Quite honestly, you can tell if a car is desynced or not.. When a car is perfectly parked on the sidewalk/red line and perfectly aligned with the curb? Chances are nobody slammed into it and made it park there. This entire debate is all IC, As a Traffic member our role is to enforce traffic laws, which includes illegal parking, Whether you like it or not if you decide to park on the street you're running the risk of getting a citation... If you're in a private laneway then it's a different story however I have seen countless people park illegally on red lines, alleyways etc. And they get ticketed. Now before people start accusing others of being on a power trip and just ticket everyone they see... I can dispute that right now by saying issuing a citation is alot of paperwork... And ask the people in PD I interact with on an OOC level and they'll tell you how much I hate paperwork. My character strives himself on being a community police officer, working with the community so I use OOC judgement to the best of my ability to determine whether a vehicle deserves to be issued a citation and so do the officers under me in Traffic Division. There's an entire process with citations, Most citations are under $2500 (Citations relating to spawned vehicles that are illegally parked). However if your vehicle is illegally parked and unregistered/uninsured? Then that's just your fault as the Penal Code clearly states under section 420, that you cannot park on a public roadway with no insurance or registration.. And the fact it's parked clearly means you've been driving which is also in violation of 420. If you're constantly getting cited then there's clearly something wrong with your parking or choice of parking, as it's highly unlikely that a citation every day is down to desync.

Considering I'm a Supervisor in the Firearms Licensing Division (specifically handling PF applications) I can easily answer this for you. Your B character has been involved in illegal RP, while using a PF license (this has been witnessed in the forum report) - This violates the OOC agreement you made when submitting an application for your A character. Regardless if you made an IC application, OOC factors are taken into consideration on the applications you make as this avoids people abusing the license. Although ICly it is considered a right to own a firearm, OOCly it's considered a privilege so if you're caught not following the criteria then you'll simply not be allowed to have one. Whether you purchase a firearm illegally then that's up to you as we have no control over that, I just know in the past we've had countless people apply for PF licenses to just abuse them through illegal RP therefore we're not taking measures to ensure the correct people are the ones with PF licenses. As it stands your application is on hold pending the outcome of your report, We place applications on hold for further investigation to ensure no rule-breaking is involved and as your name has popped up a couple of times it has obviously warranted a look into your RP standard. There's no advantage at all, The only reason they have those upgrades is because they're slow. The only fast vehicle in the fleet is the Interceptor, which is only used by people who undergo training and aren't used on general patrol (Unless you're a member of Traffic Division), If you're not part of said division they're only ever used in the event a vehicle that is currently being pursued is fast... And quite honestly unless you drive the Interceptor daily or have alot of experience with it, it's quite terrible on the corners (it took me a long time to get used to it tbh) - I only ever use the Interceptor when I need access to the ALPR system and even then I take it out when there is no PD online other times I just use a different model or the bike. Point is, even with our upgrades people don't get an unfair advantage.. Actually PD are still disadvantaged as our vehicles are still slow with upgrades.

I like the idea however it may pose a problem for people who have purchased custom plates, as they're paying for something that can be easily stolen it might not make people happy. However the idea is interesting and would bring some RP. Just needs to be properly worked out before implemented.

Highly useful, I know before it used to change the plate although now the fact the plates stay the same, it'll be ideal. Having a list of previous owners and the date of purchase.

This would actually be useful. From both a PD and a general use perspective as it 1. makes towing bikes alot easier (right now we have to ride it to the impound in which is highly unrealistic and unsafe). From a general perspective it's also great for people who have trail bikes/Sanchez as they're able to easily Rp transporting them in the back of a pickup (like a bison or caracara). Adds potential RP and is overall a useful tool to have both IC and OOC.

Because of the increased amounts of crashes, restarts etc. It might be a good idea add a new spawn location upon login for certain factions such as PD and FD. There's been numerous times where the server has restarted and i've been on an RP scene which has resulted in the loss of police cruisers etc and requires Admins to TP players to Mission Row (which i'm sure the admin team is getting sick of me always requesting one :D). So possibly have an option on the login for spawn locations where it has -Last spawned location - Players address Have it like -Last spawned location -Player Address -Mission Row Police Station/Fire station (wherever they are) This way resetting an RP scene is much easier as we don't have to ask admins for TP and can just spawn directly there.

All for bringing it back. Although, pretty sure I read somewhere it's not gone permanently and it was resulting crashes, that being said users can now recieve text messages when they're offline (Unless this hasn't been implemented yet). But yes, knowing when a contact is online would be handy! ?
