have robbed several liquor stores and gas stations. Chamberlain Mafia Crips members have also robbed local pawnshops where they’re believed to have seized weapons which they use in turf skirmishes, and robberies. Vehicles can be borrowed from suspect car dealers who also provide to the local drug traffickers. Other sources of supply of weapons must be determined. lll.
