I’m sorry, how is the legal system broken? Please step into my private messages if you have any concerns. If you have an issue with the speed of things maybe you should come try it out yourself before you complain about how long things take. Or perhaps if people stopped purposely appealing charges because they want to burden the system as well as PD/SD and give them extra work perhaps things would not take so long. To actually get on topic, Mickey, and to others who feel they are abused, I’d certainly encourage you to use IC means to solve this issue. There have been multiple cases where players have sued law enforcement departments and have won. Why not hire a lawyer and have them handle this for you by IC means?

Misuse of an Emergency Hotline (M) Any person who uses a government hotline, intended for either emergency or non-emergency assistance, with a purpose other than contacting the government with a legitimate concern or ushering for immediate assistance, including prank calls, jokes, or any other kind of distraction.

No one proposed for TTCF to carry out the execution. I, as the faction leader of the JSA, as well as the player himself who was to be killed wanted to roleplay out the execution at the State prison. This was blocked and he had to NPC his death instead, after spending months of character development and posting 30 pages of screenshots of his development, he had to end his character with no roleplay involved.

Capital Punishment is legal. The character’s execution was NPCed rather than a roleplay event taking place.
