  1. DECKER-SIDE 23 The Wah Ching or Dub C are an infamous gang comprised of mostly, but not exclusive, Chinese-Americans with sets all over San Andreas. This gang was formed in San Fierro in the 1960s, as a way to make money from the gambling dens, drug sales, and illegal fireworks selling, and as a way to safeguard and act as the muscle for the local tongs. The Dubs quickly outgrew these Tongs and a conflict ensued - leaving San Fierro strongly in the Tong's hands and sending Wah Ching down to San Andreas, where they split into different sets, often called sides, this is around the time they adopted and integrated into the gang culture of the area, adopting hand signs, their fashion, lingo, monikers and gang colors. In the late 90s, due to the gang being hit with a RICO and due to law enforcement pressure, many of the Wah Ching sides broke from the original hierarchy of the gang, leading the organization to be much more independent from set to set. Still, all these sides claimed Dub C's and got along with each other without any trouble. Nowadays, Wah Ching has reorganized itself into doing /mostly/ organized crime, although certain sub-sets still act as other unorganized gangs would. The different sides are still split and each answer to their respective dai lo. In recent history, an Asian gang out of the north side of Koreatown has decided to align itself under the Wah Ching. The gang, known as Decker-Side 213, had been a clique consisting of Chinese, Vietnamese, and Cambodian youth hailing from Little Seoul, often guided by their dai lo's or big brothers, Bartholomew Chang and Lenny Kwan, but also by elusive figures in the Suey Sing Association such as David Wu, Sophie Wu, Ronald Ho, and Kevin Heoi. This clique's history in their section was riddled with violence, mostly aimed towards the other gangs that called Koreatown their home, and with many crimes, such as home break-ins, car-jacks, drug dealing, arms trafficking, and a myriad of robberies, be it aimed towards passerby's in the streets or towards stores and shops. In late 2022, following the arrest of Bartholomew Chang and Lenny Kwan, the gang went into disarray. Members hid low, fled the town, or simply retired and gave up on a life of crime. This wave of gangsters laying low, skipping Los Santos, or retiring didn't just happen to the clique under Chang and Kwan. Many if not all of the criminal-affiliated figures of the Suey Sing Association - the upper-echelon of this organization, with great connections across the city and even outside of the country - decided it was time to retire from a lifetime of crime, opting to live the rest of their lives with the money they had gathered over their life. This left two hatchet men around to guide the by-now fledgling group, Julian Lang and Daniel Ma, as the oldest members left in the gang, and as the two highest in the hierarchy. Without key tong figures to guide them, many of the once mandatory traditions were now gone, further molding the group into something of its own. Through their contacts and respect in the streets, the two got into long negotiations with a prestigious Wah Ching member, leading them and those who follow them to be blessed into the gang. A new generation of Decker-Side gangsters came to be from the previous one's reign—unleashed from the traditional cultural expectations of their predecessors, a nominal third-in-command was chosen by the Dai Dai Lo and the Dai Lo to form the organization's leadership: Leilani Kwon as a Dà Jiě. Kwon's blessing into the gang came as one of the first decisive approaches to the entire operation. With the three at the head of the gang, what was once an organized crime outfit fell much closer to what a typical Mexican or African-American gang acted like, with elements of organized crime sprinkled across the organization, given the nominal trio's money-making and profit-oriented background. Decker-Side 23 has been establishing its foothold on the West Side of Los Santos under newfound leadership in recent years. Whilst the gang is one of the many facets of a century-long criminal enterprise, the Wah Ching, is considered one of the most prolific West Side street gangs along with Terror Town 13, W/S Longos 13, Crazy Riders 13, etc., and the only significant gang within the vast community of Little Seoul. By virtue, DS23 aligning itself with Wah Ching has seen it carry life-long conflict with various local segments of Asian Boyz, Sons of Samoa, and others. The gang's origins and its untraditional ways make it stand out as one of the most noteworthy subsets of Wah Ching within Southern San Andreas, and their rooted ties within a primarily Hispanic community have led it to adopt various cultural and lifestyle choices. Contrary to popular belief, Decker-Side 23's main motivator continues to be participating in various illicit money-making ventures. Its adoption of the color red within common street gang denominators and regalia (red clothing, rags, tagging of choice) is often misunderstood as pledged allegiance to Bloods or similar sets— in reality, red is symbolic of good fortune, luck, vitality, celebration, and prosperity in Chinese culture. The gang's rapid ascension to power has inhibited law enforcement intrusion within the community. The LSSD OSSB Operation Chinese New Year of 2023 aimed to be a joint intelligence-gathering effort of various local law enforcement entities to gather intelligence on the gang itself and its power structure. Despite the operation's intention, the gang's approach of putting its community first has seen all efforts be mostly unfruitful. The city at large has condemned the LSSD's actions within the community of Little Seoul and numerous litigation efforts were put forth against the Department and its Operation Safe Streets Bureau's corrupt conduct of profiling and police brutality, as well as its baseless and illegal addition of unaffiliated civilians to gang databases. Local authorities recognize Decker-Side 23 by its first, decade-old iteration of the original clique, Decker-Side 213, and name it a hybrid criminal syndicate. Penetrating the gang has traditionally been difficult for area law enforcement agencies because it is a tight-knit community that does not welcome unfamiliar faces. The Dubs have come to learn law enforcement's routine tactics to deter law enforcement and have since sought to re-form and absorb various local cliques to spread its reach. As such, Chinos Chasin Paper (CCP), Decker VillainS (DVS), and Ginger Street Boys (GSB) comprise Decker-Side 23's presence on the streets. Nowadays, different divisions of labor control various facets of the established criminal enterprise, ranging from arms trafficking, narcotics distribution, international car theft/export rings, and several counterfeit operations. Its presence in the West Side as an organized street gang is one of its many facets, considering the Wah Ching is characterized as “an international criminal cartel” by the United States Department of Justice Criminal Division since 1988. OOC INFORMATION We portray an entirely fictional, but realistic Wah Ching set within the community of Little Seoul. Whilst most Wah Ching gang members are Chinese and Vietnamese, Decker Side recruits both Korean and Cambodian characters. Other Southeast Asian nationalities are open for recruitment on a case-by-case basis. Recruitment is fully done In Character, and we are committed to help prospective members with creating an accurate character if necessary. Aspiring characters shall be working-class youth in their teenage years (no older than 16) who reside in or around Little Seoul. We are an invite only faction—contact leadership to become involved. Reach out to princecane., miguh. and liquicity. for anything concept-related.
  2. Erin Takakura Erin is a second-generation Japanese girl, the daughter of a former call girl. She had many fathers, some violent, others simply poor. Life in her mother's small apartment in Tokyo Plaza soon becomes unbearable. With barely a high school diploma in her pocket, she took to the streets without question, and began hanging out in other states thanks to friends she met on the Internet. It was during this headlong rush that she developed a passion for tattooing, stamping her friends' skin for life and getting her own. Naturally cold and rather masculine, it's with a hard-swallowed pride that she returns to help her mother in Los Santos. Cast loose in this concrete jungle, she tries as best she can to pay her way to a future for her little brother. _____________________________________________
  3. Kenneth Nakagawa From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Kenneth Nakagawa, also known as "Kenny" or "Ken" (born April 20, 2004) is a Japanese-American MMA-Fighter. Biography Early Life Kenneth was an orphan and troublesome youth, something which dettered prospective foster parents from adopting him. Once he graduated from high school at the age of sixteen, he left the Orphanage behind and moved into the Asian Community Center in Little Seoul. After moving out, Kenny spent a lot of time hanging around various communities, such as Little Seoul, South Central and El Burro. Shortly after he started to live in the ACC, Kenneth started visiting Gyms all over the City in order to maintain a good physique. In August of 2023 Kenneth started spending more time around Vespucci, due to his job at the Shingle Fish. During his employment there, he reconnected with an old friend, Jonathan Ishikawa. After reconnecting with Ishikawa, Kenneth was signed on as an amateur MMA fighter and spent his days training and polishing his techniques for his debut at the Rockford Dome. Career Nakagawa V. For Kenneth, this win marked a significant milestone in his career, and he looked forward to taking on even more challenging opponents in the future. Despite Nakagawa's resilience and relentless counterattacks, Malakian managed to hold his ground and secure a narrow victory by a hair's breadth in a testament to his resilience and tactical acumen. 6. BOBBY THAI thought of all the ways he could've avoided fucking up, but came up short... He sat on a wooden chair, looking at all the clutter of stationery around him. He was in the principal's office—she was a middle-aged Caucasian lady with thinly plucked eyebrows, light pink blush on her cheeks and always had her blonde hair tied up in a ponytail. Erin Cartwright maintained a professional dress code on the premises, she wore a black blazer with a dark grey blouse underneath and some long black trousers to match. You could always hear her high heels click-clacking as she walked down the halls of Fairmount High School. She remembered almost every student's name there and was proud of her job. Fairmount wasn't too far from Bobby's home in Little Seoul, Los Santos or "K-Town" as a local would call it; he usually rode his silver BMX every day back and forth from home to school. Mrs. Cartwright had always seen potential in Bobby and took a liking to him, she called him a bright student with a good future, only if he had just listened in class and focused on his studies, that was. It was more than disappointment when she found out that Bobby had brought a knife to school, but knowing his background, she wasn't all too surprised. "Bobby, you know that I'm going to have to do a severe disciplinary action for this, right, why did you do this?" Her words blurred together in Bobby's head. He looked up at Erin, seeing the disappointment in her face and looked away, keeping his mouth shut. He always felt like a disappointment to every adult who had good intentions for him, from his mother to his teachers. He had brought the knife with the intent of meeting up with a Hispanic kid from the same neighborhood after school and stabbing him. The kid had repeatedly insulted Bobby's looks, particularly how his eyes looked. And that Bobby was a pussy. Bobby had seen this kid talking shit to other Asians in the school, punching them for no reason, especially the ones who didn't know good English and could do nothing to fight back. He badly wanted to teach the little fucker a lesson. Bobby Thai had been expelled and transferred to Westview High to finish off his sophomore year. He stayed with his mother, Huyen Thai who was a second generation Vietnamese immigrant, and her boyfriend who she wanted Bobby to call 'step-dad', but he'd have rather crawled into his own grave. Thai had never met his biological father, growing up, he would hear rumors that his dad was moping around somewhere in the United Kingdom and was a heroin addict. Around the time of his school semester ending for the summer, he had gotten involved with the local thugs that lived not a stone's throw away from him; meant he was getting two educations. Local gangsters like Tommy "Tee" Gao who was part of the Decker Side 213 street gang, had seen the potential in Bobby, 'cause he looked like a kid with a good head on his shoulders that didn't take shit from anybody—he'd get into fights and lost most of them but he never backed down. Bobby had heart. Thai was a scrawny, baby-faced sixteen-year-old boy who stood at 5'6, maybe 5'7 with shoes on and weighed no more than 130 pounds. You could easily mistake him for being thirteen or fourteen. Tommy had gotten Bobby involved with selling copious amounts of marijuana on the street, and you could see that the kid was a natural who fit right into his environment. Thai was making some good money, but had the financial literacy of a four-year-old kid in a candy store. He'd waste his money on street gambling, new clothes and girls that he wanted to show off to...

  8. The Black Viper Society (Hēi dúshé shèhuì) Chinese crime organizations outside of China can vary in size and flexibility in operation and structure, including syndicates, triads, tongs, and gangs. Most organizations based out of China have links to mainland figures or previously mentioned groups, establishing connections and relationships to strengthen and mutually supply one another. These groups participate in a wide variety of crimes, including human trafficking, drug and arms smuggling, financial and other white-collar crimes, extortion, gambling, prostitution, and other violent crime. Chinatown, a small corner of Los Santos flourishing in all aspects of life in the city has had a heavy presence of organized crime since its founding. Immigrants flocking to the area for a sense of security and familiarity, Chinese American Association's founded on the principles of keeping together a strong community, falling to the grips of organized crime. Eventually becoming legal fronts for these groups, through money laundering, fraud, and other white-collar financial schemes. Over time several organizations have found themselves occupying the area and carrying out their business, whether legal or illegal in the area. With the recent power vacuum left behind in Los Santos Chinatown in the wake of major players being taken down either by gangland killings or arrests, with a major group now out of play and a vacancy left in the area, The Black Viper Society stepped in with an attempt to establish a new powerhouse to fill this role and gain from it throughout the process. Serpents are symbols of rebirth, transformation, immortality, and healing. In the process of shedding their skin, they are renewing their life to continue prospering, leaving behind their past dead self, and starting anew. As with founding members of this organization, adaptation is a must, having been crippled previously in their former group these individuals have shed their skin to start again. The Black Viper Society is a new group that is founded in Los Santos, members mostly being Chinese individuals partaking in criminal activities for their own benefit. A group brought up on traditional values such as respect for their elders and brotherhood, wherein the veterans teach the newly recruited members the ways expected of them as they are slowly introduced into the secretive group. OOC Section This group aims to portray a realistic Chinese-American criminal organization and community-based in Chinatown/Mission Row. Though the primary focus is on Chinese members, other Asian ethnicities are welcome to roleplay with the group.
