BIG DISCLAIMER I know that there's a lot of forum posts, suggestion or not, have already been made and discussed many times, related to adding more cars to World. I'm just suggesting this from a friend's idea. Also, the cars I'm going to mention in this post are all domestic/JDM cars. Yes, I know, JDM cars have a pretty bad rep with mallrats and most street racers who drive like they came straight from GTA:O, but that doesn't mean I'm supporting them. I also know that the GTA:W dev team are also planning to add more EUDM/USDM cars(As far as I know), so don't spam comments like these in this suggestion. Short description: Title Detailed description: Possibly adding JDM cars into the server, such as the ZR-150, ZR-350 and the S-230. Explanation: TL:DR; ZR-150 and ZR-350 because they give unique mechanic roleplay, due to its unique engine design. S-230 because it is very common in USA, especially in California and Los Angeles, where San Andreas and Los Santos is based off. Okay... I'll try to be as detailed in my explanation as I possibly can, while keeping it the shortest I can in that context. First off, with the ZRs, it will offer unique roleplay, especially in regard to mechanic roleplay. Why is that? Well, because for example - A normal, daily commuter, diesel truck or a conventional sports car uses a standard internal combustion/piston engine. The design of those engines can vary but the cues would always be the same - Piston(s), crankshaft, camshaft(s), the works. But, with the ZRs, which are based off the RX-7 models(i.e ZR-150 = Mazda RX-7 SA22C/FB, ZR-350 = Mazda RX-7 FD3S), have very unique engines in them, which are known as the Rotary engine. These are unique, since instead of being the regular piston engine design, they're basically piston-less engines. If you still aren't sure, let me use some pictures; You don't really have to read the spoiler in order to know what I'm talking about. The main reason why this provides unique mechanic RP is because it's really hard to maintain it, i.e it breaks down quite often and the design makes it a bit odd and difficult to find parts/repair it by yourself. Since it breaks down quite often and the fact that it's difficult to do a D.I.Y repair, it could make a /lot/ of very interesting scenarios regarding those cars and car enthusiasts love this engine for a reason. One is how unique and/or rare the engine is and the sound it makes. Now, I know the Savestra(Based off the Mazda RX-3, predecessor to the RX-7) exists, but the engine in that uses the 10A/12A Wankel engine, not the 13B Wankel, which the RX-7s have, which is more coveted and sought after than the A-Series wankel. I've covered all on the ZRs, but what about the S-230? I haven't forgotten about it. I also want to see it being added as the car that it's based off, the Nissan 240SX S13, it's a very common domestic car in America, particularly in the California/LA area(I haven't found any source that says that but I'm sure that other players from the USA/Canada region can confirm), where San Andreas and Los Santos is based off. The reason is that is because it is common among the car enthusiasts, as well. People regularly turn this into a drift car or a street car, some make this their daily. You'd usually find these either clapped out(dilapidated) or modified to heathens that are really cheap, though that doesn't mean you can find clean ones, just that the clean ones are more expensive. Short description: Remove some cars from the script dealerships, add brand-specific dealers as leasable businesses and leave them in the care of players. Financing, repos, options and maintenance. Detailed description: What it says on the tin, really. Remove a bunch of brands and vehicles from the script dealerships and open up a few dealerships that could be leasable by players; implement a floorplan system where said dealership managers can finance their vehicles. Something alike the current lease system, just for multiple vehicles. When sold, implement ways of financing with the dealership much alike the current lease system and vehicle requests, though done on an IC basis and dependant on down payment, credit score (and whether your character even has a job at all) and income. I suggest it be implemented for sports and luxury brands first, vehicles that aren't mass-market. Think Grotti, Pfister, Cognoscenti, Enus, Ocelot, Lampadati. In addition to simple sales, outsourcing or having in-house service could also be an option. Garages not open to the general public unless the clients go through the dealership or own one of the brands said dealership supports. When you get tired of your car? Trade it in, get another model from the same brand, then allow the vehicle to trickle down the used market. Want a new car? Trade in one from a different brand, have it's value appraised and taken out as a chunk from your vehicle payments. Fail to follow on your payments? A towtruck comes by, an admin transfers your car back to the dealership and it's sold on the used car market. Commands to add: N/A. Items to add: N/A. How would your suggestion improve the server? It would expand vehicle roleplay greatly, obviously, and step into the big culture around dealing vehicles in the states. It would veto players too; gone would be the mechanics with no address and no stable job owning six figure sports-cars, as they'd be vetted by players and even admins. The process isn't automated, you can't just run into an empty parking lot in town and leave with a sportscar bought with mechanic/trucking money. Dealers would be able to make risk buyers like those pay high interest, considering the possibility of them not making their payments, the vehicles given character, history and be given greater importance than just script assets to flaunt then sell on. Not difficult to imagine that it wouldn't be extremely profitable either; vehicles need to be bought and invested into by the dealers, then financed. It incentivises moving cars and not leaving them on a parking spot collecting dust until a schmuck shows up and allows themselves to be ripped off. Which naturally allows deals to be made and the prices made less rigid since every day can and will impact the bottom line. Additional information: N/A.

Hey there GTA World community, I was wondering, would you guys like to see a player-run rental car (possible exotic rental cars) business? I was thinking about opening one up in rockford where anyone could come and take out an exotic car for an hour (or more but it would get expensive) for a couple thousand dollars an hour, what do you guys think? Drop your opinions/extra ideas below!

Suggestion: If it is day e-cars with solar panels should load up by them self. If it is night it cant load up because there would be no sun i think this is a good suggestion. It would make the solar panels on top of the e-cars more useful. Suggestion: Make a gas station only for e-car because i think they drive with power and now fuel. Also i would lower the prices for the power if you want to load it up because i think they already paid a lot for the car. Command suggestion: /load -- To start the solar panels. I hope this is not to hard to add. I just think this would make the game a bit more real.

Detailed description: The owner can set a description about his car that would be noticed upon entering it as a driver or passenger, you can include stuff like the car's interior material, the steering wheel, deodorizers, LEDs and other accessories. Commands to add: An addition to this suggestion would be the possibility to see the car's description from outside by using the command "/examinecar [ID (the ID of any driver or passenger)]" or "/examinecar [PLATES]" if the car is empty but you still want to see it's description. Would be great if /examinecar had a shortened version like /excar that'd be also available. Short description: Create more unique vehicle RP, specifically in terms of performance, Establish a team to deal with such RP and adjust vehicle accordingly. Detailed description: A little bit of background, me and plenty of friends are "backyard mechanics." We've built our own cars out of our garages and backyards. What I am suggesting is is creating a team dedicated to handling only vehicle RP's as this would allow players to RP working on their own cars, but also allow more extensive and realistic RP when it comes to modifying your car. These days its very common to find people who work on their own cars out of their own homes. In terms of implementation there are handling editors such as "https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/real-time-handling-editor" that could be implemented and limited to only be used by previously mentioned vehicle team. A sub-forum could be created in which people submit their RP of working on their cars, and if it is found to be realistic the vehicle specified can be adjusted by the vehicle team using this handling editor. Commands to add: " /vehedit"(Vehicle Handling Edit) - specifically for the vehicle team only Possible a"/vehreset" command to reset the handling of a vehicle back to default just in case a car is over-modified Items to add: A generic item that can be renamed by staff that way car parts can be RP'd and installed. With the growing popularity in car culture across the world, this could bring many people into the server who want to live out dreams of building cars for a living or just for enjoyment because in reality it is very expensive and sometimes unachievable by some. This also increases realism and it gives people incentives to actually work on cars in the game and RP working on cars properly. When you consider vehicle related events/competitions this could lead to a new level of interest as people would strive to RP building the best car possible and make a name for themselves or a shop as a well known mechanic and car builder. In real life you could have 2 of the same car, but one could be set up to drift and one could be set up for off road use, possibilities are endless and people can have a Unique vehicle experience. Well known mechanics could make business of building vehicles that people desire at a certain specification. This would go beyond what LSC can offer and bring in bigger things like dyno tuning and many more things instead of just pressing ENTER on a turbo and instantly being faster within a matter of minutes. Things take time, tuning, precision, and planning with cars. Additional information: A vehicle team can be made and people can be recruited for this team by showing IRL evidence that they are in fact knowledgeable and experienced in cars. For example I could show a pay stub with my name and previous work place on it where I was a mechanic, or just photos of me working on cars in general, along with a basic knowledge test that most mechanics should be able to pass. I am not saying a pay stub is the right way but there are other ways of showing proof. This could also lead to the creation of a sort of "Postal Service" that delivers these specifically made items for the vehicles to shops to install but that's not the point of this topic.

Simple question. Why is the economy for auto sales so messed up or are people just cheap because they can be? ? I get you can be patient and wait for that one person who will give a fair price for a car, but other than that people just try to be as cheap as possible. I buy a car for 50,000 and then put all the performance parts/upgrades into it. If you do engine, turbo, brakes, transmission that's what 25,000 roughly? Add a new paint job on top of it. I understand depreciation but holy crap ? After purchase price, registration and performance upgrades you've got about 80,000 into it and someone will come along and be like, "I'll give you 35,000". I just don't get it lol. How did it get so messed up? Or am I just crazy? You can be honest lol. This is just my opinion. Note: I understand that no one will pay over the original dealership price, I was just implying that there should be more reasonable offers. People are just cheap I guess, lol.

I apologize if there has been a discussion about this before. I tried browsing through, but didn't find an exact match on my points here. So here it is. Short description: Consider price changes on existing cars to create affordable vehicles for the average consumer and potentially make other cars more out of reach, to help facilitate realistic role play. There is too much abuse of the $5,000 paychecks to simply just save and buy an expensive car. I would love to see more people driving around realistic cars. Too many times I drive by an auto garage and see mechanics driving in-game equivalents of Mercedes, BMW, Corvettes, etc. Many times I have RP'd with people with expensive cars and asked what they do for a living and they say something along the lines of Courier Driver or Mechanic. It's pretty dull and shallow role play, to be honest. Detailed description: Looking over the Vehicle Dealership guide, I noticed a huge lack of realistically affordable vehicles for the average person. By realistic, I consider a baseline of $25,000 or less. From a real perspective, that's what I would consider somewhat affordable under normal working conditions and anyone who's not making six figures or more per year. Let's take a look at the numbers: Not including boats, aircraft and major industrial/utility vehicles, the amount of cars/bikes/motorcycles under $25,000 is 28. When you count up the total vehicles that would normally be purchased by your average consumer (again not including boats/aircraft/huge utility vehicles and trucks), I counted up around 224 vehicles. That's a grand total of 12.5%. Only 12.5% of vehicles can be classified as truly affordable by realistic means. These number goes even lower if you go one step further and take into account people who don't know how to operate a motorcycle or don't want to buy a junker car that they can't keep running (i.e. Ratloader, Rusty cars, etc). How would your suggestion improve the server?: Honestly, this situation is pretty unrealistic and I'm not sure what the reasoning behind the car pricing was at the time. I'm not insinuating that anyone did anything wrong, I'm just pointing out the facts. I would welcome an Admin response and the reasoning behind it, maybe it's something that I haven't considered. If we're considered a heavier role play server, along with the conversations that I've seen where there is already a high amount of improper portrayals of wealth (expensive cars, etc), I would think we would all welcome an influx of more realistically affordable vehicles for people to role play with. Now I understand that these cars can't be placed at their real pricing, but this is just for discussion purposes. In-game, this thing costs $41,000? That's completely unrealistic for what the car is, what it does and especially how it looks. This is an example of a car that should be more affordable, just to encourage people to buy these kinds of cars. I would LOVE to see people role playing with a larger variety of cars like this, rather than all the unrealistic people who have an expensive car with no means to justify how they bought it. I could go on with plenty more, but didn't want to get too lengthy. You get my point here. Like I said, I would welcome an Admin to come in and explain their reasoning as I'm not part of the team and there could be something I'm completely missing. Just trying to look at this from a realistic point of view, a lot of the cars are over priced and one could probably go the other way and suggest some are under priced. Side Note: I do understand the basics of an in-game economy and that they are different from real life. I am not suggesting to make prices the same as real life. I was just using examples as a reference point to suggest that the pricing of some vehicles in this game do not make sense, as some cars are older than others and do not reflect what accurate pricing would look like even in an in-game economy.

So basically right now we got an option to mod bikes wheels but it puts on the wheels from cars and only on the front wheel I know for certain that there are bike wheels for bikes especially made. So simply replace car wheels for bikes to bike wheels. Maybe while you at it add all possible wheels for the cars aswell. Neon lights should be removed. I can't recall once in my lifetime ever seeing a car with neon lights. I'd say a good percentage of the server have them installed to their car. It looks bad and makes the server feel more like a racing game imo.
