Hello everyone. Recently, I had the displeasure of reading this report submitted by a dear friend of mine: To summarise, the reported party’s character accused the reporting party’s character of raping her when no such thing happened. As a consequence of this false accusation, the reporting party’s character was executed. Quite frankly, I believe the whole situation was fabricated to simply deathmatch my friend's character. I'll admit, I really shouldn't jump to conclusions. Although, I've witnessed characters overtly lying about sexual abuse to ruin another character for the sake of getting revenge. Sickening, right? We are all aware that rape roleplay was rightfully banned off the server, as clearly stated in the server rules: 19) Sexual Roleplay Rules - Rape roleplay (which includes all the sexual acts defined as rape by US or EU laws) is fully forbidden on the server. Based on this rule, we are to assume that rape does not happen in the world of Los Santos. Correct me if I am wrong, but would that mean merely alluding to the subject of rape is against rule 19? We need the rules to be more clear about this. If I am incorrect about this, and false rape accusations are not in violation of rule 19, I propose we remove false rape allegation roleplay entirely off the server for the following reasons: It is not beneficial for the server in any way, shape or form. From the report above, it clearly encourages players to break other rules in order to seek vengeance, using the rape allegation as a loophole to justify their actions. We do not want that on this server. False in-character (IC) rape accusations tarnish the character's IC reputation for life. An allegation this serious renders this character unplayable as they cannot develop their character in a positive light anymore. How is this fair? False IC rape accusations also tarnish the player's reputation out-of-character (OOC). This is because it implies that the accused party genuinely roleplayed rape - effectively creating the illusion to others that they broke rule 19. I ask again: How is this fair? Quite honestly, it is also a breach of common courtesy. My stance on the matter is players who engage in this kind of roleplay should be permanently banned. No ifs, no buts. Banned. Might be harsh but I think it's for the greater good. Let me know your thoughts on this. PLEASE keep this discussion civil and respectful. This topic is a touchy subject and has affected many people in real life.

All images are free for use by anyone for any reason. GRAPHIC CONTENT WARNING - 18+ 8:23 AM AUG 22 2021 I'm roused from sleep by the chatter of gunfire outside my apartment. All brass, no blood. People can't aim. A drive through Davis wouldn't hurt anything, it was eight AM after all. I made my way there and was graced by a street fight as I arrived, more than I could have asked for on such a hushed morning. It didn't last particularly long. 8:48 AM AUG 22 2021 I make my way down the street to Little Seoul. There's a cruiser in the road with a few deputies surrounding it. Deputy-involved shooting, he had no chance. His life was taken for a traffic stop. I helped how I could and left. 5:34 AM AUG 23 2021 High-speed chase through the county with a company Burrito van. Some real acrobatic shit was going on. Against my better judgement I got close enough to film more or less the entire thing. A deputy blocked me off so I wouldn't be hit by the van. Thanks, deputy. You're a champ. 12:34 AM AUG 23 2021 Civil dispute at the local occult shop on Mission Row's Atlee Street. Neither side could really decide who was in the err so they were made to go their separate ways. I stood around and watched for a while. The two guys being trespassed claimed the owners were racist, and the owners claimed the two men were sexist. What a gargantuan mess. 3:07 AM AUG 23 2021 One hell of a scene outside The Vault at Pillbox Hill. Police trucks and all. Couldn't get close enough for context. 8:43 AM AUG 24 2021 Deputy went missing at a scene in Strawberry. During all of that, there were repeat incidents of hammer attacks around Davis from presumably the same guys who initiated the first call. They caught at least two of them to my knowledge. I caught pictures of the third biking all over Davis. Brazen, you have to admire the balls on the guy. 8:45 AM AUG 24 2021 Escort services are abundant in Los Santos, both on street corners and on public advertisement agencies. I offered these two cash in exchange for an anonymous interview, but they called me weird. So instead, I took their picture. Guess I am. 9:47 AM AUG 24 2021 Traffic stop right outside the cheapo plastic surgeon in Mission Row. The driver must have had warrants, because they'd got her in a high-risk formation, led her out of the car- the whole shebang. I feel the most sorry for the car itself. That red is gorgeous. 11:55 PM AUG 25 2021 Another scene on Vespucci and Strawberry. A road often traveled means a road often prowled around. 11:18 AM AUG 27 2021 Gang activity and an argument at a 24/7 leads to deputies pulling up in force to investigate. Things thankfully went back to normal when they left, but the tension was thick enough to be cut with a knife. I expected blood. 6:46 AM AUG 28 2021 A shooting in Davis leaves one dead and a car filled with holes. I received a tip from a reader that there was something going on, and arrived just in time to speak with some of the deputies onscene and get some details. Based on the evidence we all saw, it was probably a drive-by shooting. Killed without a chance to react. He didn't know what hit him. 1:30 AM AUG 28 2021 Hot pursuit through Davis. This guy must've cut twenty different alleys trying to escape. No idea if he did! It was entertaining while it lasted, though. 11:26 AM AUG 31 2021 Someone gets blasted outside the nightclub I was outside of. Didn't catch the shooting itself, only the aftermath. Right in the heart of Rockford Hills. Bullets don't discriminate where you're from or where you're at. You are not safe in your ivory tower. A fire marshal was trying to save his life when I got close enough to see what was going on. 2:22 AM SEP 01 2021 Two guys creeping around in a black car with hoodies, masks, and gloves. Certainly not up to no good, and no cause for alarm. I took pictures and called it in. They didn't come back when cruisers started swinging through. 6:18 AM SEP 01 2021 Some guy's beating the shit out of another guy's Baller with a wrench. The owner shows up, wrench guy runs at him, and gets blasted out of his socks with a .45. The guy with the wrench's friend there starts shooting at the Gallivanter's owner. Then me. He didn't make it far. I must've called the police four times, my friend another two. Nothing. 3:23 AM SEP 02 2021 Sheriff's dominate a scene on Forum and Carson. They used the less-lethal on the guy in yellow. He fell down. 3:40 AM SEP 02 2021 Just down the road, police shoot the hell out of some guy in his car. They pushed up behind a cruiser as cover. He didn't make it out of there alive, a coroner's van took him right across the street. 12:59 AM SEP 03 2021 Trouble in Jamestown. When isn't there? Particularly today. From my perch I saw a shooting, a fight, and enough police presence to make Times Square jealous. A Los Santos Police helicopter was spying on the people scattered around below. 12:59 AM SEP 03 2021 More hell on Roy Lowenstien Boulevard. The citizens of Jamestown can't catch a break from flashing lights. SWAT and SWT were swarming the place like a Hispanic Bin Laden was holed up inside that house. They left empty-handed. A starless sky overcasts a starless city. A place where some dreams are made, and most dreams are broken. I'm not sure how to wrap this volume up other than scratching my head and wondering what led to it all. How could a place with such massive potential crumble and fall? History repeating itself? A raw look into the real Los Santos, behind the mask of Vinewood glamour. GRAPHIC CONTENT WARNING - 18+ 08:17 AM AUG 13 2021 I start my day off strong and early. Slept well for once. Davis is full of three-and-four deep sedans. Everyone's all masked up and ready for action, and it's a Friday morning. Somewhere along the line I find one of those cars flipped. Guy inside had been shot a few times, and the car rolled over on its roof. His friend ran off and left him- there was blood leading from the car across into an adjacent alley. There's not much he could have done for him, anyway. The deputy in charge of the scene was helpful in this case. Fisher or Fischer or something like that. 02:02 AM AUG 15 2021 I walk outside of the apartment block a friend lives in and spot a man lying face-up in the parking lot. Called for coroner's and police, but they didn't arrive until around 4:15 AM, where I caught them on my swing back around. Lots of bodies, not enough time. 02:28 AM AUG 15 2021 Bomb threat at the Yellow Jack Inn. All I wanted was a drink, but I got pictures, instead. Spoke with an officer of the LSPD for a few minutes while I was up on a billboard getting good angles. Turns out the whole thing was a hoax, guy caught charges for making threats on top of everything else he'd racked up. 05:18 AM AUG 15 2021 A teenager mourns the loss of his friend outside a block on Forum Drive, Chamberlain Hills. I arrived right after Coroner's were taking him away. Sad reality of life in South Central. 05:26 AM AUG 15 2021 Not too long after I'd taken that photo, police were back on that block- this time arresting a murder suspect. They sounded pretty sure they'd caught their guy. He had been stopped in the act, with the body of the victim right next to him. Two murders in thirty minutes, less than twenty-five feet apart. The density of homicides in South Central is unrivaled. 06:09 AM AUG 15 2021 Traffic stop on a four-occupied sedan on the Jamestown projects block. Law enforcement are very careful around these parts, and for good reason. The place is an ambush waiting to happen. 06:54 AM AUG 15 2021 Less than two hours after I'd seen him at a scene on Forum Drive, a deputy is shot dead in the middle of the road. Co-workers frantically work to save his life, but he didn't roll away in an ambulance. Death will come when you least expect it. 09:50 AM AUG 15 2021 Standing around in the parking lot of the block my friend's letting me stay at when a Dominator comes screeching up, nearly hitting us. My partner tells him to watch his driving. He gets out in a bulletproof vest and motorcycle helmet and says "he's debating whether to kill us or not." For a brief moment, I consider running him over in my car. He pulled a gun on us, then shoved it away and walked off. Cops were called, since he'd done it in front of quite a few witnesses who didn't take kindly to having pistols waved at them. Sheriff's Department pulled out the big guns on him. Good shots from above. 4:47 AM AUG 16 2021 In a particularly wild twist, I witness the guy in the orange hoodie here steal a masked biker's motorcycle and speed off on it. Around thirty minutes later, I spot orange hoodie in an alleyway with some friends. I pull aside. Gunfire erupts. When I return, one's dead on the ground, with orange hoodie bleeding out, and a third wandering around the scene. Sheriff's Deputies arrive in force to take control of the situation, placing the third suspect under arrest shortly afterward. Seemed to me like our masked biker is some sort of vigilante. If he's a good enough shot to kill two in a three-on-one gunfight and survive, he's doing something right. Can't endorse vigilantism, though. Bad for one's health. 9:35 AM AUG 16 2021 Myself and a few friends make the mistake of cruising around old abandoned industrial areas in my van. We head to Elysian Island- there's a trucking depot there with posted signs, so we go to a lot that doesn't belong to them to drive around and check out the old docks and machinery. A green Gruppe Six pickup truck starts chasing us before long, from Elysian Island all the way through Cypress Flats, El Burro Heights, La Mesa, and finally Mission Row Station. When the guy gets out of his truck he introduces himself as a "Protections Officer." It was ruled a 'misunderstanding' by the Police Department. What confuses me the most is the audacity to chase civilians in an unmarked car... as private security. Professional standards, right? 6:18 AM AUG 18 2021 Traffic stop on the Los Santos Freeway. Guns are drawn and both driver and passenger are brought out of the vehicle. No good details on this one, but I have a feeling it had to do with a situation I'd seen earlier where a deputy was shot near the Chianski mountain range. 9:23 AM AUG 18 2021 This is broken, can I return it? Two people are shot inside a car on Roy Lowenstein Boulevard during broad daylight. No further details about the shooting could be dug up, but they both left in Coroner's vans. 11:56 PM AUG 18 2021 Street fight in Chinatown erupted down the road from a bar. Guy on the ground was brutally beaten and had his money stolen right out of his wallet. The thief threw the empty billfold in the victim's face and ran off after kicking him in the ribs. I didn't stick around to try to talk to anyone. When I tried to offer medical aid they didn't seem to want it. 11:15 PM AUG 19 2021 I get pulled over on Forum Drive, probably matching a suspect of something or another. While I'm sitting there getting ready a gunfight erupts less than thirty feet to my left. I get let go from the stop, pull on my press badge, and film. Gangster shot down an LSPD canine handler, and in turn, the deputy who pulled me over shot the gunman dead. Neither of them made it. 11:52 PM AUG 19 2021 I walk outside my friend's apartment again and two people are shot in front of me. I lift my camera as the gunman runs past- he doesn't notice me, tunnel vision, I guess. It probably helped I was behind something, anyway. He zooms past me, gun in hand. I'd later film this same guy killing a third in not long after these pictures were taken. 1:06 AM AUG 20 2021 LSPD operation at a block I've unfortunately been to one too many times by now. SWAT were outside holding the door. Couldn't get much closer than I did here, didn't want to, either. 1:50 AM AUG 20 2021 The same guy from earlier shoots at someone out front of the DMV apartments and hops in his buddy's sports car to get away. Unfortunately for him, he did not get away, as he was killed by police during the pursuit after exchanging gunfire with them. If you'd believe it, we were just about to leave this location on merit of nothing happening, too. Lucky find. 2:17 AM AUG 20 2021 Los Santos Sheriff's Department in hot pursuit of... A taxi. Hazarding a guess he did something to warrant such a response. I was reeling video when they passed, and it came out wonderfully. 2:20 AM AUG 20 2021 I take a bathroom break inside a 24/7 on Davis and Macdonald Street. When I'm on my way out, a gunfight erupts a block over, near the public library. I used the digital recorder I bought at Seeker's to get a quick snip of the ambience of Davis. Blood and brass on the steps of the public library- A deadly reminder of how violence has taken precedent over knowledge. 4:39 AM AUG 21 2021 Another massive brawl, this time outside a corner store on Strawberry Avenue. Fists and feet fly. A passerby starts kicking one of the guys who'd lost the fight in the head. Our masked vigilante whips a Glock out on him and makes him back off, then picks all the injured up. Everyone goes about their day like that hadn't just happened. I'm not gonna get preachy at the end of this issue, I've had two before this to do that. By now, anyone who's regularly read these articles understands my prerogative. I want change. I can't force change, but I can try, by exposing reality. The island's gorgeous, but it's wasted potential. A dying flame. Gone are the days of movie studios and superstars. This is the here and now Los Santos. But it doesn't have to be. This thread will be following the development and growth of Malcolm Andrews, a growing member of the Cortes Aryan Skin Heads. Malcolm Andrews also known as "Mally" or "Junior" (was born July 3rd, 2003, East-west Los Santos, Vespucci Boulevard, San Andreas) is a newfound associate of the infamous Cortes Aryan Skin Heads or otherwise known as "C-A-S-H" - the group is widely known for their practice in hate-speech, theft, drug abuse, and violent tendencies. Malcolm was raised in a rough, abusive household with his older sister Melanie; who left when she finished her Freshman year of High school... His parents "Richard Andrews" and "Bethany Andrews" split due to his fathers alcoholic issues becoming more troublesome over the years, resulting in beating his son most nights to relieve the guilt and stress. Malcolm's childhood was anything but pleasant. He continued to watch his fathers life spiral down as he continued to consume his life in a plethora of liquor. Malcolm spent most of his nights out on the streets, not wanting to go home, not wanting to feel another belt across his face. Exhausted and hungry he often found his home around the other degenerates that around Vespucci, most of those who praised the rules of hate and greed. Into his late teenage years, he continued to visit the beach, bringing his BMX to the boardwalk and the skate-park, most often could be found with his new friend "Boozer", a sickly looking individual that was consistently trying to assure Malcolm that there were better means of life around the corner - family, money, power, and respect. Malcolm started to grasp back at reality, living with his own set of rules, left the motel that his father was staying in, and started to hang closer to the scum around the beach. Eventually Malcolm was shown some ways on how to make some money on his own, by any means. Malcolm realized that there was some serious money involved, already slapping palms up with some of his newly found brothers, going to parties, and finding himself talking with various criminals, taking drugs, drinking and further being intrigued by the environment. Malcolm was always interested in furthering himself, trying to test his boundaries, knowing how easy it was to get money only made his ambitions heightened, darker and more dangerous for a youthful mind. No school, no father, no mother, and no sister. Family to him was the Beach. Money to him was everything. Fathers to him were a hold-back. Mothers to him were a lie.

This thread will follow the story of Samuel 'Gremlin' Heng, and his association with the Tiny Rascal Gang.

Isaiah's upbringing was similar to most of his friends, his father had little to do with him for most of his life, spending most of his time at home with his struggling mother who worked multiple jobs to keep the lights on in their home. Therefore, he was left to do whatever he wished from a young age. Most of his friends, began hanging around the local gang of his neighbourhood; Vista Locos 13. He would soon follow suit, and start making himself known to the OGs of the gang and ending up becoming a well known tag artist in the El Burro Heights area.. He was jumped into the clique, Dozer Lokos around the age of thirteen. School has always been a struggle for Isaiah, rarely spending any of his time there. Usually getting into fights, when he does attend. His mother would try to get him to attend when she was not at work, but the pair would rarely see each other due to Isaiah rarely going home, when she is able to be there due to work. His motives lie elsewhere. He now finds himself sixteen, and put on to the set. Most of the older members of the gang are currently incarcerated, leaving the remaining few to step up. Isaiah, being one of them. This thread will follow the story of Isaiah 'Goblin' Jimenez, a young gangbanger from Amarillo Vista, El Burro Heights.

The story of Joseph "Sneaky" Grajeda Joseph Grajeda wasn't the type of kid for gangbanging. When he was younger, he focused more on education rather than most other children within El Burro. He had his future planned out before himself, wishing to go into a BA once he finished school, however his plans were cut short after the death of his father, the man who supplied his entire household financially. Joseph was forced to move-in with his grand-parents with his mother and brother, who barely managed to pay for Joseph's education. He fell into a period of depression, bunking classes in order to hang out with James Lara, who was one of his best friends at the time. James was a horrible influence on Joseph, involving them both with the local Vista Locos gang, which had been run under Hector "Dozer" Lara, James' older brother. The duo immediately began skipping weeks of school at a time, practically living at the trap house. In grade 8, Joseph completely failed his semester, pushing him back a year, however at this point, Joseph's only interests were the gang. He influenced his brother into joining the gang, leaving their mother and grandparents' care. The duo eventually got put onto the Vista Locos 13 gang, Joseph due to his ability to easily evade the local police department (which racked him his placa as Sneaky) and his brother due to his fighting skills. The duo slumped further into the gang lifestyle as they climbed higher up the gang's structure. Joseph, who at 18 years old, was given complete responsibility of the gang by Hector "Dozer" Lara, who had constantly been a father figure for Joseph.

JULIAN "HECTIC" ALONZO LEGAL NAME Julian Mateo Alonzo ETHNICITY Cuban-American BACKSTORY Julian grew up around drugs, his father was (No) good- Keeping him alive for his younger years; corruption and smuggling, his father did best. Making most his money in the drug business. Julian wasn't part of his fathers endeavors, and his father kept him out of the loop and in the dark, but Julian wasn't stupid, hiding when the police showed was a regular occurrence, and telling his friends that his father drove "Cargo Boats" for a living was the norm. His mother kept in the house mostly, only leaving for groceries or supplies, she was a well mannered lady around thirty five like his father. She had friends, though most of them were her husbands-friends wives, as Ricardo didn't allow her to speak to whom he didn't know. His life was simple, school, help around the house, don't speak about his father in public... That all changed around his ninth birthday. The day started normal, but ended in one fatality, and Julian and his mother becoming fugitives. Illegally immigrating into Los Santos, they seeked asylum in the lower class section of South LS, he's trying just to stay alive and keep his Mother safe, with his father being slain by police. He's haunted by the constant reminder of how he knows it might all end. He starts his story, here in Rancho. FOLLOW UP (JUNE 2021) Julian has found himself becoming heavily affiliated with the upcoming Varrio Rancho 13 clique Curbside Baby Winos, which is ran by Julian's brother figure Elijah "Tiny Temper" Munoz, who he met in summer school and re-connected with later on in the year, despite their age gap about two to three years, the duo gets together extremely well. Elijah Munoz is honestly a terrible influence and person to look up too, but Julian has found nobody else like him. Julian is more loyal to Munoz than anybody in the entire hood, as he provides a roof over his head when his parent's get angry with him. Julian is slowly becoming just as much of an addict as Munoz, and god knows what other traits he will pick up along the way, at only the age of 15, Julian Alonzo has become heavily educated on the culture and lifestyle his "older brother" lives in, and is becoming more intelligent on specific things to street crimes and how to do them, to fire arms and narcotics. KNOWN FLAWS Bad eyesight leads him to wear a heavy prescription, though he rarely does. His hard headed-ness keeps most people away from him, and his drug use in his early teen years has caught up with him, suffering withdraws and bad trips. Julian is a different kid on his "special medicine" but is still sociable like usual. Melina Josefina Barriga Almanza is a 36 year old Mexican National drug trafficker, originally from the city of Culiacán in Sinaloa. Melina had a relatively loving childhood whilst growing up from her parents, although her father and uncles being involved in the narcotics game eventually changed her. She went to the Technological University of Culiacán, in Sinaloa and graduated from there with a bachelor's degree. After graduating from the university with a bachelor's degree, her father decided to use her for white collar related crimes at first, where she was sent to San Andreas; primarily operating out of San Diego and Los Santos at the time on behalf of the AFO; although this would later see her split and become independent. During the early stages of Melina's involvement with the narco underworld, she ran point on laundering money for the AFO through the cryptocurrency exchange; often interacting with the Border Brothers 22 as they would often be used to push the AFO's product into the state of San Andreas, primarily San Diego and Los Santos as distribution hubs. Although a few years into her line of work, Melina had already gathered a small sized crew of financial operators to roll with her; often helping her run these activities. But as the years progressed, her temptation for more made her go the extra mile and she ended up outsourcing a drug connect for herself. By the age of 26, Melina would see herself as an independent drug trafficker with a small tight knit crew of individuals that often operated as a shadow group under the banner of other American based Organized Crime Groups (OCGs) and also ended up marrying with one of her father's people who split, and joined forces with Melina. Through the age of 26 to 28, Melina and her crew operated as independents without pledging full allegiance to any other major criminal organization, often travelling between Arizona and San Andreas for business and Baja California where she had permanently resided when not on business duties. Although by the time Melina was 28, herself and her husband had already filed for a divorce as their relationship and romance levels significantly dropped overtime with both of them rarely ever being home. Melina had found herself in Los Santos for a consistent 2 month period after some of her people and Alex Farizano had lost a lot of weight on a drug shipment coming in, this led to a down spiral within two months where Melina's operation became very janky and unreliable for a period of time, during this time period Melina and Alex had found themselves settling in with one of many Drug Trafficking Organizations (DTOs) in the city known as La Coka Nostra at the time; linking up with individuals such as "Payday" Bana, "Corleone" Farese and "Vandal" Gutierrez, but towards the end of that two month period; La Coka Nostra had somewhat became defunct and went completely ghost, with some of their associates not even knowing what happened to each other. Due to this, Melina and her crew were once again considered independent drug traffickers and went back on a tit-for-tat hop, continuing to outsource connects to keep her narcotics business alive, which eventually worked out well in the end. Upon one of Melina's many trips back to Los Santos, her cousin; Marina Mendez now known by her marriage name; Marina Cardona, met up with Melina which resulted in Melina deciding to align herself to Marina and Lucas's network, bringing her crew of narco traffickers along for the ride. This resulted in Melina and her crew being no longer considered independent again, as Melina had decided to accept Marina's offer, becoming Marina's right hand. Eventually as time went on, Melina settled back into Los Santos again with her crew known as: La Empresa (The Enterprise). Individuals such as "El Diablo" Baro, "La Catrina" Escobedo, "El Nacho" Ruiz, "El Rafa" Reyes and "El Cabal" Cabal came to settle in with Melina in Los Santos. A few weeks after settling in, in Los Santos... Hernan Orozco a/k/a "El Oro" and Miro Cardenas a/k/a "Tank" had came out to San Andreas from Arizona after an internal feud gone wrong had happened; being long-standing business partners with Melina, they settled somewhere in the state of San Andreas and eventually aligned themselves under The Enterprise.
