Simple request. When placing a report (/report) in game and you have an admin respond, sometimes you need to communicate with them regarding something that has suddenly occurred and you cannot due to only their admin game appearing. I am suggesting to have their in-game IDs appear when they accept the report. This can also be helpful with helpers too.

An Item that you will have to buy from a pawnshop or 24/7, a simple booklet that you list all your favorite addresses into a little booklet to personalize your GPS in a way. Firstly you must have GPS installed in your vehicle for it to work. Secondly you purchase the address book. With this system you can place all your favorite locations, friend's homes, family's homes & businesses into your little log book to have a quick GPS track to each location.
Purchase
You purchase the address book from either a 24/7 or a pawnshop. Should be an item.
Command
/addaddress [Full address] [Character's full name] [Nickname] - This is to add an address to the booklet
/removeaddress [Full address] [Character's full name] [Nickname] - This is to remove an address from your booket
/addressbook - Shows all your listings (Unlimited?)
/addressclearall - Removes all listings in your booklet
Nickname is what you type in with /AGPS to direct you to the location.
Example
/addaddress 2101 Ace Jones Drive Marcus Malone Marco
/AGPS Marco - This will allow you to calculate a location and direct you to Marco's home.

So this is mainly focused towards the property request area on the UCP but this can of course be incorporated around other areas such as Admin applications and so on. A lot of people including myself like to place the questions in a word, note-pad or google document where they can fully write out their applications and submit when the area opens. I am asking to allow us to see all sections before "filling" in and moving onto the next "page/stage/step" of the process. This will allow people to write out their applications more furtherly and not write the same sort of answers for each question, giving them more time to think about what to write and have a better explanation for each step.
Allow us to preview all STEPS to know what's the next question and prepare ourselves to write the answers, giving a much well informed answer for each question asked.

I understand there are only a few pets available right now with Platinum and Partner. I think adding a few extra options will help boost people from purchasing these options. Of course this isn't the main reason but it helps the server with more revenue and so on. This also allows more of a variety of pets as an option and helps immersion and development for characters who decide to pick a pet.

This is the best way to do it as there is no "continuity" towards how money works around San Andreas. This just pushes us into a bigger fish tank with endless questions and no answers.

I think it's a good idea however using /attributes "forces" people to look at what your character is/has and does specifically which helps the overall imagination of the character.
