FiveM has a thing called extended texture budget in the settings which seems to fix a lot of the texture loss related issues, RageMP on the otherhand still doesn't have that or something similar which is why we still have these issues in 2022.

tree mod should be fixed or removed, always loaded at their highest quality/LOD level no matter where you are on the map so with mods like NVE which has its own trees, you will get a massive hit in frames
