how can u populate farms and some parts of the county without having houses for people to live there?

I understand how administrative team wants to have RP in certain areas so people have something to do but I think this would be a great opportunity for civilian RP. I've long craved to do some farming RP or country side, something in the county. So was hoping for scripters to add some houses there, not too many but at least some.

i've googled this and many ppl are facing this problem, having pixelated hair and grass. this andthis is what im talking about. im sure some of you faced this problem, i've tried almost everything in options and havent been able to fix it.

But you do realize loans from actual players could even be scammed easier than this? And a rule could be made for this, but there's no rule for loans as it's players own responsibility to whom they give money to.

If you're worried about people making new characters just for credits to be raised and then transfer the money to their other characters, then it should be implemented that you need at least 50 hours of played time to withdraw a credit or something. But I hardly believe someone would withdraw a credit and spread the money around. I've been on many SAMP servers with that possibility and never once did it happen.

Ability to withdraw a credit, or a loan, from the bank. How the system would work? Well basically you go to a bank, type /credit or something and you get couple of options. $50,000, $100,000, $150,000 and on. You get the idea. And then you pick at what rate you want to pay off the credit. For example if you've raised a 50k credit, you can pick you want to pay it in 50 rates, 1k to be deducted from your paycheck until the credit is paid for, or 100 rates and so 500 is deducted from your paycheck every hour. I think it's a great way for new players to really start off their characters right and it would certainly help in development.
