As @504 Km North of Athens has mentioned alot of things. but theres also "expectations" set out by these legal factions too, god forbid your character has a social life, doesn't work every time your character is logged in. Or you get hung up on an alt enjoying that "new" RP avenue to go back to your established char because stringent rules require your activity to be a certain level, unless your friends with whom "bend" rules for insane periods of time... Some factions do alot better then others in activity, and alot of it is in flexibility and less expectations, cause let's face it, we are here to roleplay, to be creaive not be someone's cashcow or a NPC lootbox for the hulk from Davis. It's insulting paying with time and effort to be "expected" to work and not Roleplay 😂

And something many get wobbly about, Admins may have a job to do, but majority of admins iv had the pleasure of dealing with have been helpful and offered guidance. +1 would really help with family RP, and not all minors are open/willing to talk with agencies that have access to the MDC either from their pasts (( anxiety, fears, hate, how they been treated in the past )) which opens RP for parents to be called to help handle what ever the scene may be

/report and request an admin to change name on the MDC, providing its the same character just last name changed, it's quick and painless, it's how the record is done through adoptions ICCly +1 on the suggestion though, if paper trail IC is there, a NC should be free to enhance RP not restrict it behind a paywall via WP/PP's Should apply to all routes that could involve a last name change imo though

Would be nice if this applied to dashcams too. You get a notification your cars being broken into, you go outside to catch the crim in the act, or being held at gunpoint infront of the vehicle. And you capture stuff breaks frequently and doesn't capture, and admins refuse to check car for dashcam to give a loose description of the suspects.

+1 something needs to change with the (M) char rules. Having RP'd and legal minor through LSGOV's cps programs and RP'd through different avenues within lsgov one question always came up " why cant we RP younger for character dev" , and often some characters was forced to age up per server rules as they didn't hit the requirements to be legal and under 16 within the program. We can argue all day players use (M) chars to troll ( youths troll irl ) and just be complete idiots, which imo those types of rpers should be warned/banned from such roleplay. Now, for what this server is ment to be, about character development id like to see the rules change to 13-14 for legal But on the flip side, I don't think illegal minors should be as young as 13. Infact imo minor RP should for safety reasons be put behind an application to ensure proper portrayal for both legal and illegal, I'd do one if required. I know that's going to get some hate but let's face it, 80% (( being generous )) of minor chars are created to abuse server rules such as lack of fear and trolling. TLDR: I'm for all (M) chars to be able to RP younger, or all to be forced to start from 16

I see no issue with adding more outfits, in this context it bring more diversity to the server, more niche RP opportunity's +1 from me, creativity over a closed mind anyday

Well it's clear to me as a Civvie RPer ((mainly)) and on this thread people are tired of trolls, and cops/robbers play to win mentality. Civvie calls the cops for a petty mugging, response time is atrocious while you can witness at the same time 7 cops chasing a airport rental. The amount of crime is insane and sometimes to much in places that wouldn't see them levels of crime. And being robbed/pressed upon frequently either for genuine RP or trolling (( trust me figure out the difference at times )) gets boring, repetitive and holds no meaning from the copy/pasted 30 second interaction, which we are a RP sever /b stop stalling is a cop out excuse to speed things up. Maybe a /arob cool down put on civvies so civvies can only be robbed once a week or something might see civvies come back to the streets

iv seen and RP'd with male gay characters, all of whom at times have been shat on IC and OOC, hell iv seen a male be beat for not being gay, (( still unsure if it was a troll or genuine RP )) we could also go the other way, in the times iv RP'd straight chars with Males the "ey Shawty" "you fine lets go to my place" /me gets her pregnant without RP is cringe asf and likely a deprived male IRL trying to assert "dominance" as they cant IRL but same sex relations IC are around, as some attitudes shown IC and OOC "they stay in their lane" so to speak so they don't become IC and OOC targets and often RP inside and often don't disclose their sexuality out of fear. I seek out these people as they have some of the best and wholesome RP too.

+1 this would have been useful at the KOTR event last night as they had a few posters/tvs running and I crashed not once but four times... I wouldn't say I have a crap PC either considering i very rarely crash if at all and I run with alot of graphic mods aswell which have not caused me issues. Though last night itself I had to move my camera where I could see the fight with posters/tvs out of view in hoped that help and it somewhat did.

thats fair, but for discussion sake, the warning could also indicate your not scared to make the next shot making the Crim think twice, as most if not all would laugh at the gun on GTAW being "hardened" but a shot might make them think twice. But something for the criminal RPers here too, I just thought, someone pulls a gun out over a car jacking or something, you now know that the contents of the "walking lootbox"

Which would be the appropriate at right way to character portrayal. However, in a situation where a legal rping citizen would still lose this interaction as they are generally not accustom to the copy/paste a billion keywords per second nature of crim RP portrayal. And I haven't seen someone mention killing to protect, I have seen suggestions if to shoot to give LEO chance to catch the offender, but shooting a warning shot, or even at a limb that wouldn't deathstate someone imo would deem fair grounds to protect property. But that again depends on realistic portrayal of the thief, will they RP one shot to the leg if it happened?
