After watching the video provided by the reporting party that pretty much showcased the situation from start to finish it's clear to see that Katerina specifically but also Dominic turned a simple vehicle crash into something much more than it should've been.
Katerina escalated the situation into a fight by slapping Danny over and over again, even doing so while he was on the phone with the police, so at that point it wouldn't be assault and it'd be more so him defending himself. Once Danny was subdued he was for some reason dragged into his own vehicle that was just crashed and driven off, with Katerina and Dominic leaving their own vehicle at the scene of the crime for whatever reason.
Dominic and Katerina then proceeded to drive around at high rates of speed while swerving through lanes in the stolen vehicle with the owner of it in the backseat, which eventually led to a fight between all the individuals in the car where Danny was practically ran over by his own car after escaping from it. All that being said this will be concluded with both Dominic Versi and Katerina Hewitt receiving warnings for non-RP fear, as well as Dominic also receiving a warning for vehicular deathmatching.

A void for something like this isn't something we do, even if there is a mutual agreement for it.
There's a pretty clear distinction between a regular emote and the one that appears when a firearm is drawn, not to mention an actual firearm being shown. Even if the reasoning for the start of the shooting was because of an emote being mistaken above the head of Latrell, why would Tiontay be the one getting shot for that? Surely if Latrell was the one being suspected of pulling a firearm he would be the one getting shot.
Whatever transpired here and afterwards will remain IC.

So you kidnapped somebody and stole their vehicle for calling the police after a crash? If your plan was to get rid of evidence or whatever why would you leave your vehicle at the scene of the crime?

@G2C, why did you get out of the vehicle and run away if you didn't see any of them pull a gun? Also why did you decide to grab a firearm and put yourself into harms way after already getting away from the situation?

@Versi, why did you and Katerina decide to put Danny in the backseat of his vehicle and then steal it and drive around with him unconscious in the back of the stolen vehicle?

@him, first and foremost refrain from spamming the topic with multiple posts. If you have anything you need to say, or any evidence you'd like to bring forward please concisely put it into one post.
With that out of the way, why did you return to the Davis LTD after accepting death from a situation that just transpired there, why did you not RP the K9 then get in your vehicle and proceed to run over said K9, and why did you log within 30 minutes of an active situation?

Concluding this with everything that's been provided from both sides as it's more than enough to have an understanding of the situation.
Although the kidnapping of Deion would've been a legitimate reason for Oswaldo to target Bashar it'd have been impossible for Tiago to have identified Bashar during the situation as he was wearing a mask and the whole thing took place underneath of a bridge where there was barely a light source. In turn it'd have been impossible for Tiago to relay that information to anybody as he wouldn't have seen it, which makes this whole shooting null from the get go.
There's not sufficient evidence to believe that Oswaldo was using cheats during this shooting,
With all that being said, this situation will be voided and Oswaldo will receive a 60 minute a-jail for deathmatching for the shooting of Bashar and Bashar.

Will be concluding this and voiding it as the main perpetrator of the situation (Lupe Sosa) has been permanently banned, a 60 minute a-jail will be added onto their record for deathmatching. While Tomas may have been there when Justin Dubose was shot it's pretty evident to see in the clip provided that he wasn't the actual person that shot Justin, which in turn means it makes no sense why Lupe would target him rather than the actual gun man.
Antonio Flores will also receive a 60 minute a-jail for blatantly abusing a bug in the game to avoid death.

After watching multiple videos of what happened there's no way that Maximillian wouldn't have noticed guns being pulled on him by the individuals that hopped in the vehicle with him, especially with them posting /me's of them doing so.
@G2C, you also didn't exit the vehicle as quick as possible, you lingered in it while they all piled into it then you tried to drive off before stopping and hopping out and running into the apartment complex. I'd also like to note you were nowhere close to the door of the complex and even if you were it'd make no sense for you to try and make a run for it while being held at gunpoint by more than one individuals. Once you managed to somehow escape the robbery attempt without getting shot in the back you decided to arm yourself with a shotgun and run back out of your apartment like John Wick, which also makes no sense whatsoever.
Will be concluding this with Maximillian Gordon receiving a 60 minute a-jail for powergaming and non-RP fear throughout this whole scenario from start to finish. This whole situation will be voided from the start and if anything was lost feel free to post a refund request for it.
