Not for all furniture pieces, just for some that you can buy from stores and move it with /furn, yes. It was something similar in MTA, everything you'd drop you'll see as the actual item, not just a box. It's the same mentality for the cars, no one would buy the most expensive car if people wouldn't know the price of that. The flex culture that a lot of people rep on the server, it would add a plus with certain clothing items, being as limited/expensive/ hard to get.

All the stores that use /createitem are really cool in my opinion, but it would be a plus to have an actual item instead of just a RP one, as many players don't really care about that. If you want to have a laptop let's say in your house, would be better to go buy it from a store then drop it like a safe, perhaps have it in the menu of furniture somehow. Also that for clothing pieces - You see a lot of RP items like watches, designer shoes and so on but with no actual use. Nobody will see that unless you show the item / make a desc. And I know for sure no one would pay 100k for a watch that nobody sees it, some roll like that.
